sir... balance cut 49rs without my permission in my tata Docomo number is [protected], at 5-5-2013, 12.29am, rs30 & rs 30 at 11.44am...
and[protected];56am 30rs; & 30rs balance deducted..., i have internet pack validity is 30days, i have recharged at[protected], but rs15 charged for data usage..., ...,
[protected]rs balance deducted, and[protected] rs 30 deducted.., i informed to customer care but they are not responding...
pls solve the issue as soon as possible...

currency — Issue

I am V R Kamath owner of Kamath Medicals Bhadravathi Karnataka. My Mob no is [protected]. I am selling currency from last 5 years. The local distributors who supply currency to us are burdening me. They are saying that 50% of the currency must be taken by scratch cards. But in our shop customers want only e-currency directly. so it has become a great problem to me. It is my humble request and hope that you will sort out the problem as early as possible. Hope you do the same and reply me.

Tata Docomo — tata docomo money deduction

i m using GPRS service in tata docomo, on 13/5/2011 at 9.30 extra amount of money(Rs. 53) is deducted from my main account, instant of my GPRS account.
i called customer care but i could not got any help form there.
they told that you might visit to chargeable site.but i was visited to gmail only. but i an using GPRS service daily and i am visiting gmail daily and it it charges me from my GPRS account, but this time they charge me from my main account even my GPRS account have enough balance ( more than 5 MBs)

please reply what are the option i have ,to solve the above mentioned problem.

Dear Sir,
We have taken the above number connection from Tatadocomo, They would deduct the corrency of prepaid sim connection without any information, when we call to the customer care staff, they negelct our issue, and answer us the server is busy and the staff doesn ' t refund our money likewise we have lost more than 300/- rs from them, now we that amount as refund with interest this must not occur further from them.
Due to this reason we did mobile portability to vodafone Even there this issue of currency deduction takes place, the staff give different reasons and dosen' t refund our deducted currency. Here we lost about 200/- rs . Please help us in refund of this money. Please oblige.

HI my name is Davinder pal singh i have tata docomo prepaid connection under[protected] no. i had my pre paid balance which was more than 700.0 rs. on 1st of november 2011 but automatically tata docomo company they were deducting my balnce every second day whithin 12 days now i have my balnce 190.00rs when i talk to the tata docomo reps they were saying me it was the mistake we will refund ur bal. whithin 24hr bt when i didn't get my bal nd when i cal them again they were saying we didn't get ur cal in our record all reps they are untrained everyone is saying different words today on a 12th of november 2011 i talk to Amit Chauhan he is the rep in tata docomo he is very rude whith me then i talk to Rajinder kumar he is the team leader over there he was saying same thing we cant refund ur bal nd we didn't get any cal from u in our record i[censored] want to complaint u can i have lost my 500.00 rs whithin 12 days i ve a request plz refund my money back i[censored] can't i ll say tata docomo they are cheater nd plz give a full training to ur all reps nd specially tel them what does this mean CUSTOMER SERVICE i dont think all team of tata docomo they know about this words so plz dont copy to other cound try to understand what does this mean CUSTOMER SERVICE i ll say once again all reps nd team leaders they all are untrained plz give them proper traing thx i[censored] will read my complaint and some one will consider and someone will give me a reply soon otherwise i have to take some further action against Tata Docomo thx again

    The bill for my tatadocomo no [protected] was 7833 . Which was totally wrong as they had levied me 7000 rs for internet . On 22 may I received a call from them and we had a detailed conversation and I agreed to pay 1800rs of the bill and now they are calling again and saying that my bill payment is due which is totally unacceptable . Every day they call and tell me ur bill payment is due and I say them that I have paid the bill of 1800 after settlement with their collection dept and their no was [protected].
    From 22nd may they called me daily and this is harassing me. kindly help me regarding this issue.

