I am a prepaid customer of TATA DOCOMO and my mobile number is [protected]. My balance has got deducted unknowingly once 200 rs and once 10 rs and once 49rs and when i asked customer care about this they said some service (Specifying some service name) has been activated which i haven't done. Then i went to customer care centre they had a seperate landline for such complaints and said the same thing. They just activate some service by their own n keep deducting money from my balance and that is why i am afraid to even recharge my phone. This causes problem when we are out and have got some emergency. So that is why i have finally decided to opt for some other service provider which will not waste my hard earned money.

    I am Syam. I am using tata docomo prepaid connection and my no is[protected] Am now roaming in UAE. Plz cancel mcheck service in my sim as it is always annoying and making lot of problem in my touch screen mobile . I registred a complaint in customer care. But since i am roaming they couldn't reach me in my mobile. Please cancel it at the earliest.

      Hi Team,

      My mobile number is : [protected].
      This is not the first instance of my complaint. Even after repetitive communication with you people regarding the problem I face with TATA DOCOMO network, there is no improvement in the same.

      Over a period of 24 hours, I face call drops approximately 80% of the time, 10% of the time the call does not get connected. Effectively just about 10% of the time I can make calls without any hindrance.

      Also, I have been facing issues in my Internet connection, be it 2G or 3G. I hardly have internet network in my cell phone.
      I have to restart my phone atleast 5 times for the internet to work and that too it works for 15 minutes maximum.

      I already have all your email conversations along with your calls which I have been recording when I talk to the customer care.

      If the problem is not solved, I will have no other option than to sue TATA DOCOMO and be aware that I have all the evidences needed to bring you to pay some hefty amount.

      Look into it.

      Please do not take it as a joke.

      Tata Docomo — Gprs network problem

      Sir,
      your GPRR connection is very poor in DHANBAD and when i try to connect the internet ,it takes a very long time minimum 10 to 20 minutes.And i am very tired with this and need some action very soon. I hope you will do something very soon .

        My name is Manjula HM and my mobile number is [protected].I own a Blackberry 9300 curve and I haven't activated any service on my phone but my prepaid balance is getting deducted or reduced without any usage.The last pop up message i received was JUST after recharging my number for Rs 50 and the pop up said "Data session charge:Rs 0.10.Your balance is Rs 29.35".I am NOT even browsing or downloading anything on my phone,and yet they have charged me for no reason. If Tata Docomo fails to pay attention to this matter and doesn't refund me,I will have no other choice than to move to consumer court and show them no mercy.

        Tata Docomo — not get balance and money is reduce from my account.

        i had recharge my phone on 17/03/2011 with rupees 150 but yet now balance is not updated and amount is reduce from my account.my orderno.-1337068

        I am a docomo user with mobile no. [protected] and the operator charged me an amount of rs.99 for using hollywood girls valuepack. They said i activated it by clicking on a link but i just downloaded a disney image from google images.

        When i tried to talk to them they said we can't help it.

        I have already tried *191# but it says you are not subscribed to any of the services but i am being charged 5 rs per day for vov. When tried to your customer care service they were unable to help me on this. When i asked then what is vov they say we donot know, what reply is that. For the past 4 days i have been calling you and i get no help and service from your side. I guess this is the last time, if i get any other problems i will be forced to quit your network and switch to other one. And i final request i would like to know what things are free and what are chargeable on your gprs pack.

        Daily Deduction of Data usage Charges
        I, K V SRIRAM, My TATA DOCOMO no. is [protected]. I have been charged Rs. 5/- per day for data usage charges as I have not activated any data pack except 1 month 2 GB net pack. I did not receive any message regarding activation of such pack then how can they deduct such charges without informing me.

        Tata Docomo is not at all caring abt these problems...i lost almost 200/- by now, and my internet offers are also not working. its showing u have 1 gb of data to use...but its not allowing me to surf the net...bull ...tata docomo better close its network and sell peanuts...instead of stealing peoples money...

        i am ashish anand with mobile number [protected] (karnataka circle). my problem is with the balance deduction..today i activated Rs.90 3G internet pack.. before activation my balance was Rs.266. but when i activated this pack, instead of deducting Rs 90.. they have charged me Rs 200 and my present balance has come to Rs.0.70.. i am really fed up of these deductions, ... and these are not rare, but regular... i tried to complain customer care but they are not entertaining my issue... sir, pls look to this matter seriously and solve my problem as soon at possible..

