this is the serious problem that i am facing, and want to regiester a complaint against tata docomo.
tata docomo is providing a 3g internet pack of 250 rupees and in that they gives one month unlimited 1 gb data. i recharged for 250 rupees and the 250 pack is activated , but i am facing problem to connect to internet. the 3g or H sign goes away automatically,,, and it comes after 15 or 20 minutes. i called customer care and they said to me to delete cache, cookies , history etc... i did that, i called again and then they said to reset the phone once and try,,, i did that also but the problem still persist.. so i called again and they given option and that was to try in some other handset and if the problem still comes write mail.
i wrote mail after , i called many times customer care but they puts me on a long hold.. i mean to say that their is no proper resolution about the service from their side..
and the same problem many of my friends are facing.. i am staying in kumar swamy layout bangalore, and i tried to change the place also but still the problem was same.. .. please take some action against them .. or make them to say that they cannot give good service to the customer .. please assist me and reply me , what should i do??? this is really irriating , they are making customer fool...

Tata Docomo — No reasons given for balance deduction
I bought a tata docomo recharge coupon of Rs 20 from a shop on 20th september 2011.As tried to do the recharge from the coupon to my surprise it showed that the coupon has been used earlier.Although i my self scratched it used it for the first time.But it still showed that it has been used earlier.After this i went to the shopkeeper and told the problem then he contacted tata docomo representatives through the help line..To my shock they told that this coupon has been used by my number.But when i checked my balance there was'nt any increment.And now the shopkeeper also saw a chance to get out of this matter and now its between you and the company.Though i still tried to contact the customer care and they said they are sorry now cant do any thing regarding this.This obviously was not the answer i was expecting.It utterly irresponsible and unaccountable from the company's part.And now no one will pay me the amount which i have robbed of from tata docomo.Because my definitely did not went for any of my purpose.It was looted and no reason what so ever being given for that.Even though Rs 20 is very small amount in terms of loss but its larger in terms of trust for a customer.My complaint is how come they can operate like this irresponsibly and strict action must be taken atleast for the sake of transparency and accountability in this country.The Serial No. of the coupon is[protected].
