    Hi,

    I took a Tata docomo unlimited plan 899 and for that I deposited 850 rupees security. When I moved to other city I disconnected the number. From March I disconnected the number and they told that I will get the cheque within 45 days in my billing address. Then I mailed them that as I already moved to other city requested the cheque in new address. But till date(21st May 2013) I did not get any amount. When I mailed them they simply replied that they have already delivered the cheque in my billing address and the status is delivered.

    I would like to ask them, to show my scanned signature where I have signed that I have received the cheque and also I will tell as I already updated my new address in mail why did they send to my old address,

    I would suggest all the customer pls pls do not ever take the tata docomo connection. Customer care of docomo is waste, they do not have any information, they will keep you in hold for hours without any solution. Worst telecoms Service. Each customer care person will have different different answer.

    Finally my strong advise, never ever trust them and go with their services. They ate best in customer dissatisfaction.

    Hi,

    I got the cheque. But again in the cheque my name is incorrect. In mail to "[protected]@tatadocomo.com", I clearly specified them that my name should be "Pragnyasmita Sahoo". But they issued the cheque in the name of "Pragnyasmita K". Again the cheque is not getting clearance. If you people does not know to read a email atleast call us on our number before printing the name in the cheque. I really do not undertsand whethere I am going to get this amount or not.

    Really the worst service, I can ever expect from any one.

      This is regard to my internet connection.. The problem o am facing is that inspite of saving the internet settings my net connection doesn't stay stable .. It disconnects every now and then..         **Plan rentals renewed date: 14-APR-13 & Deactivation request date: 10-Apr-13.**

        **They have already confirmed that the disconnection request is already raised on **10-APR-2013** and the request number is[protected].**

        Tata Docomo — Pathetic Customer Care and Service

        Hi,

        This is regarding my new pre-paid mobile connection from Tata Docomo, which I took couple of weeks back. On fine day, I found the out going facility being barred for my connection for which when I tried contacting the customer care, I got to converse with very rude customer care executive, who hang up on me. Even I tried filling the online complain (reference number is 223825) but of no use.

        The reason of barring the out going call was told to me is no document submission.I tried explaining to the customer executive that I had already submitted all the necessary document at the Retailer shop, when I took the connection.

        First of all, I didn't get any notification, secondly Tata Docomo People should have contacted the retailer (where I got the connection) before barring the outgoing call.On top of that, I am asked to re-visit the retailer again to submit document. There is no guarantee that the documents would reach Tata Docomo office people, as no body is ready take the responsibility of that.

        As per their customer care executive, it's my responsibility that the document should reach to your office? What kind of customer relation or support is this? Why should the customer bear for the incompetency of one their chain?

        So before taking any new connection from Tata Docomo, please be care full.

        Tata Docomo — Complaint on Service....Your 121 is pathetic‏

        Hi all,

        I am writing this mail with great dissatisfaction with your service.

        For any service industry access door for complaints & query regarding service has to be provided at all possible level. To my surprise a company like TATA which I rate high in ethics & customer satisfaction should not deliver such low level customer service.

        Let me come to the point. I have tried reaching your customer service department personal on 121 but I find no easily available option in your IVRS, may be the option is not there in your system.

        What should a customer do in such situation when he need to speak with the service provider on certain issue that he is facing????


        From last two days my balance is getting deducted automatically in the name of browsing charges wherein I have not been using the internet service from two days. I need to know why???? It is as simple as that

        I request if any one responsible in this company who values there customer would respond to this mail with all the details ASAP.


        Else I will forward this to all major newspapers & would register this complaint with consumer forum.

          Hi,

          I took a photon plus in wipro corporate Postpaid plan ([protected]).
          These people tell that you will get a speed of 3.1 Mbps in all over india.
          Now when i am travelling i am not even able to browse Gmail or google,when i called customer service desk
          they told in bihar we are colsing postpaid so you will not get speed there. I just ask TATA Photon family,if it is like that
          then why you tell people that you will get 3.1 Mbps speed all over india. Its not like i was using it at remote place,I was
          using it in patna.

          When i asked helpdesk to change my plan or discontinue my connection,they tell you will have to pay 1500rs for same.
          I have not signed on any paper or it was not told me earlier,then why i need to pay 1500rs.

          Please help.