          I recharged my Tata Docomo prepay number [protected] on 24/05/13 with a Rs. 25 voucher. I got informed about the offer by an SMS sent from Tata Docomo. I checked the website too and verified the offer. The voucher enabled 110% talktime benefits on recharge of Rs. 100 and above for 90 days. There was no conditions mentioned in the SMS nor on the website. My number came with a pre-activated SMS offer. The first two SMSes for the day was charged and then the next 98 SMSes would be free of cost. In a way, in a month if I activated the offer everyday it would give me 3000 SMSes for Rs. 36(Rs. 0.60 X 2 X 30= 36). On recharging with Rs. 25, my first two SMS chargeable-next 98 free for the day offer was withdrawn without any notice..not intimated before and not even after I recharged. What is this?? Is this transparency when an offer is being communicated to a customer??? What has a top-up voucher recharge got to do with an SMS offer?? The complaint registration page on the company website does not work. I don't understand why TRAI does not slap charges and bring the company to book. Nowhere was it mentioned that recharging with the Rs. 25 voucher would terminate my pre-activated SMS promo offer. This company is just useless. Half of the recharge vouchers has a tail of conditions attached to it but nowhere is it mentioned. Only when one recharges does one get to know about the tricks of the company. Cheating people is the only aim of the company. I immediately want my SMS promo offer back. I don't want to hear stupid excuses. Terminate my Rs. 25 voucher but I want my SMS promo back on my number.
          I have already emailed the same complaint to the customer care email id only to not receive any sort of reply in both cases. I immediately want the concerned telecom provider to take this complaint seriously and provide me a proper resolution without making stupid excuses.

                  I Ankush Arora want to complaint
                  regarding the unnecessary deuction of the amount from the main balance though the gprs pack of rs. 210 is already active on my tata docomo no. [protected] and this pack is not working in rajasthan . I activated the pack on the above mentioned no. on[protected] which is a maharashtra sim .Hence i want either this internet pack should work or I
                  want my money of k i.e 210 to be refunded in my account as soon as possible.please see your records and I am very

                    My name is Aryendra.Singh.Chauhan. I wants to complain regarding the Postpaid Bill Generated by TATA DOCOMO for the Bill Period -15/0/2013 to 14/05/2013. as my previous postpaid bills were approximately for 2000rs, the one I remember. But the bill period -15/0/2013 to 14/05/2013 .. has been generated and I got the bill for 19045 rs. As I had activated 6GB gprs 2G plan for 99rs,it suddenly shuts off. I request you all to provide me the correct resolution for the same as I was using since 6 months, but I was not knowing that "This is the service provided by the TATA Docomo".

                    And when I opted for MNP,at that time I got this much of Bill generated , till that time there was no issue.

                    I request you all that please give me a resolution for Bill number : [protected] and Account Number:[protected] They have deactivated my
                    6 GB plan without any information and without any message or call.
                    Kindly do the needful as soon as possible, because the tata docomo people and the office persons are not responding to me..and even when I called to customer care,all the executives say you bill will update in our system in next they just say come afterwards.But when will my hours,they are right but what about my issue.And after two days my outgoing has been cancelled.

                    Kindly advise should I use this number as my primary Number. If yes, when TATA completes its commitment as mentioned above and retain its brand value.

                      mobile service — pre to post disconnection

                      Dear Sir,
                      This is reference to the pre to post conversion of my mobile request number[protected], I had put this request 4 days back. and had specifically requested that during this change my SIM should be deactivated whilst changing the mode of payment and also had asked that it should only be done during the night hours. As I am very busy with my work and it is very disgusting for me to people to know that mobile is out of service. i have spoken to 10 different people in your call centre but there is no concrete reply as to when my service is will be reactivated.
                      I request u to kindly reinstate the service so that there is no futher inconvinience casued to me.
                      i have been dealing with following people who have been giving me all the weired answer and the false commitments.
                      i spoke to Neha Khatri and Soni Jain in the call centre with mobile number[protected] telling me that she is irritated with so many customers calling her for this reason. then I spoke to mr. Gaurav Gupta and Subhan who were supposed to be the managers also could not answer my querry. If you people are not compitent in doing there work plaese replace them or i will be forced to replace my mobile services.
                      Your responce in this case will be highly aprreciated.

