I am totally 100% dissatisfied with tata docomo customer services.
i have taken plan of 999 monthly rental but after 4 month still i m getting bill of 1149 monthly.
i have raised the request as well from the first month but no action taken so far now.
this is one of the worst service i have ever had from any firm.
every time when i call i get the promise of adjustment in bills.
please do something for customer not for just money

    On 3rd April 2012 , call me tunes has been activated on my mobile number [protected] without even i asked them and they deducted 120rs from my account. I tried to call them so many times but they didn't pick up the phone so i wrote at [protected]@tatadocomo.com explaining about my complaint. I wrote email 3 times but they didn't reply even once. Today they picked up phone for first time and they said money can't be reverted. So i asked them to forward my call to some senior employee & as usual that senior employee didn't pick up my phone. Kindly tell me what to do ? I want my money return asap.

    Tata Docomo — subscribe call me tunes without permission

    on 3/12/2010 callme me tunes was activated and Rs 35 was deducted without my permission on phone no. [protected]

    Today on 20th April Call me tune activated on my mobile with out my permission and deducted Rs 120.This is cheating. Pls take some action on this. Also they send some pop message for activation of different sceams like cricket, news, music etc. If we click by mistake then staright way some money gets deducted from account. or charged in bill. I am very carefull about this as i have already been a victime for this. This is new. They are directly charging without our permission.

    Now i called customer care they said they cant return more than 30rs as i didnt tell them on 3rd april but i have mailed at [protected]@tatadocomo.com after customer care told me to mail on this id.
    I can show you the mail if you want. I am going to sue tata docomo in few days.
    So dont fake in public that you will solve it .

      On 09 Apr 12, I received a call from Tata Docomo and she advised to ring up at the some given no. 543211 for some query at free of cost. I asked her, is there any hidden conditions ? first of all you explain, she replied in negative.After some times I dialed the given no. Some IVR voice came I heard that this service is chargeable some paisa per second. Then immediately I disconnected my phone. After few second I found that they have deducted Rs 120/- from my existing valence. Then immediately I contacted to customer care, reply received that we have activated some music service. Then I reiterated that who has asked for this? I asked to connect me to your seniors, they refused. After some times massage received your service has been De-activated. Then where is my money? No body is giving reply? My Docomo No. is [protected].

      Please advise, what is to be done?

      As per your information dated 20 Apr 12- No pack activated and also no deduction have been made. Then may I know, Where is my Rs 120/ ? How it has deducted from my existing balance? On 11 Apr 12 evening, When I again contacted to your representative of customer care, its his greatness who has been allotted a Ref no. [protected] dated 11 Apr 12.If you want to resolved my problem then kindly track your system generated SMS on my no. regarding activation/ de-activation? As you know your rep is only dealing, no customer can take out money from existing balance.So you may know better regarding this fore play. Its sure money has been deducted and also I had not made any request to activate any package on my number. Kindly try to resolved it seriously.

      I think, the representative of TATA DOCOMO's are intelligent enough, that's why they are creating these type of non sense with customer. It seems that company's prestige go in hell but they should not be overburdened. If customer will be more, work load will be enhance, in turn representative will be over burdened. That is why they are creating such problems, and compelling to customer either to port the number with other service provider or throw it out.

        on march 19 i bought a new post paid 3g dongle from tatadocomo by the date 01.04.2012 it was not working on complaning to the customer care at [protected], a service came to me for replacement but when he was replacing the dongle he was giving me a old dongle which i refused to accept as my dongle was new and thus the replacement5 should a new. the engineer talked to some mr Ravi Kumar he said that it is apolicy thatthey dont replce the dongle with the new one. i again refused. after sometime i came to know that my complaint was closed by Tata Docomo. on enquiring with the Docomo outlet they said, that this cant be replaced but we can provide u a old dongle. so they replaced the dongle with a lesser capacity dongle (My dongle was of 7.2 mbps speed. the replaced dongle was of 3.1 mbps), they also said that after 5 days they will replace this dongle with higher capacity dongle but till they havent replaced the dongle. i also went to meet Mr Samir Shah at haryana circle office of Docomo but somehow i was not able to meet.

        this is purely ill treatment wit the customer and it makes me think i was wrong to choose docomo dongle.

          Recently without my knowledge automatically one SMS came saying " you have subscribed to thought of the day pack at Rs. 22 till 30/04/2012.
          So please stop this type of fraud flash ads. And return back my balance of Rs. 22 which was deducted.

