I have got an TATA Docomo walky[protected] recently. But out going was disconnected stating that there was an outstanding of Rs. 3,683/- with[protected]Which is no where related with me. Even I don't even know whose number was that.)

I have contacted call center many a times but no use. They are insisting me to pay the outstanding amount which is not at all relates to me. I have asked them to verify the id proof and all documents of that unknown number but they are not ready to even look after.

    i have activated a STD Plan of 123rs in that i should get more than 300 std minutes. i have activated it on 14/04/2012. i have done this recharge from retailer. i could not get that minutes so i went back to retailer and he told me that there is some problem with server it will take 24 hours to add your minutes.

    when i have not get any thing i again call customer care on 16/04/2012 and they replied that its added in your account. so i tried to use it buy it was taking money from my main balance rather than that pack.

    so i again contacted them on 17th as well but got same reply. then i again call on 18th and they replied that you have spend all the money of that pack but i was not used a single paisa.

    then i have talked with their supervisor and he replied that this plan is not suitable for ahmedabad region. so you will not get benefited. and he can not do any thing from his end. in that case my money will loss.

    i haven't received any action from your side. it must be resolved as i am facing this problem since 14/04/2012.
    today is 25/04/2012 and it is still no resolved yet, even they haven't look for that or try to contact me a single time..finally i have decided if i could not resolve this issue i will close my connection and switched to some other operator.

      i am manpreet singh , i using TATA DOCOMO NO. [protected] , sir i want to let u know i am very sad and harass about your company services and staff commitments , before some months i purchase tata docomo photon [protected] , for my home use , and that time i am using 750 rupee plan and i always pay the bill on time to time ,, after some months i receive 1 phone call from your company executive , they tell me 1 more plan , which i have to pay 250 per month and they will gave me 300 free mint and if i use my free300 mint after they will charge me 1 paise per mint , i like that plan and i go to your Chandigarh branch 35/c office to change my old plan ,they tell me the same plane which your executive told me before that day by phone call , i like plane so much and i say to executive to change my old plan ,, and after some days my photon get close automatically , when i did call to your costumer care they told me i use the photon over the limit of my credit so that they disconnect my photon+ and i have not pay the bill around 2453 rupee , i get shock to hear my bill amount , i say them how i get this bill amount , i am using the plan 250 rupee per month only ,, and they say me they never know about this please contact with the branch office Chandigarh ,, i go there and talk with the executive , they say me that executive did wrong sell to u before , Because the real plan is 250 rupee per month and 300 mint free and after 1 rupee per min ,,, (before they did wrong commitment 1 paise per mint ), thats why i get this bill 2456 rupee ,, they say me i[censored] want to use photon+ u have to pay this amount , but i say why i gave this big amount its your executive mistake , they did wrong sell to me ,,, so i never pay this amount , after some days i get 1 Legal Notice for Payment of Dues. from Advocate D K Malhotra , and after i receive 1 phone call also from UN-Recovery agency from the number [protected] on 14-04-12 ,executive ms. priya gupta says me that i have 2456 rupee is due and if i will never pay this they will file the Legal case against me and if i want settlement this issue then talk with ms.anjanli she is her seiner , she gave me her phone number [protected] and when i call anjali then i told her all that why i never pay that payment because wrong commitment , she say me that if you want settlements then she can help me , she say me to pay 1600 rupee and she say me they will wavering the rest amount 856 rupee , after she will gave me settlement letter and NOC by mail and by post with in 1 hour ,,, i say her ok i will ready for the settlements and i pay 1600 hundred rupee (receipt number:[protected] in the tatadocomo office chandigarh sector 35/c , and i talk with her and tell her that i already pay 1600 hundred rupee and please gave me the settlement letter and NOC (as per the commitment) , but she never gave me any response , i call her many times but she never gave me NOC and settlement letter , and she talk with me very rude , i have hurt because of her rude behavior and words ,,after i call priya gupta ( UN-Recovery agency executive ) and mr.D K Malhotra (Advocate M/s Tata Teleservices Ltd ) also , but they never help me and they never fulfill there commitment ,,, i get very sad and harass with the service i get from tata docomo photon+ ,
      sir I get so much sad and mental torched by your company tata DOCOMO photon+ , I get so much mental pressers from your wrong commitments , I feel like your big company doing wrong business in the market and cheating people with wrong commitments ,
      sir always remember this kind of business always harm company and wrong commitments and bad service are not good for anyone , not good for your costumer and not good for your company also , you know your company not loss one costumer like me , your company loss many costumer and good will in the market also ,
      if I share to my friends and in the market about your company services and falls commitments by giving your company executives , did its good for your company ?
      sir its my kindly request please help me and provide me the settlement letter and NOC from tata DOCOMO photon+ as per the commitment by giving your employ anjali … and I wish you will take any action against anjali , priya gupta , and D K Malhotra because there wrong treating and behavior with customer and there wrong commitments ,

