i have complain many times to provide goood network to me but there is taken no sufficient enquiry which do not satisfy me plzzzzzzz solve my problem & put tower in my area near malik timber at gomtinagar lko .if you do not solve my problem i will go to consumer court & my no. is [protected].
never ever a good network.always call drop.. hate their service .. well i have to try 2-3 times to connect my call.this is very annoying when u r in some important work talk.

I was interested in switching to DoCoMo, is the network better now?
I wanna use docomo evidently please help this problem and thank you

    THIS IS DHIRAJ CHOUHAN HERE FROM MUMBAI HAVE GOT AN SALES CALL FOR THE TATA DOCOMO POST PAID CONNECTION FROM SOME MIRA ROAD SALES COMPANY ON DT.21.03.12 PLAN 199 AND I GOT AGREE FOR CONNECTION WITH THE CHOICE NO.[protected] FROM THE GIVEN OTHER OPTION THROUGH MESSAGE ON THE PAYMENT OF RS.350/-, AND THE COMPANY SEND THE GUY TO COLLECT THE DOCUMENTS WHICH INCLUDE MY PASSPORT PIC & XEROX COPY OF MY ELECTION CARD AS WELL AS THE COPY OF AADHAAR CARD, HE HAND OVER ME ONE TATA DOCOMO POST PAY SIM PACKET AFTER THE PAYMENT OF RS.350/- ON DT.01/2012 WITH SOME RSN NO. AND ICCID NO. MENTION THEIR, AS PER THEIR RULES & SYSTEM OF ACTIVATION AFTER VERIFICATION WITHIN 24 HOURS, I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE WORDS I GOT IT AS IM ALREADY AN RELIANCE CUSTOMER ITS VERY HARD TO GO FOR SOME OTHER CONNECTION, TILL THIS THE STORY WAS OK AS I WAITED FOR NEXT 48 HOURS TO GET THE VERIFICATION DONE FROM YOUR SIDE, BUT THERE WAS NO REPLY FOR THE SAME AND SO FOR THE DOUBT AND THE QUERIES I AGAIN CALL BACK TO THAT NUMBER-[protected] ON THE NAME OF MS.SHARADA SINGH GIVEN BY THE GUY WHO CAME TO COLLECT THE DOCUMENTS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS SWITCH OFF TILL DATE.

    TILL DATE ITS ALREADY 10 DAYS GONE BUT STILL NOW THERE IS NO VIEW OF VERIFICATION VISIT OR A SINGLE CALL TO GET MY NUMBER GET ACTIVATED, THEN ALSO I TRIED TO COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME ON SOME OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NO.[protected], [protected],[protected] AND NODAL OFFICER NO.[protected], BUT IT WAS ALL MY WASTE OF TIME AND I DIDNT GOT ANY POSITIVE REPLY NOR THE CALL GOT CONNECTED FURTHER.

    My tatadocomo number [protected], i lost the number so did not make the payment, so i received the SMS to call the number to avoid legal action.

    The billing adress is still unknown, i did not signed my customer application form.

    I request to cancell the number, I called to the number which i received that to avoid legal action, thet person told me to pay Rs.500/- to cancell, i did that but still bill comming for RS.1700/-


    Now one lady called me to make the payment, they generated the legal notice.

      I purchase a TATA DoCoMo sim (mdn number [protected]) on 25th March 2012. On that very same day i dialed *191# service to activate Rs. 95 internet plan. The balance ie. Rs. 95 got deducted from my main balance immediately. I called up customer care immediately and complained them about my balance deduction and they refunded my money instantly on that day ie. 25th March 2012 and then the customer care executive told me that due to some technical difficulty this problem occurred and i can try to activate the 95 rupees plan again after 24hrs and it will work successfully then. So after 24 hours ie. on 26th i tried the same procedure as mentioned above to active the 95 rupees internet plan again but unfortunately again the same problem occurred and the balance was deducted from my main balance. I called up customer service and complained to them again about this problem and they told me that they were still facing some technical problem so they asked me to wait for 2 hours. I waited for more that 2 hours and checked my balance again and still the amount was not refunded so i called the customer care again and asked them what the problem was. At this one of the senior customer care executive asked me to wait for 48 hours and if within 48 hours my internet plain is not activated then they will refund my money. But ever after 48 hours i still didnt get back my amount that was deducted from my main balance.

      Then i called up customer care again to ask why my amount is still not been refunded? At this the junior Customer Care executive told me that they can only refund the amount the first time and if second time the amount is deducted then they cannot do anything. So i asked him to connect me to his senior. He did so, and when i got connected to his senior, his senior clearly told me that he wont refund my amount back as it was my fault.

