Am from coimbatore and started using TATA DOCOMO GSM few months ago and during recent days I am unable to make outgoing calls due to busy network always and I am fed up with TATA DOCOMO WHILE MAKING OUTGOING CALLS and worried even about my incoming calls .Instead of giving good service to the existing customers I don't know why corporates like TATA DOCOMO are simply adding millons of new subscribers monthly with out upgrading their telecom infrastructure...

    I bought TATA DOCOMO sim card 3 months ago, I already had submitted essential documents. After 3 months Company barred my outgoing call saying my documents had not recieved,I again submitted it to the dealer. Even after 5 days of submitting my outgoing call is still barred. They said company has not recieved my documents. I confirmed with the dealer that he has submiited the documents. When i visited local outlet of TATA DOCOMO in Thane, the people there asking for the brown colour packet which they had given at the time of purchasing. But who can keet it for 3 long months. So i don't have that packet. This number is very important to me, So i asked this number to renew it, and they are demanding 150 rs. more for reactivating the number. So i think company is cheating with the customers to earn some money. Beacuse they are barring the number after 3 months. In 3 months the number obviously become important and nobody wants to change it. So company is taking it as advantage otherwise Compnay should have informed customers in 7-10 days about recieving of the documents. My number is [protected]. Please take actions as soon as possible. I have been suffering for last 10 days
    This is the worst service provider ever, Whn we call to customer care for any help, First they help what is the date of last recharge, Now who remembers the date of recharge, I think company policy is too strange.

      Dear Sir,

      For the past 2 months I am getting lot of abuses & very very bad scolding messages from one of mobile No.[protected], when i contacted the sender and asked for the reason, she was saying that "i am getting 100 SMS free every day from Tata Docomo mobile hence i shall keep on sending such messages to you"... May i therefore earnestly request you to look in to this complaint very seriously and help
      me and others, who must be suffering from her unwanted msges.. !!!

      Sir i am tata docomo mobile user, for the past 4 months I am getting lot of abusive messages from one of mobile No.[protected](Vodafone, Bangalore), i am in depression . when i call this person he is not ready to stop doing all these stupid thing and continuously sending messages . Do you have any service by which i can block this no.

        Dear Sir,

        Two months back I have taken on SIM card from the local agency.
        After completion of filling up form my SIM was activate and it was actively worked for two moths approx. and weeks days back it was disconnected without any information or message from TATA DOCOMO. At present I am staying at Dhanbad, Jharkhand Sate.
        My SIM No.[protected] , Sr.No.[protected]. Every day i made this complaint before the retailer shop and in turn he has also made complaint to the nearest TATA DOCOMO office at Dhanbad. It is very sorry to inform you till date nothing was done. Due to this I could not able to talk to my daugher who is stuyding out of Jharkhand State. This may please be looked into and necessary action may please be taken.

            Everyday I am writing you...I got 2 TATA broadband connections but every day I am facing frequent disconnections....When I try to contact call center most of the time I get busy tone.. what the hell is this? I am not at all satisfied with the service. I am your customer from last 8-9 months but I never faced such a rubbish service from TATA ...Now I have decided that either you give better service or I will surely shift to BSNL now...this is my 8-9th email to you ...I have all the answers from your side as well there is only commitment done..I am planning to send this case to TRAI now...I can't understand how can you take responsibilities too easily...My account numbers are as follows...plz send your representatives as early as possible...or you can send your representatives to collect your modems..I don't want your esteemed service....

                    I the undersigned candidate who applied for passport on Application Date : 25/05/09 & Date of Birth is : 20TH JULY 1981But where as Still now I didt get my passport in my hand I am waiting for my passport since from 7 months. But Still now I didt get my passport. Could you please do the needful for the same issue.

                    I came to Bangalore Passport office on 9TH & 10TH NOV 2009 & I have submitted necessary documents along with proof of stay & Address proof & PP Forms also for both Dharwad & Chennai addresses the Superintendent (Enquiry) officer told me that within 15 Working days you will receive the passport in your hand but this is more than 15 days & nearly 7 months over but still now I didt get passport in my hand. Superintendent (Enquiry) officer told that once again you have to go for Police Verification for the both Address (Dharwad & Chennai) but no need go to Chennai for Police Verification because it will be done by our self. But for Dharwad address you have to go for Police Verification without fail but still now I didt get any kind letter (Post Card) from the Police Station Dharwad or the SP office also. I am waiting for my Precious Passport in my hand & also once more time Police Verification from the Police Station Dharwad or SP office Dharwad.

                    One more thing that Today I called to Passport office Bangalore around 11 AM & I spoke with Mr. Chadrashekhar Sir he told me that one more time Police Verification has to do from the both Dharwad & Chennai & I told him everything about mine self because I was working in Chennai & now I left the job in Chennai & now I am not staying in Chennai And I will not go back to Chennai for job purpose because now I am searching for jobs in Hubli or Dharwad. Now I am staying with my parents in Dharwad at my present address. Because my father got Heart Attack for the 3RD time so he is Heart Patient. So please do the needful for the same issue.

                      ur customer executives r sending settings but of no use because . .
                      1. Nokia 5130 has no option for manual settings.
                      2. And the default settings sent by u only work for the default browser given in da phone NOT FOR THE APPLICATIONS REQUIRING INTERNET.
                      We need web for applications and mostly for applications only and one more thing
                      IT'S ONLY UR NETWORK OPERATOR DAT'S NOT PROVIDING SETTINGS REst of the operators r givin 'em without any problem . . .
                      Do somethin i don't want to throw dis sim .

