From 2 month i use to recharge 68 tariff plan for call half rate but they use deduced my money but nothing use to rechaerg. can plzzzzzzzzzz help me.

    I recharged my mobile no. [protected] with special recharge of 222 option available on line.
    Benefits / Description of the same is:
    All Local/STD On-Net calls @ 1.2p/ 2secs. All Local/STD Off-Net calls @ 1.2p/ 2secs. Talktime : Rs. 222. Validity : 30 Days.
    But after recharging, I am being charged at 1.5 p/sec. i.e. 90p per second.

    Prepaid — recharge not updated.

    This is to bring top your notice that my GSM connection which has a life time tarriff plan of Rs.750, is reporting to have expired its validity though it has been recharged on 30th of may and 2nd of july, ' 08. My phone no. is [protected](jamshedpur, jharkhand).Kindly help me by looking into the matter.Thanking you in anticipation.

    My prepaid mobile No. [protected] is with Ananth Plan. The expiry date was on 25-June-09. Now i am trying with a Ananth Reactivatio voucher of Rs.225 since 01-July-09 & the message is appearing as "Recharge not possible". I contacted the customer care 5-6 times & they just waste our time in giving crude answers/solutions that you try after 2 hours/ switch off & on. But till date i am not able to use the phone other than incoming calls. BSNL please fix this problem soon.

    Online prepaid recharge — Wrongly mentioned on the site

    I have gone through the online recharge site (http://www.rechargeitnow.com/) for recharging my mobile phone([protected]).I searched for the top up of Rs.50/- and did not find it.So I checked the site for other available top-ups and found that Rs.52/- top-up suits for my requirement and recharged my phone with it through online.whereas after recharging, I have received no amount.I have enquired the customer care about the same and came to know that Rs.52/- is a special recharge but not a top up.
    Due to this bloody , I have lost that Rs.52/- for an useless offer and as well I have to pay Rs.254/- to avail my previous offer.
    Along with the details mentioned, iam submitting a proof for the mistake in the site what actually mislead the people.
    So, kindly make justice...

    Tatadocomo — Prepaid Recharge Issue

    Hi

    I recently took a docomo prepaid connection and went for online recharge for Rs 500/- but they have activated 3G services and recharged the entire amount which i never opted and i have been struggling from last 4 days and iam not getting proper response they say call after sometime as we have issue with IVR.

    As per our discussion over call, please be informed that for Rs. 222 recharge the customer will get 222 talk time with lifetime validity, all Local & STD calls @ 1.2p/2 sec, first mobile 60 secs of the day @ 1.5p/s, landline @2p/s which is valid for 28 days.

      tata docomo is annoying me very much. they are deducting money without any reason. due to flash sms and sometimes says that you click a paid link, lol, i don't even use the damn internet on my phone.. i havn't used internet on mobile from last 4 years, i have my laptop and my tab for internet. tata docomo is fooling the customers.

      i previously called them and they said you can't stop flash messages .. that's very bad. poor service .

      i am afraid to do recharges further, that's why i do small recharges.

      Tata Docomo — unfair deductions

      I had previously complained abt how docomo had deducted rs 40 over a period of a week from my account for various services i was made aware yesterday by docomo that these amounts were duducted as data charges but i have a gprs data pack that is valid till 8th october and has 980 mbs of data usage left in it so how can u seperately milk out money from my account under data usage when i already have purchased a pack for it at rs 48 which is valid till 8th october.If a data pack doesnt cover all data charges then docomo should have mentioned it clearly.i would like a refund of my deducted amount or of the data pack
      Indian telecom companied suck money in the same fashion as described above. I have similar experience with vodafone.
      How am i supposed to live chat if i cannot avail internet services on my phone for which i have paid for because internet access is disbarred if balance is below 1 rs and you keep charging me for data usage despite my 1gb Gprs pack???My balance has hovered between 0 rs and 1 rs for the last week as whatever i put in you guys deduct.I havent been able to use my phone at all for the last 4 days.My docomo no is [protected]

