[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Balance Deducted Second Time | |||
I have ported my number from UNINOR to TATA DOCOMO (Mobile number [protected]), so that i can use INTERNET through it, I recharged with Rs.95 GPRS plan as i was having a balance of RS. 10 so there was no problem in using the Internet. later on after some days my balance was showing Rs.0 and when i contacted Customer Care they say that i have used Uclip. but i was using the net through modem and was not using any such site, So I e-mailed nodal officer of TATA tele and next day my balance was given back.. i was feeling happy but for only that day.. because the next day my balance got to Rs.0 again, So I decided not to use the TATA's any Services for Future as it's their practise of deducting the balance from the customer account.
