To CUSTOMER CARE TATA DOCOMO Sir, Sub: Complaint against Tata Docomo collection agent at Kottarakara / Kerala Ref: My Telephonic conversation with Customer care agent on 5/09/09 and 07/09/09 My complaint number 103798 ( Registered by TATA DOCOMO ) It is my pleasure to introduce myself; I am Krishnakumar.R, working as Group A Officer in Govt.of India / Kerala. I secured a Tata Docomo connection on August 09 ( Mob: [protected] ) from M/s.Vinayaka mobile shop / near Sree Mahaganapathi Temple / Kottarakara / Kollam Dist-Pin 691506. At the time of getting sim card itself, I have submitted a copy of my official ID card along with a photo to the retailer. After two days my out going calls were barred due to insufficiency of the ID card produced as informed by the retailer. He was informed by the collection agent to ask me to produce a copy of driving licence. On contacting the customer care, they informed me that what I submitted was sufficient and when this was communicated to the collection agent by the retailer, the former refused to change his stand. When this was brought to the notice of the customer care they told me to contact Fortune, the Tata Docomo centre at Pulamon, Kottapuram, Kottarakara. As per this I submitted another copy of my ID proof along with a photo at Fortune, Kottarakara on 05/09/09 and they faxed it at once. So far, much correspondence I have made with Tata Docomo customer care, yet it was not activated till this date. Now the incoming and out going call was also barred. Sir, I have wasted my precious time for this simple matter but nothing had been fulfilled. So, I request you to take adequate steps to take action against the collection agent and also to get my service activated. I had taken a TATA Docomo GSM sim few days before my no is [protected]and i had submitted my driving licence as a address & ID proof and for local address .then i had submitted for second time, pan card xerox and driving licence..you team very very poor.finally when u open outgoing calls.immeddiatly reply

Same problem here too, In spite of giving all proofs, they have barred my outgoing.

I'm from Hyderabad, AP. My Tata Docomo number outgoing was barred.
I have submitted all my required documents to the dealer who gave me the number.
Collecting the documents from the dealer is their responsibility. Why should i face consequences for not submitting the docs by them.
I'm calling to the customer care (121) from 2 days. Always it says network busy.
I want my connection back immediately.

12525 and 12527 does not connect from my mobile number.
I am using Tata Indicom from the date it had launched in Mumbai. I was away for few months and Tata Indicom has completely disconnectd my line eventhough I had paid all the bills.
Last Saturday, I took Tata DOCOMO connection in Thane Maharashtra by submitting address proof. It was activated within 30 minutes. Now I am in Karnataka, and here I found that the roaming is not activated and am not getting any signals. I might have made around 10 calls to Customer Care from another DOCOMO number. I have not received any solutions so far.
I really miss the services of Tata Indicom, which had excellent coverage, average customer service. The DOCOMO has the worst coverage and worst customer service I have encountered so far.

I am Senthil jayakumar from bangalore. I had taken two TATA Docomo GSM sim on 05/09/09 and i had submitted my photo and passport as a address & ID proof and for local address. Sim is activated but not able to make outgoing calls. I get a message saying "Service not available ". My no's are [protected] and [protected].please do the needful

this is jignesh running a bussiness of import export from mumbai taken tata docomo 25 connection on 12/08/09 august at that time i have summited all docoments to mr sachin no [protected] called him self has tata exective but on 13/09/09 all my connection has been banned and company after one month is telling we have not recived your document till date i have spoken many times to customer care send mail to nodal office spoken to mr rony [protected] but none has taken care of solving my promblem this what customer is accepting from tata after sales it is mistake of sales person why customer has to bear for it my contact no is [protected]
