Network & Connection Problem

I am using TATA DOCOMO Preapaid SIM since last 15 days but I am facing problems with network

Regardin disconnection opf Tel.No. 9029326913

Sir,
I have purchased this SIM card on 12.09.09 & within 3 hrs it got activated, But on 15.09.09 it disconnected. There is no in&out calls even in 121 (of customer care also) Please do the needful.

WORST SERVICE FROM CUSTOMER CARE CENTER & COMPANY

every month 10 times out going cut

respecting sir,
tata docomo persons cutting my out going again and again they dont have any responsibility one time i submited, second time i submited, third time i submited my dacuments with colour xerox, for the first issue only they have to clarify.still they are playing games with me.

OUTGOING BARRED without intimation and proper reason

Hello Sir,

I have taken a post paid sim card of TATA DOCOM by paying a deposit of Rs. 300 on August 11. I submitted all the required documents. But my outgoing and incoming have been barred on 4th September. When I called the customer care, they my address verification has become wrong. But no one visited my home nor called me when they made a visit. Without any intimation, they disconnected my services of outgoing and incoming....

registration of number not done even after submitting all proofs

i have purchased a tata docomo prepaid card i have submitted all proofs but still it is a weak has passed my number is not yet registered with them after submitting all proofs( copy of pan card duly signed and copy of ration card dully signed) there is no reponse from customer care and signal is also week....

The Crappiest mobile network

I am a customer of docomo and i must say i 'm so very dissappointed with them. I thought since TD being a joint venture of TATA (One of the most trustable brand of india) and DOCOMO(the very best from japan), the network and all the services woulde be really over the top. Then also i m not able to make outgoing calls, Every day i am calling to customer care but i am not getting any resolution. every time they tell within 24 hour it will be activated .

Obscene Phone Calls and Messages

I have been receiving Obscene Phone Calls and Messages from phone number [protected]. I have identified that this number belongs to TATA docomo provider and is from the state of Kerala. I am mentally disturbed from this harassment. Request someone to kindly take a note of this and put an end my agony.

Can TATA docomo do something about this??? Please…...

Is Tata Docomo Company is really wants to survive in the market or just they are getting bad exposure in the market, No body is able to get the sim card ...I really wants to know the strategy what they want to bring in the market.. sir TKT agency in vellore is the distributor for tata docomo gsm cards for vellore district this idiotic owner sells the cards only to thier relations or related distributornad not giving to other dealers or mobile stores and these pople sell the docomo cards at the price of 250 to 500 rs in vellore and near vit college this is the worse thing happening in vellore where the company person doesnt even care wht they are selling where the card...

Customer Representative call hand up and no recharge and service available

I have a tata docomo connection and there are no recharge available past many days, this service provider does not have company outlets and neither does their representative are of any use they just hang up because they cannot solve the issue neither there is a option to log a complaint in tata docomo, its the worst service provider i have ever ecountered, I believe you could be of some help

I recently bought the new TATA DOCOMO sim.but with in 3 days I changed sim card back to my Airtel number.

Signal is very very very poooor. even in center city also im not getting signal properly....

No network covrage

there is no network coverage in my place. i had tried to contact costumer care center but it is not possible to contact them. i have submitted my voter id as required document along with passport size photo. please help me to solve this problem....

No Network in whole of Mumbai

I bought a prepaid sim on the 19/08/09 and since the past 24 hrs I have absolutely no network coverage on my mobile.
