this is to inform that i bought TATA PHOTON Connection and Barely used it till one Bill.. and to my Surprise it was nothing near to what they told and promised.. I got a bill of Rs. 3300/-
They Charged me Rs 1 for a min usage . I made several complaints to Call Center but result was ZERO.
I was mis sold that product and no 1 was listining. Then I told not to Pay any money till I am not heard.
Then i got a call from Tees Hazari Court, advocate saying Your Case Now is Filed with Us and Now You Pay what they have Charged else Get ready for Court Action. I Paid the Money as I dont wanted to bear more loss in terms of Time and money and respecting our judiciory.
This is erronuously pathetic state of deling with customers viz U Sell them wrong product..U charge them heavely and then file court complaint.

DON’T PURCHASE TATA PHOTON.

I am using tata photon from the last 4 6 months and i am in 1500/- which is the maximum package which includes (unlimited browsing and unlimited downloading) . The speed was so slow that it took 8 days to download a movie but it was not successful. First 3 months i have received a bill of 1500/- and after 4 months even though it is (unlimited browsing and unlimited downloading) I have received a bill of 2700 /- when tried to contact with tata photon customer care .. (really sucks ) hung up for 5 times . sent a mail request number : The Reference No. is 163370 on Mon 6/21/2010 4:39 PM to [protected]@tatatel.co.in and today is 1-july 2010 no response . I AM NOT WITH THE INTERNET CONNECTION FROM THE LAST 1 MONTH . Tried to contact with Nodal Officer Mr. Dheeraj Chatlani on [protected] . And his phone does not works …

Whats the haq ??

If you still wants to purchase TATA PHOTON + post paid ..

    I had purchased the tata docomo sim card.
    After 2/3 months, due to that sim card my cell phone started to get hanged. I tested that sim in many mobile but result is same.
    This happened with many people.
    Company started the replacement of those sim cards at cost of Rs.50.
    I think this is company responsibility to produce the sim card without fault.
    Then also company charging to customers. Is it right?
    Should I pay for new sim card?

    If insert the tata docomor card (Mob:[protected]) all mobiles whichever is used is hanged what to do, I am staying in Kalyan and visited to your gallary is in kalyan but they are not responding properly now it is up to you.

    i am using nokia 5235 my phone restart every time when i try to send sms and while using the phone the other networks works fine except the tata docomo they said tata docomo sim is not suitable for my phone do i have to change my mobile of cost 9000rs for rs100 sim card.

      I have this miserable experience with Tata Photon since I have taken 2 months ago. I may have called their call centre atleast 15 times in two months.. I have a corporate connection from Tata Photon, 10 GB for 1000 rupees, that is great you may think. First of all I hardly use 3-4 GB per month., but the Tata Photon sales guy convinced me to take 10 GB saying I could change the plan any time. Ok fine. there starts the story. It seems they have a concept called Credit Limit. God only knows what it means. Because as for some limit is a threshold set at about 80%. But in all my life of these two months I never used more then 2 - 3 GB per month where as my plan is for 10 GB. First I get some really stupid email saying I have crossed my threshold. Only a genious at stupidity could have designed their system of this. Then I quickly log in and check my usage meter thinking my photon may be being misused some how.But my account profile very innocently shows only what I have used. Now I wonder where that usage threshold alert system gets its feed from if not from my account profile. That again cannot be comprehend by mere humans like us. Then I call call centre for a few times, they tell me that I should increase my credit limit. Arey, to hell with the credit, who bothers, why do I care about the credit limit. All I know is I am paying for 10 GB and I should be able to use 10 GB per month. everything else is your headache. But now the call centre guy says you pay 350 rupees and I will open your line, this is after 2 days of getting the Photon post paid ... Can you IMAGINE...There was a 3rd level escalation contact also shared to corporate customers. Who never really cared to reply back to my mail. In the meanwhile I kept receiving their stupid mails from their stupid alert system. Finally they open my connection, I thought I might as well ignore those mails. ThenI get the bill due for 22nd of March which more out of fear for their stupidity in disconnecting connections than anything else connection I paid on 5th of March. Then what you may be wondering, they disconnct the connection by 6th :D

      I know you are all smiling so am I. so just now I have put down with my encounter with Photon call centre one more time and decided to humour everybody else. I just logged into my personal account. It shows a total usage of 3 MB for whole of lat month i.e. till 2nd March. for whichI had paid for 10 GB by 5th. Now for this month billing cycle I used less than 1 MB but they decided it was time to disconnect the connection...

      HO HO HO.. I have never seem a dumb, dumber dumbest what ever you want to call thing than this..

      I would just like to throw it in the face of some one or all those who are responsible for this most miserable mobile internet service.

