TATA DOCOMO HARASSMENT TO CONSUMERS , DISHONEST INEFFICIENT : Date:[protected]
Sir, by getting difficulty to solve my problem I am using your forum with great hope that company will solve my problem immediate or at least public should know the inefficiency and dishonesty of tata docomo company to serve the public..

I Mohd samiuddin khan is the consumer of tata docomo my cell no. is [protected], On 5-2-2012 by mistake I recharge the amount 135/- on an other number i.e. [protected] in last 3 numbers by mistake changed it. and immediate I remind my retailer that it goes on wrong number, but instead of helping my by informing to customer care service provided to retailers, he was ignorant adn told me that sorry I cant help you as it goes to company and only company will look the matter and advised me to inform company through internet . I immediately with in 15 minutes I informed the company by email. ( [protected]@tatadocomo.com ) and lodged the complaint, the given me complaint number on 5-2-12 also for ref..but in vain, they did not do any thing , and after 3 days company operator talked me to go to retailer as there's a system that retailer can lodge the complaint to customer care as a seperate cust care facility for them, as per advise I went to retailer his shop name ( Mubeen communication , situated at moghal pura, HYd.and he made recharge by cell No. [protected] ) but he told that he cant do any thing in this matter, by using my pressure he allow me to talk an area officer , his name was Srikant, first they gossiping as the retailer was telling that sir I did not tell the customer to write complaint on it , and he only write it, I felt doubt on their gossiping style that something is wrong there, then he given me his mobile to talk the are officer as per my enquirty he told me that he is Srikanth an area officer of Hyderabad tata docomo and told me that what complaint you given to [protected]@tatadocomo.com, send me at his email id. the area manger id is , srikanth.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, and at the same i.d I sent the complaint with ref that I have lodged the complt to tata docomo on 5-2-12 but, next day again he told me that we cant do in this matter, they are helpless, I asked him why the company is helpless where there's system to rectify the mistake of customers wrong recharge, and my amount of 135/- is not able to use for talking purpose, it is only for using internet and company has record that every three months I recharge it as its period is 3 months , and further I said him even if we send or receive the wrong amount in our account in the banks , the bank authorities return the amount to correct person after enquiry, so why you are not helping us,otherwise I will bring the matter in public, I will never leave my amount freely( as I have strongly doubt that the area manager and retailers are having some dealings to digest the such amount of recharges ) he became angry and told me that what ever you want to do but he never return my amount even complaining to company or in consumers complaints , since then I am lodging the complaint in tata docomo sites but they are failed to take action against there area officer Srikant and retailer Mubeen communication , Moghal pura, and only they are falsely registering my complaints and not responding on customer care service also , after seeing my number they are cutting automatically me,
Hence I request you tata authorities to conduct the enquiry against the area officer Srikanth and the retailer , Mubeen communication his cell allotted for recharge is [protected] , and other details of company already I mentioned above, and restore my cash and cancel the dealer ship of retailer as he is damaging to public by knowingly and take action against the area manager as he is not managing public problems that is simply and genuine, but creating tension between public and company and dishonestly he is digesting public amount by misusing his powers with dealing of retailers..and oblige,

Tata Photon — Non Delivery of Redeemed Gift
I am user of tata photon plus from last one year, tata telecom had started a scheme for its customer as regards collection of points and redeeming it with gift vouchers. I collected the points and redeemed it with gift voucher. I had redeemed two items from my points and detail for the same are as follows :1. Order No. 11176
Product Name :Foldable Haversack
Product Code :TPL111012
2.Order No. 11175
Product Name:Pizzahut Voucher
Product Code :TPL111094
Both the orders were placed on 27 March, 2012. I was assured by their customer support that my order will be delivered by 31st April,2012, but till now i havent received anything and when i asked the customer care regarding the same , the replied me by saying now the offer has ended so cant deliver my order anymore and cant help me with anything. I feel cheated because my order was placed when the offer was valid and even the order number generated but today they say i wont be given with any form of gift vouchers.
One side the company gives advertisement of TV every 15 minutes that they are most reliable and they dont cheat their customers but on other side such happenings cause trouble and cheating.
I have been completely fooled by the company by telling me about the gift redemption at the time of purchase of product, which they has no more validity. These big companies just try and find different ways to cheat with us and take our money away.
i really need help with this cheating