    I just cannot understand if my credit limit is 4000rs means I m not having strength to pay bill amount more than that how can u charge us beyond it saying ur our special customer so we did not cut ur connection after the credit limit is crossed.
    And now a executive from ur office is calling and telling me to do settlement by paying 3000rs this is just no done.
    As I have paid 1800rs on 22 nd may as 1 o[censored]r executive had told me to pay the amount and settle it I paid it now ur calling and telling that I don't have any proof so u will have to pay more 3000rs otherwise they will go legal against me. This is very cheap manner to handle ur customers . I am an middle-class family member it is just impossible for me 2 pay this big amount.

      i would like to inform you that i was using tata broadband services at my home one day i call up tata customer care and put up the disconection request they said they will take up the request and as per the procedure it will be disconnected but they failed to do so and still they are regularly sending bills and forcing me to pay up the bills . on 28th march i got the mail stating that they got my request for disconnection bt still getting bills now customer care is harrasing to pay bills and start again with disconnection charges. i have mail wereby they have stated all things i have all the required proof bt everything is vain they said there senior person will call me bt everything is in vain if tata is doing fair business in market please provide me with proper judgement and all the losses and time wastage which i have suffered.

        From the past few months i'm using Tata Docomo GSM Network. The is no Proper customer Service, This is the worst service provider. They will automatically renew your services and deduct your balance without proper service, When you call to the customer service. That is the Worst Service provider in ANDHRA PRADESH. The Customer service executive will transfer to the blank desk. From that time your bad time starts. There will be No one to answer your call. You will fedup and disconnect the call. And from after your call will never gets connected to Customer care...........

          i am using tata docomo cdma no.([protected]) frm 6yrs but frm last 3mthns my all outgoing calls are barred whn i call to customer care they says that ur documents are uncomplete n thn i deposited my documents agn n still its nt activated n frm nw date i hv deposited 10more times till nw n aftr calling agan thy said that u outgoing r barred cuz of less than 100rs rechare in 90 days ......As per tata care exe. i recharged with 100rs bt still my no didnt activated n thn agn i called care than the says pls wait for some time....kindly solve my issue ASAP.....

          after the above complaint Finally TATA docomo changed my number Post pay to pre pay, now again the problem will started, They barred my number [protected], i received the message on 27feb2014 morning 8.25am. your number has been barred, after that i tried to customer care, that customer care officer told, my system was hanged, that is why i am not able to answer your call, please call after half an hour they charged at 0.50rs for every call, but still my problem has not been solved, as a buissiness pupil has with out contact number how can be, please save me from TATA Docomo, i do not know they are cheating or playing with me, i got irritating, shall i go through court or some where else, how to teach the lesson to TATA Docomo pupils, kindly consider this complaint as serious, when i got the Docomo sim on that day itself i got get irritation always, my whole time losing with figthing and requesting docomo customer care officers, please save my time. last five months i am complaiting and losing time with poor DOCOMO services, I told to custmer care officer i will complaint to Consumer court, they are simply saying whereever you can go, you go like that they are speaking. really i do not know about the value of consumer court and consumer complaints. with lots of pain.​

            I'm a Tata Docomo GSM Prepaid customer, I've
            activated caller tune for a monthly rental of
            Rs.30/- and song selection charge of Rs.15/-
            I've activated this service for hearing my favorite
            songs to my callers, but now the complaint is the
            service provider are playing their Advertisement
            before my Caller Tune.
            Its (promo) approximate length is 7 secs. I want
            to stop this promo before my caller tune. I've
            complained regarding this in the customer care
            (121) but the are saying that its the rule of TRAI.
            As a customer am paying the rent for hearing the
            song, not to hear the promo of the service
            provider. So please help me to deactivate this
            promo from my caller tune.

