    India's Worst Cheating Network - TATA DOCOMO

    Tata Docomo Cheating Customer by activating these services 3GSubsServCALL,CINEONE without knowing to customers.
    Daily TATA DOCOMO deducting amount from customer balance without any confirmation.

    From past 15 days onwards i am calling daily, but no response from them.

    Hello Nodel/Appellate,

    If you people are UNFIT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. Kindly refund my amount with check and deactivate my number, i don't want to continue your cheating services.


    Don't deduct any amount from my account daily. (as yesterday i got a call from tata docomo she said that it's deactivated -GBL[protected] is closed) as i see today
    in my account. it again deducted and Today i got messages as below What is this Cheating

    Today one more surprice, i got a message from TA-NETWAP as below
    Sorry, your subscription request for tata docomo CINEONE alert cannot be processed due to network problem. Please try again later.

    I haven't send any request to activate the above service. Who is activating this service & cheating customers?

              i got one sheme from tata docomo to recharge of 25 rs. and got 75 Rs, balance on 16th feb.i recharged but the sheme for 20 day i can use balance. 25 rs. for 3 days and 50Rs. till 20 days which would given me three days later.that is not specified in message.
              But till now i can"t remain balance 50 rs.i called but again and again told me to check after they will give me remain Balance.i called in care more than 42 times but many time none reply to me and care always busy for others call.

                I received sms last evening on my mobile no [protected] by mentioning that "Sorry, ur details do not match with our records. Please re submit it". So I would like to ask u people how many times will u ask for documents. U people already ask me twice with in five months & my number was disconnect for more than a week even after submission of documents. Why ur network provider is asking document again & again. A person can be provide document on time & guys r disconnection his running no even with out his fault. Its ur fault If my documents was not complete than why did u accepted it? & why my no activated again since last 3-4 months? What kind of customer service u people are giving?
                Please advice me what should I do? I am very tiered of submitting documents & running after it.

                Regarding my documents, I had been to Docomo office here in Vijayawada & got mail from Mr. Vijay Kumar K, Nodal Officer-AP plus call from docomo stating that my documents is clear & my sim will not be block. Now again same thing even after I got confirmation from three different ways they blocked my sim. Why Docomo have such a worst customer service? You can go through the following mail from Dear Mr. Vijay Kumar K, Nodal Officer-AP, TATA DOCOMO. Even I tried to speak with customer care they too block me. What should I do now? I never seen such a third class & worst communication gap between company it self.
                At least now I deserved better service.

                Surprise Surprise...
                Dear reader for your kind information, I am in need to re-activate my number urgently. Even though its mistake from TATADOCOMO I had been to TATADOCOMO's office here in AP Circle, Vijayawada City & Location Eluru Road. I was surprise after hearing that I had said my verification name wrong apart from that I was ready to re-submit my Identity once again but they don't have re-submission form. Ha ha what a joke, initially they disconnecting with customer fault now even ready to submit application once again they don't have application form. Can some one tell me what should I do in this case? I already submitted my documents twice & earlier my number was barred for almost ten days. Really I am very tiered of this Docomo. Here in DOCOMO office they are I must submit my document once again, Is there is any other way to submit documents?
                Still no one get in touch with me. But right now my sim is active, but m not sure about for how many days.
                One more thing Docomo promise me to give some special offers, still that offer also has to come. I guess they surprise me by blocking my no.
                I don't know how to describe such kind of customer service?

                        Sir, On dated 03.03.2012 I have e-recharge of Rs 90/- in my number [protected] for 3G service activation.Tran ID [protected] for Rs 90/-.But no 3G service would be avalable by tata Docomo to me and also inform to costomer care on dated 04.04.2012 and give me complaint number at about 9.30 hrs.But they have no responce and not given me complaint number. Please look into the matter and refund me Rs 90/- and also inform me my Mobile no [protected] & email no [protected]@gmail.com

                            I have docomo card and number is [protected] and my alternate number is [protected].
                            I call docomo customer complaint number 198 to launch complaint that my 2G internet is not working in my area but was working fine in other area.
                            but instead he gave me reasons and suggestion that i[censored] have network than there is no GPRS problem.and he did not took my complaint.
                            instead of giving me suggestions he should have took my complaint.
                            But he did not and then told his name As Mr. mukesh kumar tyagi.

                            i would recommend docomo to have proper customer care executive on complaint number 198 to take only complaint instead of giving suggestion

                            From the day i recharge i m trying to launch complaint about internet on 198 but no Customer care executive registers complaint.
                            customer care is for customer service and to solve there problem.
                            if customer care executive doesnot take complaint than how will the issues resolved.

                              This is the reality about Tata Docomo who contantly advertise about non-activation o[censored]nwanted services in every possible entertainment and news media as well as on their web-site.

                              They activated a 99 CALL service without my consent (i recently came to know what it is) - which is actually a news service as pointed out by the CSE in my last interaction. Every month Rs 30 is deducted from my account. Every month i have to call customer care who sometimes refund the amount and sometimes don't. However no-one deactivates the service. Sometimes they will tell you it is already de-activated - just to have the same issue next month. This has been going on for the last 6 months. No-one from customer care has bothered to take down a complaint till today. There is no concept of lodging complaints by e-mail. Escalations to the nodal officer have no effect (In fact nodal officer is also a call center now as bad as customer service). I have been a long time customer care of Tata Docomo. Things were not as bad when i took the connection - however it is unfortunate where the company has reached today. The trust factor cannot be there.

                              I have decided to leave the service for good. Today morning for the first time customer care took down a real complaint as they realized they were about to loose a customer (complaint no GBL[protected]). However i think i have already lost patience and trust - on a service which i think is otherwise good.

                                I have recieved msg from tata doc. On my no. [protected] Regarding free call me tunes and song selection for 10 days but when i selected the song, amount of rs. 15 deducted from my a/c bal. And the song set was different from my selection. I have complaint to customer care but there is no response.

                                  My name is Tasha s Dham and my no is [protected] is a new CUG connection. It is just 4 days the number is activated and ur system show unbilled usage of round 1500RS. What the hell is this? I have called 121 & 198 several times to answer me about the details and ur customer care executive is useless, they were very unhelpful, as i have not used this card not more than 5-6 calls a day and this is only local and cug calls. How can this is possible??

                                  I need the details right away.. I have also got info tht it is for internet usage..wht is this..my handset is micromax x101 it does not support internet usage..according to my knowledge.. even if does support it i have never used internet or gprs with this card as i have my alternatne docomo prepay number [protected] with 250 plan active on it, which give benefit of 250 full tt, 1gb 3g and 2g unlimited on the above number.

                                  How it is possible that i have not even used the services and being charged for it. Your systems are useless. I have not at all used the internet services on this number. A[art from that i was also informed that i have some other number with the same details and have been charged for that which is again incorrect. I have a other number [protected] and it is nt evn used for more than 5 calls til date.. How can this all is possible.

                                  I need a call back on right away from the manager. I have wasted my time alot in last 2-3 days speaking to your customer service team. It was useless and just wst of time.

                                  Tata Docomo is liable to pay me the time which was wasted because of this error. How can u charge any one if the service is nearly not at ally used. I need the immeidate attention to this complain or else i will directly go to TRIA. which will make this worst ...and tata docomo will suffer it..

                                    When I access internet using APN - TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET, I am receive extremely slow speed internet.
                                    With max speed of 4 kbps.
                                    I believe this is not as per standards and should be corrected immediately.