                            i am suresh from madurai using your tata docomo post paid connection.since i am facing lot of issues from 4th december(my outgoing and incoming are barred)i am paying my bills on date moreover i am paying 1700 rupees every month and my company people(8 connections)are using docomo only.i called your customer care they are just telling sorry but there is no result from them, then i contacted madurai tata docomo outlet for new sim they told me that they will give sim on 7th but till now(dec 10th) my problem is not solved.i dont even know what is happening there, if this continues today also, i will surrender my 9 connections by evening .
                            NOTE: even your tata docomo executives are not picking their phone when i call them .if this is the service should i expect from tata.SURESH([protected])

                              dear sir,
                              i have a proablem with my docomo sim after we restart mobile it will work only 15 mins after that if we make a call then it shows only call progress and drop with a message of network fail and sms also not sent its also shows only sending process after sometime it will be failed.
                              one more proablem is also held the sim is restarting mobile handsets after few minutes i will check my handset other sim are working properly. ialso nuse other handsets with this sim but the proablem is same. i try these handsets with this sim nokia n93, sony erricson j230i, nokia2626, nokia1600, sigmatel w580.

                                As I am using Samsung star nxt gt s5233s phone. While i'd all the valid settings for MMS nd GPRS.

                                  First congrats to bring the new scheme 1paise/pulse.
                                  But before introducing this you must have launched the towers required to have a good network
                                  coverage.
                                  I used nokia1203 for tata docomo sim and had network problem.
                                  When l called CC they said mobile is not suitable for the sim.
                                  So l bought another new mobile for tata docomo sim that is j110i sony ericssion.
                                  Now l had the same problem and again called to CC they said to me to use the tata docomo sim
                                  in a phone consisting of camera and other features.
                                  l just ask you that you have implemented the sim only for people having camera mobiles
                                  then what about rural peoples.
                                  They work hard day and night and buy a camera mobile just for this sim.
                                  ls this good for you?
                                  But any way thanks for launching the new scheme because of you all networks are providing the
                                  same facilities but the matter it is for one year and yours is for life time.
                                  Please try to improve your network coverage so that all can enjoy the scheme including myself.

                                  I started using Tata docomo since yesterday.
                                  took me 1 week and onstant calls to the sales guy to get it activated. and when i switched it on for first time in my home, there was huge network fluctuations. I had to stand and lean out of the window to make a proper conversation. i was reminded of good old days when We used to face such issues.
                                  I stay in Kulupwadi Borivali E.
                                  Today morning when coming to my office in Powai, I faced network drops on the flyover between Times Of India and Oberoi mall on Western Express Highway. And Inside my office in Powai also I dont get constant network coverage. The network keeps fluctuating from 0 to 3 bars.

                                  I know that it is a new network, and will take time to ramp up and reach stability, but as far as I am concerned, being connected is most important for me. Guess I will go back to my old number.

                                  I was really hoping that Tata Docomo would be good... But alas!!!
                                  i used tata docomo before 3 days really its a very very very very poor network even iam staying in Bangalore, indiranagar area if iam not getting the signal in this area than where i get the proper signal? Again i should go back to my old number.Tata has to solve this main problem.

Several times I complained to the customer care regarding poor network coverage, call drop, network connectivity problems. From June'10, they are saying that, the problem will be solved very soon and work process started. But yesterday when again I asked them about the status, they said that no work has be started and they don't know when the problem will be solved. Even during last two days I tried to contact the Nodal officer and Appellate authority, but they have no time to receive any call even sometimes the contact no remains switched off.... When this problem will be solved? If the quality of service remains same like now, very soon tata docomo will be washed out from this competitive market.....

                                    The network of Tata Docomo is very poor in Vakola,Santacruz(E),Mumbai-400055.In spite of registering complaint 3 times the network is till the same.The call doesn't get connected the first time .I need to call 2-3 times to get a call connected to a desired telephone number.They just say our network team is working on the network issue but this is the way work is done they should really quit the telecommunication market.

                                    in the morning I received an sms on my docomo that we can recharge docomo online
                                    without any extra fees or payment gateway. yaa its true www.babuchak.com is
                                    marvellous. It also provides daily prizes to be won worth Rs.30, 000 daily just
                                    to recharge our mobiles.

                                    we want such sites like www.babuchak.com

                                    & it also has a very good scheme to win mobile phones at rs.10 only.

                                    Now in the market there are 2 players to recharge tata-docomo online

                                    1. www.babuchak.com (Free of cost)

                                    2. www.ezrecharge.in (takes Rs.6 for recharging Rs.100 & takes Rs.18 extra if you recharge your cell in night)

                                    I think www.babuchak.com is the right choice without any extra fees & it also has a 24hrs call-center

                                    I also work in Bora Bazaar lane behind SBI, but I didnt found any network problem...

                                    I too have DOCOMO..

                                    Hey brother, just try to refresh your cell phone or try your sim in some of the ORIGINAL Handsets instead of Chinese handsets.

                                      If I am Calling Other phone from my docomo mobile it shows error message i.e., "Connection Error"

                                      and if any incoming calls it rings 2 or more times in a call how can i find this problem

                                      i am using nokia n79 handset.from last 15 days i am facing a problem with connection error even i have a full signal.The custamer care is not able to slove the problem and r escaping by giving useless soltions

                                      i always use docomo internet but now a days my internet does not open some times the internet opens unfortunately it gives very bad speed in bytes

                                        As per TATA DOCOMO SMS Scheme, first 3 SMS were charged for 60ps/sms.
                                        My days last 2 sms were charged for 5rs/sms even when the numbers were local (they were not international numbers either). I tried solving this issue with customer care but they were ignorant on the issue and helpless to my problem. I don;t understand on how a reputated company like TATA can have call center representatives behaving in such an irresponsible & rude way and disconnected my phone abruptly. On top of this Automatic answering machine did not allow me to make a 4th call to the call center.