AND THEY SAID THAT I WILL GET RS. 20.67 AT THE SAME TIME AND ALL OTHER BALANCE WITHIN 72 HRS BUT I RECHARGED WITH 25 AND TODAY ITS 9 MARCH AND I DID NOT GOT THE ABOVE SAID BALANCE AND WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIMES FOR THE BALANCE THEY SAID TOMORROW, AND ONLY TOMORROW FROM LAST 6 DAYS.           this is subhadip banerjee i am cmplaining on behalf of my sister who lives in srirampur(west bengal), she is getting abusive fake calls from [protected]. this culprit i have located is in a place called rangareddi in amdhra pradesh. this person is calling from several numbers and the person is beali speaking. so it is my urgent request is to take some serious steps against this person

            This is Prashant Mahajan. I am using TATA DOCOMO since last 6 months.
            From last two weak I am facing very big network problems. Even in Pune city I was not reachable on mobile. I had to bear loss of new job oppertunities.
            TATA DOCOMO is not providing basic service to customer, by this way they will be lossing lot of customer. I am very upset to have this kind mobile service.

            TATA Indicom — Re: Bad Services, Busy Network

            TataIndicoms's nodel officer as well as customer care executive are repeadily promise the better network by the mid of OCT - 07, but till yet i did'nt get the better network as promised, also when i told them that i file a complaint against your company to consumers cell, one of the offcer responding me Chandigarh says, "Do what you want to do", and disconnect the call........

            Hi I am Neeraj Kumar from Pune,
            Recently I bought the nokia E75. about 2 weeks back.

            The phone had issues with its software in which one could not change the access point settings for email.

            I visited the nokia care center at Shree communications, Pune, near Karve Road.

            The service advisor thanks to her personal problems was the rudest I have ever met.

            After diagnosing with the nokia engineer she told me that it will take 2 hrs to correct the problem.

            I told her that I bought this phone brand new and i understand there is a software problem with it, but would you be kind enough to tell me that what is the engineer planning on doing.

            She then told me that we have no clue what he is going to do but your phone will be repaired.
            Whatever he will do, we will let u know after the process is completed.

            Again I asked her, that if its possible I would want to speak to the engineer on what he plans to do with the phone as the software is up to date.

            But she absolutely refused to give out the details and spoke to her manager in another language and comes back and tells me that it will take now 24 hrs to fix the error.

            I asked her why has the time changed... but shes said this is how it is now.

            I took the phone back from the care center without saying a word.

            Just a simple right to information could not be answered by any of the representative at that center.

            With such an experience, I can truly say that I would advise everyone not to buy nokia handsets and will make sure nobody buys it from Tech Mahindra for the issues they have caused me.

            dear sir,
            I took a connection of TATA DOCOMO one week before. Now I am facing very difficulty to contact others due to your poor net work. Your net work in full range only in citys.So, the people who from rural area has no use by this connection.
            Urgently do needful before we disconnect.

            tata docomo mobile services — wrong connections

            I have taken a MOBILE connection from the useless TATADOCOMO service provider some three four months back. I am helpless with this service as since getting this connection I have been suffering like hell with poor connectivity and often my calls reach the wrong ends. I already have complained about this very many times with the so called customer care? I doubt if there is any such thing with DOCOMO? since the last 2 months my calls reach the wrong number, the calls I have made were the numbers I have stored in my mobile like my sister, my house and etc., I have been contacted n number of times by these useless people asking me to pay the dues. I already have paid upto november bills and after irresponsible response have told these people that I am not going to pay the dues unless my problem is being attended with a reciprocation of mail or some thing/ nothing has happenned the number of times I have communicated have crossed nearly 50 times and one mr. vijay in the customer care goes to the extend of cutting my calls. what a excellent service. keep it up tata docomo

            Tata to now pay cellphone customers for deficient service





            After pioneering per-second billing for mobile telephone calls, Tata Teleservices, which offers both GSM and CDMA services, has again unleashed an interesting initiative. It says its subscribers would be compensated if the company failed to meet pre-determined levels of service standards.

            The new ‘Customer Service Charter’ for its Tata Indicom users would include five customer commitments such as bill disputes, call drop and handset replacement, among others, which would guarantee pre-determined levels of service and support. And, includes compensation clauses for customers if the set levels are not met, the company said in a statement today.

            I too have the same network with DOCOMO. Iam liven in Coimbatore. The signal of my cell goes off suddenly to zero. when addressed it to the customer care they started blaberring.. I think they are taking any actions. Please look in to the problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

            past 7months i using GPRS service, if the core balance is going to end means they not sending any message of intimations, straight away they detect the money from current balance

            i called customer care executives often and complaints about this & requested them to take as a request which they recorded but the problem still reflecting in TATA DOCOMO

            tata docomo prepaid and tata indicom postpaid is providing worst service in the sector, compared to any other service provider in panjagutta. calls are getting dropped in between, gprs is unable to connect, network strength is wavering each second. complained at least 15 times from each phone of 5 here and having connections 10+ in my stay. customer care assures each time by some reference number claims that it will be clear in 24hours/ 3 days and still the same persists.

            Tata Docomo Teleservices Bangalore — Wrong Bill charges against my mobile no and not providing office

            I have been using tata docomo postpaid service mobile no : [protected] from almost 1 year and last month i have started using 3G service of tata docomo .