      Then i complained to the nodal officer (a lady), i explained her the entire problem and she gave me a reference number ie. GBL[protected] and put me on hold to check my problem, after she resumed the call, i could hear her voice but she was unable to listen to me so she disconnected my call. Now i am not sure if they will take any necessary measures to refund the amount (ie. Rs. 95) that was deducted from my main balance. Please help!!!

      I am using Tata Docomo service since 6 months, I converted to Docomo through MNP seeing that they provide very good service to the customers.



      However my experience was very bad last week as they have deducted Rs.
      62.00 from my main balance.



      I would like to provide you complete details:-



      On July 30th, I recharged with GPRS package of Rs. 65.00 (2.5 GB, validity 1 months).

      On August 14th, I made a top-up recharge of Rs 100. In which I got 100 MB promotional offer.



      On 19th Aug.. while I was dowloading songs, there was deduction of Rs 62.00 inspite of the fact I was in 1 month GPRS package.



      When I spoke to your customer care, I got to know that my remaining balance of 2.5 GB package was reduced to Zero as I recharged with Rs 100.00 and got 100 MB data free and as that 100 MB balance validity gone, they charged me rs 62.00 for downloading



      Now my question comes here I have already taken GPRS package for a month why would I need 100 MB for 5 days promotional offer...



      I don't understand what type of promotional offer is this in which they are cheating the customer. they show that they are providing 100 MB free on 100 rs recharge, but can not they see that person who is already been in the GPRS package for one month, they have lessen his balance to BIG ZERO.



      Even this is simple logic if I am enjoying already 2.5 GB GPRS packge, what is the meaning of deducting that to zero and providing 100 MB.

        Sir, I have purchased a Tata Walky talky. After 15 days from the date of purchase the speaker phone of the phone was not working. When went to hub for getting it repaired, the technician simply said that he cant repair my new phone but if required he will replace my new walky talky with LSP 350 Old model phone. Even I complained the same on online and also through telephonic to call center but no action. It seems tata docomo dosent need coustomers.

            My name is Ranjan Kumar Thakur and my mobile number is [protected].I'm a faithful customer of TATA DOCOMO GSM service but due to irresponsible service of TATA DOCOMO,I lost my trust on it.On 13/03/2012 I recharged a GPRS pack of RS. 48 has a valid period of 21 days but only during 9 days it stopped working and started deducting my main balance on data usage.When I contacted the customer care service regarding this,they returned the deducted ammount and didn't returned the GPRS PACK.They are telling the the validity of this pack is over and full 1 GB free data has been used.I use this GPRS PACK on my mobile and I was never able to use even 500 MB free data even in 21 days then how can this 1 GB can be used in only 9 days?Regarding this neither they are replying nor they they are providing any sort of information.
            Therefore I request you to consider these facts and let the TATA DOCOMO allow to return my GPRS PACK.

            Tata Docomo — 48 rs deduct for gprs.

            without any information deduct 48 rs from my a/c.
            a girl was called me 3 times from your companey , that pl. take 63 rs plan for gprs.
            but i told her no i'm not interested. she said ok.
            but after 1/2 an hour a massege send by your companey that i've charged 48 rs for gprs. my no. is

I don't know how mcheck services got activated and for every minute I see my cell sending message saying USIM services "mcheck for Tata- processing" and my balance is getting deducted without my knowledge.

                mvc service was auto activated on my no. Before 4 days and deducting 3rs daily and coming a sms daily from NAZWAP that your mvc was auto renewed.                 Mvc Subscription Auto renewed
                mvc service was auto activated on my no. approx. 4 days ago and deducting Rs. 3/- daily and sends a sms daily from NAZWAP that your mvc was auto renewed.                   For the past 3 days Tata Docomo has been reducing balance for no reason - no calls or internet usage.
                  When I called Customer Care and inquired, I was told that I made calls to a certain number. When I asked what number it was, the number they gave me was my own number! Apparently, I have been calling up and talking to myself for long hours!
                  I asked to speak to some senior authority but I was never connected to them. I have called 5 times now, yet have not been able to get any sensible answer.