            Dear Sir,

            I have been using Tata Docomo mobile service provider and my number is [protected]. On 06.05.13 the VAS Service of Laughter Club was auto activated on my Number and for that Rs 10 was deducted, Regarding this problem i gave the complaint to Docomo C.C.The C.C Representative took immediate action he refund it on the same day and also He Deactivated the VAS Service of Laughter club. (I have the mail of C.C Representative Deactivation of VAS Service)

            Exactly after one week once again on 13.05.13 the VAS Service once again it got Auto Renewelled and another 10 Rs was deducted from my account. Regarding this i have given complaint to C.C Representative but they are not come forward to refund the unfair deducted amount.

            Sir pls tell me is that necessary to pay for any service which is auto Renewed? Past two days i got two type of answer from Docomo C.C Representatives. One is VAS Service was not deactivated on 06.05.13. and another one is If any services is auto renewed the customer have to pay for it....

              I have purchased a docomo prepaid number [protected] on 1st May-2013 from astore in Vartak Nagar,Thane, Mumbai.

              It has been 2 weeks now & number is still not activated.

              The store person keeps promising that the services will be activated from tomorrow.
              The Docomo says they have not received the documents.
              Neither of the two take responsibility to start the number.

                It has been a ridiculous last week with Tata Docomo with absolute no customer service ethics.

                The story so far,

                7th May 2013: I was a blackberry bold 4 user and migrated to Z10. When i migrated to Z10 my data services wouldn't work so i called the 121 help line. I told them i am using a Z10 and i would like to use my blackberry service and i just moved to the new phone so they transported me to the Tata Docomo blackberry helpline. The agent said i would need to call 121 since z10 does not support blackberry services. So when i called 121 the lady again tried to reroute me saying its blackberry. The point here is that none of them had a clue about Z10. So i sent someone to the Docomo store in bandra as I was in belgaum, Karnataka, and the customer representative said that currently i am on a Diet 299 plan with a blackberry pack of 399. In order to migrate to to a dataplan on the Z10 i will have to deactivate the blackberry pack and take a regular data pack and he suggested me the rs199 1GB data plan since i travel frequently and can enjoy 3G when outside the mumbai circle but he said it would take him 48 hours to activate the data plan. I was so surprised by this that i wouldn't have data for 2 days and i couldnt believe that a simple service like that which can get started in matter of 15min they quoted 2 days. Not going by their word, i called 121 again and this time i told the agent i want to deactivate my 399 blackberry plan so he asked me why do i want to do that since its a beautiful service, i had to lie to him saying i picked up an iphone and i dont need blackberry anymore "cause if i told him i am on Z10 he might route me again to the blackberry helpline" ,so he said ok and took my request to deactivate it and i asked him what is a plan you would suggest. He asked me a set of questions and then arrived at a conclusion that i should go with the Talk 1299 unlimited plan which will offer me unlimited access to calls free of cost if i am on their network wherever i am and plus will offer me 3G service for the first 2GB and then it will work like a regular 2G but the 3G i will be able to enjoy only outside mumbai since Docomo does not have 3G in mumbai. I was happy about this plan and i suggested he could roll me over to this plan but then he said he can't do this immediately since this plan can be activated only from my bill cycle. So he said for the moment I should deactivate 399 blackberry service and activate rs199 1gb pack and call them on the 14th May since my bill cycle is for the 15th of every month. So i said fine and asked him how long will it take my data to begin he said it would happen soon in an hour. He gave me a refrence number and closed the call and in about 30 min i got a message for the deactivation and of blackberry 399 and activations of rs 199 3G. My data plan started. This again the point was that none of them knew the time frames of activation of their own plan.

                14th May 2013: I sent someone to the Docomo store in bandra to migrate me to talk 1299, they said they cant do that in that store and will have to go to the santacruz store. So at the santacruz store they said they would need a deposit of 850 to activate the service and to cross verify this i called 121 and they said i could just place a request and it would migrate. I was surprised again the they never spoke about any form of deposit, over 121 i made a request to shift over to 1299 from 15th May which was my bill cycle date. I got a reference number and the call ended

                15th May 2013: I get a call from Docomo saying that the request needs to me process for 1299 for which they would need to deactivate my talk 299 diet plan and my 1gb 3G 199 plan. I cross verify if it would happen immediately they say it will be smooth so i agree and then the moment i put the phone down i get a message for deactivation of 199 3G and activation of talk 1299 unlimited. This moment my data collapses. i am cut out from the internet i call 121 at 6pm and they tell me the request is in process and will happen in 2 hours. I call them at 8.30 they say they understand my problem but cant activate data until my plan gets migrated to 1299 and their system still shows Diet 299 and 199 3G plan as active, Then an agent convinces me that it will start by 12midnight. It does not happen

