[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo / Prepaid — AMOUNT DEDUCTED | |||
Name - Shashank Tiwari Mobile Number - [protected] E-id - [protected]@gmail.com Complaint - Rs.48 deducted in activating GPRS pack and got a message "[protected]|FAILURE|noReplyFromReceivingSystem" on 27th april at 2:59PM. I called customer care quickly he replied that within 3 hours amount will be added to your balance and then after whenever i call customer was busy. I think he black listed my number in his systen thats why whenever i was calling it says everyone is busy. Was this information helpful? | |||

sir mai docomo network use kar raha hu par mera bina kisi subscrib ke bina apne aap late night masti pack activate ho jaa raha hai aur mera balance bhi deduct ho ja raha hai aur mera customer care se contact nahi ho pa raha hai aur customer care lagane ke bad bhi koi jabab or call nahi uth pa raha hai sir i request to deactivate the pack aur mera balance wapas kare

I have same problem like shashank my rs 284 got deducted for late night Masti without activation, suscribision please refund my balance my no.[protected]
it is better to port othet network as even customer cate doesn't help
