TATA DOCOMO is nothing but waste service provider. I suggest the service provider to stop spending money on their advertisements, as no one is interested and no body have patience to bare all these non-sense. When you call some one from TATA DOCOMO, its better if it atleast says network busy or number is unavailable, but it directly says number does not exist. Day before yestarday I was in Train and called since from you morning to my family, because mother is not feeling good... disconnection of prepaid line 9038535920

Dear Sir,

I have taken a prepaid TATA DOCOMO connection (mobile no. [protected]) in the month of october 2009 (approx 03/10/2009). I have filled up the form on same day & submitted my docs (one colour photo & one voter ID card as ID + Address proof) on the same day. I have recharged the number with Rs.50/- also.

But without any notice, message, intimation, information TATA DOCOMO has disconnected my line....

barring outgoing calls

For a month my tata docomo connection([protected]) worked fine, after diwali when I came back to mumbai, I discovered that outgoing calls were barred on my number. After I inquired from my vendor The Mobile Store, Powai, I was told that my papers were rejected but reasons not known. WRONG DEBIT FOR CALLER TUNE CHARGES

TATA DOCOMO HAD SEND ME SMS FOR CALLER TUNES AND ASKED ME TO CALL ON TOLL FREE NO. IN THAT SMS THERE WAS ANT MENTION OF CALLER TUNE CHARGES. IT WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED THAT ONCE YOU WILL DIAL THIS NUMBER, CALLER TUNE SERVICE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED.
I JUST DIALLED THAT NUMBER AND IMMEDIATELY BY RECOREDE MESSAGE I WAS INFORMED THAT CALLER TUNE SERVICE IS ACTIVATED AND AMOUNT OF RS.45 GOT DEBITED FROM RECHARGE AMOUNT.

missed call alert

I am using prepaid sim since three months and the people of Tata Docomo says that MISS CALL ALERT is pre-activated service, then why I didnt got a single miss call alert as many times my mobile is switched off or there is no signal and many people told me that me that my mobile is always out of reach....

I am haarish working in TATA group of Companies, Chennai. Not able to complete calls

I've been using the service since the service is launched and it was really impressive. Things were suddenly changed before 2-3 weeks back. I was on roaming and Idea was providing the service on roam. Surprisingly I didn't receive even a single call on roaming. When I came back to Bangalore, I was not able to complete the calls. Unable to call a particular number

Hi,

The worst GSM service in India is TATA DOCOMO. With this network we are not able to call[protected]. After repeated complaints also they don't solve problems. When called to customer care they just raise complaints & say we would call you back soon. Till date no one from the company has called.