                16th May 2013: As i am still in belgaum i go to Tata Docomo gallery, i tell him what the problem is and he looks up his screen and tells me that its still not migrated and shows Talk 299 Diet but the 199 3G plan is deactivated. i told him i need the internet access for soul purposes, he said he would put a complaint but cant help me beyond cause its a mumbai number. It was a ridiculous statement to tell a customer ,one plan ,one service provider and he offers no help saying he cant do much cause this belongs to mumbai and also goes on to say in this store we dont false promise customers like other Docomo stores. So i leave from there and then ask someone in mumbai to visit the Dadar store at 1pm. After an argument the manager arrives and he says its not migrated because the deposit of 850 hasn't been made. Not wanting to get into that debate I ask them to pay the 850 deposit and then I am promised that the plan would change to talk 1299 in 2hours. The service does not start. so at 6pm i send someone to the bandra store and after another argument the manager talks to me on the phone says i understand the issue and i will have it resolved just wait until midnight today. So i tell him i am ok to wait to migrate to 1299 plan but atleast give me access to Data so he said in APN try a few settings after doing those rounds it still doesnt work so he tells me that its cause your plan is on migration so please wait but I will have it resolved tonight. Look at the ordeal Docomo could not provide me a fix for a simple Data plan saying that they cant activate data any more until my plan migrates to 1299 and i am forced to wait and still doesn't happen.

                17th May 2013: I call 121 at 8am they tell me its still showing talk 299 diet so i request them if they can do something about my data plan so they turnaround and say they cant start data cause its under migration and adding to it he tells me that if i have waited for so long i should be patient and wait for another day, i felt literally molested by the DOCOMO at this point wish i could break this news to the media online like a crime story. holding my anger i request someone to visit the bandra store again and the manager tell us that we are really sorry but i have taken this to my priority and we will solve it in 30 min. Shamelessly even this was not kept upto so I send someone to the Bandra store again at 6.30 pm and the manager is very apologetic and sorry and he tell me over the phone that he hasnt come across a situation like this ever and he is on it and will keep me posted an resolve it maximum by 18th May 10 AM. 9.30pm i also loose my network now i cant even make a call or receive a call so i hold on.

                18th May 2013: I am still in belgaum, Karnataka, I wake up and see the my phone works and this time the Data plan is on too so it has migrated to 1299 as there is a message from DOCOMO that its been migrated but what i notice is that there is no 3G. I do the regular fixes like battery eject, sim eject and restart my phone, check for settings i see i am on dual network so i turn it off and manually click on 3G and it tell me limited access only so therefore i realize 3G has a problem but it is taking the regular 2G network. My APN reads TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC which apparently is the APN to use for the unlimited plans on DOCOMO. So now i call 121 and the lady picks up i ask her what my plan is so she says its talk 1299 and then i tell her that my 3G is not working, so she responds there is no 3G in mumbai so i tell her i am not in mumabi and i am in a circle where 3G exists so she immediately tells me to check my APN and i tell her i have done that and its TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC so thats fine, so she comes up with saying that there could be a problem in the network so i tell her there is not problem with the network cause there is another DOCOMO phone that is working fine on 3G, so not knowing what excuses to bring up, she tells me she can't file a complaint at the moment since your are i am om roaming and not in mumbai, again a straight faced lie so i loose my temper and ask her to make sense in what she says so then she transfers me to a senior representative. The senior representative runs through my issues and then tells me that the location i am in does not have a 3G network so i tell her are you normal or do you have any form of conscience and tell her what is it that DOCOMO pays you to just keep having an escapism as a policy to handle customers.

                NOW I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO I AM SO TIRED WITH THIS RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOR MY NUMBER IS[protected] IF THERE IS ANY HELP OR IF THERE IS ANYONE LISTENING FROM DOCOMO, ONE SOUL WITH A CONSCIENCE IN THE SUCH A LARGE TELECOM COMPANY THEN RESOLVE THIS. MY 3G IS NOT WORKING AND I SHOULD HAVE THE FIRST 2GB AS 3G ON TALK 1299 ACCORDING TO YOUR PLAN. I AM CURRENTLY IN BELGAUM WHERE 3G DEFINITELY WORKS CAUSE I HAVE USED IT ON THE SAME NUMBER BETWEEN THE 7TH MAY TO 14TH MAY WITH YOUR 1GB 199 RS PACK. . I THOUGHT TATA WAS A STRONG SYNONYM TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THAT !!

