sim blocking

Respected sir/madam,
I lost my sim card four days ago and i requested the company customer care executive to block my sim which i have lost.
The executive said that the sim will be blocked with in 3 hours. But the sim is not blocked and already three days have past, there is no response from the customer care service(getting busy every time i called). So please block my sim from misuse....

At store Channel sales manager of Bhavnagar Mr Hitesh replied that company store will not provide any recharge service which cost less than hundred rupees, as instructed by higher authority. how company refuse to provide service to their customer???...

Wrong deduction of mobile balance

I made a special recharge of Rs/- 151 which provides 350 minutes of talk-time from the web-site of Tata Docomo on 7th March, 2013. I recharged it only once, but they have deducted my money twice and hence they have deducted Rs/- 302 from my mobile balance. The number I recharged is [protected].
They are making fraud here, because recharging twice for the same recharge using the option "Pay by your current Mobile Balance"...

Harassment for payment of bill

Pre-Paid Disconnected without intimation

I am using Tata Docomo prepaid connection mobile no ([protected]) for the past 3 years. Suddenly on 12-Feb-2013 I am unable to call or receive any more, I was surprised and called customer care. I was told to submit address and id proof documents. But how come without any notice the service will be disconnected just like that ? cheating people saying unlimited 3g data

Docomo is palying ads of providing 1gb 3g data and unlimted 2g after that for 1 month for rs 250 and with 222 talktime.
when i recharge for 250 rs online its only providing 222 talktime and saying that 3g data is only when you buy it from retailer. No where in the ads they mention it, and Docomo customer support guy shows it as my mistake.
they are actually fooling people without telling hidden conditions, And moreover...

fake activation for call me tune

Today[protected] at 2;10 pm i have got a message from TATA DOCOMO that "Your call me tune has been activated thru OBD channel with Rs30for 30Days and will renew on[protected]".actually i have never applied for any kind of offer and it started automatically and i can not be able to call customer care number 121 due to low balance so my request is to stop the offer and return my balance.
