i receive the mms from my friend, but i cant able to view it bcoz i receive the mms like phone no and sme message key, if go on tat link their no mms, wats the pbm...

i have complaint many times regarding network of tata docomo in my locality, their are only one level signal and sometimes no signal are shown but their is no responce by company. i request you to please take appropriate action towards this.

caller tone ke unwanted sms aate hai.withoit information Rs.30 deduct kiye gaye ab tak Rs.300 deduct kiye.

Sir, I took Tata Docomo no = [protected] dated[protected], i got a job in saudi arabia and before leaving india i paid required money to tatadocomo agent named Bhawani Communication, Durga Sthan Muzaffarpur for international roaming. and also kept a balance of 300 Rs at time of going to saudi arabia. after 2 month there i was unable to make outgoing call and no incoming also. soon the network tower also disappeared from mobile screen.

My Mobile No. is [protected] on 13th april 2012 I ported in to Tata Docomo. I was told when i applied for the porting request that i will get a offer from Tata Docomo, which is a mnp offer for three months.the offer was any local tata number the call cost will be 1p/6 sec,and sms offer which is 1st sms will be charged and 99 sms will be free for a day and 1gb data and 20 localstd minuts.But have't got anything of this. I have rasied request for closing my TATA Indicom Walky connection because of poor network connectivity. After some day when I enquired in the DOKOMO office, the official their told me that the connection canot be closed as i have raised request for billing name change.

The request for billing name change had been raise two months and till date it has not been done, now when i am trying to close connection they are not doing...

Tata docomo send flash message like. When i click to read it charging amount . But i am not able know the which service i'm activating. After that i call customer care the only knowing service name.i told to customer care not activating the service but not response...

Sir i bought the tata docomo sim in 2010 & the number is [protected]. and after 1 year i port this number in Airtel, after using 4 month i Re-Port of in this number again in tata docomo. but the problem is that when i call on my number so the customer care told that this no. is out of service...i have complaint many time in tata docomo but there is no response...........thank you.................

Please find here with communication with Docomo Team for heavy charging for internet.

Both we have already spend so much valuable time for discussing this. However the plan was activated by myself for both accounts. After paying 1000RS last month till you are expecting RS1285=00 out of 1535=00RS however my monthly average bill is not more than RS250.0 you can refer my following accounts.

I am using tata DoCoMo number. 1 month ago on my number one internet service is activated .I don't know h ow this service is activated.than I call to customer care to deactivate the service but they did not deactivate the service I CALL HUNDRENDS OF TIME BUT THEY DON'T DEACTIVATE MY SERVICE

I am totally 100% dissatisfied with tata docomo customer services.
i have taken plan of 999 monthly rental but after 4 month still i m getting bill of 1149 monthly.
i have raised the request as well from the first month but no action taken so far now.
this is one of the worst service i have ever had from any firm.
every time when i call i get the promise of adjustment in bills.
please do something for customer...

On 3rd April 2012 , call me tunes has been activated on my mobile number [protected] without even i asked them and they deducted 120rs from my account. I tried to call them so many times but they didn't pick up the phone so i wrote at [protected]@tatadocomo.com explaining about my complaint. I wrote email 3 times but they didn't reply even once. Today they picked up phone for first time and they said money can't be reverted....