                PS: WOULD LIKE TO ADD THE ONLY THING POSITIVE THAT CAME OUT WAS I DID GET A FOLLOW UP CALL FROM THE MANAGER OF THE BANDRA STORE TELLING ME THAT HE HAS MIGRATED THE NUMBER TO 1299 AND YES I HAVE MENTIONED TO HIM ABOUT THE 3G ISSUE WHICH HE SAID HE WOULD FOLLOW UP

                iphone 3g from mobile store — network fails

                i have bought i phone3g yeaster day from mobile store and i have network problem with airtel though it is working with AirTel service.
                I had been rinning around both of them and no solution was brought out.
                very unfortunate is, i bough this on[protected] @12.20, and at 3-30PM lodged complaint and theay say it has to be sent to Banglore for service and to wait for 15 days to get it back. Is it fair to have such service for thr unit sold within 2-3 hrs, for having spent around Rs.30,000/-
                when ever a call comes in it gets disconnected, and there will be no service prompt in the signal area and phone gets hanged.

                Tata Docomo — GPRS & BlackBerry Not working Since 4 days

                Dear All,
                We are very much upset from last 4 days as there is no data coverage in our area. No GPRS or Blackberry services are working.
                We lodged a complaint and to our surprise the services runs fine for few hours when an Executive called but after that the same problem is there.
                Rest in all other areas of town GPRS and Blackberry working fine.
                Should we think that this problem remain as it is and we may think to change the operator services.
                Please do something at priority else you may loose many connections if the problem persists for long.

                I diagnose the problem in one tower only. but nothing has been done so far.. we really facing problem in GPRS and Blackberry, , , as this area is full of factories and offices.

                Docomo — Failure in providing the 3g service

                i took new Sim card a week before its 3g Sim card of 250 rs but the internet service is not coming from one week i am complaining to customer care they are not responding at all

                Almost the same thing has happened to me, i had a blackberry bold and i switched to z10.the blackberry technical helpline got me to deactivate my 399 plan and told me to use the standard gprs plan.i got a standard gprs package on 1 st june and till now i am unable to use any internet service.Customer care at 121 directs me to blackberry helpline and they redirect me to 121.i am in a fix, i have never seen such bad service.i almost feel like changing my service provider itself.

After several complaints to call centre there is no resolution or don't have proper knowledge on troubleshooting.                   Tata Docomo — mobile problems

                  i was using this number of tata docomo [protected]. and i had activated a programme called english sikho. but i was not interested in this programme so i wanted to deactivate this. so i called customer care people and told them to deactivate this they told this programme is deactivated,but i am getting charged 10Rs after every 15 days. and also some time they will activate some programme they will deduct the balance when i ask them they say it is activated by ur side. so i am really suffering.

                  sir i have nokia e71 mobile. there is an internet problem . when i connect to the internet it display connection not available. but when i connect throug the pc via data cable it will be easily connected to the internet. i have another problem gprs settings message cannot be open, it display message format not supported

                    I had purchased Docomo prepaid number [protected] one and half year ago. After using it for six months. I had converted to MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY (MNP) BSNL Network. After an year i had converted MNP Uninor network but suddenly disconnected while i was using it, now i can see the same number is available in new Docomo postpaid connection. How can the Docomo company disconnect the purchased number and reuse it for their new connections

                    I have requested customer care for cancellation of my post paid CDMA tata docomo no.my cancellation request no. was[protected].After that One Representative from tata has called me &amp; request me to convert it in to pre paid GSM.I agreed for the same.

                    After some days Mr. Mahendra Solanki ( Mb. No. [protected] )of tata docomo told me to clear all dues to convert it in the Pre paid GSM.He assuered me to convert it in to Prepaid GSM.
                    I cleared my all dues( RS. 350) &amp; submitted new documents to Tata docomo office, Alkapuri ( Miss. Maya sharma) .Miss maya sharma has collected my documents &amp; given me the NEW SIM &amp; told me that your No. will Automatically start in 07 days of time...

                    After 07 days when it doesnt start i again went to Miss. Maya, then she told me that your No. is Dis connected automatic &amp; we cant port it to GSM prepaid.When I talked to Mr. Mahendra solanki &amp; inform him about this, He told me that he cant d anything...and you can start the same no. in postpaid only...

                    Mr. Mahendra has bluffed me as he told me earlier to clear all payment for porting &amp; after that he denied to do it.

                    Pls take the appropriate action as I am facing lots of problems due to disconnecting of my no.

                      This is with regard to complaint docket number[protected]~~M13378717 filed with Tata Docomo. Ever since I bought my datacard for 3g broadband 10GB download service in Dec 2012, my datacard was never activated(forget even getting the offer I was promised). Finally, fed up after sending emails to their [protected]@docomo.com, talking to their customer service and even visiting their head office in Koramangala(Bangalore), I asked for my datacard amount back in the month of March. They refused. I even complained to their appellate multiple times who also refused. A letter has now been sent to their branch manager in Koramangala and also to their Managing Director's office in New Delhi. If I do not get a favorable reply by the end of this month, I will approach court in the month of June.