            This month tata docomo have charged more than my my credit limit .When i saw my bil,l i found they have charged wrongly as per my knowledge .When i contacted customer care of tata docomo on 18th feb 2011 .they took a complaint no :[protected] and said issue will be resolved within 48 hours but from that they everyday customer care will say it will be solved within 24 hours and vice versa .Its now 8 days and again these guys are saying that it will solved .

            Its a mental harrassment for me as i am getting calls also to make a payment otherwise they will disconnect the services and they hav done that two times.

            Can i get any help fo this case from consumer forum ?

            TATA Indicom — Network issue & Poor customer service

            This is to bring to your notice that i have been facing network issue on number [protected]/[protected]/65202843

            I have been a very old customer with TATA with a number of connections, but it is unfortunate to say that I now feel it was the biggest mistake I could make.
            I have been facing network issues for so many months, and whenever I have complained to the customer service, it was nothing more than a horrible experience (“We understand how you feel” & “We will look into it” and blah blah blah) but to no avail. Your associates are unprofessional, stubborn, insensitive and downright blunt.

            My experience with TATA:

            Ø I do not get good coverage
            Ø Whenever I receive a call I see good network and then moment I answer the call the network collapse and call drops
            Ø So I have to outcall the person again as could not do due to call drop
            Ø Even the miss call alert that I have gives and alert “I don’t know after how many hours”
            Ø I do not receive the text message on time
            Ø Due to unnecessary out call my bills are high
            Ø Your customer service associate are just not interested in talking “just want to finish the call”
            Ø They do not call back when call drops
            Ø I have been struggling to convert my number to Pre-Paid for last 3 months

            I called up your customer service on 13th may and spoke to one of the Team leader name Sapna she promised me call back within 2 hrs but did not call back not I received call back on the complain that I registered. I called on 18th May again and spoke to one of the assistant manager name Satish Chaugula he was trying to help me and showed concern but I did not like the way he spoke to me towards the end was just trying to run away from his responsibility and avoiding me for which I gave him the feedback. I am actually getting tired of the run around and calling the customer service again and again.. Please resolve my issue at the earliest.             This is to bring to your kind notice the problem I have been facing of very poor service/no signal at all for the past one year. I have lost count of the number of complaints made to the customer care and the number of visits paid to the office. Every time I make a call to the customer care but same answer our technical person will visit your area and contact with you still nobody come here. Although the tower is 1.5 km from here but we can make a call. If by chance connect during the talk it disconnects.

            I am fed up with this attitude of your personnel which reeks of the treatment meted out by the British to the Indians during the British Raj as all deaf ears have been turned towards my plight. I never expected this kind of shabby treatment to a consumer from a private company that prides itself in providing the best service without any discrimination on the basis of Class/ Economic status Etc.

            The reason I migrated to prepaid because I was fed up with your horrible customer service
            And about the promotional calls or messages to number - [protected] is from Tata indicom only

            Even after migrating the number to prepaid I faced problems like
            1)My documents which I submitted in your office was not send to the relevant department due to which my services were barred
            2)Some person from your company changed my plan and so instead of getting charged 25p per min I was getting charged Rs1 per min
            3)I paid Rs 35 for sms pack but your people were not able to recharge it for 15 days then later I was informed it’s not compatible with my package and then I finally did a recharge of Rs55 for the sms pack

            Tata Docomo — Horrible service

            Tata Docomo has one of the most incorrigible customer care.
            Even though they will keep writing or telling you that they want to serve you best they will make your life mess..

            I am going through a horrible experience with these people.

            They have barred my corporate number due to negative address verification.
            It was done after their their so called executive came to my house, took signature and went happy.

            It has been 3 days i have been calling customer care, nodal officers etc but they are incorrigible.
            they want 4 more days for god knows what. and no one is man enough to talk!!
            They shy away.

            Its the worst service provider I have ever known.

            I wish them the worst in business and may all of them rot in Hell!
            I am Alok and using docomo last one year. I am not at all getting good service. It's been 2 time 200rs and 169rs taken from my account and told that I have downloaded some games, but never downloaded. I was also trying to change my service provide from docomo to Airtel, but I could not. You people cannot provide good service and never allowed to change service provide also. 50 times if I call to customer care, even then also I am not able to contact you people.
            Last Sunday (24 July 2011) I had balance of 40 rs and on Monday morning I seeing 10rs of balance in my account.             Tata Docomo — Poor Network and Customer Disservice

            hi all, the commercials that say you get Docomo signal anywhere is false and misleading.
            I've a Tata Docomo connection which rarely connects to the network. I get "No Signal" all over Bangalore.
            In fact, I lose signal when I go from my hall to my bedroom or the signal goes into roaming mode.
            I live near Whitefield.
            Even if I get a signal, I'm not able to make calls easily. I've to dial 3 or 4 times and wait at least 2-3 minutes each time before the call connects or drops.
            I've made numerous complaints to their customer service and each time, they tell me rudely that the network is fine and cut the call as I'm talking.
            Complaint #s: NWK[protected], NWK[protected], NWK[protected]. I made some more complaints but I don't have the #s.
            Now, I've made it my life's ambition to tell everybody I meet how poor the network is and ask them not to get Tata Docomo.
            I own LG Optimus One Android phone. I've tried using other company SIMs in the phone and I don't have any problem with making or receiving calls with those SIMs. So, the problem is only with Tata Docomo.

