Depsite conformation from Tata i kept getting to my utter mental distress and disturbance series of SMS and calls that there is outstanding due and that i need to close the same immediately
I called thier call center who again registered a complaint[protected] in April 2012.
But i am still continuing to be haunted with a series of SMS and mails on the outstanding and that the connection is still not closed
I have raised a complaint as late as Mid of october again and was committed closure of the connection by 25th of october again.
Today is 26th of october and i receive a mail that there is a SLA breach and that the connection is still not closed
I am under distress and mental disturbance due to this apathy filled approach from Tata for the past 9 months
This connection has been inactive since Dec 2011.
Can some one help me with a customer service from Tata that works some how and get my cancellation request processed at the earliest
Today even today am getting the highly stressfull messages and am not sure where else to go to solve this issue