                  About a couple of hours back my balance was Rs. 152. An hour back it was Rs. 126. It magically increased to 142.
                  And now it is back to 122.
                  Calling customer support is of no result and they're giving ridiculous responses.

                    on 27th march 2012 i have recharged with rc28 as my friend said that we are getting 80rs talktime.i got 80 rs balance. as i got more balance i recharged to my family members and my friends. everyone got 80rs balance but today without any intimation they have cutted our balance and fooled every one .when i called customer care they said due to some technical problem extra money added and responded very rudely.Due to their technical problems why customers need to suffer? as we are getting more talktime some lakhs of customers recharged yesterday eventhough they dont need to recharge.with this issue i wasted my time and money also.so please file a complaint on this and help me in getting my balance back which they cutted without any intimation. my number is [protected]

                    Fraud Tata Docomo.
                    Bledy fraud Tata docomo company, They played a cheap business technique that they just squeezed huge money from all their loyal customers yesterday(27th march 2012). Yesterday, I have recharged my docomo number with Rs 28 for more than 15 times as it was Rs 80 being credited to Rs 28 recharge. I was all happy to have more than Rs 1400 balance but today the bledy tata docomo company has deducted all those extra Rs 52 balance credited with each Rs 28 recharge without any courtesy and without appologising and now my mobile balance is Rs 482. When I called the Customer Care, they replied recklessly that it was a technical issue due to which Rs 80 was credit to Rs 28 recharge. If it was a real technical issue, why have not tata docomo informed in advance to its loyal customers that there would be a technical issue due to which Rs 80 would be credited to Rs 28 recharge So that none could have been enticed to recharge heavily. This Rs 28 recharge can only be done via easy recharge mode and from a easy recharge dealer, it takes 15 to 20 minutes time to recharge a docomo number for every next recharge, which led people zoom to every other Easy recharge mobile shop to get more balance by recharging more Rs 28's.There was a huge queue infront of every easy recharge mobile shop for recharging this Rs 28 to tata docomo numbers and the dealers were charging extra money like Rs 3 to Rs 5 for each Rs 28 recharge as the offer was in great demand. Why would anyone recharge wtih so much money and with so much difficulty if there was no offer? Everyone has put a lot of effort and time to get this Rs 28 offer recharged but was fooled by Tatadocomo, though it's not April but March 2012. I want my money back.

                      Daily TATA DOCOMO deducting amount from customer balance without any confirmation.

                      These services are 2GSubsServCALL,CINEONE without knowing to customers.Daily Rs 1 get debited from my account.
                      Even Nodal officers are not in the position to tell anything proper about this.


                      Today one more surprice, i got a message from TA-NETWAP as below
                      Sorry, your subscription request for tata docomo CINEONE alert cannot be processed due to network problem. Please try again later.

                      I haven't send any request to activate the above service. Who is activating this service & cheating customers?

                      i(vikas singh) [protected], recharged with rs 42 in which t2t 1000 minutes i got, but it wasn, t available and i can, t use it instead of that my balance also deducted one of the custom.care representative said that the balance and 1000 minutes will be activated and unfair deduction will be available to me till 23, as expected nothing happened on 23 again i call than these c.c representative said that there was no recharge...

                          This complaint is against Tata Docomo. Adopting fraudulent practices and undue billing accompanied with charging customers wrongly against a call has become a routine affair for these people. I had recharged with an amount of Rs. 350 on 23/03/12 which was supposed to credit a total amount of talktime worth Rs. 385 going by their IVR option on customer care portal. But I have been credited only Rs. 317.32. When I contacted the customer care officials on this issue, they say that no such offer is available at present. They have been deceiving me like this on several occasions prior to this isssue also. They also charge me @50p every minute against some calls instead of 30p which I have activated for a month since 03/03/12. These corrupt people must be taken to task immediately as they have resorted to taking customers for a ride at their own sweet will time and again!!!

                            Dear sir, tata docomo cheated me my mobile no.is [protected] & the offer for u is on 52222 is recharge 38 get full t.t & 1p/2sec for 30days and this offer confirm by their c.care they said this offer is available only 4 u so u can recharge.
                            Today i recharge 26/03/2012 with rs 38 i got 100loc min. I don't want 38 rs back atleast they don't cheated to customer.
                            Plz sir help the customer from these fraudulent company.

                              Tatadocomo mobile service provider deducted Rs. 81 from my main balance after 23 Mar 2012 stating the lines below. Once his executive said that Rs. 65/- has been credited in your mobile and in another message his executive says that upon checking with our records the charges have been levied correctly for the GPRS usage in multiple sessions. Hence, we would unable to refund the amount. They are totally fruad and harrasing regular customer doing unnecessary deduction of balance from main account. I had already recharged Rs. 100 through Mchek and got 110/- talktime after that I had recharge GPRS for Rs.63/- and got 2560MB balance then accessing the GPRS whereas customer care executive says the charges deducted are correctly. How it is possible ? After that I had recharged three times @ Rs. 10/- i.e. Totally Rs. 30/- and TATADOCOMO regulrly deducting my balance finally the deduction of balance stoped at @ Rs. 6.45. After that TATADOCOMO has disable my 121 services so that I am unable to resolve my issue till date.

