[Resolved] T24 Mobile — Rude Behavior of Customer Care | |||
On 20 Jan'11, i was unable to call from T24 Mobile sim, when i called up customer care, Executive name Jince was reporting me that I did not submit Proof for the new sim card and even after saying several times that i have submitted my driving license in Begumpet Pantaloons, then also he is rudely demanding to submit the documents. When i asked give me the office address, he say we do not have any office, u go and submit in Pantaloons. This is how T24 customer care EXECUTIVES replies to their CUSTOMERS. If these people do not want to work, please relieve them from the job, whey they are being loaded with bundle of stress. Please look into this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||

T24 services,
When i was talking with the one of the agent Siddharthh Bhalerao requested to send me the GPRS settings talking rudely on call and gave me the information that Samsung Chat 3222 handset is not compaitable for using the gprs . I had requested to talk properly agent using rude language and telling we can't send the gprs settings online and forcefully disconnected the call. So this is the way to give the service to the customer, so i will kindly request to lisiten the call recording and take the strict action against the Siddharth Bhalerao.
Please look in this matter.

I have had a similar problem. I did rather switch to regular telephone operators, since the customer care is extremely unprofessional, rude and don't understand any of my queries, no matter what language i speak in.
My advice to all the CUSTOMERS who maybe planning to take a T24 sim/no., Please don't take it, it is not worth 15/- rs for a shopping of 1200/-. and neither is it worth for a recharge.
The worst customer care, I have come across till now.
