Beware: Deducted available balance in one night stating internet usage

Hi,

I have been using TATA Docomo prepaid a over a month now. Suddenly one night(26thJan, 2AM-7AM) the available balance of Rs. 311+ was deducted. This came to my notice during the day about 2pm when I tried a make a call, it said insufficient balance.

On contacting the customer care they have provided me a docket number GBL09094502 and was told that they will respond by 28th JAN 8.00PM.

PostPaid Connection billing for unused days

I took TATA DOCOMO Postpaid connection in Aug 2009 and used for a month and I was not satisfied with the service(signal reception) and I raised a cancellation request by end of august. Unable To Send / Receive MMS!!!

I've registered complaints twice on the call center regarding MMS.

As I am using Sony Ericsson w980 phone. And if somebody sends me an MMS i get the SMS that u've recieved an MMS and to check the MMS go through the website mms.tatadocomo.com/mms/ using the given userame & password. While i'd all the valid settings for MMS nd GPRS.

Still my problem is not resolved.br...

problem for using gprs

sir i recharged 95 rupees special voucher for gprs monthly pack. Free usage of 200 mb Date of 18.01.2010 at 6.30 pm. Still now if i used gprs deducted ammount in my main account balance not in to my free mb. I complaint more times to customer care. They replied 19 th jan . Hello Tune forcefully introducing

From last December I am using TATA DOCOMO mobile service provider. On 8th of January they had introduced a "Hello Tune" in my mobile Nr. ([protected]) without my consent and slapped a charge of Rs. 45/- for that. It was so irretating, I stopped that very next day. But to my surprise, again yesterday (20th of Jan) they connected the same Helllo Tune to my mobile and again slapped Rs. 45/- to my account.

hanging of the handset

My new mobile,nokia 1209 get hangs when tata docomo sim is in use.I can not even switch off the phone.I have to remove the battery to re -operate it.The customer care of tata says that some of selected handsets were not work with tata docomo sim.i want to use my tata docomo sim with my nokia 1209....

Here I would like to make an appeal to Indian Customer for not to go for TATA Docomo as its service is too bad both in terms of its network and Customer Problem Solving.At its Customer Care, differen reasons are cited for a problem in yours service at different time.

Non refund of security deposit after discontinuation of services

This is reagrding the post paid TATA DOCOMO connection [protected] on behalf of Mr. Nitin Teredesai. I have paid security deposit Rs. 500 for getting the service which was supposed to be refunded after discontinuation of services. Documentation Fraud by TATA DOCOMO

Hi,
I wanted to buy a TATA DOCOMO Postpaid connection, hence provided all the relevant documents (PAN Card, Company HR Letter, Airtel Landline Bill for address proof & 2 passport size photo) to the agency who contacted me. The executive who took my documents informed that I would get the sim card in 2-3 days, which never happened and I repeatedly started calling him for the same. Legal Threat

Hi Team,

This is regarding a legal notce by Tata Tele service dated 16th Dec 2009 and 6th Jan 2010. Though I have asked (Customer care) to cancil my post paid connection ([protected]) they kept the line open and now asking me to pay the bill which I have never used.

Poor Quality of service, no customer care

Dear Sir,

I am a subscriber of Tata Docomo (Mob.No.[protected]) for over a month now. There are a number of problems I have been facing since I took this connection. There is call dropping, poor signal strength in main city area, the calls do not connect and problems in sending and receiving SMSs.

I have lodged complaints several times on theire help line number 121 but to no avail and to date the problems persist.br...

Submited Identity Proof 4 times , not yet activated outgoing call.

MY name is eldhose
my tata docomo number is [protected](kerala).
I submitted 4 times my id proof for the same number. The outgoing from this number is allowed for some days. They now debarred my outgoing calls and asked again submitting my ID proof for the same number.
I have no idea about my submitted ID proofs. I am afraid that anyone took another connection using my ID proofs. please help me for the same....
