i am using Nokia x2.my mobile no.is :[protected],now im getting "sim card rejected" on my cell after giving up all attempts of PUK...i had tryed all my sim and phone security codes.which it was not accepting therefore had to give PUK no...now am getting the above mentioned message...please tell me how to reactivate my sim??
pllz help me :-(

TATA DOCOMO MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER COMPANY IN TAMIL NADU
IS ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN MOBILE SERVICE.
I COMPLAIN TOO MANY TIMES FOR DEDUCTION OF MONEY FROM
MY ACCOUNT,FIRST THEY REFUND ME THEN AGAIN TOOK MONEY(48 RS)
FROM NEXT DAY .I TENSED TOO MUCH FROM LAST TWO WEAK .
SO I REQUEST ALL THE DOCOMO USERS TO NOT USE DOCOMO SIM.
IF I ASK FOR HIGHER AUTHORITY THEY...

There is no signal, no clarity in talk with others, many cross talks happened.... often calls are interrupted...... very worst mobile gsm provider in india.......

We from saveetha university asked for disconnection of phone lines and mobile sticks during Jan 2012. we have preferred numerous reminders but invain. we request them to immediately cancel and disconnect the following lines.

Sir,
i got one sheme from tata docomo to recharge of 25 rs. and got 75 Rs, balance on 16th feb.i recharged but the sheme for 20 day i can use balance. 25 rs. for 3 days and 50Rs. till 20 days which would given me three days later.that is not specified in message.
But till now i can"t remain balance 50 rs.i called but again and again told me to check after they will give me remain Balance.i called in care more than 42...

I received sms last evening on my mobile no [protected] by mentioning that "Sorry, ur details do not match with our records. Please re submit it". So I would like to ask u people how many times will u ask for documents. U people already ask me twice with in five months & my number was disconnect for more than a week even after submission of documents. Why ur network provider is asking document again & again. A person can...

Sir, On dated 03.03.2012 I have e-recharge of Rs 90/- in my number [protected] for 3G service activation.Tran ID [protected] for Rs 90/-.But no 3G service would be avalable by tata Docomo to me and also inform to costomer care on dated 04.04.2012 and give me complaint number at about 9.30 hrs.But they have no responce and not given me complaint number. Please look into the matter and refund me Rs 90/- and also inform me my Mobile no [protected]...

I am Tata Docomo user & approx last two month i have suffering from this network, they have active on my tata docomo number [protected] some horoscope subscription, i have many try in my selt & many time i request to customer care but they dint stop that subscription & i suffer to every week n my balance also cut n every week so please i request to you do the needful

I have docomo card and number is [protected] and my alternate number is [protected].
I call docomo customer complaint number 198 to launch complaint that my 2G internet is not working in my area but was working fine in other area.
but instead he gave me reasons and suggestion that i[censored] have network than there is no GPRS problem.and he did not took my complaint.
instead of giving...

This is the reality about Tata Docomo who contantly advertise about non-activation o[censored]nwanted services in every possible entertainment and news media as well as on their web-site.

They activated a 99 CALL service without my consent (i recently came to know what it is) - which is actually a news service as pointed out by the CSE in my last interaction. Every month Rs 30 is deducted from my account. Every month i have to call...

I have recieved msg from tata doc. On my no. [protected] Regarding free call me tunes and song selection for 10 days but when i selected the song, amount of rs. 15 deducted from my a/c bal. And the song set was different from my selection. I have complaint to customer care but there is no response.
Hope u will solve my problem my problem as soon as possible..

I purchased a Tata Docomo SIM Card for use of internet.
When I access internet using APN - TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET, I am receive extremely slow speed internet.
With max speed of 4 kbps.
I believe this is not as per standards and should be corrected immediately.

I have been using Tata Photon connection since one year, and tata photon is running a tata photon premier league scheme, under which we have to collect the points, which are accumulated based on bill payment and other criteria, i had earned 500 points and so i redeemed it with pizza hut voucher on 13/10/2010 almost 4 months ago, and till today i have not received it. i also contacted their appellate authority but so far no response. please...

As i am naresh, i called to custmer care regarding monthly recharge offers,that time they told me to recharge 247 rupees you wil get 2000 minutes to docomo and 500 minutes to other networks with 1 month validity..After recharge of 247 rupees i got only 2000 minutes for docomo,i didnt get 500 minutes to others..plz do some needful help..