              docomo have deceived me again, my screen had is message - sim card activation (activate,not now). i was confused at first and thought why could they deactivate my no. in the first place and then i pressed activate, 2 min later i get a message that i have subscribed south super star trivia pack and deducted Rs.30. i called the customer care and explained, message i got was sim activation and when i activated it, they activated some pack and its mistake and customer care at first said "why dont u use it, sir" i was surprised and said i didnt subscribe any service and reply came promptly saying it was my fault for subscribe, then i kept saying it not my fault coz some sim card activation message was send by docomo. customer care kept saying i was my fault, then i was frustrated and threaten them with complaint in local consumer court. But after some time hoping to speak to a manager in customer care, i called customer care but they just blocked my number and i tried with other docomo number and customer care again said it was my fault and it got disconnected and when tried it again that number was blocked too.
              now this second time i have faced this sort deceiving message and customer handling and this time i have complaint to police and will fill a compliant in local consumer court.
              docomo thinks it can con it own customer and get away with, and i guess they do same thing with other people, imagine the people who are illiterate who are deceived this way, docomo is getting aways with crores of rupees from crores of customer

                I have bought a 3G docomo photon data card through connect india (2500 spent) . still not getting activated . when call to call center , they telling to call retail job . if seeing the correct phone in official site . it is not there to conduct them directory .

                Please help me get a money back or activate through docomo.

                Advice for a People: Please do not purchase anything from connect india . they will not do the right services.

                  Dear Sir/ Madam,

                  I was using tata docomo number +91 [protected] which was ported from vodafone to docomo in the month of march. While the porting request was made on 9th March, it was completed on 26th march 2012. Despite this abrupt service, I did not complain. On 14th April 2013 I got to know that my cellphone usage has crossed 9000 rupee and I have to deposit 5000 immediately to resume services ( My outgoing was barred) . Interestingly my credit limit was said to be 1200 and I did not got any call or sms when I crossed 1200.

                  It was a CUG 222 plan with 159 rupee for 500 MB 3G data

                  Shocked, as my call usage was definitely under what they mentioned, I immediately called data docomo service provider and asked him for the details, he said the bill will be generated on 22 and only after that they will be able to provide me with the details.

                  In between I wrote several mails to their mentioned customer care, zonal officers and even appellate Karnartaka and Delhi. but there was no response. And my services were immediately cutoff. even after 22nd of april, I did not get any details nor any bill from tata docomo specifying the details, all I recieved were multiple calls for payment of 5000 rupees.

                  Finally in mid-may I recieved the bill in which I found I had made calls only worth 400 rupees while the 8000 rupees were for data usage. Irritated, I raised a complained with tata docomo for explaination of this wrong doing. no one responded properly and the calls only went from executive to manager to network team to managers again but they failed to explain the usage.

                  Now according to tata docomo executive himself, they dont have proper 3G coverage in my area, then how could I possible use around 1 GB on my cellphone in a period of 20 days.

                  No explanation has been provided so far and now today I got a call from some so called agent that they are going to file a legal notice for non payment and that I will have to come to delhi and pay fine upto 15000 ruppees !!!!! I told them to go ahead and try thier best

                  This is disgusting, I would like to issue a notice to Tata Docomo demanding compensation under deficiency of services. Because of them I had to face a lot of issues during work. Their false claim about porting in 3 days took 3 weeks.

                  Please guide me as to how to proceed for issuing this legal notice. I am not going to settle unlike others and will fight them even if I have to go to Delhi, but wont pay a single peny unless it is justified and right !!!

                  i am a member consumer forum, and has encountered a problem in my nokia mobile which is NOKIA 2760(ime no 35116/02/279934/7), which is under warranty.

                  after visiting your office personally i find it really very hard to cope up with the way people of your staff techel the disputes.
                  1) they denies to inspect the mobile as they said that the office is newly opened and they don not have equipments to treat the set.
                  2)the mechanic (some vikas)told that its better for me to go to krishna nagar branch and get my problem redressed there.
                  3)the people there said that they do not have even the charger with them and told me to bring the charger along with me.
                  4)the people there, on my asking denied me to tell any no., or contacts of there senior offices and duped me by saying that he might be sleeping in his house and we are not allowed to give his no.etc...
                  5) on requesting to them again and again they said that ok they will admit the mobile and assured me that it is not going to be repaired under any circumstances because of lack of equipments.

                  these were littele glimpse of the experience wich i personally had, there are many more add-ons to it of which i have the documentary proof with me.

                  i want you to report the status of the handset within 5 days of the date of this E-mail, expell the staff members who do not have even the basic civic sense to dela with the coustomers.

                  i therefore most respectfully pray to you that you please take cognizance of the matter as soon as possible else i will resort to a serious legal remedy against it and will be bound to report the unethical activities in your center to the NOKIA, MINISTRY OF TELECOM, and to the anti corruption beaureo.