            I got a call from one of the TATA DOCOMO executive to offer me a POST PAID connection.
            I am convinced for what she explained
            she said that "within 48 hours Ill make sure that your pre paid connection will get converted into post paid.
            I have no problem even the process take more time. however the process took more than 7 working days. meanwhile i am soo confused to make recharge to my pre paid account.
            by the time the post paid get activated, my pre paid sim which i am using got deactivated. But they did not gave post paid sim to me. so I am unable to use my phone.
            I have many important works. so called them kindly to give me my sim.
            they said come to koti we will give there.
            I said "I cannot come there, I have some important works, my sim is not working that is the reason why i am asking you to give my sim otherwise try to activate my pre paid sim"

            I have been a loyal customer to your service for over 5 years now. I have 4 post paid connections -[protected], [protected], [protected] &[protected]Tata Photon). My typical combined bill amount comes to be around Rs[protected]. Despite many of my friends encouraging me to switch to other service providers, I stuck to erstwhile tata indicom & more recently to tata docomo. Most of the time I pay my bill well ahead in advance (you can check my payment history). But since 16th morning, my two post paid connections bearing nos [protected] & [protected] have stopped working. Later when i contacted Mr Sarkar of customer care service at 11.40 pm on 16th of May, I came to know that Rs 299 is due. No body from your company had the courtsey to inform me before snapping my connection. Mr Sarkar further did not log my complaint in the system. I am hurt & saddened by the series of events and I have decided to snap all ties with Tata Docomo/indicom for good after paying all the bills of this month. I will also discourage others also to avail your service. Plz do not treat any of your loyal customers in such a shabby way.

            Unnecessary deductions have been made on my number. its the second time the deductions have been made without any intimationAlso during first time the amount was refunded by the executive and a comitment was made that no unnnecessary charges will be deducted from my account..

            Also executive named Sagar kept me on hold for almost 15 to 20 mins, infact it seems to be that the agents are sleepinig, which is really very disgusting from the part of service provider.When called on [protected] Mr. Harmeet disconnected the call without listening to my query.             I am customer of Tata Docomo from past 3 years since from last 4 to 5 months My facing problem that unnecessarily my balance is been getting deducted, when i call up helpline agents say that i have activated Value added service called bollywood hulchul and Ever green songs even tho which i have not subscribeed to some agents speak me very rudely and disconnects the call and when i have marked a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com they helped my out by refunding my balance to my account, again the same thing ks keep on repeating the packages keeps on getting activated & i have to send a mail then they will refund my balance i am fed up of this complains and i have requested to not activate any pack until i subscribe it without my knowledge the packages keeps on getteing activated

            Sub: Threatening calls, criminally intimidating and coercive tactics

            When Tatadocomo started strong arm tactics of recovering their disputed claims by criminal intimidatory, coercive and tresspassing personal life of Indian Citizen. Today I was one of their victim .
            I have received a threatening call from one enquiry officer (Name withheld ) based out of New Delhi that an alleged fraud case is charged against me for the recovery of defaulted dues . He refused to give further details and to contact their legal counsel at Hyderabad one by name of Mr Avinash Sharma ([protected]) On further enquiry through my legal friend who spoke to the said legal counsel Mr Avinash Sharma that it was pertaining to Tata Docomo Photon Plus Data card charges .

            Yes I was a customer of Tata Photon Plus CDMA unlimited plan usage - Account No[protected] with Hyderabad circle. I was diligent in making all the monthly charges in time inspite of the severe deficiency of the services with no coverage in our area.

            Due to absolute slow and no browsing activity in my area (Area withheld), I requested deactivation of service in Hyderabad in June 2012 over phone and subsequently on my relocation to Bangalore vide my email notification dated 28/8/12 . followed by a second reminder for deactivation of the account on 24/9/12.. Their technical team has visited my home at in June /July at Hyderabad and also at Bangalore in September/October, 2012 and expressed their inability for the improvement in the service. Instead of deactivation of the service, they requested me that their coverage and service will be improved and in the mean time waived 50 % the plan charges for the next four months till it is improved in our area., though I have already paid for over six months for services not provided by them . The first bill was paid by me after the assurance from them that improvement in service charges. However next month the normal charges are levied for full amount. When I contested the bill for the excessive charges, they promised to send the revised bill. However they continue the billing without revision and which I disputed. I was appalled by the gigantic and tall claims by the service provider and that too from Tata Stable about their service standards etc., and persisted for the deactivation of the service immediately. Now this strong arm tactics was arbitrary, exorbitant, unjust and unethical by the telecom service provider Tata Docomo.There was no notice for the disputed claim nor follow up why the amount was not paid. They have clearly erred and in a ploy employed by recoursing this illegal legal action for services provided for. Why the service was not deactivated and acted upon my request in the first instant is to be answered by Tata docomo . It was a ploy to dupe the gullible public and recourse to coercive tactics for the recovery of the wrong charges .

