After recharging with 250 special recharge i am inable to connect to internet..
I talked to customer care they told me to message HVC to 52270...then i received the new Internet settings
Tata.docomo.Internethvc installed it....restarted mobile twice-thrice...still unable to even connect to Internet..
It was not the problem before recharging with this 250 scheme.

I am using Tata Docomo post paid services from last 1 month & I have faced hell lot of issues so far I would recommend you to switch to another mobile operator for fair deals.

    I face the problem of deduction in my balance by tata docomo...
    I am very disappointed by tata docomo services N its customer care....
    I got the message from TA-5333300 which shows that
    "you are entitled to FREE content on Tutor on mobile for 3 days.Service will be auto renewed after 3 days for rs. 2 daily."...
    n suddenly my 15 Rs. were deducted....
    Till now i m loosing 2 Rs. daily.....
    I called customer care many times but they are not helping me n nw they don't even ans. my call.....
    I lost my 35 Rs. balance yet.....i hope you will take actions against this.
    Kindly refund my balance & stop this service immediately........

      This is Vasanth from Chennai. I had TATA DOCOMO GSM -PREPAID Connection Aug' 2012 with valid VOTER ID as proof at a Retail shop,

      Shozhinganallur, Chennai . Few days later, I had received a msg that, 'Please submit application form to avoid permanent

      disconnection' from TATA DOCOMO.

      Then I had submitted Application with ID proof again at Tata Docomo Exclusive Store, No 2/82, Opp To 3I Infotech, Old

      Mahabalipuram Road, Thoraipakkam, Chennai - 600097. Afterthat, my outgoing/Incoming calls were barred on 13/09/2012.

      I called that Tata Docomo Exclusive Store, they replied that 'We cannot do anything on this issue' as we had submitted your 2nd

      application. Later they were not even picking up my calls.

      Meanwhile I had raise a request # PPAV[protected] on 13/Sep/2012 and the expected resolution date would be 24/Sep/2012. I was

      waiting more than 10 days from line deactivation
      .
      On 23/Sep/2012, I got a call from TATA DOCOMO, Our Conversation was (a girl on the other side), I said, 'I had application twice

      so far at above mentioned DOCOMO Outlet but line is still not activated. She replied, I will check and call you back in 5 mins.

      She never called me back and the request # PPAV[protected] was updated with 'Please give 72 Hours to activate the line'. Again I

      was waiting more than 72 Hrs from that time.
      MY LINE NEVER ACTIVATED.

      LATER THE REQUEST IS CLOSED WITHOUT RESOLVING THE ACTUAL ISSUE. I PINGED CUSTOMER CARE. THEY REPLIED, AGAIN MY APPLICATION IS NOT

      FOUND IN THE ABOVE SAID DOCOMO OUTLET. SO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION ONCE AGAIN.

      THE BEAUTIES ARE, SHE DIDN'T UPDATED THE OUTLET ADDRESS IN THE REQUEST (WHERE SHE CHECKED) AND CLOSED THE REQUEST WITHOUT

      INITIATING ME (ABOUT APPLICATION IS NOT FOUND).

      NOW ITS CLOSE 2 MONTHS, I AM STRUGGLING WITH DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE AND DOCOMO OUTLET. STILL I AM NOT GETTING WHERE ARE MY SUBMITTED

      APPLICATIONS AND WHAT IS GOING OVER MY APPLICATIONS. IF ANYONE OF THEM INFORM ME ABOUT MY APPLICATIONS STATUS, I AM READY TO HELP

      THEM OUT. EVEN DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE AND DOCOMO OUTLET DOESN'T KNOW WHERE MY APPLICATIONS LYING. I AM COMPLETELY CLUELESS. HENCE I

      AM WRITING THIS TO OPEN FORUM.

      AGAIN I HAVE CREATED ONE MORE REQUST # PPAV[protected] On 29/OCT/2012 WITH RESOLUTION DATE 09/OCT/2012. MEANWHILE MY NO. IS

      DEACTIVATED PERMANENTLY. I PINGED DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE, THEY REPLIED, WHAT TILL RESOLUTION DATE I.E. TOMORROW (09/OCT/2012).

      STILL I DIDN'T GOT A RESOLUTION! EVEN A CALL MEANWHILE!

      As of 08/10/2012
      1. There are 3 applications with valid proofs has been re-submitted for the same issue.
      2. The said issue is existing over 2 month.
      3. There are 2 Request raised for the same so far with 10+10 days expected resolution! NONE OF THEM RESOLVED THE ISSUE.

      I heard before that TATA DOCOMO has poor network coverage but I seen now their Customer Care, Outlet also in poor

      process/communication.

      I advised myself and my friends, Better NOT to buy DOCOMO Connection at Chennai anymore!

