I have been using Tata Photon connection since one year, and tata photon is running a tata photon premier league scheme, under which we have to collect the points, which are accumulated based on bill payment and other criteria, i had earned 500 points and so i redeemed it with pizza hut voucher on 13/10/2010 almost 4 months ago, and till today i have not received it. i also contacted their appellate authority but so far no response. please help.

Tata Photon — Non Delivery of Redeemed Gift

I am user of tata photon plus from last one year, tata telecom had started a scheme for its customer as regards collection of points and redeeming it with gift vouchers. I collected the points and redeemed it with gift voucher. I had redeemed two items from my points and detail for the same are as follows :
1. Order No. 11176
Product Name :Foldable Haversack
Product Code :TPL111012
2.Order No. 11175
Product Name:Pizzahut Voucher
Product Code :TPL111094
Both the orders were placed on 27 March, 2012. I was assured by their customer support that my order will be delivered by 31st April,2012, but till now i havent received anything and when i asked the customer care regarding the same , the replied me by saying now the offer has ended so cant deliver my order anymore and cant help me with anything. I feel cheated because my order was placed when the offer was valid and even the order number generated but today they say i wont be given with any form of gift vouchers.
One side the company gives advertisement of TV every 15 minutes that they are most reliable and they dont cheat their customers but on other side such happenings cause trouble and cheating.
I have been completely fooled by the company by telling me about the gift redemption at the time of purchase of product, which they has no more validity. These big companies just try and find different ways to cheat with us and take our money away.
i really need help with this cheating

    As i am naresh, i called to custmer care regarding monthly recharge offers,that time they told me to recharge 247 rupees you wil get 2000 minutes to docomo and 500 minutes to other networks with 1 month validity..After recharge of 247 rupees i got only 2000 minutes for docomo,i didnt get 500 minutes to others..plz do some needful help..

      I have bought new tata-docomo number before 4 days.It was having rs. 30 balance in it and a gprs plan for 45 days with 1 GB data.I am not availing any other kind of service and plan but mentioned company is deducting Re 1 daily.5 days have has been and 5 rs has been deducted.I daily called to customer care everyone sitting over there says one thing only:"system mein technical problem h.4 hours baad call kre" 5 days has been passed but 4 hours has not been passed.It is my first experience with Tata-docomo but literally very bad experience.Very bad customer care service provider..kindly help me out I want to stop this deductions.

        We have using Tata Docomo number: [protected] using since 2009
        Yesterday I have received one 1 sms time: 20.44 date: 22.08.2011 ( best cricket games 49/- charge)
        At the same time 2 sms time: 21.03 date : 22.08.2011 ( Ultimate action games 49/- charge )

        I am calling to customer care 121 time: 21.26 i wil talk to mr Kishore why are debit in our account in 49+49 rs, it say ok sir,
        I will credit in your account (23.08.2011)below 11am credit in your account
        But no balance received to day
        After 11.30 am I will call to customer care 121 service I don’t his name his say “ sir today we are credit in you account please wait 1 one hour
        But not received balance
        Again I will call to customer care 121 time: 14.10 pm I will talk to mr.suresh, his say not credit in your account , but I will fight to suresh no use, suresh call transfer to lakshmi supervisor I will talk to more the time: 38.52 mins after his credit in my account 49/- rupees,
        but reming balance 49/- kindly credit my account, I don’t have any with out information to debit my account, pls my balance 49/- credit
        (note: I will face the problem, kindly not repeat to any customer )

Internet But Internet was not able to connect, may be because of Yesterday only with the help of your representative i unsubscribe GPRS (by sending" CAN GPRS" MSG)so i thought by sending Msg GPRS to 121 it will start But by sending this My 5 r.s means 25 mb for day is activated.
        immediately i call your representative without using single kb but he said that your 95 rs service is deactivated so you will not able use that data plan.
        Sir 95 rs is not small amount at least for me. so please give me that data plan back or give me the refund in my account so please kindly register my complaint and give refund as early as possible thank you

        Tata docomo has been declared special number for view spacial offer for your mobile *123# . i dialed this no and watch that you get full talktime for recharge RS 40. but i get just rs. 32.60, i went to get full talktime my mobile no is. [protected]

            Here is Network is Very Weak in Gharaunda of Tata Docomo GSM. And i have already making complaints and mails to customer care from many years but they are not responding.