            I am not a willful defaulter for the services availed nor absconder. Tatadocomo was having my addresses at both Hyderabad and Bangalore and their service technician visited both the places.

            Now it is for kind information of the general public that beware of the services offered by Tatadocomo . Instead of quality service they harass customers for wrong billing, not acting on customer complaint . Local police need to act to stop this barbaric false criminal case for the civil dispute and making coercing calls for settlement . You know the settlement offered by their counsel is Rs 50, 000 against their original claim of Rs 1050. Threatening to file a case in New Delhi is confusing and a ploy to coerce me to agree their unjust claims.

            I am ready to face the civil litigation for the disputed claim and honour the court decision in such devious cases of duping the public in the guise of service.

            First Issue: I wanted to activate my BB plan, since it was not getting activate thru SMS called 121 15 - 20 times but no response, either they speak in regional language or they transfer me to wrong queues
            Second Issue: I have got the plan activated after 2 days of struggle and call tech support to activate on mobile (they raise a complaint stating it is network issue and we have to escalate this issue to network engineer) inspite telling that I was able to do it previous week and my galaxy has no issues with network
            Third Issue: Complaint raised and resolution was given after 4 days (will I be paying for your faulty service)
            Fourth Issue: I get a call from Technician today stating I am the tower, thank you for raising the issue with us. We had lot of issues with network however it is fixed (Unaware and if I was the cause, good for those who are using TATA DOCOMO). But still struggling to get internet
            Fifth Issue: I call back tech support to enquire, they say it is not a network issue but while activation they missed updating BB PACK
            Sixth Issue: You call in between this and talk to me with a bloody attitude for some stupid sms plan… Get your behavior right on calls …..

            I DON’T TRUST TATA DOCOMO AND NEED MY LAST THREE STATEMENT AND NOT GOING TO PAY FOR IT….

            Worst customer care service, and Tata Como is the first service provider doesn't have 3G connection available for post paid customers, they don't have the caller tune which customer wants . customer care supervisor always sleeps, or either he is busy, or he asks customer care executive to let the customer know to call back in one hour of time . Customer care executive doesn't have Telephonic etiquette, they just place the call on hold when ever customer comes in the Queue, Supervisor plays with the mute button when customer tries to escalate the issue . I have 4 connections for me and my family with this company and they squeeze us when we just delay the payment for a day . and they also send an SMS that if we don't pay the bill we would be called to court, they are going to file a case in Lok adalat . Man this is stupidity, First provide good customer care services, so that every customer who calls in the Queue goes happy and gets his issue resolved . and recommend other family and friends to go with the service . TataComo came up with 1ps per second offer and attracted many customer and they have no concern or bother about the post paid customers..
            Hi,
            I am based in Viman Nagar Pune, and I have two connections from Tata Docomo, one for me and one for my wife. But both the connections are not getting any signal at my home, as well as office in (Viman nagar Pune).

            I am asking to disconnect my connections since last three months but no body is taking care for disconnection of my account.

            I am keep paying bill for these post paid connections. But Now I don’t want to pay any bill because I am not using it to make calls(as you can see the call history, only few calls has been done using [protected] number, and nothing has been made using other number.

            I went to complaint to Tata Docomo’s office (Near HDFC Bank, Viman Nagar) three months back in March, and they said it will be like that and you guys are not adding any tower/s. I have requested them two times to disconnect my connection.

            Also I have tried to registered complaints three times on your website, but after filling all the information about complaint, I got this error page:

            I have recharged docomo prepaid sim with 351 data plans. but internet is not working in PC(Dongal). i am getting error like "Connection Terminated" and sometimes if it is getting connected at that time download speed 0 . Please let me know what i can do.

            My Name is Shiva kumar,
            we have been using TATA fixed line for the past 6 years, from past three months we have hug problem in the instrument . we have been giving complains to the call center and the local guys .. non of them are responding to our problems . since my mother uses land only .we stay in the apartment, we have 210 Flats . in the starting we had 120 connection today, tata has only 22 connection . this is because of their services .
            My recent incident with them .
            Launched a complain on 27th july " stating there is a problem in the handset, " when i called today 1st of Aug the customer care tell me they have rectified problem on 29th JULY. Stating the line is normal and working .no service eng came home to rectify the problem . Who can they say lie on this .
            On the other hand the call center will cut the call after hearing the whole story. When my mom call the call center they have been very rude on the phone. She is 65 years old lady.

            While making a tv commercial to promote your product or service DO NOT in any way use abusive and offensive images which creates negative impression about your product. I'm a regular user of Tata Docomo but in the recent times getting pissed off by your tv commericals for unnecessarily using projecting negative behaviour rather than show casing the features which the potential customer might be interested in.
            There are hackers who are using tv ads for making bucks ...
            The Tata Photon 3G data card purchased from your agent Mr. Naresh, ( Cell:[protected] was activated yesterday after a delay of 5 days.

            We had noticed that the network connection is bad and hence the maximum speed of the broadband is only 1.05 Mbps against your claim of 7.2 Mbps.

