[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

marvellous. It also provides daily prizes to be won worth Rs.30, 000 daily just

Now in the market there are 2 players to recharge tata-docomo online

Tata DoCoMo — Improper Deductions

My Dear Sisters and Brothers of India,
I had a bitter experience which I wud like to share. I had a balance of approx. Rs.140/- in my pre-paid DOCOMO account. The next time while I tried to make a call, it showed ZERO balance i.e., Rs.0/- or NIL balance. The Customer Care people couldn’t provide me with any valid reason and I landed to the DOCOMO Store situated on 100 Ft. Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore. Twice I had visited there (wasting my time & petrol) & they had noted down the issue & provided me a Complaint number. They couldn’t trace out the exact problem as my account details was showing blank, which I personally checked.

Later, I was told that u have been charged towards the GPRS usage. I have an Airtel Broadband connection and had never logged on to any GPRS/ INTERNET connection from DOCOMO. This could be due to SOME SOFTWARE ERROR or HUMAN ERROR & the common man should not be the GUINEA PIG. I expect some sort of justice to be done, if at all it’s possible. It cannot be expected from a pioneer & I presume many people must be the victim knowingly or un-knowingly, who generally do not keep a track on their usage.

Tata Docomo — Out going call blocked

I have brought TATA Docomo card on 29th Nov 2009.
Then from 9th Dec they have blocked my outgoing.
they says that i have not submitted my Documents which i have already did at time of buying the card.
This is really irratating.

I am facing docomo network expecially at the centre of chennai. Poor network, I raised the complaint 2 to 3 times. But their customer people are not at all responding.

Tata DoCoMo — no proper signal at sholinganallur TCS

ata docomo network is very bad in sholinganalur TCS, no signal or even if signal is there you cannot hear what your conter part speaks over the phone.
Almost all telecom companies are charging for services not subscribed by a customer.

When you ask for proof, they say 'our system shows you have subscribed for the services' but they are not ready to show the details.

In such case the consumers are getting cheated. Recently a court passed a judgement asking customers to file complaints under P&T Act and not to Consumer Court.

It is a very poor judgement on part of the court and the government must change it. So long as the sword doesn't hangs on the telecom operators neck, they won't change and continue to charge absurd amount. With telecom companies under pressure for revenue profits, such act can increase to cover revenue.

No good signal ANYWHERE. I called the customer care to complain about the signal at Whitefield and he gave out of the world suggestion that i can manually select the tower at Whitefield. I deactivated 'automatic detection of network' and tried selecting the network by myself but no help!! ..

Tata DoCoMo — hardly getting coverage

i'm hardly getting coverage in borda area which come in margao city, goa state.atleast i have given more then 5 time complaint but still it has not been solved
even my phone hangs every time i put in my docomo sim card...i have tried it in N73, N82, nokia7260...

i have purchased a docomo connection no.[protected] on 21.12.09 which was activated immidietly,but after abt 10 days outgoing was barred stating that they have not recd my documents passport copy and electricitybill copy which i have submitted to retailer.then after writing to them ,there was lot of communication with retailer,distributor who accepted that he have my docs which he submitted on18th and my outgoing was supposed tobe resumed by today ..BUT today they have blocked the incomming also !!! without any justification and i[censored] call callcenter they speak like a recorder that we dont have information,soorry,thanku blahh-blahh...

Tata DoCoMo — not giving customer satisfaction

The Tata company had came up with good name to bring the ner work in the world but i has taken money near the customer and not giving the proper network connection so due to this i have lost lot of contact with my clients and other company people
at any time this net work shows always no signal or net work fail

Tata DoCoMo — gprs charges

i got an info from docomo saying send GPRS to 121 and get 10mb for rs 5, i send this sms and got a confirmation from them and after using the gprs i was charged rs 70 for the download of 7mb which was inside the limit, i called the customer care and asked him to refund my money but amazingly even after 25 min of discussion he dont know nothing he was telling various resons non of which seem to be true and saying we are sorry and we cant do anything and money cant be refunded......result... i close that number and 3 more numbers which i have from docomo...i feel brad tata is loosing its name and credibility...
there is o network coverage and the sound quality is very bad..

Tata up west/ callertune VAS — Wrong charging for callertune

Dear sir, I am having a Tata connection number [protected] since long but i dont know why your company charge callertune charges from my account balance every month. This is for your information that I have never activated callertune service on my number still you are charging for the same.


1.Request you to please immediately deactivate this service from my number and if there is any other VAS is activated for which i have not request, deactivate asap.

2.please reverse all the charges which were wrongly charged without my knowledge asap.

3.Activate DND service on my number [protected] immediatly.