            I am Rajasekar. I am using the tatadocomo since the day i reach bangalore. Today (10/04/2012) morning you have deducted Rs.30 from my account for Khaas Khabar pack. But, I am not subscribed to any of those pack yet.

            I spoke with one of your customer executive. She told that she will connect the call to her higher manager. But, She didn't. I was on the call for 20 minutes then I had cut the call. I am really regret on tatadocomo for doing this to me.

            I want my money to be credited in my account. You people are taking the money without even informing to the right persons. Really frustrated. If you don't add the money to my account then it is my last month o[censored]sing your service.

            I have been a customer of tata docomo since 2 months.
            O lat friday morning,when i switched on my mobile,my outgoing were cut,but i am able to receive calls.It was having full signal.the next day morning both incoming and outgoing were restricted.
            After asking one retailer,He gave me the office address of docomo at mysore,Saraswaripuram.
            I have gon there and when i asked about my problem,they gave some distrrubutor's address.
            After getting there ,he told me to go to another distributor.But thanks to the distributor,he connected me to the customer care and they assured me of correcting the proble within 6 hours.Its the 1pm s problem.Then again in the evening i called the cc and they told to wait for another 2 hours..
            Now its sunday,7 pm still not done.

            Could anyone help me.Even i dont have any tata docom to ask the ccare.

            NEVER GO FOR TATADOCOMO and they are doing cheap tricks for marketing in public, they changed the plan now and i talked to customer care that they never had those unlimited gprs plans and no TATADOCOMO person revealed those plans any where for press. TATA si doing unethical practices in india from long time, it is better to avoid TATA in our life. TRAI is a useless body in india seems getting lot of bribes. TRAI put a rule that any plans introduced by telecom companies should be atleast for 6 months after launch. Whats is going on now? TRAI is sleeping? What the lawyers and Bigs doing in india, any one has guts to file the case on TATADOCOMO, come on indians, open your eyes and file and fire TATAs from INdia
            The service of tata docomo is terrible. It causes problems to your handsets. Your phone behaves weirdly.

            Tata Docomo — No coverage since 31-Jan-2010

            Dear Team - Since 31-Jan-2010 morning I am facing network issue with my three tata docomo numbers.

            Please find the COMPLAINT number below ==> NWK09564426

            (The area is Near Kopar Station, Kopar Road, Dombivali(West), Thane.)

            Even the issue is with Tata Data card which I am using since last 4 years. It does show any network and sometimes it show very poor network.

            Earlier I was getting FULL network in the same area.

            And the saddest part is that TATA customer care and TATA relationship center don't have any clue about the issue.

            One of the customer service executive told me that IT WILL TAKE 2 MONTHS to RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

            After 1 hour long conversation with TATA customer care executive raised a complaint in my name.

            I would suggest TATA to atleast inform their customers or their officials about the issue and how much time to take o resolve this issue and all.

            *I'm just another miserable customer of your's. Like any other, i was quite
            attracted towards the pulse plan of Your's and of course it was a wrong
            decision to do so. i live in the outskirts of Chennai and honestly would not
            complaint on the fact that i don't get good signal when I'm at home, but it
            is irritatingly surprising when the signal strength goes to zero when I'm in
            main roads of Kodambakkam, T. Nagar, Nungambakam(Main places in the heart of
            Chennai) etc. Its not that the signal fluctuates, but the signal goes to
            zero. when i'm busy I suddenly realize that i haven't received a call or an
            sms for a long time and pull out my mobile to find that there is no
            signal(as if there is no SIM in the mobile). This happens in all mobiles i
            tried on and everyday. Funny it is for my friends and colleagues who use
            services like Vodafone and Aircel who do not have signal interruptions even
            when travelling all over the State. *

            *Was it a mistake buying a connection from an inexperienced service provider
            like you? I feel like i am a victim of your attractive tariff and poor
            service. It has been more hard when i talk to the customer service and make
            them understand what exactly the issue is. Funny part is that they get
            impatient when i try to explain them patiently what the issue is multiple
            times. People have been following up on a complaint that made(who were all
            impatient though) and finally an agent promised me that the issue will be
            solved in three months(No one is going to wait for that long. Will you?). I
            should be able to send an SMS when there is just 20% of signal(I was able to
            do it on all other networks) but yr sim allows an sms to be sent only when
            there is more than 80% signal. This is ridiculous. this issue is one of them
            i have been trying to explain to some Technical agents who had called me(in
            fact no one understood). It can be observed that they follow a particular
            (evil of course) strategy so that they can complete the case as soon as
            possible without being questioned later. Hey Important !!! I received an

            Hi,

            I recenlty went for a post paid connection with you on 21-Oct-10, thinking you will give a good service and brand. However after a few weeks its very dissapointing. A few of my requests are neglected and not acted for days now.

