On my mobile message received saying that you have subscrib the TATA docomo daily VOV pack on tata docomo dive-in

They are deducting Rs. 5 per day from my account on the name of some tata docomo vov service which i havent activated i called the custonmer care yesterday he told me that it would be unsubscribed but he didnt and they are still deducting it.

tata docomo is the worst prepaid mobile service provider ..they often deduct money without any reason.. i am totally fed up of this n going to stop there service

Please be informed that as per your request VAS service has been deactivated. And also be informed that you can call *191# and follow 6th option in order to deactivate any VAS services activated on your number.

    My CDMA prepaid phone number is: [protected]. I took the connection on 10th Spril. I submitted the application along with photo, ID proof and address proof. In spite of having submitted the documents, since yesterday the service has been blocked. I rang up the customer care number ([protected]) today and spoke to Prajwal and Vinay. Both of them gave a standard excuse that my application form has not reached them... even though it isnearly a fortnightsince I submiited the same.

      This is Rupal, Since some months, i'm using tatadocomo sim card . Currently I am facing problem with "mcheck processing" and due to this my balance deduct 1.5 Rs/- continously from my main a/c until its goes 0.0 and so that I cant able to use internet as well.

      Hi Tata DoComo,

      I am facing the same issue of repeated blinkers of mcheck on Tata - Processing on my Tata Docomo number : [protected]. Please Stop them as soon as possible. I even spoke with Customer Care, which proved to be of no help on this.

      It has been more than a week since i have been constantly getting disturbed by these messages.

      Also update the process to stop the same if could be done at customer end, so that others would able to do it by themselves.

        I am using tata docomo sim having number [protected]. From last 1 week, tata docomo is activating a service called "music mall" without any consent from me. This is costing me Rs.5/- every day. Customer care has not been serious and not even picking the call. So I request you to kindly de-activate the aforesaid service and also refund me the balance unauthorizedly deducted.

          i activate 65.00rs plan in my phone ....
          i got 2.5gb usage internet ...
          when i browse somethin it take 1 0r 2 min to open pages .....
          and when i download something its speed only 4-6KBps ...
          i use docomo because their Gprs plan is very good and my most of friends have docomo no. only...
          but now days theri speed is very-very low ....
          in airtel or vodafone i get 15-25 KBps constantely but their Gprs plan is high ....
          if docomo can give me speed of 20-25KBps so am not porting my last date of ending GPRS PLAN is 16th may ....
          if my speed is increase so i am not porting and if my speed is still 4-6KBPs ......so i know what i gonna to do ....

          Symbol displaying - E ( when i use in dual mode soe times it shows 3G and no signal my internet automatically disconnect than i swith off my mobile for 1min )

          particular time : when i use at morning 7am or 8am it give me good speed ...around 10KBps but afternoon and evening it gives only 4-5KBps ...

          i use mostly facebook and other social networking ...when i connect my mobile ( nokia N73 ) to my computer as a modem and i open facebook or gmail or youtube, etc it takes 2 or 3 min to open page ...

          Handset Type : NOKAI N73 (when connected it shows 464kbps)

          No. of signal bars : full but when in dual mode 3g comes then my signal bar is gone zero ...so m using in GSM mode

          i am from lohegaon, PUNE, MAHARASHTRA

            I have one tata docomo No [protected], I got a message saying 'Thanks for subscribing to TATA DOCOMO Daily VOV Subscription.You've been charged Rs. 5.0/-'. But i have not subscribed this service and I don't know what is VOV. After that daily I received a message 'Your subscription to TATA DOCOMO Daily VOV Subscription has been renewed. You've been charged Rs. 5.0/-.' I have called the number to unsubscribe, but it is saying you have not subscribed to any services. It is reducing Rs. 5/- daily
            Please deactivate the service and refund my deducted balance
            bro call 198 n follow theri instructions to connect theri customer care or call 198 n press 9 to connect theri CC ...

            docomo policy is if there is any balance deduction then call before 48 hours n tell them yours balance issue they refund yours balance ...

              Hi, My mobile no is [protected]. My name is Ankit Thakkar. Daily I get a message from NETWAP stating the Cineone alert of the day with some hyperlink. I have not subscribed for the service. Daily 1 or 2 Rs is being deducted for it. Also some IPlayer service is also activated which gets renewed everyday. Daily Re. 1 is being deducted for IPlayer service also. I had not registered for both services. When I try to call customer care on 121 my call get disconnected automatically.I don't understand the reason for the same. Unsubscribe the services and refund me the balance. Also balance is deducted for some data usage while I dont use the gprs service. I am not able to get this also.Please Help.

              I am a Tata Docomo user. From last two days i am getting some subscription messages of I-player and an amount of Rs. 5/- is been deducted from my balance. I got three such messages till now and a total amount of Rs. 15/- has been deducted from my balance.               Tata Docomo — unnecessary deductions in balance towards subscription of i-player

              I Rahul Gupta, am a customer of tata Docomo for the last one year. Now for the past 8 days rs 5 are being deducted from my account on a daily basis against some renewal of i-player subscription,strangely though I never subscribed for such a service.
              Today when I called the customer service the representative simply replied that they cannot deactivate this subscription, further more he was insisting on telling me the benefits of this i-player service.
              I won't insist on tata Docomo returning my money but please deactivate this serviceand please ensure that your customer care representatives have the complete knowledge about how to do things

              I'm also facing the same problem :
              Your subscription to Iplayer subscription on TataDocomo WAP is renewed at Rs.1.0/- till[protected]. Dial 155223 to STOP balance.


