Tata Docomo — Deducting the amount without any services | |||
R/Sir, My mobile No. is [protected]. I have taken services of Tata Docomo Company. Company automatically deducting 30Rs. , 16Rs. as and when they require, when checked with Docomo customer care they say something called mustbuy has deducted your amount and we need to stop the service. eventhough complaining so many times, they will block our number and we are unable to call customer care also. they have deducted the amount from my account so many times. Sir i have not applied any type of request to Tata docomo company to give me such services but company is making cheating with me and deducting my money. Kindly make justice with me.