      Tata Docomo deducts my balance everytime when my balance is above 10rs.
      It always deducts 10rs and when is consult the customer care they tell me that u have activated some packs
      Where as i havent activated anything
      i have been facing this problem since long now and they have deducted my balance many times.
      Once when they deducted my 19rs , i askd CC abt it and they said ''u have activated international gprs'' later my call was transferred to the manager and he said there is nothing such as international gprs
      the CC of tata docomo is pathetic.
      They themselves dont know anythng
      Pl help me in this matter. I have decided to port my no coz of this

        I have a post paid GSM SIM with corporate plan. I called customer care and requested for 3G data plan of 512 MB. on 12 June 2013, Customer care representative told me that the plan is activated and I can start using Internet. I used around 300 MB only. But now I am billed as if I used 3G internet without activating any 3G plan. Bill amount is Rs. 5440 but it should be less than Rs.2000 only.

          Hi I paid for a new connection since I lost my new one. I paid Rs 750 and bought a tata- photon. When i bought it in the Kammanahalli branch the person at that center said my new connection will be activated in 24 hours. That seemed long. So I phoned and asked if could be done earlier since I also work from home and the urgency was pressing. But they said no. I anyways waited but to my shock it has been over two days (close to 45 hours) and still my photo has not received it's connection. I tried to call a number of time but was shown no sympathy - they actually passed the buck and caused me to get angry. I even tried about half hour back but same story. And they finally asked me to write a mail to this site. I do not understand why I who have been a faithful customer, always paying my bills for the last four years or so on time, am lied to, no heeded to and simply treated like a non-existent being after my money has been taken. Your customers service is always good before the money is given not after. I have much office work to complete, mails to reply too etc and everything is on hold because of your schemes and evil devices. My mobile number is [protected]

              Tata Docomo — Regarding Mnp Service

              Dear Sir/Madam

              I am Nitish Jain from Rajasthan & I am using tata docomo([protected] ) gsm prepaid service. I am trying to port out this number from last 3-4 months & the Company is not giving any response regarding this issue.today when i make an call to 198 to speak Mr. Irfan to tell this issue & ask him to give number of nodal officer then he deny to give me that number & then he transfer this call to mr. javed(Senior),he spoke me very harshly.when i tell him that it is my right to got the number of nodel office & appelte authority,then he give me number with really bad behavior. now i am trying to call nodal office,but the phone was transfer again to 198 no.Nobody is telling me the truth regarding the rejection of porting number.
              plz extend your helping hands to sort out this matter & treat it as urgent.

TEAM THEY DONT AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM THAN WHAT S THE USE OF THOSE C.C. TEAM IVERY WORST C.C. TEAM THEY DONT KNOW THE HOW SPEAK WITH THE CUSTOMER YESTRA DAY I GET THIS EXPERIENCE FROM C.C. TEAM BEFORE THAT I HAVE CALL THEM BUT THEY SAID STRAIGHTLY WE CANT DO ANY THING PLZ HELP IN THIS MATTER

                    I had postpaid connection of Tata Docomo [protected] in west Bengal. Now, I shifted to Rajasthan in March. Since then I have called Customer Care many times to disconnect my services but till date they have not disconnected my number. I have contacted Tata Docomo Care Centre in Rajasthan, but they denied for any action saying its west Bengal matter . I have complained the same via mail and voice to tata docomo centre but no action has been taken till date. Also, they even deny many times that any such complain has ever been lodged and generate bill every month.
                    Please suggest some action.

                      The Tata Docomo number that i have is from Karnataka, but currently i am in New Delhi and using the same number.

                      complaint 1:

                      I have been getting charged without any prior notice about some caller tunes that are automatically added to my phone.
                      I have tried dialing 121, but it redirects to Vodafone and even on pressing 9 , there is no option to talk to any customer care representative.

                      complaint 2:

                      If somebody is calling me, they hear the caller tune, but my phone doesn't show the incoming call neither does it show any missed call.
                      I have no clue about the calls that i might have missed in the past 1 month staying in Delhi.

                      They are something like unreachable in Delhi and keep sending messages about activating one service or another non-stop and this is irritating me.

