recharged for rs 351 on[protected] from Tata Docomo website. no balance was credited and no service message. been trying to gt in touch with them for two days but no help. the phone simply gets disconnected. not being able to use any gprs too.
where did my rs 351 go? and what am i supposed to do about it now?
so much for the "best 3g in the country" company!!
I have the cyber receipt and even the docomo website shows my recharge done..but what happened after that i don't have any clue.

    Hi, I Mr.Irfan Ahmed using Tata Docomo gsm network since 2 years.
    I reside in Jogeshwari west ,Amrut nagar . I have a network issues which i have complaint
    to the customer service and portability team . The team did not solve my
    problem and charging me for no reason . I need u to take an action against them.
    The customer service representative has no respect how to talk with the customers .

    GSM — network

    hi
    im ur gsm customer in harihar,karnataka. We at KIAMS(MBA inst) dont get network in hostel.We arefacing lots of problem,everytime we need to get out of hostel to use cell.
    Kindly look into matter asap.

    Tata Docomo — no network at all

    Here is my pathetic story and concerned issues begins now. I have been using three i.e [protected], [protected], [protected] Tata Docomo for the last one year or so. when i bought the connection, the network was below average.But from September 2010 i have not been getting even single network bar.What has happened?? I live in south 24 paraganas, chowhati A block,Deshpriya Block, sonarpur.. I have contacted the customer care authorities several times, but with no results. Every time they said that some tower installation is going on my area and it will be sorted out within one week or so. But till now, with the MNP being launched still there is no improvement at all, now a days am getting EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY in my handset..

    yes and it has a lot of 3g problem in pune city...they have very bad signals for 3g in all pune city area, , , , , , , , , , , they dont care about consumers...only thinking about increase costumers...
    Sir, I am using tata docomo number from the time it is launched, now from the past 3 days I have been charged illegally for the internet usage. which I have never used in my mobile, and the customer care people will never take the complain about the same. and they have deducted the total sum from my mobile number.
    and they never take any action. Please help me in sorting out this problem

    With due respect I like to inform you that I am a customer of bsnl mobile service and the bsnl mobile tower of our local area (bamuningam,block-daringbadi,Dist -Kandhaml ) provide very poor service.The network of that tower disappeared with shut down of since last six mounth .There are a maximum 7000+ number of bsnl customer in that area and more then fourty villages people are depending onthis tower they faced this problem last six or seven mounth.our local pepole complained against this problem at district bsnl head office.but problem is not solved due to the lack interest of the officers and workers.Now they provide maximum time our area is no network coverage.and if some bobdy call on this network number then he will gete moble is switch off.all pepole are facing somany problem

    TATA Docomo network problem is not at individual level. For all customers who are unfortunately got trapped by the name of "TATA".

    TATA is th emost trusted group and most of the consumers went ahead trusting TATA group. But shame when TATA SONS is not taking any action on the TTML for providing useless services to its customers.The kind of network services being delivered to the consumers are pathetic, worst, third class, useless, unreliable...Following are some of the major issues which I am sure all customers must be facing.
    1. Call drops - This is the right of TATA DOCMO network.
    2. Indoor coverage - Cell phone doesnt works from home because of no indoor coverage. (It is not even poor). TATA DOCMO should not use term cell phone or mobile phone. They should start brand it as "ROAD PHONE" because it works only when you come on road to talk to some one. This is disgusting.
    3. Third class customer support (121): All executives are arogand, They dont understand the problem correctly. Sometimes they even refuse to register call drop problems.
    4. Shameless services: People/Engineers working are shameless and simply blame TATA DOCOMO for the network issues saying that " Sir kya karein, upar se order hain, new site deployment band hai. Haiemn pata hai network problems leking sites na hone ke karan service issues hain"

    And at last Mr. Ahmed. I am sure you must have faced all or either 1 of the above pain points, Please don't try to fool yourself and try to convince customers and get rid of just saying that "Since we have not received any details from your end we assume that your issue has been resolved".
    Customer is power, You will realize that in few months when Jio telecom will launch its services. So Please be careful and seriously escalate the issues and take some concrete actions on the customer problem resolution.

    I dont have mail ID of Mr. Ratan TATA and your new MD Mr. Mistry. Otherwise I wish I could let them know hos name of TATAs is being spoiled by TATA DOCOMO services in India. If you could, Please forward the same to them. Let them also understand how TATA DOCOMO is doing.

