I had received yours mail which stating that you are just ignoring my concern and only caring about yours outstanding . Please be noticed , the commitment had been given by yours company during taking the new connection . So, if an executive comes to an office and sell yours product , it’s your moral duty to deliver the commitment . Hence , still I am supposed to received INR 3500 from yours esteem concern against the commitment given by yours employee . you could not avoid your commitments or dilute my concern as miss – selling . I am strongly feeling cheated by your company although TATA group is a most renowned company in India .



If you are not help me on this matter , I am forced to contact yours higher authority as well as consumer forum to get the justice.



Besides this , I had also a received a call from yours call centre ( Contact No-+91 [protected] ) who had again misbehave me which I would feel humiliated . I will take up the issue with all yours higher authority to understand the dealing with yours consumer for Just INR 852 which is negligible and doesn’t have any values for me .



Please treat it as last and final mail to take next steps towards you for not only false commitment for selling yours device but also ill treatment by the company. I am looking forward to your reply at the earliest.

Dear Mr Sanjay Das,

This is to bring your kind attention that I am facing few issues during the disconnection of the TATA Photon broadband due to my official transfer to another region . I had called several times to the call centre and discussed my concerns with them . But they were not bother to listen anything and not help me in these regards. Hence , I am writing to you to get help on this matter.

I am having the following concerns as mentioned below..

1. I had triggered to disconnect my connection in December 2012 as I was already transferred to another region . But the call centre executive told they didn¿t have any authority to disconnect . They had assured that someone might call me in this regards but unfortunately no one turned up. Hence , unnecessary I was forced to pay the bill.
2. Again I had called them in January . They informed that it was triggered to discontinue but nothing was happened. Again I received the bill without using the dongle . I was asked the call centre executives but they were clue less on this matter. I had asked for higher authority number but they didn¿t provide it to me .
3. Again I contacted the local TATA Docomo shop where the dongle was purchased with Rs. 3,800/-. During the purchased , it was committed that if I wanted to discontinue the connection , I will get back the caution money as well as dongle amount after handover the same . But now shop clearly denied to pay anything .
4. Again I had contacted the call centre but they told me that I have to pay the amount and they were not able to do anything regarding the caution money back. If I was not able to pay on time , the late charges will implied on bill but didn¿t understand my concern.
5. Finally I had not paid on time to do the final settlement . But now I had received the call with yours executive and abuse me for not paying on time . I don¿t know , how do you treat a consumer after using 3-4 years with this language . I really felt humiliated to hear and asked to to provide the number for the higher authority but they didn¿t provide .


I am really felt bad to see the quality of customer services by yours company. I am not concerned about that due payment ( approx Rs.900/- ) but I will never suggest any person to use yours dongle. I am really very much disappointed to experience the behaviour of yours executives which might hamper yours company brand name in future. I hope , you will take the corrective action on it .

On the same time , I will report to my administration manager of my own company which I guess , a major client of yours company . Also , I will escalate the same to yours higher authority in writing as well.

Last but not the least , you are requested to send me communication in written stating that I will not get any payment for caution money as well as cost of the dongle so that I could take up the matter further in consumer forum.

I really love the brand TATA , That¿s why I had opted the same but at the end of the day , I realised , I had taken the wrong decision . I would request to confirm the amount which I need to pay . Only to add , Money doesn¿t matter but Goodwill matters.

Tata Docomo — Poor Customer Service, False Commitments

I call up customer care almost every day for the following problems, but never get a satisfactory answer. I am just being asked to wait till the next day – everyday.



Problem 1: I’ve logged a complaint about one of your customer executives who made false commitments and managed to get me a postpaid connection. There is no response on that since 10 days.



Problem 2: The plan that I chose is not the one that is reflected in my account. Logged a complaint on that too, but no response since 10 days.



Problem 3: The address verification has failed. Of course, it had to fail – since your executive lied about ‘no need of local address proof’. My outgoing calls have been barred. I’m a temporary visitor in Chennai (and yet your executive convinced and managed to get me a postpaid connection!) – and I have no alternate phone to make calls.



Problem 4: Executives give all wrong explanations to things that are happening to my account.

Problem 5: Network. It’s bad, bad and really bad.