I checked my balance to-day is Rs49.60.I have totally shocked while I find out the balance of Rs.30/ was deducted by tata docomo towards Feng Shui pack on dtd.15.10.2010 which was not subscribed by me. I call for customer care no-121 for lodging of complain, but they not responding by using cut of the phone so many times. My self mechanical engg. & Good familier with internet usag.I am using Tata Docomo 48 Rs @ 2GB internet free scheam since 5 month.The incideant was taht 99.0 Rs amount unofficialy deducted by Tata Docomo without confirmation to me even i[censored]se or not for its newly launched 3g life service on date13/11/10 &12:57 hours.same as 50 Rs deducted from my acount by tata docomo 3G life service. The problem was that 99.0 & 50.0 rs amount forcefuly deducted by service provided without any confirmation by my side.& claimed taht java games downloading charge, but sir actualy no any game download my side.my humble request that service provide rivert back pay amount which is due to faulty service of 3G life launching activate without confirmation.& i have 2G sim card also company knows but forcefully 3G provided by company.

                        I have faced a serious harassment from Tata Photon for last few months. My Tata Photon Internet connection is [protected]. My request for cancellation has been raised on 18th Jun,2013 and SR #[protected]. I got a email confirmation from Mr. Rahul Shaw,Photon Care Team. He also confirmed “Also note that your connection will be disconnected by 03rd Jul 2013.”. I have paid my last bill and he has confirmed it also- “Please be informed that you will not receive any further bill for the TATA”. Now with a surprise I have checked the device on 29th June,2013. It’s still activated. I immediately sent a mail asking for clarification. Now the next day is a shocking for me. One Ratneswar Banerjee from Phton Care Team has mailed me mentioning the wrong mobile number of mine and written “We would like to inform you that your cancellation request has been closed as you were agreed to continue with the Tata photon connection. Please be informed that your internet connection was stopped from 22nd June 2013 as you have requested to cancel the connection on 18th June 2013 and same has been activated on 29th June 2013.” which is totally lie and fully opposite of Rahul Shaw’s version. I called several times of customer care and they obviously can’t help. As per customer care they are again generating a bill. This is too much. These Tata Photon people are cheating people with there anti-customer policy and continuous harassment all together.
                        These customer care has no proper coordination and each person confronts with another; seems they are busy with playing customer's money.
                        This is my first step to raise this harassment of Tata Photon in consumer forum. If nothing happens I will seriously think taking legal action against these Tata Photon customer care.

                          I am Sanjay from Bhopal [protected] I was a airtel customer till 11th of June 2013 I ported my sim to TATA docomo on 12th of june 2013. Yesterday (Saturday 29th June 2013) only I was sitting with my friend and was browsing over my mobile phone on google suddenly came sms from Docomo and i was charged 49 rs I was just looking into that sms and came second sms charging me Rs 16. I had my 3g plan activated only on friday

                          Any how I called the customer care in morning today (30th june 2013) on 121 some girl picke up and i told her that deduction, she said i had visited one chargeable site called holly bolly .com or something andwhen i said i havent shewas rude and told me that deducted amount cant be given back . i kept the phone down.

                          In evening i again called customer care this time a boy picked up and he said the same thing that i had visited some holly bolly site and amount cannot be given back . I have never heard of these chargeable sites.

                          This is very upsetting. Think i have made a big mistake by porting my sim to Tata docomo. Something must be done to keep the service providers in check.

                          Five days has gone past and I haven't received any amount in my account . Not sure how many guys have received there balance back in there account.

                              I was using a tata docomo number and having a plan of 1299/- per month which gives the facility of free roaming n free calling unlimited. But as i came in roaming in rajasthan i found that my friends who were using tata docomo in rajasthan were getting the services from docomo but i was given the services from idea, as the roaming was free only in tata docomo home network. I was shocked that how can it be possible that my friend's mobile who is sitting with me is able to access tata docomo network and i was given the services from idea. I complained to the concerning support department but there was no satisfactory answer. Later, my relatives was called from a man who was using bad language and saying that i am a policeman and i have a case filed against this person (my name). He said all of my relatives that your relative is 420 and i will have to arrest him as a person filed a case.
                              Everyone called me and i was much scared and then i called that policeman asking what the matter was he gave me a number of a lawyer and said me to call him.
                              I called that person who was saying himself the legal advisor of tata docomo and he said me to pay the due amount. I said him that it is a wrong bill, why i pay roaming bill when roaming is free? He said in tough words 'ok no problem i see you in the court n then u will be charged rupees 78000/- as a claim from tata docomo'
                              I was scared and as i reached the tata docomo office, i found the office was closed as it is sunday.