        Tata Docomo were so promising in the beginning of their service and as soon as they gained much out of it- they betrayed all their customers out of their rights--oh what "Rights" when Docomo has full rights to put down our liberty!!!
        What DO THE NEW? OH.."Your Mobile operator does not know to count figures" was your business tactics to play on public and now i guess you have forgot to count the figures and you people point to government by declaring the rates are strictly prescribed by TRAI.!!!
        1paise pulse changes to 1.2p and then 1.5p/2p and we are so eager to see the figure 5p/sec for local calls...Why Not Do The New, Docomo???

        Today, The 20th of June 2013, the whole of the Bangalore city is experiencing halt on Tata Docomo services- No outgoing calls, No incoming calls, No messages, No Internet!!! This problem has been cross verified and confirmed with other customers using Tata Docomo services.

        The worst Customer care center located at Richmond Road Bangalore- If you need a proof , i'l surely upload video clip where all of your executives least bothered to attend any of the customers. The customers are just given the Tokens by a watchman of the store and make us to wait and they are never call or announce the token number even after an hour!!!
        Good for nothing Docomo executives--Lazy jerks at work!!!

        When I went there to change my tariff plan, i was told that it is impossible for them to do and advised me to contact customer care by calling 121--Now why the hell the customer care center situated over there??

            They are not letting me to move out of DOCOMO using MNP.. I had applied the number porting twice from Idea Cellular.

            This time they have rejected stating that the name does not match as per their database.
            When enquired about my name, it looks like they have missplelled my name and hence they are rejecting the MNP..

            Everytime i call the customer care, they simply give some replies and this has caused me lot of trouble.
            I am processing this MNP since past 5 months..

            Last time inspite of several reminders, they didnt approve the MNP till the last day and then told that it is out of validity period and rejected.

            Such a great indian company that behaves like this is annoying.

            They are refusing to take any complaints..

            I have totally waste hours together to get this ported out from TATA DOCOMO.

            DOCOMO NOT Letting me to Port Out...
            i have sent port request to DOCOMO and got MNP number, wuth that i gave all documents to other network very next day i got call from DOCOMO cc asked reason i gave all pin number where i m not getting network.. after that they kept calling me every day to simply ask reason and offered me some tariff plan. but i said m porting out due to network problem. Next day i got message of new tariff plan. i called cc they told your port request cancelled.i m trying to port out from last 6 months but everytime they regect port out.. please find way out...

                i am unable to make any calls/ sms on docomo prepaid sim. it says "mobile network not available". i thought its phone problem n put the sim in other phone but still encountered the same problem. I have been using docomo prepaid sim from over one year. this is the third time its happening. Its really annoying.

                  I have a Tata Docomo broadband connection in Hyderabad (Rs 999, 1 mbps, 30 gb download limit).Account number[protected]
                  I am facing a lot of problems with the connection. First, the speed of internet is usually much slower than the 1 mbps promised by the company.
                  But the major problem is that the internet doesn't work very often. Almost every week I face problems with the connection(CSR always dodge the problem saying this is server issue),and this time their server was down from saturday to wednesday after noon.The customer care service of Tata Docomo here is pathetically inefficient. One hopes to get very good service from a respected brand like Tata but sadly in this case I feel let down.
                  I request the Tata Docomo management to please get in touch with me and see to it that the problem is fixed permanently.

                    Tata Docomo — Deducting amount

                    My mobile No : [protected] is from Tata Docomo and the company sending many offers via Message and without my permission they just activate these services and cut my balance amount and after suffering then I had registered DND service ( Do Not Disturb ) in my mobile......After activation for 4 Months it was Ok but

                    on 4th May 2011 Tata Docomo had deactivated my DND service Automatic and send me an message of Sarukh Khan Love Tips and charging me RS 18 for that service when I complined the Company then they saw their fault and returned me Rs. 10 not even my full money and I told them to Activate my DND service and

                    again on 7th May 2011 they just send me an message automatic for about an Game charging me Rs 39 in the same message and again when I complained them that I have DND activated in my No. how can they send these messages and cut my balance amount then again they saw their Fault and returned me Rs.20 not even my full amount and I told them Strictly to register my no for DND service and they had promissed me that now no messages will be send at your no but

                    Today 10th may 2011 in the morning by 9.11 AM again they had send me an message of Shah Rukh Khan Love Tips and had charges Rs.10 for their services in the same messages and when I complianed them about this matter then they had replied me that system is busy call me after 4 hours then we will have updation and check and inform you.............

                    Now I request you people to help me out for this problem I recharge my account for talking not for these useless messages Shah Rukh Khan Love tips or Games and I need all my money back......

