Worst Customer Care - Suspension of Service

I took a new connection from a shop (Auro Meera) near Chennai One Software Park in Thoraipakkam on Sep 20th and gave all required documents. After 10 days, the outgoing calls were banned and when we called up customer care they said they don't have the required documents. Very week signal or no signal

Dear Sir,

I am Mr. Kalyan Chakravarthy having good faith on TATA organisation took TATA DOCOMO sim in the month of Aug 2009 bearing number 91 [protected].

Sim Activation

I bought a new docomo sim with phone no[protected]. When switched on the phone an error messeage was displayed saying sim registration failed. Retailer told me sim will be activated in 30mins. Its now almost 4hours still saying no service. pls help me

Hanging problem

Sir,
I had purchased a tata docomo sim 1month ago.It worked properly for 3-4 days..then it started hanging my mobile phone..i have two handsets sony ericsson k790i and nokia 5200 the docomo sim is hanging both the phones...
many of my friends have the same complains..their phone is also hanging due to docomo sim...and the phone needs to be restarted many times......

No Network

I was really excited last evening when i brought a new Docomo prepaid sim card. But to my surprise since today morning when I came to work there is no network and there is no way I can reach people. Please take my sim back and give me a refund. It sucks big time, I wonder why am i carrying a cell phone when I can not make or receive calls on it. Such a waste. I had great expectations from Tata but this is a SHAME !! It is not even close to...

Sim Card not Activated

Dear sir,
I am a resident of Kolhapur. I had purchased Tata Docomo sim card on 19th October,2009 and submitted all proofs required on that very day and was assured that my card would be activated within 1 hr but nothing of this sort had happened. Pathetic incoming calls/SMS and cross connection

I'm getting fed up with tata docomo services.
I bought my sim 2 months back in bangalore. I'm not getting incoming calls and sometimes even sms. When i give STD calls to reliance there is almost always some cross connection.
Further, even the call to customer care gets disconnected due to poor network.

If nothing is done I will soon change to some other service provider....

Sim not activated yet

I made an application for Tata Docomo postpaid connection on Wednesday, October 14th morning. The dealer told me that there would be a verification at my residence address the next day and immediately after that, my connection will be activated. I’m still waiting for the verification.

Secondly, the MRP printed on the sim card pack is Rs.35/-, but the dealer charged my Rs. 650/- (500 for security deposit and 150 for sim card)....

closure of prepaid connection

sir,
I am a govt. officer in central excise & customs and i took a new prepaid mobile connection of tata docomo and submitted the proof of identity and address. for proof of address i submitted the letter from a gazetted officer in the tata docomo outlet on 17/09/2009. now on 15/10/2009 they closed the connection without giving the intimation of closure of connection.

retailer not activating sim card properly

i have purchased a tadocomo sim in last month at 11 sep.2009 for he cast of 350Rs. Retailer told me that you will get 21000seconds talktime
but retailar is bad person, he do not activating my number ,means he is not sending activation message to company, also he is not recharging that number. Now a days that number is temperarily working means it is not on my name ,now i am out of station,
that why i can't approch...

Poor network services in our area

Dear Sirs,
I am a resident of Naigaon(west),Vasai, a suburb of Mumbai. I recently purchased a Tata Docomo sim card and was recieving a good network coverage. However last week due to some technical difficulties caused due to heavy rain the tower for docomo got damaged, causing zero signal strength in the entire area. There have been no technicians attending the problem. We have gone for a week without network coverage in our homes...