                              It is very embrassing thing, please suggest something.

                                I had a very bad experience with Tata Docomo with International roaming which did not worked for me and they also charged me for that.
                                So i decided to move on Reliance and for that i paid some amount in advance for un-billed usage. When i completed the port i had -200 rupees in Tata Docomo account. After 20 days i got bill from Tata Docomo for Rs. 884 without using it.
                                I wrote to their customer support listen email id but till date there is no response.
                                I think if Docomo do not clear this i have to drag them into court for my losses and for this cheating.
                                This is the worst experience i ever had with any service provider.

                                  i am trying to contact tata docomo customer care (both 121 and 198 ) but no one is picking up call ( i tried more than 15 times). They say all customer representatives are busy and for further query please mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. and they automatically disconnect the call and not putting us in a waiting queue.

                                  My Complaint :

                                  As i have balance of about 400 rs. i want to recharge sms pack by paying from my current balance. i have gone through their website where they have pay through your current balance option but after entering the verification code (which they sent via sms) they are not proceeding. the webpage stays there only and nothing happens.

                                  their website seems to response only when we pay through our debit/credit cards but not through current balance. please help me regarding this and tell them to keep running their website for all options.

                                  i have validity of 30 days for this 400 rs balance so i want to use its part of balance as SMS pack. please help me to contact them.

                                  we need to fill details on an online form. after filling half of the details they automatically redirect us to login page and says sorry. where we again need to login again and fill details on form again but before submitting request they again give a following message :

                                  where the link goes to Login page. and your filled details on online form is again lost. this cycle keeps repeating. (is it a company's trick? so that most of can not submit online complaints? )

                                    BILL RAISED POST CANCELLATION AND BEING HARASSED BY THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM


                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    I have paid my final dues of Tata Photon on December 2012 of my connection bearing no.[protected]. Further to my discussion with team of Tata Photon outlet in Malad East they had sent someone to my home to collect the payment had mentioned to them that I would like to discontinue the service. The executive who came to collect the payment ensured that we would process our request and we don’t have to give any more documents only all our dues have to be cleared and they would cancel our service in the system. Because I had good service from the Tata Photon believed that this request would also be considered and acknowledge at the right time.

                                    After 3 month in mid / late March 2013 we got a call from the customer care team from Tata Photon and said there are due. We had informed them about our cancellation but for almost 15days we got repeated call and we always tried to keep our cool they would start arguing with us and always acknowledged us as if we were some kind of criminal and their voices would go up. Suddenly all stopped.

                                    Now 27th June, 2013 again my brother gets a call from Tata Photo executive (the so called goons collecting agents of the company) call was from Raj the number from which he called was [protected]. My brother informed him that he is in a meeting and if he can call him in 15 to 20 mins. The call never came that day. Next day on 28th June, 2013my brother again gets a call saying that we have pending bills and if payment not done on time the charge us late payment and cut the phone. Today on 29th June, 2013 they are calling my brother and harassing him by saying that if payment not done today then they will charge a case against us.

                                    Finally had to take matters in my hand called on the number it was busy after sometime they called I spoke to a lady who said that no matter what I need to make payment for that bill generated in Jan, 2013 and post the dues are paid they will close the matter. She also agreed that they are ready for settle meant and I need to make a payment of Rs. 1000. According to them my pending amount was 1700 plus whereas per my old monthly bill would not be more than RS. 1,393.27. The additional amount was the late charges which they kept adding always for the first 3months when we were not informed about the bill being generated or any reminder mails stating that “Kindly make payment or else there will be late charges”. They kept quiet for the 3months and kept adding the money again after the first discussion in March if they say that they follow rules and are so efficient they should have closed the matter but they tried to force us to make payment when we started asking for explanation on the bill which was raised post our agreement on cancellation. And again for more 3 months the late charges kept pilling.

