Tata Photon

I have this miserable experience with Tata Photon since I have taken 2 months ago. I may have called their call centre atleast 15 times in two months.. I have a corporate connection from Tata Photon, 10 GB for 1000 rupees, that is great you may think. abusive fake calls

respected sir ,

very bad Network service

Hi
This is Prashant Mahajan. I am using TATA DOCOMO since last 6 months.
From last two weak I am facing very big network problems. Even in Pune city I was not reachable on mobile. I had to bear loss of new job oppertunities.
TATA DOCOMO is not providing basic service to customer, by this way they will be lossing lot of customer. I am very upset to have this kind mobile service....

wrong billing and out going calls barreid from taa

i have tata docomo connection postpaid from 16 sep 2009 my unbilled increases becoz tech. fault of tatadocomo and i have to pay that amount finnally when bill is generated that unbilled amount doesn't show in my bill excess payment shows this kind of thing happened to me 2 times and they have barred my out going calls becoz of that i have always paid i want my excess payment back 1858 becoz this is postpaid connection not pre-paid cheating...

network unavailable

the worst service ever ... i took my card a week ago from marol (mumbai) .... and i work inside filmcity ... and in both the places the network extremely weak ... sometimes it goes up sometimes its not there ..
its the poorest form of service ..

and currently i am in nasik in nasik road area .. .and there is absolutely no network here.. no ups no downs .. i get full range for airtel vodafone idea ... but the tata docomo...

Improper connection

My no is 0-[protected], and I am unable to call any number and the Tata Docomo connectivity is so pathetic that I cant even call Tata Docomo customer care also. So I cant complain to them also and I am left in the situation where I cant use my mobile properly....

Additional Charges for GPRS Pack 95

I recharged for 95 in Tata Docomo to enjoy Day uases of 200 MG and 4 Gb of Night and per plan. This pack was worked 4 to 5 day properly. after that they were charing me for any uses, even I have balance data uses in my account. When I talked to cutomer care, they inform me various reason for charges which is not true. I don't understand why Tata Docomo started such pack which noly meant to cheat people. DELAYED SMS RECEIVING

As I am sending some SMS to one TATA DOCOMO number of Maharashtra [protected] is getting delivered so late... And even the same number or any other number like [protected] sends SMS to my number. I am also receiving those messages so late approximately after 20-25 minutes late.

So what the hell is going on with the service of TATA DOCOMO..

So please help us to get my problem...

Very Worst Network coverage in Mumbai

We have a very worst mobile coverage in Mumbai especially in Worli and Prabhadevi offices and homes. I already complained about it to docomo service center, they reacted for my complaint and they provided full network for that day ONLY. Same n/w problem from next day onwards. Please provide a better network coverage to get more connections else Docomo will loss their valuable customers....

I'm experiencing a piculiar problem with Tata Docomo connection in Bangalore. These guys are not at all responsible to reply back to customer complaints at all.

Tata Docomo Network Problem in Vasai Area.

We the residence from Tamtalao, Vasai (West) in District Thane (401201) are facing Indoor & Outdoor Network Problem for last 6 Months i.e from August 2009. Many o[censored]s had launching complain from last 6 Months. But till today our complains reguarding Network has not yet solved. Due to Network Problem we are not able to Make & Receive calls, Send or Receive SMS OR use GPRS/EDGE (Internet) on Mobile.

GPRS plan

My mobile number is [protected]

I had activated 95Rs GPRS plan on my mobile in jan 2010. It worked fine for the first 2 days then from 3rd day no internet connection

I have called costumer care some 15 - 20 times spoke to supervisors 4 or 5 times Including twice to NODAL officer still no solution

They are not even taking care in getting complaint...

Unwanted Ad in call me tunes

hi..

I.m using Tata Docomo from day1 launch in Bangalore.. i had activated call me tunes n the bad part is i pay Rs 30 everymonth for Tata Docomo to promote their call me tunes.

Wen a caller calls me, he hears the portal of Docomo which gives the details of how to copy the call me tunes n it lasts for 8 to 10 secs., wer i pick the call before that time n finally the person who wants to call me end up listening...

Call Rates

Hi,

I am using Tata Docomo prepaid sim, they say that call charges whether its STD or local, it is charged at 1 paise per second, however this is absolutely false. When i do one local call, mobile to mobile. If i am speaking for 20 seconds also, balance will vary every time and it will not cut exactly at 20 paise, it will be more than 5 or 6 paise.