      Sir, My name is Bharat Sharda and I am the Prop. of MAHESH ENTERPRISES, BARMER. Mahesh Enterprises is authorized dealer of Hindustan UNI leaver ltd, Tata Tango in Rural Area and distributer of many other companies in Barmer District.

      Sir, I have bought Tata Walky (25 pcs) from your authorized dealer “Bajrang Marketing, Jaipur” on dated 20th February. 2012 and I paid this dealer on spot by cash. But unfortunately Walky were not activated till 1 month from the date of purchase. After number of complaining they asked me to return all the walky to Jaipur at his office. He promised me that he will send back all the walkys with activation, and I have sent them by Gupta Transport, Barmer.

      Sir, he is not responding me after that day. I tried to call him hundred times but he never picks up my phone. During this period I talked with Mr. Vishan Singh (employee of Tata Tele Services, Jaipur) regarding this matter and he assured me to solve the problem. But even he couldn’t help me out.

      Sir, I have trusted such a big company like TATA, but was disappointed with the company’s unprofessional way of working.

      Sir, these is my humble request you to either send me activated walky or return my money as soon as possible to avoid any legal action.

        hi have been charged many a times by ta ta docomo usage Internet if even though had allowance once got refund back second time kind of that advisor next time got charged tried calling Cu-st Service trust me could not connect says systems are down after that all CS advisors are busy sent email got reply that charge is valid agreed that had clicked on their adds now again have been charged when have not been on Internet today for is 17 tried calling CS 121 pressed 9 got verbiage and then says you have dialed a wrong no Really worst service will wait for reply if charged unnecessarily charged again will req pac code Pathetic service charged even though have data allowance Thanks worst wount recomend any one

                  caller tone ke unwanted sms aate hai.withoit information Rs.30 deduct kiye gaye ab tak Rs.300 deduct kiye.

                    Sir, I took Tata Docomo no = [protected] dated[protected], i got a job in saudi arabia and before leaving india i paid required money to tatadocomo agent named Bhawani Communication, Durga Sthan Muzaffarpur for international roaming. and also kept a balance of 300 Rs at time of going to saudi arabia. after 2 month there i was unable to make outgoing call and no incoming also. soon the network tower also disappeared from mobile screen.
                    i made so many online complaint to customer care and nodal officer bihar of tata docomo but all futile.
                    now i came to india and found that my no has been deleted due non usage and minimum balance recharge.
                    i ask question that when my sim was not working in saudi arabia how i could make recharge or use to call outgoing. still the balance of nr 500 Rs is remaining inside the sim.
                    so i need this no to function again and remaining balance of 500 Rs also.
                    as proof i can give Sim, Sim purchase Slip, Email communication copy with customer care and nodal officer bihar.

                    oh really, till today 06th nov 2013 no refund received, how you people make us fool. you never

                    asked for bank a/c no on my alternate no, inspite tata docomo started harassing me by blank

                    and anonymous call on my alternate no.
                    In aug 2012 i contacted Tata docomo outlet showing all email correspondence and SIM

                    details...i was shocked to listen the reply...he said this SIM card not issued on your

                    name so this SIM and mobile no is not of you. i showed him all document but all futile.
                    Fact is that you service provider know only how to deduct money from us.

                      my name is rajesh sharma from varanasi i have many connection of tata docomo as i told before in my last email.
                      deduction problem come again i dont know how and why? but it happen again.
                      my one number is ok for the moment which [protected] but my other number which is [protected] is not going well always deduction happen in this number please stop if any service if activate and give me back my balance.
                      i never activate any servie becz this number i use for net so i never use in mobile. for mobile i have other number and same problem face my family member also in tata docomo
                      my younger brother my cousin brother and my nephew also. So please stop this kind of deduction otherwise we have to quite tata docomo.
                      And belive us we dont want to do this.

                      if any kind of servic activated on any numbers then tata docomo should tell about that service threw the sms and tell there i[censored] dont want this service then deactivate the service with the prosses to deactivate.