                        FIRST I WILL JUST BRIEF YOU ABOUT THE DAY ROBBERY WHICH TOOK PLACE ,I HAVE BEEN KEEPING THE TATA DOCOMO NUMBER AS STANDBY DUE TO WHICH I HAVE NOT USED IT FOR LONG BUT UNFORTUNATELY I USED YESTERDAY FOR MY NEW HANDSET ON[protected] DURING THE SWAPPING OF THE SIM I HAD 370 RS IN TATA ,I BROWSED AROUND 20 MINUTES OR SO AND LOGGED OFF THROW ALL MEANS OF ACCESSING THE INTERNET AND BEFORE END OF THE DAY JUST GLANCED MY NEW HAND SET WHICH WAS SHOWING 0 AS THE BALANCE ,LOW BALANCE FOR WHICH I RELIGIOUSLY ACTIVATED MY BALANCE THROUGH ONLINE RECHARGE OF 350 RS AROUND 10:30 AM WHICH I GOT BALANCE OF 330 RS BUT FUNNY THING HAPPENED AROUND 12PM WHERE IN FLASHED 6PAISE AS THE BALANCE NOT EVEN MADE A SINGLE CALL NOR BROWSED BUT TATA DOCOMO REDUCED MY BALANCE THROUGH WHICH I COULD NOT EVEN CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ORDER I OVERCOME THIS OBSTACLE BY BEGGING FROM MY COLLEAGUES AIRTEL NO I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE FOR WHICH I WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE CONVERSATION BECAUSE THE FACT IS NOTHING IS FREE :) I ASKED FOR REGESTERING A COMPLAINT AS SOON AS SHE TOLD ME THAT I WILL TRANSFER THE CALL TO MY BOSS THE NUMBER GOT DISCONNECTED I LATER CALLED THE SAME CSR NO AUTOMATED MESSAGE WAS ACTIVATED TWICE I CALLED .THEN I EVEN MAILED MY COMPLAINT THROUGH TATA DOCOMO WEBSITE.

                          I had been using the "Tata Photon plus" since Sep 2010 satisfactorily. My plan was Rs 650 for 5GB against a usual plan of Rs 950 for 6GB.
                          Below is a sequence of events which has led to undue inactivation of my connection.

                          - On April 1, 2013 I requested for Rs 950 for 10 GB. I was told that it was not possible. As my usage has increased but I could not afford such a costly plan so I requested to close the connection.

                          - I was contacted by Tata Photon tean and was offered Rs 950 for 10 GB. But unfortunately the plan did not get activated.

                          - When I contacted your team for enquiring, they refused that any such discussion had happened. I was told a completely different story of a waiver of Rs 400 which was not that was offered previously. As this was not that I desired so I refused and again asked to close the connection.

                          - I was again contacted by Mr Sanjotra Singh who offered me Rs 1000 for 11GB plus a Rs 400 waiver for coming month. Unfortunately again a different plan was activated on my connection which was not as offered to me. On contacting the team, it was again refused that any such communication happened. So I again refused and my connection was closed.

                          - Then a person from marketing team (with contcat number [protected]) contacted me and again offred me Rs 950 for 11 GB and assured that plan will be activated by evening which never happened.

                          - My connection was again deactivated.

                          I was completely shocked that how such a reputed company with brand name of Tata cheated me repeatedly and refused to accept what was offered to me on phone despite the fact that all the communications are recorded. So it can be easily verified what was discussed and offered and what not.

                          It is completely unacceptable that a loyal customer of so may years is treated so badly. I was told offered something else and activated something else again and again and again.

                          I you are unable to provide a particular plan or service then why you harrass the customer so much and what is the use o[censored]nnecessarily wasting so much of time of ypur customers.

                          Either do it or do not do it. Thats it. Why you try to cheat the loyal customers with bogus offerings that you can't provide.
                          The final outcome is that now I want my same plan that was existing to be activated, I am told that It can only be activated after 2 months.

                          This is completely horrible. Where was I at fault in this whole story for which I am punished.

                          I request you to please reactivate my connection at the earliest.

                            on 3-2-2009 i put life validity sim card for my tata cell phone for
                            RS/ 300- AND top up for Rs/50. The place i did all this is KUMBAKONAM TANJORE DT. at TATA PHONE SALE AND SERVICE OFFICE POTRAMARI KULAM KUMBAKONAM.

