i am a doctor working at railway hospital,guntakal,anantapur d.t., Andrapradesh, i got my sundirect dth connection as a 6months prepaid package on may31st of 2010..my smart card no:[protected].suddenly my tv channels got scrambled on sep.21st 2010 for which i started complaining at cutomer care..they told that software renewal was going on for which a renewal service has to be done to my dth connection, which is actually a free service done by my sundirect agent from whome i got the connection by name,Mahesh electronics at guntakal {address:Mahesh electronics,kalyani complex main road,guntakal,pin:515801.}..but when i contacted mahesh electronics they demanded a service charge of rs.250/-..when i asked them that this service is free of charge as per the message given on the display screen of sundirect, they told they cannot do it for free of charge,...
after this i contacted sundirect customer care,activation department ,nodal office at hyderabad but couldn't get the service yet..every time the response is service person willbe sent from hyderabad and the problem will be solved with 48 hrs. of time...but we have seen somany 48 hrs. after that butstill no channels are seen on my tv, having paid the money in full,every day as a customer feel humiliated..
can u please help me in raising this issue to avail my cunsumer rights??

SUN DIRECT DTH SERVICE — dth service not functioning properly
Due to change in satellite the dish had to realigned as per their requirement for which they were to send technician free of cost. Complaint had been registered with Sun Direct. Compalint No.[protected]. But till date no response.
