Amount debited without my knowledge

Unwanted Services Activated

Hi,

I have two problems:

1. My mobile no is [protected]. My name is Manoj M K. Daily I get a message from NETWAP stating the Cineone alert of the day with some hyperlink. I have not subscribed for the service. Daily 1 or 2 Rs is being deducted for it.

2. My wife's mobile no is [protected]. She gets daily horoscope submissions without ever subscribing for it. Balance is deducted every week....

EXCESS CHARGES OF DATA USAGE