                      i am kasim khan cmpany is not inform for my mobile number and balance vill be 44 rupees charged on my mobile not in sms and subscription sms from my mobile number and call to customer care so not in receive for my call disconnected from customer care option my mobile number [protected]

                        Dear sir/ Ma'am
                        I am using a tata docomo sim for 3G services. I recharged my SIM twice and get GPRS data in my account too but couldn't use it because of the technical problem. I called up more than 10-15 times on customer service number and only once my call was forwarded to technical help desk. I am a working person and without internet connectivity I cant work. My problem remain unsolved for many days and till date. Because of the bad consumer support my time was wasted for hours which is unaccountable. Since problem was not resolved it harassed me mentally, every time i tried connecting internet I couldn't connect it . I couldn't send many mail on time which resulted in my business loss. I want a solution for my problem,and if company is unable to provide solution why they claim that they are the best 3G service provider.

                        TATA DOCOMO TELE SERVICES — No Network

                        When I put Docomo Sim in Nokia 1100, it discloses no coverage area tower. And if gets network, it disconnects when I make call somebody.

                        Tata Docomo — GPRS Services

                        I have activated GPRS on my TATA DOCOMO ([protected]) for three months in last week. It works in all other areas except my home town, Ferozguda where it doesnt working. I have words with Customer Care on 121 and [protected] several times but no appropriate action taken. There may be area blockage problem for GPRS Connection. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Thanking you.

                        Tata DoCoMo Tele Services — Wrong count deduction.

On 19th Oct 2011 51.00Rs have been deducted from my number and on service have been activated from my side. Its not first time always amount deducted for different-different services.

                          I was holding Tata Docomo's Number - [protected] and the plan was Rs 899 unlimited in which i have paid Rs 800 as a security deposit. While taking the connection i have asked them about my security deposit and they told me that i will get my money within 180 days after disconnection. Now it has been more than 8 months and i have yet not received my security deposit. I have even visited Tata Docomo's gallery , but they told me that it is in process and i will get it within 15 working days but this has also not worked.
                          i request you to see into this matter and solve my query as soon as possible.

                            I am writing on behalf of Ms Shreya Ghorawat, who is an existing customer of your Tata Photon service. We were trying from more than 9 months now to get resolution from your customer care for a complaint that we had, but there has been no resolution of the same.

                            Her Tata Photon acct no is [protected]
                            She had requested start of Annual Plan back in February 2012(mail below for your reference)
                            For the same, she had paid Rs 10,000 to Tata Photon through two installments as at that time your system was not accepting payments greater than Rs 5000
                            Her Tata Photon services were started consequently, but what she was unaware of was that a 6 month plan had been activated instead of Annual Plan. As there was no refund of Rs 5000, she did not become aware of this error until the 6 months service expired.
                            Till date, there is no clarity from your customer care on this Rs 5000. Instead, when the customer attempted to get this cleared back in November, 2012, another 6 month plan was started by your customer care without approval from the customer. As the service started, the customer assumed that it must be resumption of the Annual Plan as originally intended
                            Then in Jan, your collection agency started calling the customer for non-payment of December bill. The customer again clarified that it was her annual plan that was active and there was no payment that she was supposed to make as a result. On hearing this, your collection agency threatened that you would issue legal notice/court case against the customer! It was highly shocking to hear such threats from your end and was highly disturbing to the customer post which she approached me to deal with these problems.
                            But there was no resolution following this even after repeated calls to your customer care
                            Finally we registered a complain in your customer care on 6th March, 2013; Complaint no[protected] and were promised resolution within 24 hours by Mr Jai Chauhan in your Customer Care team
                            No resolution came through, and on calling again successive promises of 12 hour resolution, 6 hour resolution and finally 4 hour resolution were done on three different occassions
                            When I spoke to your customer care 4 days later, they claimed there was no complaint registered for this customer!
                            On contacting Jai Chauhan again on the 4th day, he registered another compalaint; complaint no[protected]
                            As of 28th May, 2013 there is no resolution or clarification from anyone in Tata Photon team about our money or the irregularity of service and you have also started giving crank calls and mentally harassing her, thinking a lone woman wont be able to do anything.
                            The latest was a call from Dilip Pandey, as such i have a lodged a police complaint against the company.