    Hi,

    I have activated my new no. [protected] on 10Th-May-2013. Then i recharged
    my number wiTh 199 Rs. for 5GB 2G data package wiTh 54 days validity on 10Th-May2013.

    Then i got message on 11Th-May-2013 11pm That i got free 1.5GB 3G data
    free for handset promotional.

    Now i am not able to use my 5GB Data which i have recharged on
    10Th-May-2013 and when i contacted customer care, customer care executive
    told me That your 5GB data is lapsed due to new pack activation.

    I write mail regarding my problem but They reply system generated mail given below:
    "Dear Mr. Modi,

    Greetings of The Day!

    This is wiTh reference to your email dated[protected], regarding handset
    bundled offer related issue for your Tata Docomo number [protected].

    We regret The inconvenience caused to you.

    We would like to inform you That as per our records we have found That as
    you have received handset bundled offer on[protected] due to which your
    previous recharge benefit of Rs 199 plan has been forfeited. Hence, we are
    unable to process your request for The same.

    For furTher clarifications call us at 121 from TATA DOCOMO number. We are
    also available at[protected]. You can write to us at
    [protected]@tatadocomo.com."

    When i am trying to contact customer care They are also answer same.

      I recharged for Rs 129 on 07th Jan through online recharge.The site was saying that the benefits for Rs 129 recharge are- All India calls @ 1p/ 2secs. (30p/ min.) for 180 days validity. 129 Local/STD calls mins, 30 days validity.

      First, I didn't get 129 mins deposited to my account. I called the customer care for the same they are simply saying that the plan has changed but it is not updated in the site so they can't do anything. Now I am being charged according to the regular plan i.e 60p/min. This is how Tata docomo is dealing with the customers.


      And also I want to let you know that the worst customer care I have seen till now is Tata Docomo customer care. If I call and ask anything on any issue, customer care executives are simply giving some lame excuses and disconnecting the call.

      I dont want this plan to be activated since I waited two days and had to pay again to activate the plan again. I want to get a resolution to my problem.

          i have been calling customer care past 2 days but they dont pick up calls as if there is no customer care representative to handle calls in there centre i got a recharge of rs. 250 done in my phone for 3g internet i called customer care for receiving 3g settings but they technical system says that there is problem and can't sent the settings and when i try to talk to customer care representative no one from their side picks up the call which is really annoying and either i want the settings or money back do forward my problem thank u

          Tata Docomo — Poor response from customer care

          I am balakrishna from bhubaneswar. I had taken a TATA Docomo sim few days back and i had submitted my pan card & Company ID card as a address & ID proof . But they barred outgoing calls.When I intimated this to customercare ,their response is very poor.Even they couldn't speak english .

            Hi,

            I have never raised any request to activate 3G services to my GSM TATA DOCOMO post paid number [protected], even then i am charged more than 500 INR for the same. Already given a complain(complain #[protected] and[protected] still the issue is not resolved. Its been a pathetic experience with DOCOMO.

            Every day somebody calls me from DOCOMO and gives me a different version.Today i was told that it will get activated by its own as your handset supports 3G.
            Then my question was why it was not activated in the first few months as i was using the same handset.

            Somebody please help me.. I want to teach them a lesson for cheating people.. Please call me @[protected] and mail me @ [protected]@rediffmail.com

                I purchased new tata docomo connection ( [protected] ) from Shri Lakshmi narsimha shop near gangotri circle BTM Stage-1 bangalore on 30th April.
                I have submitted all required documents and local reference number.But no one is listening my problem. I am new in bangalore so please do something in favour of me.shop keeper is not giving response. and the agent is saying call to 121 but think about it if i haven't docomo number how will i contact to 121.And local reference number is going out of India so that will not get in touch in next 2 months.
                Only today till evening it is possible to make a verification call. Please call me in my alternate number.

                Please do something in favour of me and let me tell about the issue is happening with me.Waiting for fast response from your side.