                        My Mobile No. is [protected] on 13th april 2012 I ported in to Tata Docomo. I was told when i applied for the porting request that i will get a offer from Tata Docomo, which is a mnp offer for three months.the offer was any local tata number the call cost will be 1p/6 sec,and sms offer which is 1st sms will be charged and 99 sms will be free for a day and 1gb data and 20 localstd minuts.But have't got anything of this. I ported in from Airtel to Tata Docomo only For the Name TATA and now this is the service that i am getting which is not expected from Tata Docomo.

                          I have rasied request for closing my TATA Indicom Walky connection because of poor network connectivity. After some day when I enquired in the DOKOMO office, the official their told me that the connection canot be closed as i have raised request for billing name change.

                          The request for billing name change had been raise two months and till date it has not been done, now when i am trying to close connection they are not doing it. Is their any TRAI guide line for this?

                              Tata docomo send flash message like. When i click to read it charging amount . But i am not able know the which service i'm activating. After that i call customer care the only knowing service name.i told to customer care not activating the service but not response
                              THIS IS WHAT AXACTLY GOING ON NOW A DAYS WITH ALMOST ALL GSM MOBILE CONNECTION SERVICE PROVIDER COMPANIES. THEY ALL ARE DOING THIS FALSE / NESTY PRACTICES. EVERY TIME THEY JUST ACTIVATE ANY SERVICE N DONT EVEN BOTHER TO INFORM THE NUMBER HOLDER. AFTER AMOUNT GOT DEDUCTED AND IF YOU NOTICED IT IN SECOND MONTH, THEY SAY U DIDNT INFORM TO DEACTIVATE THIS OR THAT SERVICE WHICH WE ACTIVATED LAST MONTH..

                              EVEN TODAY I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT ONE NEW TRICK... ON MY AIRCEL NUMBER I GOT A CALL FROM NO:[protected] TWO DAYS BACK AND TODAY ALSO. Do not say 'correctly charged' since I have two accounts-same plan and you are charging differently for both accounts. The charges seem to be very high as it equals to total year amount paid in a month. You have block my outgoing calls which is not fair. Even though six months GPRS free I had been charged for internet usage of 1869.RS SEP11 Bill which is yet to be reimbursed. Same mistake made with another account. After six month completion I have activated add-on internet pack of RS200 for 500MB/month; but it is activated on a one account even before completion of first six month.

                                  My name is Tauceef Sheikh, I have Tata Docomo SIM and my Mobile No is [protected]. I have got GPRS Plan activated in my mobile where I can use 12Gb of GPRS for one year(1 Gb each month). But when I was using GPRS service on 15th of August I got charged Rs 28 for that usage. When I called customer care they were also not able to answer for that why this amount has been deducted. I want the reason for that deduction and if possible, my money back.
                                  it is probably because all offers are deactivated on national / bank holidays

                                  I want to add some more things about DOCOMO's customer exetutive's, how they are replying to me when I am calling to customer care.

                                  When I called on 15th after deduction of amount, the person called Mr. Vijay from Pune call center replied that he can't give the reason for the deduction because his system is not showing any information about that, but as per my knowledge as soon as I received the message of deduction your system should get updated automatically, so he told me to call again on next morning.

                                  I called again on 16th morning then also I got the same reply, this time the person's Name was Mr. Ibrar and when I asked to transfer the call to the senior person he forwarded the call to Mr. Umar Shaikh, who also told me that they can't update me about the cause of deduction and asked me to call later.

                                  Now the funniest part of all when I called on 18th of August a Lady called Komal was there on opposite side, and now I got the reason for deduction:
                                  Amount is deducted from my account because that scheme is over now and because of that system takes 24 hrs to reactivate that scheme at the end of each month and when I was using GPRS that scheme was not activated.
                                  After hearing this funny reply when I asked her to transfer the call to a senior person, I got a straight forward "NO" from her side.

