No outgoing or Incoming calls including SMS

Hello,
I bought a new docomo sim and the trust me its just waste of money. There is no outgoing calls or incoming calls or even SMS. It has been a horrible or should i say hopelessly horrible experience, they just put us on hold and don't return back. And they tell us that their sim is valid only for certain handsets.. what a disastrous invention. I just want to know if there is a solution for this?...

my PIN2 is blocked and it is asking me for PUK2 code..
customer care are unable to tell PUK2 code..

Disconnection of service without intimation

I've brought a connection from TATA Docomo pune bearing mobile number [protected] in the 1st week of september, my mobile was activated and was suspended subsequently on 13th sept due to negative verification. The verifier spoke to my relative at home and made a decision, I was ok with it since mistakes to happen, after re verification my mobile was activated again on 14th of september and on 1st of october my mobile was disconnected...

motorola c200 not working

Dear Sir,

I came to know that docomo is not compatible only for Nokia 1100,3310,3315.

So, I bought docomo sim for my mobile Motorola c200 but it is not working. can you tell me if there are any setting details, like band, etc.
please help… now since it is not working.. can i get the refund after returning the sim as only three nokia mobiles were mentioned....

Worst Network and World's dirtiest Services

I have changed to Tata Docomo and have been using Post paid connection ever since 28-AUG-2009 with GSM Platinum 799 Plan. The Network is very very bad and I have been tolerating this network as I am also a part of the Tata Group. Now the limit is up.

I was not able to make or receive any calls from my mobile from past night. So I came to my office and gave a call from my desk to the number that is posted on the site www.tatadocomo.com...

I am Sunil got TATA Docomo Post paid connection(Ph: [protected] ) last 2months back and i am getting network problem, when i am phoning to airtel numbers in evening times (7:00to9:30) its showing me Network Busy, at same time when i am phoing from some other network to that same number its going through, that same i explained to customer care department of docom on 4th sep'09 but till date i did not get solution...

Non acceptance of bank pass book xerox as a address proof

I have went to Tata Docomo Dealer with PAN Card Xerox copy, Bank Pass Book Xerox and with one Photo. He told me that this Bank Pass Book Xerox will not be taken as the Address proof because the bank pass book does not contain attested photo. The bank has not provided any space for this purpose. I recently took Tata-DOCOMO connection, bearing the no:[protected]. From the day-1 onwards, I am facing severe n/w connectivity problems. I am unable to make calls and receiving calls. On 20th sep i complained about poor network in my area (khopoli) on your customer care....and i was assured from your service that this problem will be solved till 23rd sep..but today is 24th sep and still the condition is same in short worst..............

Dear Sir,
The recent series of TATA DOCOMO sim number series purchased in Bangalore are starting with 805080...... are having problem when we dial from the Landline telephone. It say please check you number with the telephone directory.
Because it confuses with bangalore STD code. i.e 080

Please give the solution to this.

SERVICE NOT ACTIVE

I purchase 1 samsung 1070 mobile on 9.9.09.(imei no [protected]),

along with tata docomo free sim i got with mobile, retailer told me to recharge of 51.but its not recharging,after that he told its take some time,then i called the retailer next day he told that its not his fault and u have to call customer care,then i called the docomo care ,they told your sim is not activated,so go to retailer and told to send the photocopy...

docomo retailer chennai not sincere

i lost my tata docomo perpaid connection and got replaced by a dupicate SIM. after getting this SIM till date it is not activated. when i am calling customer care they are informing me to ask your retailer. when i am asking the retail named sandeep (chennai) he is sometimes disconnecting and sometimes telling 'today it will activate' like while a week has gone and till date this is not activated. if i buying an airtel or vodaphone...

Sim Not Working In Nokia 2300

I have taken a new connection of Tata Docomo in Bangalore. But its not working in my Nokia-2300 handset.I can receive incoming call and message, but when i try to call it shows no network coverage. Its working fine in other phones.

NEVER GO FOR TATADOCOMO and they are doing cheap tricks for marketing in public, they changed the plan now and i talked to customer care that they never had those unlimited gprs plans and no TATADOCOMO person revealed those plans any where for press. Not able to get incoming calls from vodafone