            We are having already BSNL wi-fi connection for the past five years and the speed of this connection is 3.3 Mbps. We wanted to have better speed and hence selected your service.

            We have been complaining to your customer care staff and they are showing cold response. They also say that we should feel happy since only 512 Kbps is guaranteed for Photon 3G ( The same was uttered by Ms. Priya of Ahemabad and Mr. Nikil of Hyderabad today ) If their statement is to be believed, why did you misguide us at the time of purchase.

            Please ask your agent to come & take back the data card after returning Rs.2, 000 collected from us.

            If anybody in Tata Docomo is sensible, they should call us immediately to address the serious issue otherwise we will be forced to approach the appropriate forum.

            The same mail addressed to your CEO Mr. Deepak Gulati requires immediate response from his side. If not, a separate message will be flashed to Mr. Ratan Tata to intervene & resolve the matter since his reputation is put under stake by a bunch o[censored]seless Tata Docomo guys.

            This is to inform you that I had raised a complaint on 22nd Feb and mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com multiple times with no response.
            I had recharged my docomo 3G e-stick ([protected]) online on 30th January with my credit card. Due to the wrong information provided by your customer care folks, the recharge was done twice. I have since then made ~50 calls and wasted more than 5 hours with customer care people, repeating the same story and being on hold for more time than you can imagine. The customer care guys are no help & the next escalation level is more ridiculous. They only understand your problem but will provide no resolution.
            I request you to please look at the issue and resolve at the earliest.

            P.S: I am sure even with your pathetic database, you will still be able to find the rest of my details through my account to get in touch with me.

            I am very
            delightful to be a part of family of tata docomo, first of all thanks to Mr.
            Vikash ([protected]) for coming to my office to offer me a post pay SIM card of
            Docomo as plan of 272 (not sure).


            It was going
            cool for period of 3-4 month, suddenly one call came around 8.30 pm (I forget
            the date) person from docomo customer care &amp; asked me whether I would like
            to change my plan or not I clearly told that I use to do Local call &amp; STD
            call I am not using any internet or not any SMS Or No ISD call, I was told to
            change the plan to 799 (not sure) for my convenient according to him I did. Last
            few months I observed my bill is coming more than Rs 1700. Again I called up customer
            care to change the plan as there is a unlimited call plan @ 899, they said you
            have contact to nearest Docomo Outle as there is a deposit money issue. Ok that’s
            granted for me, visited the nearest one
            at punchkula sector 11 market store last month they asked me for my Identity
            Card, which was not there with me on that time I was refused, that’s also cool
            for me.


            Today I went
            to the same outlet at 11.00 am along with all the necessary documents they
            clearly said It would not be possible here I have to go Mani Majra (Houseing
            Board) for the same as I am not aware of Road direction the lady guide me.


            Now Mani
            Majra outlet, not a single person was there to attend me, after few munities
            one girl without uniform approached to me I confused whether the girl is a
            customer or the representative of the outlet... Ok I
            was wrong I informed all the details &amp; the problem she said that I have to deposit
            Rs 850 as a security money on which Rs 500 will be returnable basis, Rs 300
            will be adjusted on bill &amp; Rs 50 as a service charge (not refundable) I
            handed over to her my debit card &amp; my driving licence then she discussed
            with her senior, came back to me to asked any other ID proof do I have or not I
            presented my Election Card (Voter ID card) then I had a word with that person
            to whom the girl was discussed. According to him It would not be possible here
            I have to go Sector 9 (Chandigarh) as it will take time to generate. I asked
            him then why they (Sector 11 Panchkula) send me here, That gentleman was very rude
            to me &amp; said sector 11 is a franchises’ outlet o[censored]s you should know that,
            what a stupid answer!!! I just surprised that how do I know whether its a
            franchises or non franchises &amp; why should I bother on that.. According to
            that gentleman if I want to activate that plan then I have to go Sector 9
            Chandigarh. I asked him can you assure me that I have not to suffer over there,
            again he said there is only way that you have to go there I left that outlet
            with a very bad impression, not listing to the customer any way.


            It was too
            hot outside at around 12.30 pm I Took the bus from Housing Board as I don’t know
            more about Chandigarh City I asked the conductor to informed me when sector 9
            will come ... it was my bad luck conductor wake up when the bus reached at
            sector 17 bus stand. Again I took Rickshaw from there on asking to the people on
            road I reached there around 1.30 pm


            It was not a
            calm atmosphere over there as a pre paid customer was shouting on his issue...
            I got confused whether my problem will short it out or not


            That concern
            person was sitting to me not properly listing to me took the decision It would
            not be possible here it will take one month time to activate. On informing him
            that they (Mani majra outlet) send me . that gentleman rudely call to some one
            (may it mani majra outlet) that why he send me there, these kind of case you
            must send to mohali, whatever the system they are using the same system is
            using here also. Ok boss not an issue now tell me how can I be cool over there I
            was sitting over there to asked only one question why they send me here, that
            gentlemen who is working in a customer care field gave the answer I AM HELPLESS
            GO TO MANI MAJRA &amp; ASKED THEM...Ok if I am helpless over there i met One
            senior person ... Oh my God I think he needs more training than a fresher ..
            not listening to me &amp; started to
            talk on high volume I said “Sir mai aap se kis tarah baat kar raha hu or aap
            kayse baat kar raha ho... i requested him to listen me first. He was not
            bothered to my problem &amp; on asking him Can You listen to me first He
            clearly said NO. I left that place with a very nice experience.


