      I have purchased a Tata Photon Max Device with post-paid connection. My Photon No. is [protected]. In few days, I realized that they are not delivering that plan to me for which I am paying. I contact them and they said that I need to enhance my plan and budget to satisfy my need. I did the same but I didn't see any significant result. Finally, I have decided to quit from this suffering. And I talked to their executive to do the same. From here, they start doing mentally torturing me. They called me up and said..Sir, your bill is pending. Pay that as soon as possible. I said I have paid all the dues and already requested to terminate the connection one month before. They said...your connection is not terminated yet now...a monthly bill is generated (without any usage, they do so). Then I said ok, now tell me the way to get rid off from that. They said. We are sending our executive at your home..Please pay all your dues (which was generated without any usage) and he'll give you the service termination letter. I said..Ok, and I did the same..Paid 2000 for that and get the termination letter. After that, their executive call me every month and said..Sir, your bill is pending..I use to explain whole scenario and said to look into this matter. They said..Ok, we'll check out this and get back to you. But they never call me back. Finally, one day..a person called me up and he said that he is a lawyer of the company and tell me that the company has lodged a case against me..You have to present in the court by tomorrow. And if you didn't do that...your case will proceed and court will issue a summon against you..A said that if something happens like this...you won't be able to take any loan in the future, you'll not be able to study in abroad..and blah-blah..Then I said...look sir, I am a working man & I won't to get into all this. So, please tell me..what to do..he said..your file is in my hand and if you make the payment of Rs.2194 and I'll send the NOC right now at your email ID. I said, sir please let me allow one day..I'll send the service termination letter to you on your email ID. He said..I don't know anything..I'm not the employee of the company..I'm the lawyer...Rest is upto you..At that time, I just get blank and made the online payment of Rs. 2194 (Transc. ID MSPD[protected] )..After all of this, this didn't stop here...When I cross check after all of this whether they terminate my connection or not..I get shocked, still my connection is alive and starts getting the mails of pending bills once again....Now, I am completely feeling that I have been cheated and looted by this fraud company. They have taken my hard earned money (approx. Rs.4194) from me..I'll never ever use any product of this company...Please help me in this aspect and provide me my money back

        On 17-march-2013 I was recharged 250 to get
        unlimited 3g,
        now I got 222.51 balance as
        they mentioned in the plan but the unlimited
        3g data
        is not enabled.
        l hv tryied to call tata docomo custmer care,
        but I find that they blocked my call,they blocked me when i complaint a unknown balance deduction problem a few months ago
        because they don't want to hear my complaints and whenever i recharge they deduct my balance i don't why...
        l want my deduct balance back and no more
        dduction any more,and i want my unlimited 3g plan enabled.

        and my. Rs 212.50 balance validity is showe for
        only 17 april,2013.
        pls sir pls fix this problem as soon as

          hello,

          I had recharged my number for the 45 rs call plan which i did by mistake. so i then recharged for rs 129 as well as rs 6 pack . but the now the problem is the 45 pack is interfering ( or is in the top prority as told by customer care ) with my rs 129 and rs 6 pack and i cannot get the benefits of 129 and 6 pack !. please deactivate or cancel the 45 rs pack ! Help me here ! i am trying to contact the customer care since a month and even till now a solution has not come up ! please do contact me ! this is highly frustrating now.

              Hi There,

              This is in regard with the TATA DOCOMO DATA CARD NO: [protected].

              To begin with, I had purchased this connection from ACCENTURE Bangalore (Bang 6) kiosk under the corporate plan ‘5GBUL’ on 21st Feb-2013.

              The connection was activated on 22nd evening, and I started using the device. After using the device for precisely 1 and a half day, the device got disconnected.
              On enquiring in the customer care I was informed that the bill has reached somewhere around 3200 Rs.

              On further enquiring on how it reached to such a big amount. I was informed that I had used the connection while on roaming.

              So now my first question is ‘WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED ABOUT THE ROAMING CHARGES INVOLVED WHILE PURCHASING THE DEVICE?’.

              It is the responsibility of the DOCOMO representative to explain the product he is selling as being a customer I could only believe what he tells me to believe.

              I even asked the POC if I would be getting proper speed in Pondicherry (being my home town) and even then it did not strike him to inform me about the roaming, in which case I would have opted for the free roaming device.