              But when i try calling this number it says there is no active application/subscription . But every day balance gets deducted. And some cineone alerts are sent to my mobile number [protected] which i didn't even subscribe for . I usually re-charge for 1200/- and these random subscriptions add on automatically.
              Today at 3:50 pm approx tata docomo unnecessarily deducted my rs 50. They say it's because of the I PLAYER which I activated. But the fact is I don't even know what this I PLAYER is.
              I bought this new sim card a week before thinking tata docomo is customer friendly and will give better service.
              .
              I just want my money back that's it and nouthing else and if they don't do so within this week I'm drop this sim.

                Call Me Tunes - was extended to my GSM Connection [protected] without my request or consent. As a result of this, I have lost Rs.120 from my pre-paid account.

                In addition to this, a horoscope package also was found activated @ Rs.10/-

                All these activations has taken place without my knowledge, request or consent.

                  I have applied de-activation of my telephone number[protected] tata docomo ) on 17th march and there after several reminders on 23rd march / 2nd april / 5th april and finally on 17 april. But still they have not de activated my connection and sending me bills for which i have not used the service. They are cheating us and making us trouble. We have ackniwledgement of letters given to their office also and their email confirming us of the dis connection.
                  Please help us to de-activate the service immediately and to delete the demand bill for the service that is not used.

                          I am your Tata DOCOMO CDMA customer with mobile number [protected] and I have a complaint as mentioned below:

                          I had made a recharge of data pack on April 15, 2012 for Rs. 95 having a validity of 30 days and free internet data usage of 4.50 GB. When I have done the recharge for data card service, I have received the confirmation SMS saying that the recharge is successful with free data usage of 4.50 GB without any restrictions mentioned in the SMS. I used this service on the same day for 3 to 4 hours and I regularly checked if it is not reducing my core / regular balance and in fact there was no reduction from core balance.

                          The next day I was surprised to see that my core balance was zero and an amount of Rs. 98 was deducted in lump sum.

                          I made a recharge of Rs 300 on April 16, 2012 at Tata DOCOMO showroom at Madhapur, Hyderabad and surprisingly again an amount of Rs 100 (approx.) was deducted from my core balance. So a total amount of Rs 200 (approx..) was deducted.

                          If I have already subscribed for data pack with free usage of 4.50 GB then how can they deduct the amount from my core balance and such huge data usage charges.

                          I have already lodged a complaint on April 16, 2012 with reference number COM[protected] but did not get any resolution.

                            I have a Tata Photon connection that is recently changed from postpaid to prepaid. My photon device is not working properly so I visited the Tata Docomo gallery at Hill Road, Bandra (West) on 18/04/12. The executive (Mr. Salil) tells me that my account balance is over so it is not working but according to my usage it isn’t used upto that limit as it was recharged just four days back. I insisted him to give me the details but he was unable to give me complete details. I further insisted on checking my device as for the error I was getting doesn’t mean that it was due to balance over but they had only one laptop to check the device which didn’t detect my device software which he accepted that there’s some problem with the laptop & they didn’t had any other laptop to check. I requested to meet the manager (Prajakta Shire) but he said she wasn’t available in the gallery, I waited for about an hour & she came from inside the cabin. She again checked in the system but couldn’t provide relevant details also checked the device in her laptop & said it’s not detecting & I will have to show it to another gallery. Also when my connection was postpaid I got a credit balance that she told me they will refund but they need to put a request but again their system was down so they couldn’t place the request & they assured me they will do it the other day & inform me but I didn’t get any call from them. Just because I was facing problems of overbilling I changed my connection to prepaid but the same issue is still going on. I am very much unsatisfied with the service provided at the gallery & the issue of overbilling.

                                TATA Docomo deducted my balance whenever i recharged my cell, they activate unused WAP pack without my confirmation & even give a proper answer on mail & on call, they kept my call on hold for 25 to 30 min at 5 times, In today morning i called at customer care no the lady who attended my call she deactivated my miscall alert service & told she deactivated Hollywood Sizzler service & she told you can activate miscall alert but charges will not applicable, but when i charged for same, she put my call on hold for 25 min. still Hollywood sizzlers is not deactivated. Last 15 days they deducted my balance unnecessarily.

                                Please look into the matter, I already mark mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com at 4 times, but still my balance is not credited.

                                  DOCOMO suddenly change its plan for the special recharge of Rs123 without prior intimation. I have recharge online on 19the Apr 2012 and shocked when check thee account balance.As per earlier plan we get Local TATA to TATA 1000 min & 500 MB GPRS data free for one monthe. But as per new plan we get TATA to TATA unlimited calling for thee local & will be charge 1pa/6sec. for calling between 6PM to 10PM for TATA Local no. & having Validity of 15 Days only. [protected]..is no. par 4 ya 5 bar koi bhi scheme company me se activate kar dete hai..aur bad me customer care wale aaisa bolte hai ki aapne waha se start ki kai..agar me mobile se start karvau to muje confirmation message bhi to aana chahiye na lekin koi message bhi nai aata hai fir bhi koi bhi services activate kar dete hai..bad me bolte hai ki aap hamare goodwill customer hai isliye aapko rupees refund kiye ja rahe hai....aaisa mere sath 4 ya 5 bar huva hai...aaj hi mere upar bataye no. par koi services activate kar di hai aur Rs. 10 deduct kar diye hai...