            Due to this i disconnected my number [protected]. Also their network team came to me but no resolution from two year. My second number is switched off due to this.

            I want to be fine by 1 Lak on this company

                my 80 rs have been deducted in last 2-3 days.they first offered me an free call me tune for a month n before 1 month they deducted 40rs.and even before that 50 and 10 rs for data usage service.what data usage service, when i haven't subscribed for any data usage services why the hell are they deducting my balance.the service is pathetic and now when i',m trying to talk to a customer care executive they are telling that they are busy with some other customers so u can try it latter on .........whom the hell should i complain about this...........its pathetic

                  I subscribe to the 3G data card service of the Tata Docomo. The services are not proper. The coverage is very bad. Based on this I requested for the cancellation of the services. Then they mentioned that you have to pay the outstanding bill and we will cancel your services. I paid the same and requested for the confirmation letter on the cancellation of the services letter. The representative at the Tata Docomo sales office in the Audugodi road have mentioned that people will call you regarding the reason for cancellation, once you give the information, they will cancel the connection and they will give the cancellation letter also. Later they sent the next month bill and they are asking me to pay that bill also. When I refuse to pay the bill they are sending some legal notice on the same. This is nothing but cheating of the subscribers in this way. Also it is black mailing the subscribers and gaining the money in this way. I had a good opinion on the Tata organization that they are doing the business in ethical way. But this incidence put me in to the understanding that they are also falling in the same line as other cheating companies list.

                  I am regularly paying my other land line, mobile bills correctly. I have informed this to the representatives also that this you are cheating in this way and you are not closing my account inspite of my request for cancellation in the month of Nov,11. This is total harassment of the genuine consumer and the complete negligence of the customer care.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    This is to lodge a complaint against Tata indicom. We are three colleagues using Tata photon broadband internet service (dongler). Since past 4-5 months the speed of tata photon of the internet has gone down drastically. While calling the customer care, they just try to give script directed technical support without understanding the problem or even openly listening to the exact complaint. If asked to transfer the call to a senior or a manager, its never transferred. Yesterday we had called to complaint against the slow speed, we were assured that we would receive a call but haven't received it till today.If asked to come down and check the speed, they say they will charge us Rs 150 . We want to know if the speed is less, and we have brand new laptops and we ourselves are capable of doing the trouble shooting since we are technically sound people, do we have to pay extra? This is cheating. This is all related to speed which Tata photon promises for upto 3.1 Mbps(Download speed) and upload speed(1.8 Mbps) but which they never provide, not even close.
                    To prove that We have attached the screenshot of the speed test done online for three of our respective devices. As you can see that the upload and download speed is extremely less, less than 0.5 Mbps - it takes 10 mins to open a page completely. If you see the ad of tata photon, it speaks about get speed,get time. But the reality is completely opposite. Should you require, we can send you speed test everyday or twice a day to show you what is provided to the consumer by Tata photon and how they are cheated of their money slowly slowly.
                    We pay Rs 938 every month for 5 GB and the assured speed of atleast upto 3.1 Mbps(Download speed) and upload speed(1.8 Mbps) , but you can see from the attachment the speed provided. We have a valid question, are we getting our money's worth? NO. CERTAINLY NOT.
                    I am not asking for the high speed even though its promised by them, atleast a decent amount of speed which can help us work faster and go back to our families after completing work. Isnt this the promise of deliverance by Tata?
                    We are filing a serious complaint against them.
                    Kindly launch and enquiry against them and do the necessary strict action.

