[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — deduction of amount

Regarding my connection [protected] of TATA DOCOMO. I have activated 250 rs recharge for 3G unlimited data and full talk time. But still I am not able to get connection to the network. I have been made call to your customer care number problem not solved. And without my request deducted the amount of 120 rs and I called the Customer care again to bring the notice. I told that to deactivate whatever service is activated with my knowledge and bring back my amount which deducted from my account unnecessary. After two days its won’t come to my account again I tried get connection to customer care I am not able to get the connection. In this case what I can do? Please help me out for those two issues immediately

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using Tata Docomo for about 1 year.
Recently they deducted my account by their own without my subscription.
I lost my money. I spoke to customer care.
But they are not refunding the amount. Pls Be careful when any amount is deducted from your account
unnecessarily.

hi my name is kannan,my mobile number is [protected]... i have been deduce 10rs for cricket tips by juvaraj for the forthtime.... all the time i made a complaint to the customer care they recharge the amount and i told them to deactivate the service which was activated with out my prior knowledge all the time they said sorry and said that the package was deactivated ... but today 30-may-2011 again they deduce 10rs from my balance and i made a call to customer care the said it will be deactivated suddenly i got a message from 54321194 that rs30 was deduce for cricket package activation... totally i lost 40rs today itself...
i already got my request no from customer care for future use here i give it below:

unneccesary deduction of amount on activating radio mirchi....this is not for the first time,more than 10 times it's happened..if longer persists the same, no doubt of changing network..please refund me my money back..where even customers are also not interacting correctly..
Sir, I subramani living in Bangalore. My mobile number is [protected]. I had activated internet pack on may 28th night 11.45pm. I got deducted of 75 rupees for activation of internet which I preferred. Later on I had balance amount of 87 rupees. I started browsing for some time n later wen I checked thee amount at morning 29th may, my balance was only 2 rupees. So it happens frequently, if I ask to the manager he is telling that we can only deactivate the services and they can't refund the amount deducted. So I need the amount back sir.

Hi dude,

i also recharged my docomo number with 250/- for full talk time and unlimited 3G, i got it work you have to change the settings in apn to TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC and i have to inform you my friend this offer contains only 1 gb of 3G data after that you will get 2G speed. i know it sucks..:(

Docomo had deducted Rs.10 and also Rs.1/day (2 to 3 times) from my account. ([protected])
This happened like, when i unlocked my phone, i got a message that some service was activated and the amount was deducted.
This had happened previously, when flash messages used to come, and I accidentally click on it. But this time, even without any such flash ads coming, the amount was deducted. Please reimburse my money without delay. (Not less than Rs.15).
i have recharged an amount of ₹.250 and get only ₹222 but their monthly rental chart of march promise to give full talktime.

and one another complain is about auto renewal of GPRS service and deducted my previous GPRS pack of 2GB and gives only 1GB and charged me an amount of ₹69 and deducted from my balance. and they are also not receiving calls at 198 which is complain number, i had tried previously also to disconnect autorenewal but they didn't reciaved my call and right now also they are not receiving. And they also send me message of giving 1GB data at charged price but they give only 1GB dat.