                            But till this day 6-2-2009 it is not activated and when i contacted the manager [protected] there was no response from him.

                                I purchased Tata Photon Plus on 15th Aug 2010 and same got activated on 16th Aug with the plan 600 Per month @ 2GB Data limit. On 23rd Aug I recevied frist bill from 16.08.2010 to 20.08.2010 and just for 5 days usage they charged me Rs 298 (that too after deducting discount). It is showing Downloaded units as 625 MB and Amount Rs 312.50 which is totally wrong as I have not downloaded this amount of data. Just for 5 days usage with average 1-2 hours per day if we get bill of Rs 300 , they will definitely send next bill with[protected] Rs for whole month. I am planning to cancel this connection. Please do not go for Photon plus else you will get unexpected bills from tata Indicom. We can not calculate data transfer details (upload / download in MB) and hence they take advantage. According to Tata Indicom customer care, even if you refresh page, it will be considered as download. I am sure If i go for 5GB limited plan, they will show more than 8-10 GB and charge accordingly. They just want to extract money with these limited plans by any reason and Photon does not have unlimited plan. My suggestion is, go for any unlimited plan with any service provider.

                                Tata Docomo — customer care executive causing trouble by calling on my mobile number

                                Customer care executive of tata docomo made the note of my mobile number and now use to send me the messages. His number is [protected]. Please take the necessary action.

                                Tata Docomo — WRONG BILLING AND WRONG RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINT

                                Sir,
                                I, Priyank Gagneja have been using the mobile (number – [protected] under account no.[protected] in the name of Sh. Ved Rajpal) under TATA DOCOMO SERVICES. I am finding problems arising of the undue billing of the service by TATA TELESERVICES.
                                I wish to state the following :
                                1. I am in receipt of the bill no. [protected] for the billing period of 03/12/2011 to 02/01/12
                                2. I had paid this bill without getting the physical or email/soft copy of this bill as on repeated requests I didn't get the bill but the services were stopped
                                3. I have received some messages of charges for using the content download services from “Tata docomo dive-in-vas”.
                                4. I immediately called to the consumer services to receive the message that it might have been some mistake as they (the tellecaller) are unable to see any such charged levied every time.
                                5. I received one of the messages at mid night while I was asleep saying charges have been levied for 2 downloads.
                                6. Similar problem was found in Jan-Feb Cycle bill and was informed and corrected, the amount is adjusted in the bill.
                                7. I received the bill by email after repeated calls for about 2 times to help line or nodal office
                                8. I was surprised to find the charges levied for 3 different services at various times the details are as follows
                                a) Content subscription charges 3 G - 4 times – Rs. 396.00
                                b) Subscription Services 3G - 1 times – Rs. 10.00
                                c) Content Downloads 3G – 1 times – Rs 5.00
                                7. None of the aforesaid charges could show the connection time more than 0.01 Seconds
                                8. My every request to the customer care could not fruitfully give the positive results.
                                9. I approached to Nodal officer Mr. Ajay Aggarwal’s office, it sounded like another customer care centre and somebody talked to me assuring of the redressal and rectifying the bill.
                                10. I have paid the difference bill and today I have received the mail telling to deposit the balance amount or face disconnection.
                                11. Upon calling to customer care & nodal officer both said they cannot help.
                                12. I feel this is an absurd arrangement if they agreed for the mistake in one bill then why they refuse to do so in the previous bill

                                Now my query:
                                Why the services I am 100% sure of, that I have never used was billed?
                                Why is nodal office not seeing the time shown in the bill for download of the contents (0.01 second in every download) ?
                                Why is every time I have to approach the higher authorities for help rather than Nodal Office which I feel have been rendered useless?
                                What is the next process to get the bill corrected for the fake charges of Rs. 483 + taxes

                                Today I re-charged 53Rs to get 1paisa - 2 sec plan. My call was for 115 sec. But I was charged 0.88 paisa instead 0.58.
                                When I called, agent & TL for call center explained in disgusting way for the charges.
                                Also if I have opted for some other plan in past, I dont have to remember all history.
                                Today if I am not eligible to get benefit of Rs. 53 then it should say "INVALID". But it got charged successfully.
                                And Team Leader told me “ it happens. There is no option. You will not get benefit also and your 53 Rs will also gone”.

                                WHY I HAVE BEEN PUNISHED not to remember all past history of mobile. You have system who identify who is eligible who not. Then why Rs 53 recharge was successful?????? I need resolution & compensation for the same.