                  I have many complain to docomo but my latest complain that is i recharged my no [protected] with 28 rs tariff for cheap std or local call rate on 1st may 2013 as per pack - i will charged 1 paise for 2 second for any no for first 1000 min . but i notice from 7th may deduction on call is 1.5 pasie/ second
                  i called customer care but those liar there said i have consumed 1000 min range while 1000 min will finish if i talk 3 hours per day simple mats calcultion .
                  Sir i talk maximum to maximum 20 min per day that's why i choose this plan you can ask for to docomo and can check my calling period since i purchase sim.
                  i asked them to complain but those fraud of Docomo not agreed to at all complain .
                  i asked to transfer call to senior but always they are busy call later they said very rudely, neither they complain or transfer call if i began to force then a single solution disconnect the call and stop my customer care service of the no. . i tried with second of mine friend docomo no instead of any help with same process they block his customer care also.

                  i tried through website but this is only for show you cant complain there
                  and no answer of mail

                  So finally i complain here
                  if not solve i changed provider with MNP

                    My mobile number [protected] were MNP from IDEA prepaid to TATA DOCOMO postpaid on 12.9.2012 which plan was Rs. 199 + 2GB (Rs.50) monthly plan. 2GB plan tick mark on my signed plan sheet but not active in technically.
                    Bill made so high Rs. 7199 ( Rs. 50 calling and Rs. 7000 gprs ) I calls many times your customer care, mailing at Appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com and send letter to Tata managing director ( New Delhi ) But not got sufficient answer and all these forced to me for fully payment.
                    I say to your legal department officer Mr. S. K. Dube on 23/03/2013 & 03/04/2013 that send me legal bill ( which I used and according my plan sheet ) but they angry on me and say don't pay any amount.
                    If I was wrong then why not send me any legal notice? My credit limit Rs. 1300 then why making bill so high.

                      Hyderabad Tata docomo postpaid nampalli branch follow up me, They ask me to take postpaid connection. Actually i don't need it any more but the thing is i have Malaysia calls daily. I just ask them, is there any offer regarding malaysia call. They replied as it 1.2 paisa per sec(i.e. 90 paisa per minute). i repeatedly asked them is it true? they always answered it is true. So finally i got postpaid connection at 300 rupees. When i trying to call to malaysia, the call just disconnected with message 'please call customer service'. I just called to customer service they replied me as you have to deposite some money you take a abroad calls and you never take a call at 1.2 paisa per minute. Money is not important why they have to give false information?

                        This is to bring it to your kind notice, about the service I am been offered by TATA DOCOMO. I took this connection a month ago since then I have been having weirdest nightmare. Let me start from the beginning, I had the sales person come to my property & explain the tariff details which is the only happy part. After me signing for a new connection I had to wait for two solid weeks to get my connection installed. Between the two weeks time I went through a complete turmoil and chaotic situation, which I have no words to describe. I did call several sales person from Tata the ridiculous DOCOMO but none responded. I was given false promise for each and every thing for example, within three days I will have the connection which I did not receive. I had to take 4 DAYS of leave as I was informed that the engineer can come at any time. I should definitely share about this interestingly weirdest creature <Krishna Kumar.[protected]@tatatel.co.in> who happens to be a team lead for the sale representatives. I would have called him 100 times, every single call he either disconnected, did not answer or switched of his phone. Finally after messaging Mr Krishna Kumar that I would be taking it to the consumer court, I got a call from another sales team lead whom I don't remember, being spoken to dozens of people from Tata the ridiculous DOCOMO. He tried convincing me for another day which was diabolic, after I explained my situation he felt really bad and I was sent an engineer the same day not to forget after 2 weeks for follow up, miserable time.

                        Once it was installed, I had a sales representative call me to confirm the email address which was fed incorrect. It took nearly 15 mins to make him understand the alphabets, poor kid had an Hinglish accent which I couldn't understand. I thought it was over but I got a mail last week saying that my connection will be disconnected since I was not available at my property for a address validation. It happens to be a lie since I was on leave for a week were none turned up. I remember to sales representative saying 7th of every month my bill will be generated. This is favourite part I login to my yahoo account to find out my Tata the ridiculous DOCOMO's account number. I was not sent with any information that I am with Tata the ridiculous DOCOMO. So I call Mr Krishna and explain him the situation, he pretended as if he couldn't hear anything and disconnected my call(no wonder). I kept calling him over and over again he did what he does. I am left in cross roads with no solution to find out my account number and make a payment.

                        i. As a customer I was not informed of anything, anything, anything at all. ( No Keeping the customer informed was followed)
                        ii. Call centre agents can hardly understand English (not everyone speaks Hindi)
                        iii. No proper contact during the installation.
                        iv. False promise given to customers
                        v. No proper procedure followed till the details sent to customer.