                      I purchase a Tata Photon on 15/05/13 that time it was working after 2 or 3 days it was suddenly off by the service provider without any giving information when i call to customer care they said to me that u have need to submit again ur address prove in our nearest office so i submit at SAHARA MALL on 31/05/13
                      that guy tells me that it will work after 5 or 6 working days after finishing time period again i contact customer care from that day just they
                      giving me a date sir ur verification will done in next to day and this is still going on. No one there to resolve this.

                      So i just want to make a complaint again TATA PHOTON why they are giving this kind of mental pressure to the customer.

                        Yesterday I noticed that the broadband cable which comes to my residence from the neighboring building has been broken down.

                        I have reported this issue to your customer care center as well; however the engineer is asking me to pay a heavy amount for replacing or joining the cable back.



                        I fail to understand that why would I need to incur this loss for no fault of mine, however while the laying the cable for the new connection it was brought to the notice of the engineer that this type of connection may be manhandled or even be damaged due to gusty winds or rains, but the engineer assured me that such issues would be taken care promptly.



                        Can you please explain me as why should I be paying an amount for the replacement of cable for which the damage has been done in the neighboring building and not in my premises.

I lost my connection on August 26, 2008 for the period of 3 days and again on September 16, 2008 for the period of 2 to 3 days. I made a complaint for the validity extension in the customer care center the same they are not attending my complaint. I call up many time but only one answer that they give is "they have forwarded my complaint to the concern department" but nothing happens.

                        Tata Broadband Internet — Billing issue

                        I have a billing issue with Tata broadband and have proof that their system of calculating space usage is 100% inaccurate. I have proof that an active internet connection is showing web usage.

                        I have a written confirmation from a Tata employee confirming this. No one from TATA even care to investigate the issue.

                        Tata docomo has been providing extremely poor service from a very long time. I have been facing the same issue ever since I have taken the connention. Their representatives do call me 100 times a day for new connections or billing details but nobody ever responds to service complaints. Its not just me but my friends also face the same issue.
                        Every time they resolve the issue it is again retained in two days. I assume I am alienated to remotely away from their elite service.

                        This kind of service from such a reputed company has displeased me and I would never recommend anyone to take this connection.

                            I gave the application to port my no. [protected] from Tata Docomo to Vodafone. The application was registered more than 25 days ago. Their toll free customer care executives do not help at all. Even their online complaint service is unoperational. Their website never accepts the complaints and gives error everytime.
                            Porting generally takes 7-10 days but after about a month, this is a headache, when there is nobody to listen.
                            This is a ruthless thing to do with a customer. Please help me.

                              Hi Team,

                              This is Bijendar kumar sharma from delhi and i took a Tata Docomo connection in July 2011 and the offer given to me was that pay 1500rs and you get 2 months broadband services and the device free and from the 3rd month i need to pay 750 per month. From day 1 i was getting problems, i logged 3-4 complains first to activate my device and then secondly to no internet connection. I got so much fed up that i cancelled my connection within 15-20 days only which was my free period. After that i got a call asking for reasons of cancellation and told them that i did not liked their services and not even using my 2 months free services. After 6 months they called and said that you have a balance of 1300 rs and you need to pay that amount, i told them that i have disconnected the connection long back. They started saying that no sir u have to pay this amount , i asked them that if my connection was still active after my cancellation then why didn't they send me the bill on monthly basis and why after 6 months they have send me a consolidated bill of 2 months.They told that ok they will check and resolve the issue, then again now after 4 months i am getting a call from TATA DOCOMO legal department saying that if i dont pay the amount they are going to sue me. And even they are not listening to me and threatning me that they will make my life hell if i dont pay. Please help me in this as i have not even used their services on my free duration .

                                this is the serious problem that i am facing, and want to regiester a complaint against tata docomo.
                                tata docomo is providing a 3g internet pack of 250 rupees and in that they gives one month unlimited 1 gb data. i recharged for 250 rupees and the 250 pack is activated , but i am facing problem to connect to internet. the 3g or H sign goes away automatically,,, and it comes after 15 or 20 minutes. i called customer care and they said to me to delete cache, cookies , history etc... i did that, i called again and then they said to reset the phone once and try,,, i did that also but the problem still persist.. so i called again and they given option and that was to try in some other handset and if the problem still comes write mail.
                                i wrote mail after , i called many times customer care but they puts me on a long hold.. i mean to say that their is no proper resolution about the service from their side..
                                and the same problem many of my friends are facing.. i am staying in kumar swamy layout bangalore, and i tried to change the place also but still the problem was same.. .. please take some action against them .. or make them to say that they cannot give good service to the customer .. please assist me and reply me , what should i do??? this is really irriating , they are making customer fool...