                                I have been rental of Rs. 1267/- per month (including all taxes). Couple of months back I came to know about revised rental of same plan and I requested multiple times at their customer care customer care using customer care number and online as well.


                                Last month I raised the complaint (No.[protected] *and resolve date for this complaint was said to be 9th March, 2012. This complaint is still pending,

                                Failed to resolve the above complaints. I wrote them that until this issue is resolved I would not pay any bill.

                                I would like to know if monthly rental of this plan was reduced, why I am being charged extra. Also please provide me the information that for how long this 999/- plan is available.
                                I am very shocked seeing the two types of charges for the same plan at same place.

                                I want to change the rental amount with immediate effect plus for at least last 2 bills (since I lodge the complaint) adjust the monthly rental amount and send me the corrected bills.

                                My Cell number is :[protected] and 2 days back(24th sept) I got a SMS as I have crossed my credit limit and my billed amount is 4567.
                                And next day I got a SMS my credit limit is increased to 2800 and today I got one more SMS saying my unbilled usage is 6562 and my outgoing call is bared.

                                I was not communicated when I crossed my credit limit. I have raised a request to investigate but that is also not resolved

                                I do have an unlimited plan for call and i do have 1 gb 3g internet plan and i have never crossed that limit till now and what ever the bill they are saying its not possible to reach that much amount.

                                i requested to activate 2gb Rs.50/- GPRS plan no :[protected] on march 27th over mail([protected]@tatatel.co.in) and customercare also.

                                after 12hrs i checked, am able to connect to the internet, i though they have activated the 2gb pack,

                                they haven't replied that they have activated only GPRS not the 2gb plan.

                                Now they are saying they have activated the 2gb plan on April 27, (it means after 1 month)

                                now in bill, they have charged Rs 533/- only for GPRS usage, as they have activated after 1 month ( if they have replied that 2gb pack was not activated, then i may not use that much of data)

                                for sms also charged wrongly, as per the plan i have 100 free sms, for that also no clarification,

                                But at the time of taking new SIM I had told to executive of TATA DOCOMO that I had required 899 unlimited Plan for Local +Roaming and they had given assurance of the same.
                                But recently I had received Bill of 2401/- where as I had seen that TATA DOCOMO had charged for Roaming charges as well but I had clearly told to TATA DOCOMO that I required Local +Roaming Plan.

                                Further I had connected so many times ti TATA DOCOMO for the maater and a series of mail communication between us but till date I am not get any solution from them.

                                  I have done a special recharge of Rs.129 on 7th Jan 2013. Its a special tariff for 1/2 paise for all local & STD for 180 days (6 months) Seems that the same special voucher's validity reduced to 90 days some time recently. I agree. But, during my recharge (Jan 2013) I got a message saying, for next 6 months this special tariff will be valid. But, now just in 4 months(6th May 2013), the special tariff got end.

                                  So I want to extend my special tariff period for the remaining 2 months, till 6th July 2013. Also, I have made some calls till now, with the normal tariff of 1.3paise/ second. So even that should be calculated as 1/2paise/ second and the excess amount should be refunded.

                                  Or else the 2 months special tariff to be done for the next 2 months, from the date of activation.

                                  Still my issue is not fixed. Please consider to solve it by today.

                                  Earlier, I have mentioned that it is charging me with the normal tariff as 1.3 paise/ second. But, now you are charging 2 paise/ second. Its really too much. Solve this issue as well. For past 3 days, my call charges are in the normal tariff even beyond the normal tariff. So consider it in my special tariff 1/2 paise/ second. And refund the excess money.

                                    I have purchased TATA Photon Data card in Madurai on 23.04.2013 and it was activated on 24.04.2013, for Activation I have given two government proof (Passport & Voter ID) for address verification and photos.

                                    The charges of Rs.1300 have been taken from me for the device around Rs.700 and first month subscription Rs.600.

                                    The service got disconnected while inquiring customer care they were saying address is not correct and they were saying door is locked. They have been keep saying last seven days the problem will be solved on daily basis and made me to reach the saturation point of frustration.

                                    I really do not understand, I have been in the house more than 15 years, it is in main city, since my childhood all my school. college, employment correspondences have come to that house.

                                    Actually I stay in delhi, I bought this card for my wife in Tamilnadu to have a video chat. In my address my mother is staying alone. even if we assume my mother is not avilable when the person reaching my house, he could have verified with my neibhours or he could have called my no - [protected] is already registered with them.

                                    After one week harrasment, now they were again saying, the address is wrong, you submit the documents once again, there is no meaning to submit the same documents which are already available with them. and how the government proof address could be wrong.