                        If you ask me we all(TATA) pay for a service that provides absolutely nothing. Please don't be fooled by the initial marketing strategy and end up with losers.

                        Tata Braodband — Worst Services

                        Dear all,

                        I am using tata broadband services. the services are very very poor. their service enginer and local staff who are handling the complaints at my end are very unprofessional. Their call center is worst, they dont know anything and every time i register a complaint, if you call next day they will say the complaint is resolved and from our end your net is working.

                        If any one is planning to opt for tata broadband connection, i request you to don't go for it. I never accept such services from the brand name TATA. its same for Mr. Ratan Tata who is providing such a bad serives under the very very prestigious business group TATA.

                        I agree with You completely, its 4 years I am using their braodband, their staff is useless, th ecustomer care no. is a waste of time, they don't attend to complaints. their is lot of harassment.
                        Horrible and Pathetic services I have seen.
                        It happened such that, I shifted my connection from electronic city to JP Nagar 3rd phase. But the person who stayed earlier there also had Tata broadband connection. So the guys removed his antenna and fixed a new antenna for my use and asked me to keep the guy's antenna and they would be taking it later.
                        Yesterday when I went to my house in the evening, I was shocked to see that my fixed antenna and cable were missing and they had used the open window to take the cable out thinking that the antenna belonged to the earlier person who stayed there. the junction box had fallen down and luckily the TFT screen was intact.
                        When I called up the customer service the complaint taken was that my antenna is stolen which I never told and they had closed the complaint even without informing me stating that I have to pay 7000 Rs to get new antenna. This is the kind of service which we get.
                        I advice to everyone please please do not go with tata broadband. Horrible guys they are. They attend to your phone calls sincerely but same issues occur time and again. They always resolve issues temporarily. The connection and speed is also not that good. I made a blunder taking tata broadband.

                        tata docomo is the WORST INTERNET SERVICE IN THE WORLD. Internet business is like a car park business. if there is bandwidth for 1000 cars, TATA will sell 100, 000 car spaces. they dont care about speed nor even bother to open up another bandwidth.


                        the customer service is a bunch of brainless


                        AND TATA LIED. THEY PROMISE RECTIFICATION WITHIN 24 HRS. but there are NO WORKING ENGINEERS ON SUNDAY. tata engineers confess that to me


                        and alot of their hubs are routed thru people house where once in a while these houses either have power failure or cut off or they will shut it off to conserve power when they are on holidays


                        how to know they have oversell their bandwidth. simpel every time comes to public holiday weekend it is super slow or worst of all down.


                        in no part of the entire world i have ever come across a message "The internet is busy pls try again later"

                          I applied for Pre2Post migration of my number [protected] 3weeks back also submitted all the documents but i got message that i haven't submitted the documents when i ask same the person to whom i given the documents he returned the documents to me saying he is unable to convert. So i asked customer support for the help and they suggest go near docomo outlet and submit the documents i did that also last week but still no result when i went their outlet today they are saying we can't say when it will active?
                          Really its pathetic to migrate Pre2Post in docomo.

                            my tatadocomo is not working for more than a week.... i submitted my complaint to them but they are telling "within two days we will clear your problem" but till now its not working... i lost many lakhs due to this.... i cant even give PORT because of this problem... i can't even change my network... how will others contact me if this happen so....... so kindly take action for this... thank you

                              With reference above we received the bill from tata docomo, the bill amt Rs.-3664/- is very high due the 3G service charges, but sir I dont know about the 3G service. How it works & I dont activited at my end. They tell me if I not paid the bill amt they issue me the Legal notice against the bill amt. I tell them issue average bill for last 6 months & I will pay the same. they did not agree.
                              So please tell me what I do the next.

                                I am literally fed up with the TATA DOCOMO "MCHEK NOTIFICATION" on my mobile phone with no. [protected] and [protected]. It occurs every 10-15mins 24hrs day and night. It hangs the phone for 2 mins which disturbs me a lot. It is also eating up my battery power and 2 times it happened that due to which i became helpless in an emergency situation.