            Came back to
            mani majra store around 2.45 pm, I was too hungry &amp; thirsty I was not in
            mood to shout, thanks to that girl who offer me a glass of water. One of the
            senior concern make me understand that why it will take time thats ok...


            As I am human
            being can understand the problem may occur but way of behaving of the staff can’t
            tolerate. My whole day time spoiled only to change the plan that kind of
            service is not expectable from Docomo. End of the day that’s conclusion is
            coming no need to change the plan change the SIM (Number will remain same isn’t?).
            I know it will not be effect, but I thought to inform you that’s why I informed.
            Kindly give the training to your staff
            that listen the customer first to understand not to argue there is a only way
            to solve 90% of problems.

                I am Diptesh Mishra from Rewa (M.P.) . Right now I am in INDORE . I am doing MBA at there. I am facing one very big problem.

                One day I read a advertisement for Tatadocomo tower and there were some contact no. as [protected], [protected] . and where I called and there were two lady Ms Sivani and Preeti ,with whom I talked about establish the tower in my village at Hanumana , Rewa (M.P.).
                They told first deposite Rs. 4500 money which I have deposited in the ICICI bank account no. [protected] in the name of Mr. Subhash Chandra. Date 02/02/2010 .And then they told after 1 week our team will go in yoyr home town then next process will be done.

                After some day one call came from this no. [protected] by Ms.Riya from Mumbai, she told I have to pay Rs. 25,000 for services tax and I have submitted in the ICICI bank account no.[protected] in the name of Ms. Madhukar rani Date 22/02/2010.

                Then she told with in 2 days our team will go in your town and whole process will be done by my team . After that I have gone my home town but nobody came and even they all are not receving my call.


                So. Please help me out I am very worry just I have invested Rs.29,500. please help me and give me some vital information and ideas..

                  the worst service ever ... i took my card a week ago from marol (mumbai) .... and i work inside filmcity ... and in both the places the network extremely weak ... sometimes it goes up sometimes its not there ..
                  its the poorest form of service ..

                  and currently i am in nasik in nasik road area .. .and there is absolutely no network here.. no ups no downs .. i get full range for airtel vodafone idea ... but the tata docomo network is just not there ....

                  and plus i cant even select other service providers network because the additional charge .. this completely sucks .. i going to throw the sim as soon as i get back to mumbai ..

                        I recharged for 95 in Tata Docomo to enjoy Day uases of 200 MG and 4 Gb of Night and per plan. This pack was worked 4 to 5 day properly. after that they were charing me for any uses, even I have balance data uses in my account. When I talked to cutomer care, they inform me various reason for charges which is not true. I don't understand why Tata Docomo started such pack which noly meant to cheat people. My Tata Docomo No. is [protected]. If anybody belong from Tata family and reading this complaint kindly ask your Executive Datta that what information is given by him regarding addtional charges on GPRS/Internet.
                        Kinldy reply me how to resolve this issue ith Tata.

                        Same is the case with me. Complaint number GBL09113935. Worst customer service, faulty billing system, no refunds and they close your complaints without considering end users approval to close them.
                        Please inform if you get any refund, I have been following it up for past week through Customer Service, Tata indicom galaries, and nodal offices and they all are just cheating as I can see similar cases happening with other people.

                          As I am sending some SMS to one TATA DOCOMO number of Maharashtra [protected] is getting delivered so late... And even the same number or any other number like [protected] sends SMS to my number. I am also receiving those messages so late approximately after 20-25 minutes late.

                          So what the hell is going on with the service of TATA DOCOMO..

                          So please help us to get my problem solved as soon as possible. Or otherwise we all are going to split the message of THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER : TATA DOCOMO.

                              We have a very worst mobile coverage in Mumbai especially in Worli and Prabhadevi offices and homes. I already complained about it to docomo service center, they reacted for my complaint and they provided full network for that day ONLY. Same n/w problem from next day onwards. Please provide a better network coverage to get more connections else Docomo will loss their valuable customers.
                              I was unfortunate to buy a TATA DOCOMO connection on 23rd feb-2010

                              Unable to make and receive calls even at ground level on main roads.Unable to send/receive SMSs.

                              I have not yet tried GPRS/Internet service.I am sure it will be pathatic and monet wasting proposal.

But still my connection has not been activated yet & it is giving registration failed error when I am inserting the SIM to my cell. I called to customer care & that fellow "Kishore" assured me that my connection will be activated by Monday EOD. But it has not done yet.

                                Here is my horror story with Tata Docomo 3g estick. I wish i had never got Tata Docomo. It has been so bad.