                                    I really frustrated with them, i told them please take the card from me and return the money to me which they are denying now. the payment will not be paid.

                                    It is requested to the concern to take the appropriate action against TATA photon for the non service to the customers.

                                    Tata Photon — Not Proper Service

                                    Hello All,

                                    I am using Tata Photon + from last 3 to 4 months. It was the best device at the time of purchase, I found it best while surfing. I had tried almost all the devices in the market and found it better with others.

                                    But from the starting of new 3G services of Photon Tata Photon + Broadband service is not as good as it was, even at the 3.1 Mbps speed I found it struggling loading a simple Google page. I think they are now focusing on there 3G services and forgot about Broadband.

                                    From the beginning I am recharging with 700 Rs(Unlimited Plan) which was giving 3.1 Mbps speed for starting 1gb usage after that 155 Kbps but now they have decreased it to 64 Kbps after 1gb usage. Even at 155 Kbps I was getting better speed at that time then which I am getting now at 3.1 Mbps and that is what I found very bad with this device.

                                    This is my personal experience which I thought I should share with all.

                                    Recently I have done (mobile number Portability) MNP From Vodafone to Tata Docomo. As per my request i got massage from Vodafone saying ( Hello! We have received your Porting Request VX371637 dated 17Dec11. We will validate your request and will revert on confirmation by 96hrs TAT from the time we received the request from MCH )As per there massage they have de activated my Number. From Vodafone.

                                    When i insert Docomo sim into my Mobile, Yes its got activated, But I tried to call Incoming to my number and it was coming NUMBER IN VALID. So the number is already deactivated from vodafone, But when i call to docomo customer care , yes they have said something something and all i have done everything in my phone, But its not got activated, Now im not getting in coming calls. whoever calls to my number, all are getting number in valid.

                                    And im missing my all phone calls which is very important. Docmo is telling wait for 24 hours but i cant keep my business phone off for 24 hours, before doing MNP they said me you will not disturb for your calls, But now its happen. and now docomo people are not responding for me.

When complaint was made to customer care thry assured to refund within 48 hrs.however no refund was done in the given period.when againt cmplaint was made they refused to refund and told there was no complaint there.kindly take necessary action

                                      TATA — unnecessary deduction of money

                                      i am vidhi bhalla, my phone number is [protected] as i rang up customer care no.[protected] and Mr Gagan attended the phone and when i requested him for access deduction of my pre-paid connection and he started in a very foul way which was not bearable and accordingly i wanted to get my call transferred to senior executive but instead of transferring the call he blocked my no. for connecting with the customer care. Thereafter efforts were made from landline which was attended by Mr lalit and Mr charanjeet and on their suggestion customer care no.[protected] was dialed from landline no. and the attending official mr sunil and connecting to one official mr deepak and later i got in touch with madam sukhwinder in the pre-paid section and requested her to connect me to some senior official but she insisted to give the iformation about the complaint. As a matter of fact we have not activate any alerts and no body gave me any call for activating this pack and consequently deduction of Rs 30 on nov 7, 2009 was unwarranted. this issue requieres a probe and also counselling to customer care executives as how they have to behave to with customers and the rude adament behaviour requires amendement. the case may be thoroughly seen any reply to e-mail within three days less the complaint is likely to be made to the higher authorities or consumer forums.
                                      there has been unnecessary news alerts from 54321. they have renewed my subscription for news alerts without asking me please stop this asap as it is causing me lot of trouble

                                      Tata Docomo — Unnecessary Deduction

                                      My number is [protected] and tata docomo keeps subscribing me to services without my consent.
                                      I receive messages saying "hey, you've been subscribed to this and it costs ? Rs, you can deactivate with this number".
                                      checking my balance, those Rs are immediately deducted, even if i call the deactivation service, which most of the time doesn't realize i'm subscribed to these services.

                                      This has happened so many times for now, so TATA DOCOMO has taken illegally amount from my account.

                                      Plz do some thing regarding this matter.

                                      From my number [protected] unnecessary money was deducted without any reason. On 14 th Dec 2014 I recharged Rs.120/- and on 17th morning i.e today the balance has become zero. so kindly make redeposit of money to my number as early as possible.

                                        SirMadam, i had activated a message pack of RS. 53 for my mobile no.([protected]) on 22nd April 2013 according to which they had to provide 900 messages for validity of 60 days but, SirMadam, they deactivated my plan yesterday night saying that i used my 900 messages in this month only whereas i'm fully confident that i haven't used over 450 messages. SirMadam, most of the time they even activate some random plans without my permission and give irrelevant reasons for the same. I hope you can help me in this case.
