Deduction in Balance

Handset Problem

Sir, I have purchased a Tata Walky talky. After 15 days from the date of purchase the speaker phone of the phone was not working. When went to hub for getting it repaired, the technician simply said that he cant repair my new phone but if required he will replace my new walky talky with LSP 350 Old model phone. Even I complained the same on online and also through telephonic to call center but no action. It seems tata docomo dosent need coustomers....

not able to make outgoing calls

gprs 11GB Balance got NIL
