99/- Amount Deducted from Balance without any valid reason.

Again suffering from same issue by Tata Docomo.

Yesterday, i was using my phone and suddenly one popup came and it was showing "Your Dive-In service activated on your number and 99 Rs. deducted from your account"

This kind of issue is now more than enough with me, and now it is over head, I have mailed to Docomo on [protected]@tatadocomo.com and they have replied and credited only 51Rs back in my account...

Charged even after taking unlimited offer

I am Srinivasulu. I am using Tata Docomo past 1.2 years. past few months i am utilizing Rs666 unlimited package. last rechage done on Feb-19th Rs 666. still 4 more days validity is available, but, from yesterday (March-13th) night what ever i do local calls is charging.

I have called 6 time to the customer care and they or interest to take complaint on this and saying answers.

Postpaid to prepaid

Hi,
I am using Docomo post paid number ( [protected]), on Feb 16th 2013, I've given complaint ( complaint no.[protected] to prepaid migration,they said documents was not clear and closed the complaint.So, again on March 6th 2013, I have given complaint ( complaint no.[protected] by give required documents, again Docomo has closed the complaint with out any reason, when I call to customer care on 121 they are not telling any reason.Please...

not responding for money refund

i have been charged Rs.120 for caller tune activation.then i called customer care and asked for deactivating the service and refund of my money.they told they will refund the amount Rs.120 in 2 days.after waiting for 6 days i called to customer care again and they said they will refund Rs.30 now and the remaining Rs.90 will be refunded in 4 days.then again i called them after one week and finally i called them 5 times but they are not even...

I bought a Docomo number to use, I have not activated any value added services while buying the connection. I have used the number for two days and connection was terminated saying my unbilled amount is 2500 Rs, spoke to customer care and they informed that i have activated 3G and the unbilled amount is for that and asked me to pay that 2500 and connection will be active again. MISLEADING SELL OF PRODUCT

unsatisfied network

I am a regular customer of Tata photon. My photon no. is [protected] post-paid connection but for the last three months, I am not at all satisfied with the services they people are providing. So I asked them to disconnect my connection, but every time I did so their retention department called up and gave excuses, I asked them to transfer me to photon prepaid but they said that they can’t do it for that I have to go to their service center...

VAS Service activated without any confirmation message

On 6march,13. My balance of Rs.34 has been deducted.i contact to customer care,she said that your mobile number([protected]) has been activated with VAS Service.I said that i have not been activated.if suppose i am wrong,currently TRAI has issued a rule to all mobile companies to send a confirmation message.but they didn't send.and i personally used this number for net purpose only and there is no chances to activate this VAS Service...