                            If the matter isn't cleared in 2 weeks, i will have to file a case against the company for mental harassment and illegal extortion of money.

                              Hi,

                              I used TATA DOCOMO postpaid services (phone no. – [protected]) in Dec, 2012 and took a corporate plan of Rs 199 along with 1GB 3G data plan. But after few days o[censored]sage my outgoing-incoming services were blocked, stating me that I exceeded my usage limit. I lodged several complaints through their customer service executives, but no action was taken. I faced a lot of problems at that time and hence decided to move to other service provider.

                              Recently I’ve received a bill from them for Rs 10,414.00 and in that they have charged mainly for the internet data i.e. for 2G Rs 211.76 and for 3G Rs 13661.08. This bill amount is incorrect as I never used that much data. And when I took a plan for only 1GB 3G data under corporate plan, then how could I be charged for such a large amount of data.

                              Also if my services were blocked for the reason of me exceeding my usage limit then how come I am being charged for Rs. 10,414.00.
                              I am not going to pay any money for unfair billing done at their end. Please help.

                              Tata Docomo — Unfair Billing

                              Hi, on 23rd may at around 6.50 PM i recharged my mobile with Rs.150 (full talktime). After some when i checked my balance i found it was just Rs.50. I got to know from customer care executive that Rs.99 was deducted from my balance for subscribing to a games pack through dive-in portal. I have not even opened the dive-in portal let alone subscribing to some games pack. And there is no message from TATA DOCOMO that so and so amount had been deducted from my balance for some games subscription. After asking many times a complaint was taken by the customer care executive but of no use. I was told that since it is done through internet the amount can't be refunded and the complaint was closed even after me telling that i was not at all satisfied with the service. I also asked to provide the complete details of transaction which they failed to provide. Please look into this issue.
                              YES I ALSO FACED THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM, WITHOUT ANY TYPE MY INTENTION I LOSS RS. 75 OF MY BALANCE

                                My Tata docomo data card No is [protected] . I had recharged for 1200/-Rs on 19th May 2013 thru mobile .The transaction was successful and got a confirmation mail from bank regarding debiting the amount for TATA DOCOMO .The detail are as under VIN*TATA DOCOMO on 19th May 2013 at 12:52:48.
                                The same debit is reflecting in my account statement but the Data Card is neither recharged nor functioning .I had registered a complaint to the tata officials thru mail but no action has been taken yet .

                                I Mr. Rupesh kotwal have bought Tata docomo 3G dongle(Datacard) in the month of august and till date connection is not yet started as promised by company (within 2hr or next day ) . Though they din’t replied but I communicated with mail to every possible person and shared my complaint with them.
                                They also promised me to solve every issue if occurred related to my datacard but that was also failed from their side.

                                After all these they sent me bill of amount 672 and asked me to present before mobile court in pune itself kindly help e out of this problem and let me know the idea to handle such situation.

                                  I had recharge amount Rs.150 through online recharge of tata docomo site. Amount debited in SBI my bank account but recharge amount i am not getting.I asked to customer care,they told money will be delivered to you within 72 hours otherwise amount will be credit to your account within a week.So far i am not getting neither money nor credit.And that too ,if i want to talk to customer care they are not responding.This is a worst network i feel so.so kindly take action,and help me to resolve the problem.

