Tata Docomo — Worst Network and World's dirtiest Services

I have changed to Tata Docomo and have been using Post paid connection ever since 28-AUG-2009 with GSM Platinum 799 Plan. The Network is very very bad and I have been tolerating this network as I am also a part of the Tata Group. Now the limit is up.

I was not able to make or receive any calls from my mobile from past night. So I came to my office and gave a call from my desk to the number that is posted on the site www.tatadocomo.com for customer service Karnataka as [protected].

The Agent who received my call took my details and told me that my account cannot me opened as I haven't submitted proper documents(ARE U KIDDING ME!!! I GAVE THEM ALL THE PROOF'S INCLUDING A LETTER FROM MY HR). Now as I brought up the heat in the conversation, he confessed that due to technical issues at his end he couldn't open my account and hence asked me to re-submit my documents to any retailer. Now I insisted he told me that I was into Pre-paid services and I have to make a call to post paid customer services from my mobile(How foolish the reason I have called is I cannot make/receive any call on my number.

I asked him to transfer to his supervisor and he did it after compete 25 mins putting me on HOLD. Then came his Team Lead with the magic word "I APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED, BUT STILL I CAN'T HELP YOU AT ALL". I asked for a reference number for the call that made me to wait for 1 complete hour and the answer is "NO". As I am calling from my office desk instead of my mobile they can't even give me a reference and all this 1 hour of conversation was just a waste, suggesting me to call to 121 from my mobile(GOD HOW DOES THESE PEOPLE LIVE, THE REASON FOR ME TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE IS THAT I AM UNABLE TO MAKE CALL FROM MY MOBILE).

I am tried of this network and if I can want to sue this company for the worst services and network. How in the hell without even good network did these people come into the Market??? How did government all this company???

Tata Docomo — Worst Customer Service, Worst Network

I had recently had a TATA DOCOMO postpaid connection. I had submitted all the correct documents to them , after few days one guys came for address verification to my house i had singed the addr verification documents given by him, i don't what happen after that i am unable to make any calls (even though it has the worst network, ever time when i make a call it says not a vaild one ) i call up the customer guys they told u address is wrong ... if my address is wrong how can verification guy came to my house... ok any way i had requested to re verification of address they given the resolution time like 3 times days to resolve it .... but even after that also their was no progress.. i had call up the customer care guys couple of times they will always the same story that will be done and we will activity the connection..........this customer guys make all false promises ... they are incapable of keeping they words into action.......... i ask them to disconnect my connection ............ and refiund my amount that paid while taking the connection but they are not taking the request for disconnecting my connection.

i asked them to give the Bangalore head office phone number , they had given two numbers one number will ring but no one will lift the phone and one number always swichoff or busy....

NEVER GO FOR TATADOCOMO and they are doing cheap tricks for marketing in public, they changed the plan now and i talked to customer care that they never had those unlimited gprs plans and no TATADOCOMO person revealed those plans any where for press. TATA si doing unethical practices in india from long time, it is better to avoid TATA in our life. TRAI is a useless body in india seems getting lot of bribes. TRAI put a rule that any plans introduced by telecom companies should be atleast for 6 months after launch. Whats is going on now? TRAI is sleeping? What the lawyers and Bigs doing in india, any one has guts to file the case on TATADOCOMO, come on indians, open your eyes and file and fire TATAs from INdia