              Tata Docomo considers itself to be the best customer service provider and if this is the kind of service we are receiving then I am not sure what the definition of ‘best’ is.

              I need a solution on this from their side as I will not bear the loss caused by the inefficiency of your representative to explain his product at any cost.

              I was promised that on paying 2200 (approx) for the device, I would be provided 90 days of free internet usage under the corporate plan (5GBUL) and this is what I would be expecting from TATA DOCOMO.

              Please take this as a priority and a personal request.

                I called to customer care about my problem.
                They replied this offer doesn't work on this area.so kindly

                THIS IS FOR ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE TAKEN THE PAINS TO REPORT THIS AGENCY ON THE NET.OUR LIFE IS SO BUSY AND WE HAVE ACTUALLY TRUSTED AGENCIES LIKE THESE AND HANDED OVER THE DEMANDED DEPOSITS. WE ARE REALLY IN NEED AND WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A SITUATION REQUIRING HIRED HELP WHEN THESE AGENCIES DUPE US. NATURALLY WE DO NOT HAVE THE TIME OR THE POSSIBILITY TO BRING THESE AGENCIES TO BOOK, IE :TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM. BUT, WHEN WE ARE OUT OF THE SITUATION AND WE HAVE TIME, WE SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.WE COULD START WITH DRAWING A CONTRACT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SIGN, FAILING WHICH LEGAL ACTION IS POSSIBLE. I KNOW, THE FIRST THING THAT COMES TO YOUR MIND IS THAT THEY WILL NOT AGREE. REMEMBER, THERE IS A FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING. AGENCIES LIKE THESE CHEAT US BECAUSE WE ALLOW THEM TO.                   I am a tata docomo prepaid customer in Andhra pradesh. I have recharged with 250 rs on 16/03/13.i got 222 rs talk time+2 gb data. after few hours i got a message that i have activated 95 rs data plan.when i checked my balance then my balance came down to 127 rs.then i checked my gprs data balance then i have only 1 gb but actually i was having 2 gb. then i called to customer care then they said that i have only activated the pack and after some time of argue they said that i was having an auto renewal pack of 95 rs.but till now i did not even recharge with 95 rs then why will i activate it to auto renewal.after sometime they said that "from next time it wont be happen sorry for this time".after some more time of argue they said that they will refund money in 4 hours but they don't refund till now i need my 2 gb back.and till now i did not get my money back.my number is [protected]

                      I bought TATA DOCOMO in 2012 Diwali and tried to connect from my home town, but it was not able to connect. So I raised the complaint and asked to resolve it. But there technical team told me they never provide the service in remote area, so I called the customer care and told them to closed the connection. They said they will close it. After that we had a communication over phone that they will disconnect the number and i have to pay the bill amount only Rs.400 for that they agreed to pay the bill only if they are able to return me the amount which i paid for device.
                      Now dated on 16th March 2013 i got a call from 1 lawyer([protected]) and she said TATA DOCOMO filled the complaint to court against me and forced me to pay the bill by amount Rs. 1600, which was there mistake, because of there people in-sufficient knowledge I paid the bill.

                        Can anyone help me with the customer care number of Docomo, 121 & the toll free number only gives instruction, but i want to talk directly with the customer care executives, Today I recharged Rs 161 through internet banking, but after that I found the amount was deducted,but I did not get the talk time of 400 minutes.I thought of talking to the cc executives, but dialing the customer care number did not help me a little bit.

                                but those guys doesnt seem to be interested in my complains
                                they r neither giving any feedbacks nor any replies

                                I recently ported in to Tata docomo my no [protected] fro from airtel. I sent a request to activate STV18 for that Rs 18 is chargable, but the company deducted four time that money from my balence 18*4= Rs.72. I contected the customer care and register a complaint, the give me a complaint no. and a date by which the problem will resolve. But within the time limit the problem was not resolved then I again contected the customer service then the replied me that their tech team had make me two calls but no one has replied thefore my complaint were cancelled.

                                I fact they did not make me any call because I did never received their call. By the way there no any need to make me call becaue every thing related to compaint was given in complaint.

                                They are trying to cheat customer by such unfair deduction.