            On 10-Nov-10, I requested to change my plan to 3G 1000 plan and its still not yet changed. I had followed up thrice later (calls, chat) and nothing happened. Adding to that I had initially requested for 299 data pack which was later deactivated immediatley when I requested for change of plan to 3G. But the new plan is still not activated and I cannot use mobile internet due to heavy chanrges (already wasted more than Rs 1200 just on internet unknowingly).

            I am now planning to cancel my post paid service next week with you due to poor service. I had thought of buying Tata Sky soon, which I forgot thinking how the service of that will be compared to your Tata Docomo.

            I don’t think with such service they can sustain longer.

            Airtel — unknowingly applying the caller tune and taken subsequent charges

            I have not taken the CALLER TUNE service of airtel and still they have charged and applied the caller tune to me.
            After I called the customer care they were giving the reason of deliberate caller tune taken but I havent taken any such value added service.
            The tele customer care executive name - BHASKAR SHARMA, denied giving his employer id and after repetidly calling many times they have taken me on hold after I requested to talk to some senior person.
            there after they debar me from customer service executive and when i called back them from my friends airtel no other executive namely VIJAY had put down the phone as the other giving the excuse of noy hearing my voice even when i could hear him clearly.
            Then I again called from my friends no and get my complain recorded but now on the excuse of senior call they again put down my phone,

            I am totally frustated by such AIRTEL behavior they never get indulge i such acts but .... Please take appropiate action needed.

            I am living in Bangalore & recently got an Docomo prepaid connection to check the service so that I can get a Family pack if service is ok. However, the Docomo service seems to be pathetic. There are 5-6 mobile towers within 500 mt radius of my building & I am assuming atleast one would be Tata's (I am making this assumption on the basis that signal strength shown is mostly full) However at times signal suddenly disappears to 1 or 2 bars & then returns back to full. Even when signal is full, voice breaks so much that it becomes awfully difficult to talk. Call drops & no sound on call starting are common features for nearly every call. I know this is Tata Docomo's problem because it happens no matter which provider is on other side, even if other side is a land line, it still is the same story,
            THIS IS THE WORST EVER QUALITY I'VE SEEN. THEY SHOULD REALIZE THAT PEOPLE DON"T MIND SPENDING A LITTLE EXTRA IF THE GET A GOOD QUALITY. JUST ADVERTISING YOUR SELF TO BE CHEAPER IS NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU CUSTOMERS WITH THIS KIND QUALITY.

            In March 2011, I left Airtel services to Tata Docomo in search of better services. But what I experienced is far worse than Airtels. As asked by the retailer I submitted the related documents relating to address and identity at the time of changing service provider. Tata docomo started the services within a week. But, after 1&1/2 months, they stopped all outgoing and incoming calls to my mobile no. Without giving any reasons. The same no. was earlier ok with airtel for more than two years where I had submitted the same documents for identity and proof of address. I complained about the poor service through e-mail. But no positive response was shown by the company.
            Now, after submitting the formalities for the second time on 07/05/2011 the service is still disgusting. It seems tata docomo is now playing game with me. Each alternate day they are resuming the services and after a day stopping all the services. This is going on for last ten days. Is there no rules.................... or each day a service provider form their own conditions. Is there something called customer care....................is not it fair on the part of you to give some reasons for stopping services? I have very bad experience and lost my peace of mind. Kindly help.

