I'm a Tata Docomo GSM Prepaid customer, I've
activated caller tune for a monthly rental of
Rs.30/- and song selection charge of Rs.15/-
I've activated this service for hearing my favorite
songs to my callers, but now the complaint is the

I have bought a 3G docomo photon data card through connect india (2500 spent) . still not getting activated . when call to call center , they telling to call retail job . if seeing the correct phone in official site . it is not there to conduct them directory .

Please help me get a money back or activate through docomo.

I was using tata docomo number +91 [protected] which was ported from vodafone to docomo in the month of march. While the porting request was made on 9th March, it was completed on 26th march 2012. Despite this abrupt service, I did not complain. On 14th April 2013 I got to know that my cellphone usage has crossed 9000 rupee and I have to deposit 5000 immediately to resume services ( My outgoing was barred) ....

As before taking the connection i have told about the network problem they promised me to solve the problem with in 15 days after taking the service.
But after taking connection on 13/03/2013 till now problem is not solved by there end. I have payed the bill in time but the second bill is not payed be me in time because they are not solving my problem & I have contact them but the reply me properly

I am again complaining against this. This thing is unethical & its a case of personal space violation. Its a mental torture & You should stop this.

Firstly when you activate your APN on my cell phone to connect to the internet it takes a long long time to get connected and once connected it does not have a stable connection.

There are unwanted calls from this number and they use abusive language. The girl on the phone offers to give personal service at personal place and two to three guys call up continuously using abusive language and threaten. they say they are from tata docomo and neither TRAI nor any legal case be filed against them. They are using two numbers to disturb.