                                hello friend I used this 3G service of docomo many times. I want to give you a suggestion. While using 2G Data pack we use access point TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET.
                                But in 3G you have to use the access point TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC.
                                So you have to call to customer care to sent the internethvc settings to you.

                                i think you did not read my full compliant, my access point is correct only, and i am getting the connection, but the problem is internet goes away suddenly, and it comes after 10 or 15 minutes, and every half an hour it happens, and now they sent me a reply like-

                                ( and i think this is not a reply to send a customer, their are many networks and they are working well, , objects and builldings are not effecting them, my handset is samsung gt-s5670.. all other network works fine with my handset, , i came to docomo because of this 3g offer, , , but it is really irritating about their service and customer care.. they always puts call on long hold, , and sometimes disconnects the call..

                                    I applied for landline+internet connection from Tata Docomo and subscribed to a plan for both voice and internet. Internet connection was done within couple of days. After more than 6 weeks, I am yet to get the landline connection and tried complaining in the website and the option always is greyed out. I wrote to the escalation authority more than a week back and no one seems to bother. I am given the monthly bill and am asked to pay for landline when I am not even informed on the telephone number. I wonder how poor the service can be.

                                      I've been using TATA Docomo for over a year. Recently I've started using mobile internet services using the same connection. My mobile number is [protected]. The connection seems to be okay when it runs but it frequently disconnects all by itself and wouldn't connect for next few hours. I often have to switch off and on the handset but still won't connect. It seems like the internet will connect by it's own will. I have to wait for hours to get a successful connection. I've called Docomo customer care and they told me to reset the GPRS settings which I did but the results are just the same and frustrating. The customer care executives are mostly unavailable and doesn't bother to reply with a solution. Now as I have given this number to a lot of people, so changing it won't be possible lest I lose many important fields. I spend more than one hundred rupees on mobile internet connection but half a day it remains dead.

                                      I'm writing this complaint hoping to get a "Serious" solution and consistency in the internet connection, otherwise I have to part my ways from TATA Docomo, I guess.

                                      The problem is still there. Lost connection for more than an hour now!
                                      Just wanted to inform that the connection is lost from 8.30pm to 10.45pm today and still can't access mobile internet. I simply DO NOT any sign of improvement in connection and it has become even worse. They have assured me with a positive solution but I think it is completely hopeless as the connection is totally gone now. Switching off and on it multiple times but it ain't working. I believe I have to file another complaint as it is getting really irritating and frustrating. How degenerated their service quality is!
                                      I have filed a complaint on Jun 14, 2013 about an inconsistent internet connection. My complaint docket number is PNR[protected].
                                      They have assured me with a solution but my internet connection is still saying &quot;Network Busy&quot; in every 10 minutes. I have re informed their agent this morning but the there is no improvement in connection. If they are unable to fix the problem then I have to port my number to some other service providers available in the market. This complaint should be views as a result of absolute dissatisfaction in using TATA Docomo service and I should definitely discourage my acquaintances from going for the same.
                                      They still did not resolve the problem.
                                      It has been 48 hours since they have last contacted me. They did not solve my problem. I could not connect to internet for more than one hour now.
                                      Okay so should I press a legal charge against TATA Docomo? I am not getting any more responses from them. The server SMS is still saved in my mobile conveying another incoming call from their agent but nobody have contacted me ever since. How can I press charges against them?

                                        I am having tata photon no [protected] which was due for expiry on 13/6/13 and was having 9100 MB data available. I recharged my photon online for Rs 350/- on 11/6/13 well before expiry for 1.5MB data and validity of 30 days from tatadocomo web site .The money was deducted from my SBI bank account on 11/6/13 but the data account was not credited neither validity was extended.

                                        I called their customer care [protected] number of times , half of the time they told that system is down and call after 2 hrs.

                                        Then I wrote to their email [protected]@tatadocomo.com they told me on 13/6 the amount is not posted on ur account. However incase of failure of recharge amount will get credited back to ur bank account after 5 to 7 days.

                                        The GAME PLAN of tata docomo is they let my tata photon expire on 13/6/13 so that they can devour 9100MB data left. Then credit 1.5MB data for 30 days. and if customer make noise return money after earning 7 days interest.
                                        just imagine how much amount of interest they will collect from million of customer and eat into customer left over data.

                                        when my money was deducted from my bank account on 11/6/13 (SBI Ref No IGJ1524491) why my data was credited on same day.