            Tata Docomo giving me very very poor quality network in my home since last 3 days..... the network does not remain more than 1min... I call customer care but they give me wrong information & they disconnect the line & after that i can not connect them. I want solution of this. My mob no is [protected].

            am Dr.viswanathan . my mobile number is [protected] . i have two complaints . on June 23 , i was charged rs 54 for browsing , i had activated 63 rs internet packet in my mobile . and there was data balance of 4 MB left . but before that data balance got over i was charged . when i asked for explanation from 198 i was told at first that i browsed chargeable content , when i insisted for them to reply technical department person answered me that i had seen 2 websites at 1 time in laptop , so i was charged . but it does not make any sense , how can i be charged for for browsing when i have data balance left ? . another complaint is i have been to Hyderabad frequently for last two weeks . there i have problem which occurred twice in 2 weeks . i was able to make outgoing calls , but when some one calls me they are receiving the reply that my cell is switched off . even when i call to my number instead of receiving the busy tone i get the reply its switched off . the problem persisted for more than a day . and customer care persons did not give any solutions . the problem itself had rectified on its own in both instances . am entirely dissatisfied with the responses given by the customer care persons . i have applied for a MNP .
            no action yet . it has not been resolved .
            In my apartment in Bangalore, I can't make any calls or send any SMS, despite having FULL NETWORK COVERAGE. The calls simply do not connect, and the SMS sending fails no matter how many times I try it. And all this, despite full network coverage. I even get full 3G coverage there. The internet connects fine. But what is wrong with making calls and SMS ??

            My Number[protected] not able to make incoming/outgoing calls since 28th May.
            I get touch with call center they register a complaint (#:[protected] but so far no progress
            in the complaint.
            I recharged my number [protected] with STV 46 for free incoming calls while roaming but it didn't worked and when asked to customer support they gave poor excuse that number activated between 14th june 2010 to 24th august 2010 cannot enjoy the given facility. Before recharging my number i asked about the information from customer care with my number but they did not informed any such rule. Now they are not replying to my sent mails. There is sure unprofessional behavior from TATA DOCOMO in the given incident. I asked to refund my money and also the balance that was reduced while incoming calls after recharge. I want consumer forum to react to my problem and punish TATA DOCOMO for the cost and inconvenience that i faced due to their poor service delivery.

            I had a problem wid my cell ,suddenly i had no tower suddenly ,so i had called up from [protected] on 121 to complain about my status of my number on 9th july at around 1:15 and asked for query

            When i asked for reference number for conversation i had same reply

            When i asked to transfer my call to senior representative still d same reply "our system is under upgration"

            When i asked for his name he din say it clearly nd whn i asked him to spell his name he refused to spell !
            And further replied me "our system is under upgration"

            I m sorry to tell you but you really let me down to change my sim card and same with my relatives !

            This was rude reply from docomo , when you are not been able to solve query you should probably stop this service

            I have raised tickets with tata docomo for network issue that is unresolved still from 3 months. docomo customer care behaves very worst to the customers. I have submitted the documents to Airtel for MNP and paid my last billed amount to tata docomo. from tata docomo they are not processing and not updating for MNP to airtel. is there any site where i can check the status of MNP.?

            Hi,

            I bought a Tata Docomo 3G Sim, and at the time I bought the Sim I was given a demo service where I got speed upto 700/800 MBPS. Looking at the demo speed, I was satisfied with the service and then bought the 3G dongle and paid 2 months rent in advance. But from day 1, I never got the same speed on my 3G connection, in fact speed was less that 70 MBPS and when I complained about it there was no response to my complaints and everytime I called customer care number I got response that this is not the right number you are dialing please dial on this number and when I dialed on that number it had another number for me. I got fed up with all this and finally asked for the cancellation of my services and there was no response on email as well for this. And after a month I got a call from TATA DOCOMO guys that what is the issue please let me know and we will work it out and since I was really frustrated with the service and the loss of 1500 rs, I said I don't want your service and I had already requested for the cancellation of it.

            Now after an year I am getting an email from TATA DOCOMO that some amount is pending to be paid and non payment of that will result in a civil case against me. I am not sure why should I pay for their bad service and I requested cancellation within that 2 months for which I had wasted my 750 rs per month. And this is frustrating to see email like this from someone who has not provided the service which they talk about all the times and poor customer care service and bad response. I already wasted Rs 1500 which paid in advance for the 3G service.

And when I complained many times about your services, I hardly got a response everytime I called your customer care, I got the answer that sorry it's a postpaid service please call on this number and when I called on that given number, I was given new number.
            I was so frustrated with your services and response to my issue, and then finally I had sent email for which I got no response. It's not my problem if you guys don't respond to emails, don't have a proper customer care to take customer's complaint/feedback then not sure why I have to pay this charge of 750 when I hadn't used it all.