                                    As per them now I am eligible to pay for the Jan 2013 bill which I didn’t use for the month also we had informed the cancellation to the executive and plus the 6 months late charges which they kept adding without our knowledge about the bill. I again today got a call from Raj who kept arguing and raising his voice even after my repeated request to lower his voice that I was customer. He said they are ok for a settle out of curiosity I asked him what is the amount which they want me to pay he said pay us Rs. 1000 and will close the matter will never call you or harass you for anything which is his word. So that Rs. 1000 I should pay for the harassment which they would continue doing if I don’t make the payment. I told him about my concern and that I had cancelled the service the bill was wrongly credited to me and that for initial 3months I was not even informed about the bill it was in March that they called and long discussion happened to which post our questions they stopped. Later was under the impression that maybe they would have understood the mistake and cancelled it. Now today after more 3 months, so as long as 6months I am being informed that the matter was not shut but pending and that today is the last date of the payment. He said last I can settle the bill for Rs. 890 which is the amount I should pay for peace of mind. I mentioned that would agree for the payment but if the amount is below Rs. 500 which is doable for me to pay. Then came his true colors and he raised his voice to the highest pitch saying that we will not accept it and that not he file a legal case against me.

                                    The entire conversation with them I have only understood that they only said thing when they felt was the right time and when they felt now the customer is weak and has to agree to their point. TATA which is known for their service and ethics in the industry held my bill for 6months kept adding late charges so that they can make that extra for the service that has been deactivated. One first occasion tried to generate fear but because we had good question which couldn’t answer went back and now coming to us saying to make the payment, then saying to settle the amount, then negotiating on the settlement and later when saw that their target amount or the incentive which they would get for harassing people is getting lower saying that they would charge a legal case against me for not payment.

                                    The entire conversation of 29th June, 2013 I have recorded which I did as a last attempt to prove that it was their fault and they have charged me wrong. In the conversation they have agreed to their fault but because the bill is generated I have to make the payment.

                                    The best part I tried complaining the issue on www.tataphoton.com every time I entered the photo account number it would ask me to register, when I tried to register they would not accept the information and say please try again later.

                                    After the entire episode I should be charging a case against them for mental harassment. And all this came from a reputed company Tata, my fault in the issue was I got associated with the brand and got good service during my tenure but failed to get the same when I had cancelled it.

                                    One thing is for sure I will never go for any TATA product nor will I recommend it to anyone.

                                    I purchase a tata photon + from ADITYA INTERNATIONAL , 5 Bharti Artist's colony, main vikas Marg.
                                    I take a plan in which i can use 2 BG of downloding in day time(for a month) and 10 GB of data downloding in night time (for a month) night time downloding time is 11PM to 7 AM. I do all my downloding work in this time only but they charge me for it and they say that my use is not count in night time if I do not log in after 11 pm
                                    this information about login time is given to after billing so much no dealor or costomber care service say me about this login timeing for downloding my bill is more then doubble then my actual bill what can I do for it.
                                    I complain 3 times to the costomber care but no solution will come for my side please help me what is the correct process to complain against my wrong billing.

                                    Tata Photon + — keeps getting phone bill calls even after making a cancellation request.

                                    Last month I made SR[protected] to cancel my photon account,[protected], by calling your call center. I was told that SR will be fulfilled in 2 days. Now I when I saw the status, it said the SR was closed. I keep getting calls from your call center asking me to pay the bill. I am not responsible for any bill issued after I made the SR. I request you to cancel my photon with immediate effect. Also, dont call me on my mobile asking me hundreds of questions as to why I want to cancel the account.                                     When did you contact me ? The SR was supposed to be fulfilled within 2 days from the day it was registered. I waited for your call, nobody called me. And eventually my cell phone number got changed sometime in the 1st week of June. You had more than 10 days to contact me and you didn't contact me during that period. You may have called me after my contact number was changed. That is sheer negligence on your part. I am not going to run around your office to cancel my service. Whether or not you cancel the service is up to you.