I didn't download any thing from that website even i was charged 99 rs. Twice. Total 198 I clicked only on liveTV link which is not chargable. I request u to refund my balance which you deducted. This is cheater web site. They have not manationed on livetv link that you will be charged here Rs.99. My account is been deducted for rs 5/- every 3 days stating this is for internet package which I have activated. Past 3 days when this issue came I called up customer care but no response is taken against my problem. Everytime i called customer care for this problem but they take no action.                                 my number is [protected]. i got a message from a NETWAP service that "subscription to bollywood has been renewed at rs.1 upto[protected] for 00 mins. To stop. dial 155223." when i dial these number for deactivation it says i haven't any active pack.this service charges 1rs/day. if its not showing under the list of activated pack then why the money is deducted from my balance?? and i cant even deactivate it. I everyday call to customer care but they are not giving satisfactory answer. seems lyk they also don't have enough knowledge about the problem. This is getting so irritating. so plz stop that messages and refund my money. From almost last 2 months i m getting this messages and the deduction is so unfair.

                                This is the second complaint I am lodging on tata docomo. On 9th Oct, I had recharged with Rs.43 plan. The plan says that for local mobiles half paisa per second ( i.e., 30 p/minute) would be charged and the first call would be charged as 2p/second. But when I made the SECOND call, my duration of the call was 7 seconds and the call charge was 16p and still all calls are charged more.

                                Why is this happening?

                                I called customer care but they are not responding properly.

                                Plz pay attention towards my complaint and setright it ASAP.

                                  I owned the phone number [protected] tatadocomo postpaid connection. I was using the tatadocomo networks for long time. My mobile limit for this number was 1400. But after using few months, the bill was raised to 2250. After that they have provided a waiver off till 1700 and I paid the bill. But still they are torturing now giving a total bill of 1111. I think you tatadocomo guys should be really ashamed of yourself for irritating the customers like this. The branch office of Bangalore Koramangala guys are the real [censored]s. They are meant for torturing customers. Even though I paid the bill they are still sending the legal notices to me. **** you guys. I want to use very professional language. But you don't deserve it. Please do not ever take postpaid connection from tata docomo. Who ever are seeing this please spread this message. Please.....

                                  Tata Docomo — Unexpected Bill Coming Before request to company for close the connection & my account.

                                  I m Vikas Vikee From Patna,Bihar have purchase a tataphoton connection([protected]) on july 2011,but in october month i had call the customer care to close the accounts whenever paid all the dues,customer care has says give us two-three days to close the accounts.But there r no close my account no any confirmation.On 1 Dec i had again knock to ccc for close the accounts then send a message from ccc "thankyou for notifying us with your issue faced on cancellation and refund at 01/12/2011,15:55:47 hours.your request will be resolved by 03/12/2011 15:55:09 and Ref. number is[protected].The SR Complaint on churn has been raised on [protected].your reference no is[protected].we will resolve your request by 03 dec 11."
                                  In this gapping i have sure that my connection has closed but can't happen.Conection are allready open as earlier.My childrens are using at my home without permission in recent last two months.Tata Customer care call me to paid the dues bills, sudden i awake my coonection is till open.
                                  i again call to ccc & told him I[censored] had closed my connection on october or december , i shall have no pain for dues bill.ccc suggest me that sure that face u trouble & give me a case id[protected] will be rtesolved by 02/08/2012 11:15:48.
                                  A man from tataindicom called after two days tell me to pay all dues bill,there r no mistake from tataindicom side & give me a message"The sr complaint on churn raised on [protected] has been closed.[protected]:57 am.

                                  Note To Points:-
                                  1. If my connction has closed in october why i take a pain.
                                  2.What is the commitment of a reputed company.
                                  3.Why i shoud stress about dues bill & call to paid.
                                  4.call by me about the closing never call by comapny about my compalin status.

                                  I had tatadocomo postpaid 3G connection with number [protected] and relationship number[protected].
                                  I had shifted my factory to new location where tatadocomo coverage was near to none and when receive its speed is even lower than old age dial-up connection (i agree it was due to low network). So I planned to change the service provider, and for it I went to its nearby office for cancellation.
                                  First the officer in charge told me that I have to cancel by calling their customer-care number so I called there and then the call-center person said they cannot take the request directly and said I have to give it in written to their office. During this time of 2-3 visits to their office and calling customer care number my new bill was generated.
                                  Then their officer at their docomo office told me that I have to pay both due bills then only they can accept the request (note: both bill was without usage as no network). I thought lets pay if the issue gets close.
                                  Paid both bill and cancellation request was accepted on 5/9/2012 (with dully signed xerox for proof), after few days I got call from their customer call center for not cancelling the connection. They tried every step to convince me and also offered me to shift to prepaid connection, I replied that first cancel my this postpaid connection and then If I needed I would take other prepaid connection.