                            I Mohd samiuddin khan is the consumer of tata docomo my cell no. is [protected], On 5-2-2012 by mistake I recharge the amount 135/- on an other number i.e. [protected] in last 3 numbers by mistake changed it. and immediate I remind my retailer that it goes on wrong number, but instead of helping my by informing to customer care service provided to retailers, he was ignorant adn told me that sorry I cant help you as it goes to company and only company will look the matter and advised me to inform company through internet . I immediately with in 15 minutes I informed the company by email. ( [protected]@tatadocomo.com ) and lodged the complaint, the given me complaint number on 5-2-12 also for ref..but in vain, they did not do any thing , and after 3 days company operator talked me to go to retailer as there's a system that retailer can lodge the complaint to customer care as a seperate cust care facility for them, as per advise I went to retailer his shop name ( Mubeen communication , situated at moghal pura, HYd.and he made recharge by cell No. [protected] ) but he told that he cant do any thing in this matter, by using my pressure he allow me to talk an area officer , his name was Srikant, first they gossiping as the retailer was telling that sir I did not tell the customer to write complaint on it , and he only write it, I felt doubt on their gossiping style that something is wrong there, then he given me his mobile to talk the are officer as per my enquirty he told me that he is Srikanth an area officer of Hyderabad tata docomo and told me that what complaint you given to [protected]@tatadocomo.com, send me at his email id. the area manger id is , srikanth.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, and at the same i.d I sent the complaint with ref that I have lodged the complt to tata docomo on 5-2-12 but, next day again he told me that we cant do in this matter, they are helpless, I asked him why the company is helpless where there's system to rectify the mistake of customers wrong recharge, and my amount of 135/- is not able to use for talking purpose, it is only for using internet and company has record that every three months I recharge it as its period is 3 months , and further I said him even if we send or receive the wrong amount in our account in the banks , the bank authorities return the amount to correct person after enquiry, so why you are not helping us,otherwise I will bring the matter in public, I will never leave my amount freely( as I have strongly doubt that the area manager and retailers are having some dealings to digest the such amount of recharges ) he became angry and told me that what ever you want to do but he never return my amount even complaining to company or in consumers complaints , since then I am lodging the complaint in tata docomo sites but they are failed to take action against there area officer Srikant and retailer Mubeen communication , Moghal pura, and only they are falsely registering my complaints and not responding on customer care service also , after seeing my number they are cutting automatically me,
                            Hence I request you tata authorities to conduct the enquiry against the area officer Srikanth and the retailer , Mubeen communication his cell allotted for recharge is [protected] , and other details of company already I mentioned above, and restore my cash and cancel the dealer ship of retailer as he is damaging to public by knowingly and take action against the area manager as he is not managing public problems that is simply and genuine, but creating tension between public and company and dishonestly he is digesting public amount by misusing his powers with dealing of retailers..and oblige,

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am a Docomo GSM prepaid customer. I have DNd activated on my sim.

                              But since past some time I am experiencing wrongful balance deduction by the company. I receive message saying that certain pack have been activated on my phone and for the same my balance is deducted in various denominations depending on the balance available in my account.

                              When I tried contacting customer care they replied that since deduction is in excess of Rs 30 they can not process the refund as per company policy.

                              In all till date I have suffered a loss of approx Rs 2,250 /- due to wrong balance deduction by the company.

                              Today also there was a deduction of Rs 23 bringing the balance to NIL, but when I filed a complaint they apologized for the same and gave me the refund since it was less than Rs 30/-

                              I would like to know I there is any resolution to my problem

                                      inspite of having complained innumerable times it seems that Tata Docomo is least bothered by its incapability to provide a reasonable quality of service.I am facing horrific gprs speeds which are well below 5KB/s.inspite having made the same complaint I have come to the conclusion that Tata Docomo offers pathetic Customer service and is very selfish in its motives.so please improve your service as soon as possible or I believe that I will forced to take a strict legal action against your pathetic service.information is as follows:

But, when I got my mobile numbered [protected], an online recharge of Rs. 100 , it gave only Rs. 86 as the balance. The details are as follows-