                  Tata Docomo — Deficiency of service

                  I had lost my phone more than a month ago and reported the same to you immediately. Thereafter I submitted all the documents again for a sim with the same number. But till today I havnt received the sim or any tentative date by which i can expect it. The reason being sited is the non-availability of a new blank sim. If this is the case then pls let me know so that I can go for some other provider as I dont want to pay roaming charges for another number specially because that is also a DOCOMO sim.

                    But after taking connection on 13/03/2013 till now problem is not solved by there end. I have payed the bill in time but the second bill is not payed be me in time because they are not solving my problem & I have contact them but the reply me properly
                    therefore i didn't the bill they stopped my services & charged me the penalty.

                    This is rewarding my complain for TaTa Docomo Voice mail Service, I've raised complain for the same with above complain no on 15th Jun, but till the date I didn't get any proper resolution for my complain.
                    I've drop lots of mails to "Nodal.[protected]@tatadocomo.com and [protected]@tatadocomo.com and also called many time to customer care number, but they are not taking it seriously. For this complain they've also gave me lots of false commitments like your service will be work fine within 2 day. This all was ran till 20 days but after 20 days i didn't any single call from Tata Docomo and they also not resolve my problem.
                    I hope I'll get better resolution from you.

                      I am Lalit this side, i am working in an automobile company as an Engineer.
                      Around 10 days back my company provided me with new sim card of airtel (No. is [protected]). i started using it & after 2 day i started receiving calls from some tata landlines no. who are threatening me to pay bill of Rs.583 & even they are messaging me that i have unpaid bill of Rs.583.

                      here are the No. from which i am receiving calls

                      I also received message from TA-INDCOM….Msg content is ( Hii!! your bill for Tata Photon Account No.[protected] is overdue. Please pay Rs. 583 immediately to enjoy continued services. Tata Photon. )

                      I am receiving calls around 10-15 times a day& around 5 msgs daily, whenever i tried to tell them their executive that i have taken this new no. & this photon connection does not belongs to me, they say that we will remove your name from database but than withing 10-15 mins i again receive the same call. I even asked for their regional manager’s no. but they dont even provide any contact no. of their concerned person.
                      As one of their executive has told me that this photon connection is registered in the name of KPSIN Trade company, it was issued in October, 2010 & March bill is pending.

                      I am not able to concentrate on my work just because of these calls. this is affecting my performance in my office.

                      I AM BEING MENTALLY TORTURED BY TATA PHOTON COMPANY.

                      Sir, please take necessary action against them. Even I am in touch with my lawyer to sue the company for harassment.

                      Mr Lalit Kumar, I am a fellow victim of this harassment. I am a TATA photon user and I keep getting calls from these above mentioned numbers. Every morning they call, I pick up, nobody speaks and they cut the phone.

                      My network provider is Vodafone, they said that They can do nothing and I should just stop picking up the call. I also called up Tata Customer care, they deny it being their number.

                            Tata DoCoMo Postpaid Connection — Out Going Barred even after paid dues

                            Dear Sir,

                            This is to inform you that I have 3 post paid connections under CUG. My Mobile Number is[protected],[protected] &[protected] took the connections in the mid of september 09.

                            In this regard I would like to bring to your attention that during the Novermber 09 bill was generated and the entire amount was paid by me on 13th Dec 09 through the collection agency M/s. Asiatic Logistics, Purasawakkam, chennai. for an amount of Rs.633/- for all the three connections vide receipt no. 009270.

