helo i am naveen and number is [protected], from punjab, i have recharged my number with rs 250 unlimited internet pack on 25 feb 2013, but suddenly from 3rd march charges start deducting from my main balance, then i called customer care they said ur internet pack has been deactivated, but how it can happen because the pack has a validity of 30 days, so how the pack get deactivaed in just 7 days, last month i faced the same problem when i recharged my number with rs 250 internet pack on 31jan 2013, but from its start deducting charges from my balance from 6th feb, so this same problem happened with me secont time, and still docomo is unable to tell the valid reason why this happened with me again, i want refund or one month internet pack, plz help me with my complaint, and i registerd a complaint with tata docomo on 3rd march with complaint number PSMR12061531, BUT MY PROBLEM NOT SOLVED YET.

DEAR SIR/MAM,THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE REQUEST SO MANY TIMES TO THE TATA COMPANY REGARDING CLOSE MY NO.
BUT AFTER RECEIVING MY REQUEST THEY CALL ME AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR NOT DISCONECET. I NEVER ACCECT THE REQUEST AND THEY CONTINUE MY NO AND BILLS.
I AM SO FED UP...LAST TIME I PAID 1600/-RS FOR THE SAME STATING THAT AFTER PAYING THIS NO. IS DISCONTINUE BUT STILL I AM GETTING THE BILL .
