getting abused SMS

Dear Sir,

For the past 2 months I am getting lot of abuses & very very bad scolding messages from one of mobile No.[protected], when i contacted the sender and asked for the reason, she was saying that "i am getting 100 SMS free every day from Tata Docomo mobile hence i shall keep on sending such messages to you"... May i therefore earnestly request you to look in to this complaint very seriously and helpbr...

disconnection of SIM

Dear Sir,

Two months back I have taken on SIM card from the local agency.
After completion of filling up form my SIM was activate and it was actively worked for two moths approx. and weeks days back it was disconnected without any information or message from TATA DOCOMO. At present I am staying at Dhanbad, Jharkhand Sate.

frequent disconnection and no personal assistance

Dear sir/madam,
Everyday I am writing you...I got 2 TATA broadband connections but every day I am facing frequent disconnections....When I try to contact call center most of the time I get busy tone.. what the hell is this? I am not at all satisfied with the service. I am your customer from last 8-9 months but I never faced such a rubbish service from TATA ...Now I have decided that either you give better service or I will surely shift...

unable to debit my recharge amount

Gprs settings for 5130 nokia

Sir,
ur customer executives r sending settings but of no use because . .
1. Nokia 5130 has no option for manual settings.
2. And the default settings sent by u only work for the default browser given in da phone NOT FOR THE APPLICATIONS REQUIRING INTERNET.
We need web for applications and mostly for applications only and one more thing
IT'S ONLY UR NETWORK OPERATOR DAT'S NOT PROVIDING SETTINGS...

not working after 15 minutes after restarting mobile

i have a proablem with my docomo sim after we restart mobile it will work only 15 mins after that if we make a call then it shows only call progress and drop with a message of network fail and sms also not sent its also shows only sending process after sometime it will be failed.

network coverage

Sir,
First congrats to bring the new scheme 1paise/pulse.
But before introducing this you must have launched the towers required to have a good network
coverage.
I used nokia1203 for tata docomo sim and had network problem.
When l called CC they said mobile is not suitable for the sim.
So l bought another new mobile for tata docomo sim that is j110i sony ericssion.br...

Poor network in Vakola,Santacruz(E)

The network of Tata Docomo is very poor in Vakola,Santacruz(E),Mumbai-400055.In spite of registering complaint 3 times the network is till the same.The call doesn't get connected the first time .I need to call 2-3 times to get a call connected to a desired telephone number.They just say our network team is working on the network issue but this is the way work is done they should really quit the telecommunication market.

Connection error

If I am Calling Other phone from my docomo mobile it shows error message i.e., "Connection Error"

and if any incoming calls it rings 2 or more times in a call how can i find this problem...

Improper SMS billing

As per TATA DOCOMO SMS Scheme, first 3 SMS were charged for 60ps/sms.
My days last 2 sms were charged for 5rs/sms even when the numbers were local (they were not international numbers either). I tried solving this issue with customer care but they were ignorant on the issue and helpless to my problem. I don;t understand on how a reputated company like TATA can have call center representatives behaving in such an irresponsible &...

successfully charging for a non-existent SMS scheme

I recharged my pre-paid docomo phone, [protected], registered in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, on the 17th of November 2009, with Rs.99 special recharge. I got a confirmation message from TATA DOCOMO stating that the recharge was successful. The transaction ID for the same is[protected]. The scheme available, as per told to me by my retailer, was that I'll be getting 909 national SMSes free, for period of 99 days. But even after 24hours...

NOT GETTING CALLS FROM OTHER NETWORKS

I have a problem with my new Tata Docomo Prepaid mobile services. My friends & family members have reported me several times that they have tried to call my number but it says network busy or not reachable. The same problem occurs for another Tata Docomo number as well.
Sometimes even while calling from Tata Docomo to Tata Docomo sucks! Get Network error even though it shows full signal strength.
Please try to figure out...
