Poor service, no reception of signal

I own a Sun direct DTH service. For the past two months i am stop loosing one or the other channels and now left with just few channels to name.

I have raised a complaint almost a month back, for retuning the receiver for the new satellite of sun direct DTH service. It has not been resolved till now and i have been loosing all channels one by one.

From last 2 months it displays the message to change the alignment of the dish. I told the supplier and complained in the customer care. Daily i am calling these people and they are assuring me that within 24 hours it get it done. Bust from last 2 months no body corrected the problem....