      Tata Docomo — Prepaid Connection Activation

      I took prepaid connection at Pune, hadapsar and it was worked for one month. I got SMS to submit the papers again. I went the retailer, he confirmed that no need for submission. They barred the outgoing calls. I submitted the papers in Fatima nagar center a month before and daily i am talking with them. Now a days the call center guys are putting me on hold and they will disconnect the call.
      I want to know, why they rejected my papers 2nd time also. No one ready to tell the reason. IT is very bad experience.
      in the morning I received an sms on my docomo that we can recharge docomo online
      without any extra fees or payment gateway. yaa its true www.babuchak.com is
      marvellous. It also provides daily prizes to be won worth Rs.30, 000 daily just
      to recharge our mobiles.

      we want such sites like www.babuchak.com

      & it also has a very good scheme to win mobile phones at rs.10 only.

      Now in the market there are 2 players to recharge tata-docomo online

      1. www.babuchak.com (Free of cost)

      2. www.ezrecharge.in (takes Rs.6 for recharging Rs.100 & takes Rs.18 extra if you recharge your cell in night)

      I think www.babuchak.com is the right choice without any extra fees & it also has a 24hrs call-center

        I m srinivas my tata docomo no.[protected]. i m using tata docomo number from last 6months.
        i m using tata docomo internet prepaid plan of Rs.65 every month 1GB data free validity-1mnth.
        on 7th september i recharged my number with Rs.65 for above plan which i do every month.
        on 20th sept when i checked my balance days left it was showing valid til 22nd sept instead of 6th oct.
        i got only 15days validity instead of 30 days.
        when i called up customer care executive he said plan has changed you get only 15days validity.
        after recharge how can they change a plan without notice.
        infact i got message from docomo few days before to auto recharge option for internet with Rs.65/- 1GB free Validity-30days.
        for every month.
        Tata docomo should message about its change in plan in coming days. then we would i have not recharged my number after that period.
        when i recharged my number if the old plan was existing then my validity should not be cut-off.
        hope that i will get some response from these people....

        Tata Docomo — Changing of plan without notice

        my mobile no. is [protected] is a post pay connection....the service people have changed plan without my notice...actually i should have 600local minutes and 500 sms for my 299 plan...but they changed to 800local minutes without my notice and charged 60paise for each sms...so total extra bill is nearly 300 rupees....so i want to register my complaint...thanku
        yaha k sabhi log tata docomo use krna like krte he but coverage na hone k vjh se koi tata docomo ka sim card nahi purchase krte... so agr tata docomo ka network yaha sahi rahega to hame ye card use krne me bohttttttttt hi khushi hogi..yaha gujarat k himatnagar city k [gadha] gaw me docomo ka coverage bilkul nai he..so solve this problem...and i hope so...

            I have activated unlimited 3G service of tata Docomo through 250 plan for No [protected] on 4-10-12 but since my activation my 3G service is not running on my phone ... It is showing connection unavailable from day one .. After contacting customer care for several times the poor chaps are unable to provide solution to my problem.. I have tried several alternative methods suggested by CCE like changing access point names an all but there have been no Solid solution for my problem ..it is really irritatIng behaviour by TATA DOCOMO.

              I have purchased Docomo GSM sim mb no [protected] on 21st August. I faced problem in starting as it was not activated properly from Dealers side . It was activated on 3rd september. I have Postpaid plan of 499/- per month in which 2 GB free Data is included. But till date iam not able to browse inernet on my phone. I called customer care they provided me settings many times but probem not solved. I went to Docomo outlet at phase 3B2 mohali they told me that SIM is to be replaced as its problem of SIM. but it can be replaced from where it is taken as it is corporate connection. Iam calling the person(from whom i have purchased SIM Mr. Mukesh [protected], [protected]) from 20 days but he is not picking the call, i dont know his office address. I need replacement of my SIM card but getting no support from TATA DOCOMO as well as the dearler end. Even customer care misguided me giving wrong address in Phase 5 Booth no 84 Kartar enterprices. When i went over there there is HDFC bank ATM in that booth. Recently i have got my phone bill. but why should I pay the bill if iam not getting full services of plan i have taken.


              I want support in this matter if any one can , what should i do.? Iam not going to pay bill if my problem not solved

              its better to go for Airtel thats better. Still my problem not resolved even i got my SIM replaced..TATA DOCOMO people not able to resolve my problem. Iam waiting to complete 3 months of SIM then I will go for AIRTEL or VODAFONE>

                  On[protected] I recharged my phone with Rs.129 voucher that is supposed to give me 98 free messages per day along with other facilities. First two messages per day should be charged at 50 paise per message as per the plan. But when i messaged i was charged Rs.1.50 per message and too not only for 2 messages. All the messages i was doing i was charged this amount. I am calling customer care since but they are not picking up the call. I also mailed them regarding the complaint but not received any acknowledgement call or mail regarding my complaint. This is pathetic as i don't have 48 hours to spend in this particular thing only. After every couple of days they do something false like this and i have to call the customer care. this is completely ridiculous and not what the customer wants. Kindly help.

