[Resolved] Tata Docomo — docomo retailer chennai not sincere | |
i lost my tata docomo perpaid connection and got replaced by a dupicate SIM. after getting this SIM till date it is not activated. when i am calling customer care they are informing me to ask your retailer. when i am asking the retail named sandeep (chennai) he is sometimes disconnecting and sometimes telling 'today it will activate' like while a week has gone and till date this is not activated. if i buying an airtel or vodaphone connection this may happen with 2 days. so i request to docomo owner that dont give jobs to these type of fellow who are not sincere in your work tanx Was this information helpful? | |

i think company named as docomo built by a respectable person but i think the decession of the authorised person appointed by the company are not senciour about there sale i am also have a retail shop in orissa cuttack krishna communication but till know i am not aquanted with the scheme of docomo wht the salesman are doing and what the sales head r doing i dont know still know they have not visited to my shop also i am very sad to see this position of the company salesman i request to respectable person of the company to see about this matter

Dear Vimal,
Thanks for bringing this issue to all o[censored]s. The management should take strict action against such careless employees : SANDEEP. Such employees should be immediately fired without reasons asked.
DOCOMO also should train its employees proper Customer Care. Such things may be rare but really spoils the image of a BRAND. Had this happened in US, you could have sued DOCOMO, for may be no fault of the company.
If any one feels that SANDEEP (Chennai DOCOMO office) should be fired without any explanation,