                                    I have been a customer of tata photon for the last 2-3 years and have been suffering from its poor service from the very first date.i had repeatedly called the customer care telling them about my problems.even once a technician came to my home to check the problem and then later told that its all ok and i knew it very well how badly am suffering from its tortoise like speed. So i paid the current bill and told the customer care to disconnect my connection and i stopped using it.after two months again the bill came of around 1100 rs. I refused to pay the money since i haven’t used it and even asked them to disconnect it.and then came a phone call and letter of advocate arun goswami stating me to pay a negotiable bill of 750 rs and disclose the matter.i asked him why will i pay when i haven’t used it .he said me that it a misunderstanding of both tata and myself of not disconnecting the line properly and so i have to pay 750 rs and he promises that my line will be disconnected the moment i pay the money and no further bills will come (and he meant that its his guarantee).i paid the bill the very next day bt it all started now.again my bill amount had summed up to rs 881.what is this going on?is this the customer satisfaction meant to be? Neither service and now just sending intentionally wrong bills?? If this matter is not taken care of i will make it sure that all my friends using photon will come to know about this scandal and they will take their wise decision of not using tata services ever .my a/c id no. :[protected]

                                      I Had taken a postpaid connection from TATA DOCOMO No([protected])& It was activated on 27/04/2013. I had taken 899 unlimited local And National call plan. Later I checked with customer service people for internet package, they informed me that for 99rs, 1.5 GB would be provided. I asked them to activate that and 25Rs Sms Package as well. they Said both services would be activated within 8 Hours. I had again checked after 12 hours and they said Both Sms&Internet Packages had been activated as well as the guide me the Settings of internet usage And they informed that My Credit Limit Is Only 1 Thousand Rupees. On 17th May I got Sms to pay Around Rs.6704, then Again I called customer service and they said that I had Used Data more the 1Gb. So total charges for internet charges is around Rs.14000. After Discount I have to pay 6700rs,For 24 Days o[censored]sage,I ask Them If My Credit Limit For this Number is Only 1000Rs Then Why They Allowed Me to use 6700rs Usage,Why No Intimation No Call That i Had Crossed My Credit Limit.They Don't Have Any Answer For this and i am Keep on Getting calls to Pay This Payment of 6700.Please Help ...

                                      dont pay a single rupee .. Even I had a bad experience with docomo people. I paid all the bills as I had to do so before converting my sim into pripaid. But even till today they are sending me mails and sms to pay the unpaid bills.. Just dont care if you start getting sms or calls from them. If required ditch the no. ask them to go to court..

                                      We tried to speak to you personally, to understand your concerns regarding billing. However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was out of service.

                                      We would like to inform you that as per our records your connection was activated on 27-APR-13 and you have been charged for the period from 27/04/13 to 14/05/13 on pro rate basis.

                                      Kindly note that 1.5GB for 30 days is of 1572864 KB's and as per pro rate basis you have a free usage of 943718 KB. Kindly note that your usage is of 1441457 KB.

                                      However, please be informed that your bill already includes a data usage discount of Rs. 9437.18/- as per pro rate basis and you have been charged for the post free usage of 497739 KB which is of Rs. 4977.39/-.



                                      Hence, there is no discrepancy in the bill and we request you to clear the same and due date is 03-JUN-13.

                                      Do not pay it...its too much high...i have bill of rupees 2825/-..i decide not to pay any rupees..its to high
                                      the most dangerous cheating...be care full . never go for post paid !!! some ladies call on phone request to give this and that document once work is over ..they never receive your call!!! i was told rs 350 that to never told that my number would be blocked for few days.. for conversion fre pre to post.. or sim willcome in courier!!! I suffered a lot!!! now my amount has come 1170 how . I have not excedeed 1000 minutes free usage!!!

                                      After 3-4 days its blocked !!!

                                      As a contact to representative to told me because of your adress varification. . .

                                      I immediatly go to docomo store and urge them sent your person again because of miscommunication they rejected

                                      For continously 6-7 days i go to docomo store but none of there person come to verify again and thats my main number


                                      After 10 days when no one come to verify i go to store and told them plz deactivate my number


                                      Now its 4-5 months they continously calling me for pay

                                      Why should i pay

                                      Give me one reason


                                      And before 2 months that number is issued to somelse

                                        It has been observed that this service is deducting Rs. 30/- or Rs. 22/- at every recharge of mobile immediately for no reason. This is being noticed by many of my net od tatadocomo users.It suggested that such services may be actioned against such policy or may be terminated.

                                        Tata Docomo — recharge not done but money deducted

                                        I made payment of Rs. 200/- for online recharge, the money was deducted from my a/c. but I did not get the balance.