                              After repeated email no positive response given by TATADOCOMO customer care executive. Please see below full conversation.

                              I am customer of TATADOCOMO mobie No [protected] since last two and half year. On 23rd of Mar 2012 I had recharged through Mchek for Rs. 100/- and get Rs. 110/- talk time being a old customer. On the same day I had recharged for GPRS pack of Rs. 63/- and get 2560MB Data balance. When I contact to Customer Care for non working of GPRS from my existing No i.e. [protected] he said your balance is too low. For accessing of GPRS main balance is Rs. 1/- must be required. On checking of Main Balance on 24 Mar 2012 I found that my Main Balance is Paise 0.74 only, and thereafter I contact to customer care again through 121, my call attended by Ms SONAM and she had said that data is now not updated you have to contact after four hours thereafter call cannot be connected again to customer care. When I call again on 25 Mar 12 around customer care not answered call and disconnected thereafter till now customer care Number not connected. For accessing of
                              GPRS I had recharged three times @Rs. 10/- through Mchek and at present out of Rs. 110+10+10+10= Rs. 140/-. I had activated only Rs. 63/- for GPRS pack. After deduction of Rs. 63 from main Bal my main balance should be Rs. 140+previous balance approx Rs. 4/- is only Rs. 7.55. You are requested to kindly personnaly look into the matter and instruct the customer care executive not to deduct unnecessary balance for harrasing of customer and Refund/credit the whole deducted amount Rs. 144 - Rs. 63 i.e Rs. 81/- in my main balance please. It is sixth time when my balane is unnecessary deducted since Apr 2011.

                              Tata Docomo — Unnecessary deduction is Credit from the Mobile Account.

                              Tata Dodomo is one of the best service providers as far as network is concern, but have pathetic Call Center (Customer Service Agent) with them who are not able to even back trace the record of a day, I had raised a complain on 121 but simply I got answer that “abhi hamar system nahi cah raha call after 2 hrs”. Also from that day I was not able to connected customer Care Agent on IVR only I can hear “All our customer Rep are busy …” and call gets disconnected”…I was having no option but to wrote mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com they also disappointed me by saying that they are not able to trace my un-necessarily balance deducted record, I told then to mail me few days statement where the description you can find then I got the response that you need to pay Rs 25 for that, first thing I want to know that why should I need to pay Rs 25 if they are not capable to find the detail and I am trying to help you out.

                                I activated GPRS (internet Pack) for Rs.240, 15GB (got 12 GB) with three
                                month validity, about fifteen days back.

                                Balance of my said internet pack was aprx 11 GB as on[protected]


                                On 24-03-12, at 7.30pm, one of my relative, unaware of said current internet
                                pack, again activated internet pack of Rs.5.00

                                At 12 night my whole balance got NIL, with the expiry of that RS .5 GPRS
                                pack.

                                I contacted to customer care, they confirmed me that earlier package
                                balance also got NIL with the expiry of rs.5 pack

                                and they are unable to activate my earlier GPRS balance.



                                Sir, I have unused balance aprx 11 GB, and balance validity aprx 2.5
                                months...& my said balance lost due to system fault.

                                I kindly request you to please look into the matter and please refund back
                                my said GPRS balance.

                                In the said isssue, in the last tata docomo strait forward deneyed to refund money or GPRS balance, stating that "only one facility can be availed at one time, hence the previous GPRS balance has been forfeited."

                                This is onely unfair business practice.

                                    I have recharged my mobile with Rs88 sms offer pack(1ps/sms) in January 2012. It has 6 months validity. But from 22nd march i have been charged usual rates(i.e. 60ps/sms). When i ask customer care rep about this, they are saying that there isn't any offer with my number.
                                    I asked them what offer was there in my mobile on or before 22nd(when i was charged 1ps/sms) and when does it end? the response from them is that "there was no offer for my number even on or before 22" then my " my balance was below Rs.20 on 21 and 22 of march and i have sent more then 50 sms es on those two days and how could i send those many sms with balance less than Rs.20 and no offer pack?
                                    the answer from them is" we don't have proper details now" And its their fault they don't have proper details and they should not deny customer the service for their fault.
                                    Leave about villages And even in Suchitra circle where many college going students and office going employees take their buses, its one of the main junction, their Tata Docomo has no signal strength.
                                    I have called and mailed them numerous times but no responsible response

                                      but the connection has not been activated so far inspited ot repeated reminders/mails. The are not even
