[Resolved] Tata Docomo — TATA DoCoMo GSM Pre-paid sim card | |
Dear Sir, I buy a TATA DoCoMo Pre-paid sim card in Hoody, at Bangalore. At that time itself i submitted all my proofs (Xerox of My Passport and My Photograph) what ever they want. But that sim card was not activated 2 weeks. In those 2 weeks i reachout so many times retailor shop where i buy sim card, every time he told that "Just now i spoken to TATA DoCoMo customer care service people. It will activate by tomorrow, like that 2 weeks time gone." After 2 weeks the retailor told me that "There is problem in your TATA DoCoMo sim card. You can go Marathahalli shop (opposite to Inox Theatre), they will exchange your TATA DoCoMo sim card with free of cost". I accept that and i went to Marathahalli shop. But that shop people told "Where ever you buy TATA DoCoMo sim card, you can exchange with that retailor itself". Once again i came back to the retailor where i buy TATA DoCoMo sim card, He told that "Now TATA DoCoMo sim card cost is increased to Rs.300, when you buy at that time it was only Rs.200. Now you can pay Rs.300 and get new sim". I don't know what should i do at that time. For that i concern TATA DoCoMo Customer Care People they took very long time to solve my issue, But finally they told that "You can pay Rs.75 and get a new TATA DoCoMo duplicate sim card in our retail shop". I didn't satisfy with his reply to my mail. I buy TATA DoCoMo sim card at the cost of Rs.200 instead of Rs. 100. I didn't use this TATA DoCoMo sim card service even for single second. Then how i can pay again more money for duplicate TATA DoCoMo sim card. Please help me out on this issue. Tata Indicom ,Bangalore — Failure to activate prepaid connection

I had taken a tataindicom prepaid connection on 3rd of April.My connection was deactivated saying that my documents were not accepted.I had resubmitted my documents(Including xerox copy of my voters id) in the Tataindicom customer care centre near Forum Mall on 21st following which activaton had not taken place till 29th April. When i enquired about this the reply was my documents were rejected(No reasons given), On 29th(today) I have submitted my documents again please do the needful to get my connection activated.Also please inform me regarding why my documents were rejected and return my documents back

Tata Docomo — Sim not started
I am a Sales Tax Department employee. I have received SIM before 1 moth and tata representative has come to my home for verification for two times. But till today my no has not been activated. I am really fed up this service. Their representatives in this department misguide us. We took this service just because the name TATA is there. Dear sir i took one docomo no that is [protected]. At that time i submitted all relevant documents and also i got connection. Subsequently after two months one call i got from Hyderabad that is[protected]. That person claimed that he belongs to TATA DOCOMO and wanted me to confirm my address. I said i am sandip singh n then he wanted my address. I replied that how i would know that u r calling from TATA DOCOMO then he replied ' you have to believe us and there is no other way out'. Then i doubt with his reply and didnot disclose my address. In fact i asked him that u send mail id of TATA DOCOMO or office address so that i will either send mail or i will directly go to ur office. Then he replied NO and said that he would disconnect my no. When i asked his name he 1st told Monoj and then he claimed that he is Sidharth. Now u plz tell wheather i doubt or not. Now yesterday i got one sms from tata docomo that wihtin 48 hours i have to submit my photo n documents again otherwise they will disconnect my connection. I think i have made blunder by taking a connection from TATA DOCOMO. I have 2 other connection of RIM n AIRCEL but they never did this. Plz ensure that my connection is not disconnected and if possible take action against those employees

Prepaid — didnt got my sim card