            Sorry but If you respond to emails after a month then that doesn't mean that customer has to suffer for your laziness and bad service, first email which I had sent regarding cancellation of my account was on 08/09/2012 (see the below email chain) and when there was no response to my email I had again forwarded that same email on 14/09/2012.
            And I had to sent this email since I was frustrated calling you guys on the customer care number given to me, where I spent so much of my time waiting for someone to answer my call and then hear the sentence "Sir you have dialed the wrong number, for corporate postpaid connection, please dial different number". When I wanted to buy the connection, I was getting continuous calls "Sir please buy this connection, we will give the best service and blah blah" but after I got the connection, I had to run after you guys to get service for which I had paid Rs 750 per month. Can anyone of you pay Rs 750 per month for a service where opening a normal site would take 3-4 minutes? And I reported this issue as soon as I bought the connection but there was no response to my request.

            I am happy for you to file a case for this, I have all email proof with me where I had requested for the cancellation of your poor service. And if you respond to my emails after a month then that doesn't mean that I will have to pay for that 1 month.

                Hi,

                I bought a DOCOMO postpaid sim on 06-APR-2012 Friday after persisting phone call from a docomo agent called prakash and prashanth.I subscribed for the postpaid plan of 899 UL. and paid 899 as advance they came to my place and collected all documents and they asked 50 rs extra for taking a bigger copy of the stamp sized photograph I gave them I gave the amount and they gave me a bill which I'm attaching to this complaint.I asked them repeatedly that when the sim will be active they told me that the verificagtion guys will come on saturday before afternoon and by evening the sim will get activated.I told them Saturday i need the sim to be activated otherwise I dont need the SIM and they ensured about that.I waited till saturnday 7PM and still i did'nt get any call. I called them on their number and they told me they are sorry and the verification will come only on monday I told them I dont need the SIM and to take it back as its not useful for me without not able to make any calls.They told OK they will activate the SIM now itself and if the verification is not completed on modnay they will refund the money back; I believed it and they activated the sim within 1 hr and they told me that there is a limit of 100 minutes untill verification. On monday I called them on morning and they disconnected the call i caleld an alternate number and the guy told me he will ask them to call me back.They did and the guy told me that he has nothing to do with verification it might come on tuesday only.I told him I want the money back as the sim is not usable even after paying the money and also submission of documents.He disconnected the phone then and there and I am unable to reach them anymore.I dont know what I should do to get my money back or to get my SIM active.I called the so called customer service and when I asked for the supervisor the agent told me that Supervisor went for lunch.the details of the connection are mentioned below.

                todays date is 4/16/2012 and its been more than a week everday i had to call them up several times to get answered ..and they inform me everyday the verification guy will come that day.and no one came..Now I understood no matter what forum you post no matter what you do there is no justice for consumers.I took a new Connection from airtel and filed a case with bangalore consumer court.
                mine is also same case.. but I have submitted documents and paid advance bill of 1 month on feb 28 2013... today is 20th april 2013.. no response and worst service... from docomo... in any business to grow learn to give service after sale... b4 sale daily calls "sir shall I send our executive to collect documents"
                after sale not even single call...

                  This is a very IRATE customer of TATA DOCOMO (Internet). I live in Nasik, some kind of special offer is going on here which is : 2Gb unlimited high speed for 1399.0 + 10.3% tax. Normal rate of this package is 2999.00 But in their system it is not updated yet and it's been at least 4 months. My account was suspended two times due to lack of payment which I don't owe as it is a system correction.
                  After paying full eligible amount, I am still sitting here without any internet.

                  It is been three days that I don't have any internet and no one to pay attention to my complaint.

                  I am a software engineer and I work full time from HOME. I get paid hourly, without internet I can not work at all.
                  So, I am suffering and loosing money all thanks TATA DOCOMO. Who is going to pay me for that? They will just say Sorry for the inconvenience caused and move on but sorry just isn't enough!

                  When your customers are suffering and loosing business due to your fault, how can you be so relaxed????

                  I was with Reliance before and switched to Tata with a hope that I will benefit with higher speed and good customer service (as their sales agent was really good at selling me this), but I have to say that I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
                  No matter what, customer should be their highest priority, in today's world customer service is the key of each business but I am sorry to say, that is not my experience with TATA DOCOMO.
                  Don't forget one upset customer can bring down 100s of your customers and one happy customer can give you 1000s of new customers, and I am a person who speaks loudly.