                                      Complain -How to make money - TATA DOCOMO

                                      Since my number [protected] is a stand by number for emergency (an alternet number of dual SIM set) I seldom use it. To extract money the process of TATA DOCOMO customer service is as follows :-
                                      Around 3 pm they said I got a free offer something xyz and congratulated me . At 6.19 PM a message came as “TA-ONMVOC: Thank u for subscribing to Call Me Tunes!!U will be charged Rs 30/30 days! [Date/Time[protected].19 PM] , and with my uttered surprise , immediately another message came saying “TA-ONMVOC: Thank u for downloading Noino Sarasi Kano Boreche .As a special offer [Date/Time[protected].20 PM] and deducted Rs 30.00 from my balance .

                                      I rang to customer care that “I never used any song download process neither I subscribed for song neither I can do it from my phone” –they apologized and said that the money will be deposited within 3 hrs. and deposited it followed by a message as “Docomo: Hi Your Service Request no PSG[protected]is closed 30 has been credited. [ Date/Time[protected].54 PM]

                                      But again I received a message as-“Ta-hunvoc : Hi You have subscribed to SongBook at Rs 30 for 30 days Auto renewal on 11-May-12[Date/Time[protected].59 PM] and by my several efforts , I couldn’t connect customer care at 9.59 PM.

                                      It is a big loss for me. Not for the money Rs. 30/- but for being an INDIAN, looking a company like “TATA” is doing such chip cheating business .

                                        HELLO THIS IS HARISH TARI FROM KUMBHARJUA.TATA DOCOMO HAS NO NETWORK IN MY AREA.MANY O[censored]S WANT TO USE IT BUT WE CANNOT DUE TO NO NETWORK COVERAGE.ALL THE OTHERS SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE GETTING GOOD COVERAGE EXCEPT TATA DOCOMO AND AIRTEL.PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

                                        this is the 3rd time i am complaining for the same reason
                                        firstly thr is no network
                                        secondly i alwys send msgs to my frnds but theyu dnt receive it
                                        what is the use using docomo if msgs dnt reach on time
                                        your network is not at all gud neither i am happy
                                        and of these msgs i have complaint 3rd time
                                        but i still face the same problem
                                        you better work on did problem or esle i would jst throw off the tata docomo sim card
                                        as it is not worth using it
                                        tata docmo neither has a gud customer care staff
                                        as thr is no action on the complaint

                                        I got tata docomo connection last month in mumbai ( vasai ) it has full network at Vasai railway station but there is no network at all in Satilvali at vasai

                                        Friends see it carefully my self Susant rout from bhubaneswar, when the TATA DOCOMO telecom company launched in bbsr their marketing persons were come to me and told me that our company gave the post paid sim free & its monthly bill is so low.Just you pay only 50 rupees on every month & you talk how much you want so i told him that then please give me 2 sims so they told me that sir if you take 3 or 4 sim then i can.so i told him plz give me 3 sims & they collect my doccument & my mother's doccument.After 2 days he call me & said that sir do u want a sellective numbers.i said yes so he ask me some num.after 3 days he gave me the 4sims.after one month i get 10nums. of bill.which is billed 2113 rupees.which are i not recieved.then i complained to 121 from my num.& told their customer care executive that so many fraud connection are availble in my name so they told me "NO SIR ITS NOT A PROBLEM, WE WERE VERIFY IT & SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM"but till the date 20/12/09 they come to me & told me that sir please paid your bill immidieatly unless we were issued FIR in police against you.
                                        THE TATA DOCOMO IS A BIGEST FRAUD COMPANY IN INDIA.SO PLEASE STOP THIS TYPE OF FRAUD COMPANIES.

                                        Tataindicom network is availale at my hometown (it's taluka place )but docomo is not available.
                                        All companies networks are availble .

                                        WHEN TATADOCOMO WILL COME IN MOTALA?
                                        i m from kalwa parsik nagar there is no network in our socity i request to solve this problem as erly as possible!!!
                                        My mobile number is [protected]. I have been using docomo for more than two years, since I ported from another service provider. Since then I do not have any network coverage at the place where my house is located which is:

                                        Near St.Mary's HSS,
                                        Kizhakketheruvu PO,
                                        Kottarakkara,
                                        Kollam district,
                                        Kerala state.

                                        Even after my numerous complaints the only response i get is to wait for a few months, as their technical team is working on it. I have been waiting for two years now. Enough is Enough.