                            I regret to inform that my Mobile no[protected] service was barred on 18th December for non making of payment for November 09, due to which my official work was disturbed. The next day personally I went to local chennai TATA Docomo office to make a complaint, unfortunately the office was closed on saturday. But one of the executive was helped me and temporarily unbarred the service also he informed that the paid amount was wrongly debited to some other mobile no which was identified and rectified.
                            On the next day i.e. Monday morning again the service was barred without any intimation. Immediate I was approached to the call centre and provide all the details regarding the payment. The service was unbarred on wednesday based on my request. Very sorry to say this, again my mobile service was unbarred on Thursday due to the same payment reason. Again I was approached to TATA Docomo official thru my BSNL Landline and informed all the particulars.(The conversation had with them around 1630 hrs on 24.12.09). They assured me to rectify the service maximum of 4 hrs. time frame. I am very shame to says that till now i.e. 5.50 am of 25.12.09 my Mobile service not thru.

                            I never felt these type of service from any of the verdor. I never expected these kind of shameless service from the Well known company like TATA. Now I decided to discontinue the service offered by the Docomo and return back my SIM Card to their office by this month end.

                            I request to TATA Teleservice, henceforth atleast please have a such system and make sure the customer should feel comfort.

                            I applied for the post paid connections in Pune, Maharashtra on 22nd Dec 09 by paying Rs.500 cash . The Sales person gave me the SIM and promised to provide the number next day after verification. He took my passport and pan card xerox along. Till date there has been no verification nor i got the number. Every time i tried reaching the sales guy he says will give the number today or tomorrow. There is no sense to customer service at all. Theyare not ashamed that our valuable time is getting wasted calling them. Horrible telecom service provider.....

                              Then also i m not able to make outgoing calls, Every day i am calling to customer care but i am not getting any resolution. every time they tell within 24 hour it will be activated .

                              its showing call barring. Customer told me to go to retailer shop.
                              So many times I went to retailer shop, they have called/sent email to customer care.
                              Then also my problem is not resolved. Still I am facing problem. Not able to make out going. I guess its a technical problem. They are not forwarding my call to technical department.

                              When ever i call customer care is they telling that, my out going call is activated. But still i m facing problem. I want a permanent solution.

                              Please help me to fix my problem as soon as possible.

What I have learnt out of all theses 'promising' campaigns is that the organizations only objective is to keep simple by ensuring that the customer is satisfied always and the fact that India's leading firms uses the network puts in faith in the consumers that they are everywhere, with no network / service issues and hence are the best in industry.

                                My experience with the network in the fast few months makes me ask myself again and only one thing "Are they really delivering what they claim to? Am I along with other million consumers being lied to on the face?" The fact of the matter remains that the questions are now turning in to rhetorical ones. Looks like the network really is making false claims and cheating to its consumers, expecting them to be fools.

                                The following complaints are worth a mention over here :

                                Interaction id:[protected] dated 28/4/2013. Various repeated e-mail correspondence to the authorities at Tata Docomo dated 29.4.2013, 2.5.2013 and 24.5.2013.

                                The issue for all the above complaints has been one. Non-connectivity of Boradband or frequent loss of network leading to disconnection. Almost two months has passed since the first complaint lodged and the issue still persists or the right phrase here would be "the issue still haunts". Repeated calls are being made to the customer call centers but of no avail. What adds to the horror is the way the complaints are being handled. First of all the representative on the other end has no clue of what he/she is talking about. All they do half the time is transfer calls from one floor to another or from non-technical team to the technical team. No matter to whom they transfer is to the conversation ends with the standard answer of taking down a complaint, providing us with a complaint number and then assuring that a technical person will make a personal visit to our place and rectify the same within a stipulated time whereas the matter has been escalated (they do show that they have taken the matter very seriously). What's even more bothering at this point is that will the supposed to arrive technical person really arrive or will the complaint will be closed without even asking the consumer? I have suffered this a couple of times. The technical person doesn't come to fix the problem and when I re-inquire I find it to my shock and amazement that the issue has already been resolved from the network providers end. So much for making things simple for a consumer, or is it?

                                No matter how many times the complaint is being lodged the agony still continues. The matter gets resolved for three to four days (in some matter even for just a few hours) and the connectivity issue arises again. In fact I have lost the connectivity twice already while writing down this letter.