                    I have purchased sim for mobile no. [protected] on 22nd september 2009 for
                    Rs. 50 and i had recharged with 200/- on it, it only worked merely 3 days

                    they said you need to give identity proof again, then on 24th oct 09 again
                    presented the proof but it was surprise to note that my sim registration is
                    failed. while enquired with customer care they said to contact distributor
                    to get help. they too sent mails to regional head till now i havent got
                    reply. moreover my balance as of today will be 235/- but i dont why they
                    disconnected they can check the proof and then they should have
                    disconnected the line. pls now re-activate the same no. as early as possible.


                    We provided proof of documents to the distributor in Ambattur, JS cell city
                    i think, driviing license, raion card xerox, Color photo on 24th october,
                    even i personally visited distributor office to check they said to me that
                    they despatched the proof to the concerned.

                    Now i have 235/- balance on my mobile, and it is deactivated due to proof
                    pending, if anyone as provided sms claiming proof not available, then we
                    could have provided to the concerned tata docomo office, so pls now activate
                    my mobile no. or else pls tell me how to reclaim the recharged amount on my

                      I have tata docomo prepaid no([protected])in orissa circle.On 25/03/2012 I talk to docomo cast care to know about gprs plan....the representative tell me about various plan where I chose rs 33 plan....where he say I got 1gb net use....I told him if I am activate this now when I use it?he says instantly....then I confirm him to activate the service.
                      After few minutes the service was activated and rs 33 deducted from my main ballance....then 5 minuiets later I start to serfing the internet....but after few minuites they deducted all the ballance of my main ac rs..25.00..and bareed the cast care line....next day I called cast care another no([protected]) and want to know why they deducted my all main ac ballance.....then cce informed me that u use the iternet.....but I told him I activate rs 33 pack....then they informed me that it is a night gprs pack working beteween 11 pm to 7 am.But I told him that the previous cce dont informed me that it is a night pack.....then cce transfer the call to senior cce.....he inform and assured me that the call is recorded and listen the senior and call back me about the problem...but he didnot take any complaint....after 2 days I called cast care then he says that no process to complai against cce and disconnec the call.On 05 april.2012 I need gprs usage in day...so I called the cast care he said u might actiavte rs 5 gprs plan and it vallid throgh midnight....I ask him I allready act night gprs pack...but he say after end of the this pack night pack is working...soon thispack is end....on this day after 11.00 pm I start internet but soon my main ballance is rs 0.00 and then cast care number are not connect......on next day I called to the cast care no and told him what happned he said there is no gprs pack active in ur ac.And transfer call to the transfer he said the same voice....but when I inform him that I act rs 33 gprs pack in 25.03.2012 then he replied that ur 1 gb is end.....but then I M say why it is not show in ac ballance.He disconnect the line.........on 07.04.2012 I call to the cast care again then they inform me that u act rs 5 gprs pack so rs 33 pack is deactivate but when I say that I before I activate this pack I called to castomer care and he inform me that both pack are working in same no......then he transfer call to the senior cce and he replied same voice.He also inform me I do not refund any money...............................................but both time tata docomo cast care inform me wrong information so that I lost about rs 63.00....... sir pls take action and take necessary action so I refund my money or again act night gprs pack...

                          i tried to recharge online for docomo number [protected] via tatadocomo site..which inturn redirected to billdesk where I used internet baking...eventhough transaction was unsuccessful they managed to deduct money from account.. The transaction id is [protected]... I finally couldnot find where the money went????

                                Hi Service Desk,

                                My tata docomo balance (Rs 60) got nullified yesterday (05.04.2012) and then i called service desk of Tata docomo but the call was not connecting and Later I made online recharge of another Rs 50, but again the balance doesn't reach out to my mobile.Please take necessary action as I didn't downloaded anything and not activated any service.Now I have no balance in my mobile because already twice it got deducted and I am not recharging it now.Please make sure I got the balance in my mobile.

                                Tata Docomo — Unnecessary Cutting Balance

                                THE customer care executve are a headice for me they keep us for hols for say abt an hour and still no one cums on line and the balance is being cut un necessary its changing our mind to convert out service provider as fast as possible

                                  Previously my balance was deducted 14Rs. I called to customer care they took SR & balance was refund. And Executive assured me that service will be deactivated soon online. But service was not deactivated and again my balance is deducted. I called to customer care twice, both time my call was transferred to senior but no response from senior, even almost for 15 to 20 min I was on hold then it disconnected. Madhuri & Abhimanyu / Abhinav were the Executive. If they really think that the company doesn't deduct consumers balance, then why they afraid of answer a costumer call. my phone no. is [protected].

