Sir,
After porting my number from reliance to DOCOMO, at first it offered me 100sms/day for charging just for the 1st sms Rs.1. But now it is charging for all the SMSes i send. What to do?????
Also they should provide me 1GB gprs data, but i've got only 100MB data.

I have received SMS from TATA DOCOMO numbers as below

Would like to get details of these numbers if possible. Whether one person or many are involved. Would likde to add that the SMS are harmless and neutral as till now.

    On 6march,13. My balance of Rs.34 has been deducted.i contact to customer care,she said that your mobile number([protected]) has been activated with VAS Service.I said that i have not been activated.if suppose i am wrong,currently TRAI has issued a rule to all mobile companies to send a confirmation message.but they didn't send.and i personally used this number for net purpose only and there is no chances to activate this VAS Service by me.
    So,lastly i want to say please kindly take some action.

    Tata Docomo — Service activated

    Dear Sir,
    From last 2 months many services are automatically activated on my number.
    Some news services also activated & no one can tall me true keyword for deactivating it.
    It goes on renewing. msgs come from number +57272 jagran news.
    Also some jokes services renewd directly.Pls I don't want any of this services.
    I hav lossed more than Rs.80 due to them. pls give early rply.
    I am giving this complaint 3rd time. This time i will be changed service using number portability.

      I had recharged my Tata Photon Whiz ([protected]) on 28.01.2013 with an amount of Rs. 1499 (3 months unlimited). But my Internet had not worked since then. It shows no signal strength (snapshot attached). I have called customer care around 15-20 times and emailed to Tata Teleservices officials around 7-8 times. But after 40 days of frustration, I get to know that they are not providing Internet services at my village Khadur Sahib and even they are not returning my money back.

      One more complaint against Tata Photon Whiz is that their plan for 3 months unlimited Internet is get it recharged with Rs. 777. But I was unaware of that and I had recharged it from their website (www.tatadocomo.com) and it showed me the wrong options of recharge, (snapshot attached) which were not applicable for my number [protected] (I came to know about it from one of tata docomo's customer care executives). But I was unaware, so had recharged with Rs. 1499 and even after spending that much money, I am not able to get internet services.

      Sir, it is my humble request to do some action and help me in getting my money back.

        The service provider has automatically activated the "Endlesss Music" service on my number without my concern.
        They have been Charged Rs 60 . Please help me get m y money back . I have decided to change my Service Provider .

        Docomo Service — Nuisance created by Docomo

        I was a Docomo suscriber. Suddenly one day I came to know that a subscription of I Player got activated in my mobile phone. Each day Rs 5 used to get deducted from my balance because of this. I called up customer care atleast 10 times to remove this service. I even tried to remove it online through my docomo account. But it did not get removed.

        Frustrated by the sheer reluctance shown by Docomo I applied for MNP.

        I am a student and I cannot afford such charges being deducted from my balance each day. The customer care which is apparently there to help us added to my grievances. As a customer and as a citizen what do I learn?? Each day so many people like me are troubled by such undesirable subscriptions ( which we don't even suscribe to) . But when we call up Customer Care they say that it is we who have suscribed to the services and we suffer because we do not have evidence. Is this how big businesses in India make money????

        Even I got charged by Rs. 60 on 1st June for ENDLESS MUSIC service. Which was never activated by me and it is activated by Tata Docomo itself, without my permission.

        Please help me to get my money back.

        In two days I lost Rs.340. It Is preposterous. This endless music gets activated and eats up whatever money I recharged, Rs.75 four times and Rs.40 once. Customer care either promises to refund, which never happens or just says its self activating and they can do nothing to assure that does not happen again. In spite of so many people having this problem through Docomo, I do not understand why they are not doing anything about it.
        I will be forced to change my service provider in this case. No point using a sim, if it doesnot hold money!!!

        Without any message or making call to activate this service Its been activated.
        Now I am tired of this type of Docomo Services. If it will resolve soon, I will change the Cellular service provider.

        I cant effort this type expenses again n again n I am not a fool to continue using the docomo.
        Return my money back or I shut off the service.

          I submitted a written application for cancellation of my Tata Photon Plus at their Punjagutta Office on 14/01/13. My account no for Tat Photon is A staff by name Arvind asked me to pay the remaining due amount which I promptly paid and he said my request for cancellation will be processed. But my request was not processed and they are continuing to bill me even after my application for cancellation of the internet service. I went to the office where the staff rudely behaved with me and the same Arvind said that he will resend the request for cancellation again. He gave me a new request NO[protected] on March 2nd.