                                    Tata Photon + — Cancellation of Service Not Done

                                    I had taken a USB data Card from TATA Tele Services by paying Rs. 2500/- from a TATA Indicom Store near Anandabagh of Malkajgiri Muncipality in month of March last year, for using a mobile Internet facility, since I would be on tour often. At the out set the service and connection was good. But the quality and speed of the broad band service was started deteriorating immensely and finally from March of this year it became an unreliable service totally. It became quite useless during the hour of need. Since I was with my son in Bangalore, I could not complain physically. Many a time I expressed my dissatisfaction over my mobile phone to the customer care center and TATA service executives that I would not pay the Photon bill any more from June of this year and to discontinue the service with immediate effect due to bad service. The out standing if any might be deducted from my Security deposit paid by me during the initial activation. But the TATA executive told me to come to the TATA Service Center at S.D. Road and write down physically for cancelling the service; otherwise, the monthly rentals will be charged to my Photon Account though the services are not there or they are not used. Since I am staying in Bangalore with my son, I told them that it hardly possible for me to com to Hyderabad all along to cancel the service and requested them to cancel it basing on my oral application through mobile. I once again request the TATA people through this complaint to effect the cancellation duly deducting the outstanding charges from the security deposit amount and do needful.

                                    I received a call from your customer care team a few days and I finally got some clarity on the amount that asked from me and the bill against it. Had very clearly mentioned to the representative that I am travelling and would be only be able to pay my dues post I am back that the coming week.

                                    On the second day my brother again gets a call from your goons and they abuse him and talk to him rudely he told them to connect with me as the tata photon was in my name but they went on with their rude calls. Today again he got a call and when I tried to talk to them the ladies on the phone was so rude and impolite. When I had a discussion and everything was clearly mentioned then why am still getting calls from your goons. Is there a mis-communication between the people who are actually your customer care team and these people who must criminal or goon’s well show from the language they speak.

                                    Enough is enough it was your mistake failure from your team for not communicating things in the right way as professionals as we have all known TATA for then why are these loop holes who create a ruckus and gives us a chance to speak ill of the organisations.

                                    For for the harassment caused to us we should file a case against and we have lots to prove that how were talk by these so called customer care team of yours have recorded my previous conversation. Initially they had denied even our account being cancelled finally in my last conversation and have mails to prove it that we had cancelled the account in Jan 2013. The biggest flaw that they could ever come up with and have gone through enough for almost 7 months from your people for no mistake of mine only cause your team was not efficient enough to do their work on time.

                                    Is something wrong with your team why are they calling my brother and talking to him in foul language. I am putting this on mail we will no longer take any calls from anyone from Tata team will disconnect the calls. All communication will happen between us on mail.

                                    There was guys with whom I spoke two days back Ratneswar Banerjee i guess he had assured me that my and my brothers (the registered number with Tata Photon) will not get any harassment calls and that our numbers will be added in the no calling list. Then why is your team behaving like this.

                                    Now when everything is sorted then why is this lady calling us again and again don't any of customer care have manners or do u hire people without a background or police verification of the person. What bunch of goons have you hired is this the professionalism of TATA company. Really sad with all this episode with brand like TATA .

                                      This is to bring to your notice that Tata Docomo people deducting my balance unnecessarily without reason, when I call to customer care people , they are giving me stupid reason like you have download this and that , then they are blocking my calls to the customer care whole day. None of the people giving me correct reason.
                                      Yesterday morning they deducted Rs. 42 from my a/c balance .
                                      I am really fed up. I know to use internet very well and I have been using internet since last 12 years so no need to docomo people to teach me about internet. If need more info I can tell you . I request you to kindly take necessary action for This kind of behavior. And please help me to refund my 42 rs.

                                        I had opted for the unlimited internet plan of tata Photon for Rs 700 per month , as per this plan i am eligible for 2 GB data at 256kbps and thereafter @156kbps for a period of 30 days. After i had completed the 2GB data the speed is reduced to 10 KBPS. there is no instance wherein the speed has crossed a maximum of 20 Kbps which is far below the maximum speed of 153.6 kbps. The speed is so less it takes 3 minutes to open the google webpage.
                                        I have raised this matter with tata photon by mail and call but there is no positive response from them.


                                        Please help me on this issue.

                                        I am also a victim of poor speed plan but in my case speed is not more than 1 kbps because it takes half an hour to open the home page.I have lodged several complains to customer care & Apellate but the problem persists. I used my 2 gb data in 2 days after that i am not able to use the sevices and customer care asked me that to continue the services you have to recharge with minimum amount.

                                        They have taken 10 days to give me this solution, I have wasted my money, time everything.

                                        Please Guys i[censored] want better services never go for photon.
