Deduction of rs. without availing any service

I have bought new tata-docomo number before 4 days.It was having rs. 30 balance in it and a gprs plan for 45 days with 1 GB data.I am not availing any other kind of service and plan but mentioned company is deducting Re 1 daily.5 days have has been and 5 rs has been deducted.I daily called to customer care everyone sitting over there says one thing only:"system mein technical problem h.4 hours baad call kre" 5 days has been passed...

Here is Network is Very Weak in Gharaunda of Tata Docomo GSM. And i have already making complaints and mails to customer care from many years but they are not responding.

unknown phone calls using filthy language

I am a Tata Docomo prepaid user with the number as follows-[protected].From last 1 month I am receiving a phone call from an unknown no. whose caller (each time when he calls) asks for a different name to talk to.And when ignored calls back again and uses unethical and filthy language which is truly intolerable.the no. is [protected].

deduction of money

Cancellation of the service is made practically not possible in this organization

Balance deduction and no response from customer care

POOR GPRS SPEEDS!

inspite of having complained innumerable times it seems that Tata Docomo is least bothered by its incapability to provide a reasonable quality of service.I am facing horrific gprs speeds which are well below 5KB/s.inspite having made the same complaint I have come to the conclusion that Tata Docomo offers pathetic Customer service and is very selfish in its motives.so please improve your service as soon as possible...

Less balance given on mobile recharge

It is given on the official website of Tata Docomo that on online recharge of Rs. 100 top-up, Rs. 110 is given as account balance. But, when I got my mobile numbered [protected], an online recharge of Rs. 100 , it gave only Rs. 86 as the balance. The details are as follows-

Pathetic 3G service

I had been using Tata Docomo 3G dongle since March-2011. Initially it had been giving an average speed of 3Mbps or more for my plan 3.6Mbps and 1250/month.

but since Sep-2011 It started giving me trouble and the scenario become so pathetic I use to get speed less than 1Mbps,
and peak hours like evening 7 to 11PM(as working people we only serf during this time being at home) I use to get less speed ranging ( 0.1 Mbps...