                                i) Issues in getting connection: You better avoid salesmen to buy the
                                connections. They go with no instrument to the customers place and
                                they never are on time. If you give them money, then you can forget your connection and money. Its better to go to a showroom.
                                ii) Address issues: The documents you have submitted are not properly
                                uploaded into the system. They make data entry mistakes. Agents are
                                not able to fix this issue. They keep doing 101 customer
                                verification at the wrong address and finally say that they have disabled the connection because of verfication failure.
                                iii) Call centre issues: The IVR never has recognised my MDN number
                                till date. Agents dont know how things work. They dont acknowledge our
                                problem. Easiest solution that they have is to tell us to call back
                                after 72 hours. If you ask for a supervisor, they put us on hold or
                                transfer us to a number where no supervisor picks up the call. This has happened to me all times i have called. I have not been able to reach a single supervisor. Agents
                                in the call centre or email support never call back or email back and
                                tell what they are doing with the problem clearly.
                                iv) Billing issues: I get a bill inspite of having had the service for
                                just a week or two and the connection being disabled now. The bill
                                cannot be opened because you need a password. And the password can be
                                obtained only with a Tata Docomo mobile.
                                v) Finally i get a survey. This survey opens up a site whose
                                security certificate has expired. The feed back section in the survey
                                can take as many characters which you enter. But then finally it says
                                it cannot submit the survey when you try submitting it.
                                vi) Technical issues: In the short period i had this connection, i
                                found that the connection kept dropping off. You will have to download
                                something atleast 10 times to be able to successful in downloading it.
                                The error messages that you get when the device cannot connect have a lot of spelling
                                mistakes or grammatical mistakes or both!!!

                                In short this is an absolute waste of money and time.

                                  To whom so ever it is concerned.
                                  I was gifted a Tata Docomo connection Post paid 4months back.Later as i was unhappy with the post paid services i requested for a prepaid migration.As everyone is aware unless and until the outstanding has been cleared no service provider will give the changeover.But to my surprise/shock i received a legal notice from Tata docomo stating that i have an outstanding of 797/-.Also i have been using other service provider for past 4 years but have been a very loyal customer.But this is not at all accepted.Also the company does not have an office to which we can complain.the customer care were not of great help either and they asked me to travel all the way from mysore to bangalore to rectify the mistake which is not at all mine.Kindly look into the issue at the earliest and i demand apology from the company in writing.

                                    We the residence from Tamtalao, Vasai (West) in District Thane (401201) are facing Indoor & Outdoor Network Problem for last 6 Months i.e from August 2009. Many o[censored]s had launching complain from last 6 Months. But till today our complains reguarding Network has not yet solved. Due to Network Problem we are not able to Make & Receive calls, Send or Receive SMS OR use GPRS/EDGE (Internet) on Mobile.

                                    I visited nearest tata docomo galary they told that Tata docomo had removed tower form some where "tirupati nagar" and told us to raise the complaint to customer care .
                                    when i called up to customer care they are telling that ghisi piti dialouge like select manual mode or automatic mode some one is telling select reliance network but all network are no access.
                                    Tata service became worst from bad.

                                      I had activated 95Rs GPRS plan on my mobile in jan 2010. It worked fine for the first 2 days then from 3rd day no internet connection

                                      I have called costumer care some 15 - 20 times spoke to supervisors 4 or 5 times Including twice to NODAL officer still no solution

                                      They are not even taking care in getting complaint . after taking complaint they give some complaint number and then after 3 or 4 days i get a message saying " Dear costumer it is charged as per the tariff "

                                      I want a public apology from TATA DOCOMO because :-
                                      1. If they did not have enough technology why did they launched GPRS service in Mysore city ?
                                      2. If costumer is facing problem they should take the complaint properly
                                      3. If they cannot provide the GPRS then why give resolution simply without even thinking what problem i am facing

                                      I AM UNABLE TO MAKE CALLS AT FIRST ATTEMPT WITH FULL SIGNAL STRENGTH.

                                      Cannot send SMSs.Poor signal strength o even sssssssixth floor of a building facing main road.

                                      Tata to now pay cellphone customers for deficient service





                                      After pioneering per-second billing for mobile telephone calls, Tata Teleservices, which offers both GSM and CDMA services, has again unleashed an interesting initiative. It says its subscribers would be compensated if the company failed to meet pre-determined levels of service standards.

                                      The new ‘Customer Service Charter’ for its Tata Indicom users would include five customer commitments such as bill disputes, call drop and handset replacement, among others, which would guarantee pre-determined levels of service and support. And, includes compensation clauses for customers if the set levels are not met, the company said in a statement today.

                                        I.m using Tata Docomo from day1 launch in Bangalore.. i had activated call me tunes n the bad part is i pay Rs 30 everymonth for Tata Docomo to promote their call me tunes.

                                        Wen a caller calls me, he hears the portal of Docomo which gives the details of how to copy the call me tunes n it lasts for 8 to 10 secs., wer i pick the call before that time n finally the person who wants to call me end up listening to the dumb Docomo portal(even if he calls from a landline wer he cant activate a caller tune)

                                        So Tata Docomo guys please cut off that portal for copying the caller tune wen the caller tune starts playing.