                                    In the Month of December, 2010 I have taken Tata Docomo connection with mobile number [protected].

                                    I was unhappy with the services provided by Tata Docomo and misleading at the time of taking connection, I had closed my account with Tata Docomo by paying Rs. 1,579/- on 06th January, 2011 with cancellation request number[protected] at Tata Docomo office 6-3-352 3 Astral Heights, Hyderabad.

                                    At the time of cancellation, I have asked the Manager of the Docomo office to give me confirmation on account closer on the Letter Head of Docomo. But, the Manager has replied that they cannot provide me the confirmation and just provide me the cancellation request and assured me that I will not receive any kind of call or bills from thereafter, but did not happen till now.

                                    Every month I am receiving call regarding the payment of bill, I have called customer care ([protected])several times and raised a ticket via email on 20th July, 2011 docket number[protected] addressing my concern. After couple of weeks Customer care has called me and informed that they mistake at their has been rectified and will
                                    not receive any kind of communication.

                                    On 19th Oct, 2011 I have received a call from mobile number [protected] THREATENING me using abuse language to pay the amount. I have raised my concern with customer care ([protected]) about the issue but for no help!

                                    On 05th April I have got a call [protected] that a legal case has been logged against me by S.K. Rathod ([protected]) with reference Number 106/12/DLA. Even I haven't received any legal notice about the issue.

                                    After making the final payment for Rs. 1,579/- on 06th January, 2011 with cancellation request number[protected] at Tata Docomo office 6-3-352 3 Astral Heights, Hyderabad, due to the case booked on me I have been forced to make a additional payment of Rs. 1,013/- on 05th April, 2012 with 41856318 at TVSCOCO- Malakpet.

                                    I had paid price to be honest customer.

                                    Thats an old problem with tata docomo.One fine day i have also received call from tata docomo office at hyd stating that they have some tarrif of 899 o[censored]nlimited calls and if I am intrested, they would send their representive at my home.I enquired if I can have this connection on my existing number [protected] which is having airtel's service.They responded through NNP its possible and came to my house at took advance of Rs 1000 and gave me NNP number with assurance that service would be activated in 10-15 days.they asked for some port number which I provided them but service was not activated till next 1.5 months.Mean while i received sevral calls from airtel offering me discount upto 10% on my all bills for next 6 months for retaining me and i kept on rejecting their offers.
                                    After 1.5 month when i called back to docomo outlet, they again asked me for the new port number(as earlier one has expired).I generated new one and forwaded me.by this time my new bill was generated for airtel and my request was rejected on ground of non payment of bill (although due date for bill payment still had 20 more days).
                                    Now I got fedup with docomo and asked those guys to return me back my deposit.They told it will come in form of cheque from company in 45 days.
                                    Its more than 3 months, havent received any cheque for deposit amount, I carry amount's receipt and SIM provided by them in my valeet.and when ever i approch them, they say server is down, no power in our outlet, etc etc.

                                    Due to docomo's connection, I even lost oppurtunity to get discount from airtel.


                                    Funniest event, again few days back some one from docomo called me for promotion of same tarrif.I told her the entire story and you guys cant beleive her response on it. She told me thank you Sir. :)

                                      I have tata docomo gsm conection, i do a recharge of 65 rupees for gprs, i got the gprs 2.60MB balance and just after 30 min all balance was deducted from my balance, when i complaint about this problem they didn't take my complaint. it's happen with me 2nd time.

                                        Tata Docomo — recharge is failed but the amount is debited

                                        sir i have used tata docomo online recharge option to racharge the number [protected] . but some technical problem the recharge is failed but the amount is debited from my account. so please gime me solution about it as soon as possible. my bank transaction number is pos[protected].

                                        I wanted to recharge the mobile [protected] of TATA docomo of my daughter,SUDIPTA BHATTACHARYA
                                        through 'ONLINE AXIS' for Rs 50.00 ON 03/11/2011 and to my utter surprise my savings account bearing
                                        the no- [protected] was debited through transaction no-ICONN / 32400548 / 030911 /AXIS BANK
                                        MOBILE RECHAR but mobile of my daughter was not recharged.

                                        May I kindly request the competent authority to address the problem so that Rs 50.00 o[censored]nsuccessful transaction amount may kindly be credited to my account or the mobile may kindly be recharged so that customers don't lose faith and to instil confidence in mobile service provider.
