I am Martin George, working with Adani Group and am presently posted at Ahmedabad. I had taken Sun Direct Connection and my customer No. is [protected]R and the connection was done through Bright Enterprise, Ahmedabad. The basic plan opted was "Hindi", which contained channels like FTV, Bindass, BBC, etc apart from the other channels.
However, during the football world cup, due to problems in satellite, the entire channels were blocked out and the same continued for the entire period of world cup. Slowly, the channels appeared, but the above mentioned channels did not appear. On enquiry, it was informed that these channels are not removed from "Hindi" option. Of late from the last couple of days, one by one channel are disappearing with a message that "Now Sun Direct" has moved to new satellite and the local dealer and they need to be contacted for retuning of set up box "FREE OF COST". However, there is no dealer now in Ahmedabad. What should I do. The copy of my application is attached herewith for ready reference.

I am using Sun DTH for 2 Yrs now i am not able to view channels due to change in direction and even we made many complaints there is no proper responce from the sun dth person
i have recharged upto dec 7 and for past 20 days i am not able to view
I feel it is very bad and feel waste service and customer support is very horrible

Please advice if i can get any help
