[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo / 3G Data Card — Not working after many complaints | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, My Name is Hiten Kishore Shah My Tata Docomo number is [protected] My Email : steven.[protected]@elenzaindia.com I am Using Tata Docomo 3G USB Data card it is not working from the month of May 2013 and before that i replaced the SIM thrice bit still often i face problem with Tata Docomo 3G datacard, when i registered a complaint the customer care said the bill is not been paid, but we are not getting the bill from Tata Docomo and once we paid all the due they are asking us to resubmit the documents to reactivate the existing number, and its been a month now after submitting the documents its not working, but now they tell us there is a problem with the SIM card which needs to be replaced and again nothing is getting done till today, am fedup with service of the Tata Docomo and i no longer want to use this service.. 1. I need tata Docomo to wave off one months bill which i was not able to use. 2. I need my money for the USB data card i paid for. 3. Tata Docomo need to compensate me for the mental pressure and for many times i visited the Docomo Service care. Was this information helpful? | |||

Tata Docomo 3G Data Card — data card is not working
i purchased the tata docomo 3g stick one nd half month back.but after one month it got connectivity problem.so i filled a complaint. but nw they r saying tht ur house is out of our range so it will not work there...nobody is listening to our complaint and now harrassing us.TATA Docomo Data Card — Billing related issue
i had brought a TATA photon device in the month of Nov-2011. right from the start i had encountered problems in connectivity. i lodged a official complaint regarding this issue, TATA telecom services then sent a network engineer to check the credibility of the complaint and found out to be true.he told that the connectivity issue will take atleast 6 months to resolve. i called the TATA telecom guys to disconnect my connection and ask for refund of photon device. but instead of refunding they started charging me with bills.
i might have sent 20 to 30 mails asking them for an explanation, they use to tell me that the issue will get resolved and that these bills will not be sent further but they kept on sending these bills even after repeated complaints.
now they have sent a legal notice from a high court advocate telling me to pay my bills.
can one please help me!!!

Tata Docomo — 3G DATA NOT RECEIVED
Dear Sir,I have recharge my docomo number [protected] with DOCOMO new SMART Life Rs. 246/- plan. If after this Rs.4 recharge is done i should be able to get 1 GB , 3G data free. but I have not received my data . I have recharged on 20th June 2012.
I have raised the complaint . My complaint number is PSMR12003008. i was told that resolution time is till 3rd Jully.
It means in 30 days of free duration I will be loosing my 13 days .
So i request you to give me my 1 gb free data immediately and also with 30 days validity.
