I purchased a hp laptop from supreme IT mall on 24th June.They gifted me a laptop kit containing e tata photon plus([protected]),and activate it without my permission.I return the laptop kit as well as the photon plus.Now I got a message that my tata photon([protected])is internet ready now.to start browsing,pls call us at [protected] and verify the details.It is my earnest request to stop the connection....

I had customer of TATA DOCOMO before around 2 months ago. But I have made portability in IDEA from TATA DOCOMO.

Since long I have already registered for DND with IDEA, still i have receiving messages from TA-MDeals. I have talked with customer care too. But they don't response for the same.

I have done 250 normal recharge of tats docomo after 5 days they reduse my 61 rs. balance I am contect custmer care they refund my 30 balance then they says your 31 rs charge for downloading but in my file manger nothing is downloading data it not retun my taiktime .
sir after 5 days they was reduse my 49 rs. talktime then contact with custmer care they give same reason of downloading .then after 1 day it...

Respected Sir/Madam,

i would like to request you that, there were 3 wrong deductions made on my mobile no. [protected] during this month which is completely out of my understanding.
1st, 2nd and 3rd deduction were made on 5th, 13th and 26th June respectively, each amounting to Rs. 30. and now they are not ready to listen anything from my side. some of them were suggesting to me that, you just do as your wish we will not...

I had ported my mobile number from Idea cellular to Tata Docomo as I found Docomo cheap and better than Idea.
But it was my biggest mistake or the worst thought I had. Docomo rate plans are fine but the internet service in Chandigarh region is worst or I must say no service at all. They offer 2GB data but you can hardly use few MBs. The internet never works, is always disconnected.
Had a lot of voice and e-mail conversations...

I raised a porting request for my mobile number that is with Tata Docomo. The porting code was pending with Tata Docomo for over 10 working days and then when I called, they asked me to pay unbilled amount of Rs.181. I have a deposit of Rs.900, still I paid.

Next morning I call and they say porting code is closed because someone called the customer and customer agreed to continue with the service.

This is absurd....

I Ashish Dwevedi would like to inform you that I had a tata DoCoMo post paid no.([protected]).When I had taken this connection then I had deposited of Rs 1000/- for security deposit, after using few month I have decided to convert the connection from Post paid To Prepaid And I also done the payment of the total billing amount on 31/12/2011 at City Centre Salt lake in Kolkata, But till date I have not receive my Post...

Internet But Internet was not able to connect ,may be because of Yesterday only with the help of your representative i unsubscribe GPRS (by sending" CAN GPRS" MSG)so i thought by sending Msg GPRS to 121 it will start But by sending this My 5 r.s means 25 mb for day is activated.

I am using TATA Docomo GSM number from long time. My number is [protected].
The TATA was activated call me tune without our confirmation and deducted the amount from my prepaid a/c. TATA is not ready to refund even we have de-activated the service.

“As per TATA, It is customer duty to lookout and de-activate the service if TATA activate any service without customers confirmation” That is what I come to know by...

I have been using Tata docomo for last few months without any issue.
Suddenly, I am getting "CHECK OPERATOR SERVICES" error on all outgoing call I am trying to make. Although, I am able to receive calls, sms, etc.

Could please look into this matter. Hope to get some help to resolve this issue.

I am unable to get the Tatadocomo Photon connection cancelled from a month. Everytime I call them they keep diverting the question and ask me to transfer it to someone..and then they disconnect. I am not even sure if they have registered a complaint. My bill amount has gone more than 2000 with 0 usage.

I am facing a big problem with my GPRS connection. I need to reset my internet buttona number of times in order to get connected with GPRS. The problem does not stops here ,even after getting connected to GPRS it would get disconnected after few minutes.Then i have to repeat the same process -dialing….dialing…dialing ….after 15 or 20 clicks some times it would get connected to GPRS. Sir, In Chhattisgarh , All the tata docomo prepaid customers are facing internet connectivity problem .Regarding mobile no. [protected] Tata docomo-prepaid
When we want to establish internet connection , we are getting a problem, the browser does not connect in one time , we need 4-10 times retry to establish a connection, and the problem is happening in all mobile and PC too.

So many time in the mail and discussion over the phone call, but they have not refund balance amount is Rs. 4905- Refund amount pending at tata photon. My number advance rent . Amount pending due to the 122 licenses of various operators which were cancelled by the Honorable Supreme Court in February 2012.

By calling Tatadocomo Customer care I requested cancellation of the no [protected] about 2 yrs ago and paid all outstanding amount.Still I am receiving bills and calls from them though this connection is not in use. I already visited hub but they are not receiving cancellation letter.Need help....

They are blocking my calls to the customercare whole day. None of the ppl

recharged for rs 351 on[protected] from Tata Docomo website. no balance was credited and no service message. been trying to gt in touch with them for two days but no help. the phone simply gets disconnected. not being able to use any gprs too.
where did my rs 351 go? and what am i supposed to do about it now?

Hi, I Mr.Irfan Ahmed using Tata Docomo gsm network since 2 years.
I reside in Jogeshwari west ,Amrut nagar . I have a network issues which i have complaint
to the customer service and portability team . The team did not solve my
problem and charging me for no reason . I need u to take an action against them.
The customer service representative has no respect how to talk with the customers .