            I am a Tata Docomo Customer (It feels so bad to mention myself like that now),

            One important matter is i have taken postpaid connection with unlimited calls and unlimited internet. paying more than 1100 but bill have crossed 1600 every time.

            i got my mobile postpaid bill of Jan/2013 and i found its much more than expected and i thought it might be a mistake. then in the month of Feb 2013 it repeated and i gone through the bill and i got to find out that an extra of 396 in Jan and 348 in Feb mention on name o[censored]sage of Tata Docomo Dive in usage. When i called to customer care they said that you have visited dive in. I had not click or visit any such link. and when i talked with the customer care assistant they behaved in such a bad manner and mentioned like 'what the hell do u want' (one mentioned himself as Raja and rejected to give reference number for the call) also he sounded like me to go and look for any other service provider and they cant support me. is this the way Tata Docomo provide customer support?.(Same kind of response from one called Vijay (Customer Assitant - Tata Docomo)). And the most important thing is that the bill shows that i have used 1 sec duration of Tata docomo Dive in and they charged 99 Rs and they have charged me repeatedly on same manner every time. when i browsed through Google, I found various other feedback of Tata Docomo customers on the same mater mentioning Tata Docomo cheating customer on the name of such hidden options and charges the customers even without their consent or making the customers unaware of such things.

            Therefore i request you to take a look in to this matter soon

            i had gone through your procedures and TATA DoCoMo couldn't resolve the matter. there are making fun out of the customer and telling i[censored] dont need you have to pay the amount and can try for any other network.

              I lost my sim card four days ago and i requested the company customer care executive to block my sim which i have lost.
              The executive said that the sim will be blocked with in 3 hours. But the sim is not blocked and already three days have past, there is no response from the customer care service(getting busy every time i called). So please block my sim from misuse.

                Sub : Request for migration from post paid to prepaid not done even after 23 days
                No confirmation of Rs. 350 paid in Cash for prepaid plan
                Dear Sir,
                I have postpaid tata docomo 3G connection no. [protected] with tariff plan 3G Dongle 1000-6GB UNL. Since I have no more use of internet, I had requested to opt for migration to prepaid plan at Tata Docomo Store, Chakli Circle, Racecourse, Vadodara on 11th February, 2013. Your staff Miss. Vandana Patel told me to pay the bill upto 11th February, 2013. I paid the bill and fill up form for Prepaid with 2 passport size photos and Driving licence copy and Rs. 350 for prepaid plan.
                After few days on 19th February, 2013 I visited the store again and inquired for whether my connection transferred to prepaid or not, but it was not done. I was told to pay the bill amount of Rs.150 and assured by your staff Miss. Vandana Patel and Mr. Kishan that after bill payment your account will be transferred to prepaid.
                Today when I call to your customer care no. [protected], Miss. Amarjit tell me that my post paid connection is still continue and not transferred to prepaid and also asked to complain to the same Tata Docomo Store where I had given request and fill up form for prepaid plan. I went to the store and inquire, I was surprised that my prepaid plan filled up form was still there and no process was done. Miss. Vandana Patel was transferred and when contected she told that I have to fill up another form. There was no confirmation of Rs. 350 which I had paid while filling the prepaid connection form for prepaid plan. There was no proper answer and solution from your staff and Mr. Kishan told me that he will inquire and contact me within 1 hour, but he didn’t contact me.
                I request you to please look into the matter and since I had requested to close my postpaid plan on 11th February, 2013 Kindly waive my bill amount totally after that date and please migrate my number from postpaid to prepaid with Rs. 350 plan which I had already paid.
                Please do needful and oblige.

                  On 25th Feb, 2013 I went to Tata Docomo brand store, Waghwadi, Bhavnagar, Gujarat for recharging of Rs. 45 as special recharge to extend my 30p/min scheme which I regular did. At store Channel sales manager of Bhavnagar Mr Hitesh replied that company store will not provide any recharge service which cost less than hundred rupees, as instructed by higher authority. how company refuse to provide service to their customer??? I also submit this complaint to appellate authority of Gujarat circle twice but there were no reply. why did customer not get facilities from company's outlet. is it true that Tata company do so????

                  Docomo — less recharge outlets

                  I have a tata docomo connection and there are very very very less recharge outlets available in shimla city

                    I made a special recharge of Rs/- 151 which provides 350 minutes of talk-time from the web-site of Tata Docomo on 7th March, 2013. I recharged it only once, but they have deducted my money twice and hence they have deducted Rs/- 302 from my mobile balance. The number I recharged is [protected].
                    They are making fraud here, because recharging twice for the same recharge using the option "Pay by your current Mobile Balance" is not allowed by their web-site itself (Which I chose to recharge). A message similar to "Pay by your current mobile balance is allowed only once in a week for one recharge option" is displayed if you try to use it second time. How can something happen(double recharge) which is not allowed by them? (Fault from their system of course)

                    Also, they send you verification code through SMS when you choose the option "Pay by your current Mobile Balance". I received it only once and entered it only once. How could they make a recharge twice in that case?
                    I tried to explain this to their senior CC executive named Dnyanesh Dhumal (who could not understand English and could barely speak Hindi) at Pune CC, but he kept saying that "Nothing can be done as it has been done by you".