                                I want to stop this crazy service ASAP

                                  I have opted for a Internet package of Rs. 250 p.m on 30/04/2013 which also included a talk time of Rs. 222. After two days my balance was deducted by rs. 170 with no reason to my understanding. I again recharged by Rs. 50 on 03/05/2013. But the same day again Rs. 33 was deducted with no reason explained to me. During this 3 days i have not used net for any purpose as my balance was reducing with no reason. On 04/05/2013 i talked with tata docomo’s customer care executive but she was not able to provide me any reason for this balance deduction. So on same day I visited Tata docomo office at Shivranjani char rasta Ahmedabad where i talked with Ms. Tresha pathak on hotline number. Her behavior was extremely rude with me…she even cut the call while talking and gave no reason or solution to my complaint. I was told that this is happening due to some technical problem and will have to wait for 48 hrs. So after 2 days on 06/05/2013 again i went to same office and talked with same Ms tresha Pathak. But this time the answer was same…”its technical problem and u will have to wait for 24 hrs…” This time also her behavior was rude and she cut the call two times in between.

                                  My question is that is this the customer care @ tata docomo???? Even after 5 days i have not been provided my balance back nither i have any satisfactory solution or reason for my unnecessary balace deduction. Additionally this rude behavior have forced me to file complaint.
                                  Again today visited the same center, but Ms. Tresha Pathak denied to talk to me. Also I have been told that “NOTHING CAN BE DONE IN YOUR CASE , DON’T COME HERE AGAIN!!!!!”

                                  Request you to interfere in this matter and provide me the solution.

                                  I am a currently using Tata docomo service residing in Ambernath...and i feel to regret having taken the serive....it always has a newtork problem of recently....it is utter DISGUSTING that Tata Docomo spend huge amount on its advertisment but renders sevice worst than our miilk man serivce...Management shoud be ashamed of opening customer servivce but no actions taken on the complaint....i request kindly NOT go for Tatadocomo......i feel there could be more suicides due to these network problem.

                                    I have tata docomo sim and I want to port my number as there is no range where I am working right now. From last 3 months I am sending msg for poratbility and whenever I received a call from them they are offering me various services but I don't want all those services as the problem is about range and I told them this clearly. After that they talk so rudely and don't even ready to give portability and simply they cut the call. I feel like I am the customer care executive to talk them in a good way and they are literally scolding at me like customer. Is this the way to talk to customer and why are they not giving portability? What should I do? I dont want to change my number and do not want TATA Docomo Service anymore.

                                    I registered my request for porting into docomo on 4th April but my request was sent to MNP

                                    cross roads ) people that they forgot to forward my documents to the company in between 4th

                                    to 12th &amp; when I went to store on 12th than they did it, so becoz of the docomo store

                                    people my portability process is delayed &amp; today is 14th day &amp; still portability has not

                                    been done, I cannot do anything against docomo people but if you can do than it would be

                                    grateful as store people are lying that system was down &amp; various other lame excuses but

                                    from 4th to 12th there cannot be a problem everyday, documents could have been easily sent

                                    on 5th April &amp; request with mnp sould have been registered on 7th april but instead they started

                                    everything after 12th &amp; still my number has not ported in.

                                    The request to MNP authorities was sent on 12th april, that is after 7 days, actually on which the porting processs should have been completed .

                                        I am Santhosh, A customer of TATA DOCOMO, I have activate 98 Rs/- booster pack through online and it’s applicable for on net call is 10/ps, on net local SMS is free and data is 700 MB / 30 days but after activate this pack and I have sent SMS to on net local SMS but SMS money was taken

                                        First time I have call booked to above issue but no response and called again issue was taken and created case for this but didn’t get any response from TATA DOCOMO people so I have sent email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com

                                        First time I received email that type of pack was not available then I have replied with screen shot that email so they called and accept this issue refund my SMS amount but they suggest you will not sent SMS in future and they provided alternate solution of SMS and given 26 Rs/- for SMS service activation

                                        Once again I have confirmed to call center people for activation of this booster to affect of my old booster but that call center people assured it’s not affect the old booster after activate this pack my data is services was not affected so then I have called to on net local number suddenly the call disconnected and I checked balance that was dedicated my call chargers of 1 Rs/- sec totally I have talked 26 mins but they charged 26 Rs/-

                                        This issue was getting around past 4 days no one clears properly. Please consider do the need full and refund my unwanted dedicated amount