                                Tata Docomo is leading to some serious harrasement physically, mentally and financially as well. I have being again and again stressing upon the people at customer care that the internet connection is equivalent to the life line for my organization and with out the connectivity the entire operations comes to a halt. But then again who cares???

                                I am once again writing up this issue to you to bring to your attention that the problem is yet to be resolved. I need an answer from the network provider as to how do they plan to take action on the same. Would they be resolving the issue or should I suffer? Also please mention that how is the organization going to compensate me for all the physical, mental and financial harassment they have given to me. Is the organization planning to continue to lie to the billions of consumers via their campaigns or are they ready to accept the fact in the eye of the public?

                                This is a very issue and your immediate attention and action is required. Please update me about the action taken on various agendas mentioned above. Also please ensure that no such further issues arise at my end. I will be looking forward to an early reply and an earlier resolution.

                                  Tata Docomo — Do not take Tata Docomo connection

                                  Hello,

                                  First of all i was one of the first few customers to go in for TATA docomo connection. I thought initially when it was launched it would provide a good service. I was using the no. i was very disappointed with their serivce and reception. The service provider is here to JUST MAKE MONEY. Their customer care is pathetic. The call center executives do not know how to respond to the calls. They are bunch of Nuts. Everytime the call gets disconnected. They do not have proper follow up on bill collection and they just file the complaint against the customer and harrasse them. I SUGGEST ALL MY FRIENDS PLEASE DO NOT TAKE TATA DOCOMO CONNECTION. Pathetic service, Pathetic people.

                                  Tata docomo's reception is really painfully hopeless. I cannot get reception when I am sitting inside my house, which is on the 2nd floor. If i get reception, the party on the other end can't hear me and if I get mobile and move from one room to another, the reception is lost.                                   The problem started again today..I was not able to connect to the internet am still not online...at this time...tried getting the new settings atleast 4 to 5 times to get the new APN settings...still no connection its not connecting at all to the internet. WHY DONT YOU TURN OF YOUR INTERNET PLANS TILL YOUR TECHNICAL ISSUE WITH REGARDS TO GPRS GETS SORTED. THATS WHAT WAS TOLD TO ME BY YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE that TATA is experiencing this problem with internet for the past 2-3 months.

                                  Does TRAI not have any thing regulating the internet connection problems. Why do the internet companies keep their internet plans open to public for recharge and use, when the telecom companies themselves are facing problem with their services.

                                      perhaps, tatadocumo is the fraudest of the mobile company.one service Breaking news, achin Blog automatically activated with any permission or approval. two times I have dialled 155223 and deactivated the service. till date several times documo has deducted 10 rupees from my account. still the service is active till date. I have also logged to do not disturb still these type of SMS continuously coming.
                                      Secondly, they continue distirb me by their fraud promotional calls from diffenrent nos like[protected],-225,-226,-227.
                                      I demand immediate refund of total amount deducted and want to slap a penalty of 2000 rupees for haressment.

                                        i Have Tata docomo gsm prepaid from 6 month with mobile number [protected] .
                                        I Have a complain with internet connectivity of docomo , it is not going to be connected with simply but it take more then 10 time attemp to connect , it waste my time . I complained to customer care but they never given response accordin to this problem yet . . They are cheating by saying that our service is in update procedure or your mobile Have a problem .
                                        Please give proper solution to this bug otherwise i Have to go for change service provider

                                        I have taken a prepaid connection from one of the airtel dealer on 07th SEPT . I had submitted all the documents for id proof and address proof and the line was activated after three week Suddenly on 30th out going calls were disconnected. On inquiring with customer service at T-Dasarallii was asked to resubmit the documents again which was done on 6th oct at Prem telecom T- Dasaralli bangalore.                                         I am very much rigid about the service provided by tata docomo prepaid service.it has been automaticlly deduct 30 rupees from my main account for jokes alert from[protected].till today I have called the customer care 8 to 10 times but they have not solved my problem.I think they are only playing with me instead of solving my problem