                                  Few days gone, I thought its done, then again the the bill started generating.
                                  I mailed the issue to [protected]@tatadocomo.com (as they say in their bills for any query).
                                  No reply.
                                  I called customer-care toll free number and got reply that they have not received the cancellation request at all.
                                  How come ? as I have received the call for stopping the cancellation from their side only.

                                  this issue continue to 2-3 months, bills generation, and me making emails and calls to customer center.
                                  Finally I called the customer care number around 1st march 2013 complaining the issue and told them that I have the written proof for their acceptation of cancellation request, so finally they registered my complaint and was solved on 3rd of march 2013 with a call from MR. Sunny from their customer care call-center with accepting that they had received the request on September 2012 and giving me the waiver of all due bills since my last cancellation request and forwarded me to the cancellation department and the connection was cancelled.

                                  Again the question is, if they can cancel the connection from call center end, why they had not done before and charged me two bills initially (which I had paid without making any issue to close the connection)

                                  Finally I thought all done, and again i was wrong.

                                  Again new bill generated, and over and above I got threatening call claimed to be from delhi court for claim o[censored]npaid invoice from number [protected] and gave me number of Some advocate MR. RK Sharma [protected], I called him and he threatened me to make payment in 1 hour, I tried to explain the issue but was stopped in between that they are not tata docomo employees and so cant take any explanations as this is legal matter, and forced me to make payment or come to delhi when called from court.

                                  I called call-centers, went their offices and got the issue that the waiver was registered on 3rd of march but still not deducted from my account till 21st of march. How come as its above 15 days, are they such overloaded with work or worst customer care service ? God knows. Mean while the calls with MR RK Sharma (claimed to be advocate). So finally I paid the amount to come out of issue even after the company had accepted that it was their mistake as I had personally seen the complaints registered on the centralized system of tatadocomo when I went to their office for this issue.

                                  Lets see if they still generate the bills or stops it. And I get refund of my paid money as it was already waivered by the company.

                                    I have recently took a DOCOMO sim with 2 GB + 5 GB offer for 300 Rs. My SIM has been activated on 4th March 2013.
                                    I tried to use it but it says it has been barred. Next day i tried to recharge my number but it says that all outgoing calls has been barred.
                                    Now I can only receive SMS. I am not able to get Calls nor able make calls nor send SMS. Even i am unable to contact Customer care since my
                                    balance is zero. I visited DOCOMO showroom in Pattom to find an solution but they too failed to help me saying that my moblie set has a problem.
                                    I even checked my Mobile handset unfortunately it working good.Please help me in finding an solution.

                                    out going from the sim was barred on 04.03.2014...when I called
                                    customer care they informed me to submit the documents which I have
                                    submitted at the time of purchase of the sim...ie. my DL copy( they have
                                    not mentioned the time also before which I should submit the docs) .
                                    This was the first time I came to know that I have to re submission of
                                    documents. But as I was out of station on 05.03.2014 I couldnot submit
                                    the document on 05.03.2014. But when I tried to submit the document
                                    today (06.03.2014), I came to know from the executive at tatadocomo
                                    customercare centre that the sim is already disconnected.
                                    I am using this sim number for all my bank transactions and so many
                                    other important matters like for my credit card transactions, for
                                    official works, policy docs, irctc etc...If my sim is blocked, it will
                                    be very difficult for me to change the mobile number in all the above
                                    said accounts and some cases it is not possible also...

                                      I had registered my first complain with TATA on 8th Feb, 13 with regards to faulty instrument.. Till date I have registered 4 complaints & every time they have closed my request with a commitment new instrument within 48 hrs.. I request for cancellation not attended more than 45 days, neither have they provided me basis services of faulty instrument replacement. Company neither providing attention to my complaints, nor processing my cancellation request for connection & sending me monthly bills... which I strongly appose.. very very pathetic service standards associated with TATA brand.