                    Please help!

                      helo i am naveen and number is [protected], from punjab, i have recharged my number with rs 250 unlimited internet pack on 25 feb 2013, but suddenly from 3rd march charges start deducting from my main balance, then i called customer care they said ur internet pack has been deactivated, but how it can happen because the pack has a validity of 30 days, so how the pack get deactivaed in just 7 days, last month i faced the same problem when i recharged my number with rs 250 internet pack on 31jan 2013, but from its start deducting charges from my balance from 6th feb, so this same problem happened with me secont time, and still docomo is unable to tell the valid reason why this happened with me again, i want refund or one month internet pack, plz help me with my complaint, and i registerd a complaint with tata docomo on 3rd march with complaint number PSMR12061531, BUT MY PROBLEM NOT SOLVED YET.

                        I had stopped using the Photon from November 2012. I had cleared the bill for october and called the customer care to cancel the connection and pickup the device from me. Few days later i get a call from customer care asking why i am not using? I informed i no more require the device. The customer care informed to keep the device for the next six months and i dont have to pay the bill. After six months i can decided to cancel. Now from the billing department they are pestering every month on the bill payment. I like to file a complaint on harrsment

                          I am using Tata Docomo prepaid connection mobile no ([protected]) for the past 3 years. Suddenly on 12-Feb-2013 I am unable to call or receive any more, I was surprised and called customer care. I was told to submit address and id proof documents. But how come without any notice the service will be disconnected just like that ? We told that we have not received any intimation regarding this, the reply was "sorry for that".

                          I approached the Tata Docomo Service center @ Nizampet, Hyderabad. I was told that the "FORMS" were not available and they asked me to come back after 10days. When I approached them again they told that you number is disconnected. This is a shock to us.

                          First thing without any intimation the number is barred from the service and disconnected. We lost the number and the balance amount init.
                          When we question the Service center guys, they behave very badly ... completely non co-operative. They was saying "take it lite and go for new connection", was this a kind of reply to the customer. The mobile numbers will be linked to Bank accounts and many more services, how can these people just disconnect without any reason or prior notice.

                          When we called that customer care, it was more worst response. They just disconnected without giving reply.

                          We lost number, we lost money and we had to hear and face stupid people representing Tata DOCOMO.

                          We realized that the TATA DOCOMO Service is WORST. Let's imagine with this practice how much money DOCOMO is making by just disconnecting without intimation and without helping customer.

                          Tata Docomo — Disconnection sim Without Intimation

                          Dispite of submitting All papers and completing all formalities my SIM card has been disconnected without any prior intimation to me. On inquiry from Customer care centre it has been intimated that money will not be refunded and not provide new sim .

                            Dear Sir,
                            I was a post-paid user of Tata docomo cellular services. I was having two numbers and got this conncetion in the month of Aug 2012. Very soon I realised bad services of Tata docomo and I had ported both the number to Idea cellular dated 28th Nov 2012. There is a security deposit of Rs.850 against each numbers and as per Tata docomo policy security deposit amount will be refundable after 3 months of discontinuation from service. Sorry to say that 3 months has gone but my security deposit was never returned back.

                            Tata is no doubt a very good company in India and abroad as well but this particular entity of Tata is ruining good name of Tata. Very bad services!!! Shame on Tata docomo!!!

                              Docomo is palying ads of providing 1gb 3g data and unlimted 2g after that for 1 month for rs 250 and with 222 talktime.
                              when i recharge for 250 rs online its only providing 222 talktime and saying that 3g data is only when you buy it from retailer. No where in the ads they mention it, and Docomo customer support guy shows it as my mistake.
                              they are actually fooling people without telling hidden conditions, And moreover now a days all people recharge online especially who avail data packs. but they are not providing 3g pack option for online rechargers.
                              Its actually i unncessarily taken headache of trying to avail that service that cause metal frustration after talking to customer care.
                              please teach docomo a lesson for not to cheat people again.

                                Tata Docomo is the worst services I have ever experienced in my life!! Even though the sim cards are not in use there is bill generated, there is no proper customer service and I wonder why should one pay for unused services!! The sim cards are thrown in the dustbin even then bills are generated and getting calls for bill payment, if you ask for cancellation they ask us to meet the tata docomo centre and they reply call customer services. There are no proper customer service contact numbers given and not even one time they pick the calls. Then where is the tata docomo customer services.. whooom should we contact for sim card cancellations????

                                  i have also the same problem...

                                  My Tata Docomo Number is ([protected]).Previously I have used this no in airtel and then i have ported out to docomo after my due amount and then i used in TATA DOCOMO service for more than one month.Suddenly my incoming was aborted and then i have contacted docomo customer care service then they told me that my previous airtel bill was not paid.so they aborted my incoming calls.And immediately i made my bill payment..I want to know that why the airtel interviened during my TATA DOCOMO usage after cleared my pending payments also why airtel and docomo hesitated to activate my service.If you given such kind of poor service then why you are conveyancing other network uses to TATA DOCOMO.If i have not recieved solution of activation of sim for the same number([protected]) within 24 hours then i wil take it up legally and will forward my experience with TATA DOCOMO in social networks...

                                        I'm facing lot of trouble with this network. Most of the time when I call, its getting connected to others ongoing call. I need to call more than once to get connected. Also I need to stand in one place to hear clearly. The signal is showing full. I have given lot of complaints regarding this and till now no action have been taken. Also whenever I move from one room to another room internet services is getting ceased.
