I am Martin George, working with Adani Group and am presently posted at Ahmedabad. I had taken Sun Direct Connection and my customer No. is [protected]R and the connection was done through Bright Enterprise, Ahmedabad. The basic plan opted was "Hindi", which contained channels like FTV, Bindass, BBC, etc apart from the other channels.
However, during the football world cup, due to problems in satellite, the entire channels were blocked out and the same continued for the entire period of world cup. Slowly, the channels appeared, but the above mentioned channels did not appear. On enquiry, it was informed that these channels are not removed from "Hindi" option. Of late from the last couple of days, one by one channel are disappearing with a message that "Now Sun Direct" has moved to new satellite and the local dealer and they need to be contacted for retuning of set up box "FREE OF COST". However, there is no dealer now in Ahmedabad. What should I do. The copy of my application is attached herewith for ready reference.

SUN DTH SERVICE — Non Availability of Channels and Sun Signal
Hi,As per the telephonic discussion with customer connection ( more then 5 times), i have recharged my account with one month validity but still not getting any of the TV channels and signal.Inspite of repetitive complaints none of the representative has been sent to look into the same.