                  I have the TATA Docomo no.- [protected] . The company has activated the magic sms pack without my knowledge and they have deducted Rs.30 from my a/c balance. This is not the first time they have done this, they have deducted the balance earlier too by activating the unnecessary plans without my prior knowledge.

                    Recently i purchased tata docomi prepaid sim and i am facing a lot of problem with coverage (in villages almost the coverage is nill), frequent call drops and cell to cell handovers.
                    Based on the above said reasons docomo is cheating customers and gaining a lot of income from customers.
                    In advertising docomo is saying a big thing about te call rates and others.

                        I got a missed call from the number [protected] on 5th Oct. 2012, 7.29 am. When I called him back in the evening, 6.59 pm, he said that he was calling me from KAUN BANEGA CROREPATI department, DELHI and I have won Rs. 25,000/- and to get this money I should call a number. When he was telling me the number the number, I found that it was starting from 0092, suddenly I felt that perhaps I was making an ISD call, and I disconnected the call. I don't know how did he get my number and why was he telling a lie. I have already activated the DND service on my number.
                        I am a TATA DOCOMO user and I think the customer care will say that they are not responsible for this call.
                        I don't know what should I do. Should I go to the police ?
                        Please pay some attention to my problem.

                                    i have been using docomo Sim([protected]) since last week only for Internet usage. but whenever i recharge my Sim with 20 rs or higher amount.
                                    docomo service provider starts any random subscription pack on my number,
                                    they had stared value added packs like kissing tips, honeymoon tips , MTV facts, etc..
                                    i never send any kind of message to active such packages .. on other hand when i call customer care their operator refused to refund and after that call again my 20 rs balance deducted.
                                    so please kindly consider this complaint and take relevant action as soon as possible .

                                    Hi Alpesh I am alos a victim of Tata Docomo post paid services specifically of the stupid services like kissing tips @ 10Rs/week, Aamir @ 49Rs/Second, Midnightmadsopups @ 99Rs/Second (I don't know what it means or serves & funny thing is the Tata Docomo company people also don't know what these products actually serves to there customer) & hence I would recommand you to switch to some better mobile service provider who can offer you fair services.

                                      My name is M . Muthu Raman. I am using TATA DOCOMO prepaid mobile service in TN circle for about three months. My mobile Number is [protected].
                                      Yesterday they sent a message saying that a new additional service had been added. For that they had deducted an amount of Rs.30 from my account.
                                      I didn't call any service. I don't know why they added the service. So I kindly request you people to take necessary action to roll back the service and give back the money that they have deducted from my account.

                                        I am Ravi Kumar, who is a customer of TATADOCOMO for the past three years. My mobile No is [protected]. Initially the subscription was of prepaid. I have migrated to postpaid in the month of May 2012, by selecting online. Then some body has come from a franchisee and gave a SIM. I paid him Rs.900/-.In the month of July 2012, my services were stopped for three days from 12th to 14th. When I asked the clarification from customer care, they have not given any response and suggested to pay the bill which was due on 24th July. Then, I paid the bill and got my services restored. Meanwhile, I came to know that my services were stopped because my cheque was not honoured which was given towards security deposit. I have not given any cheque till date to TATADOCOMO.Then, I lodged a complaint requesting the cheque details and franchisee details. Till date, I could not get any resolution from TATADOCOMO.

                                        Recently, on 1st August, I have submitted all the relevant documents to TATADOCOMO showroom near Indira Nagar BDA Complex (Opp: Punjab National Bank), along with Rs.150/- for notary fees for Change of Address. The guys at the showroom assured me that my new address will be effective from 7th of August. Again, on 16th September I visited the showroom.Then also they assured that it will be done within 48hrs. But, till date nothing has been done. When I lodged a complaint, the customer care suggests me to visit the showroom once again.How many times I have to visit showroom by leaving my work? Will there be any control over these people? Please find the attached reply from your customer care. I can also submit all the correspondences for your perusal. Finally, I request for a resolution. As per advise/reply from you, I will proceed for an appropriate action.

                                        The questions to TATADOCOMO from me:
                                        On 7th of August, we were present at home and your executive has given a wrong intimation. I can submit legal proofs for that if they want.
                                        1) I took another Tatadocomo Connection with No [protected] on 1st August. I have submitted the same documents for that connection also.
                                        When that was verified and cleared for subscription, why not this old number can be verified?
                                        2) When my new address has to come into effect from 6th of August (Start of new billing cycle, which was given by TATADOCOMO Showroom), why your person has visted on 7th, why not before that?
                                        3) Has he visited again even after two months?-NO
                                        4) Has he called me , if he could not reach me?-NO
                                        5) Did I get any SMS intimation for the failure of verification?-NO
                                        This is the proof for their fraudulent action.
