Dear Sir,

I am getting regular SMS and demand letter for Payments for Tata connection Bills.
I opted for Tata Photon broadband connection, Firstly they activated and gave me[protected] as my number, but suddenly they deactivated it in 1 week and when i contacted they came back and re-activated and gave me another number ([protected]) to continue use the facility.
Now when i was dissatisfied after few months with the service i called to deactivate/stop the service before the generation of next bill cycle for the ([protected]) connection.But they acted late and generated the bill and then deactivated the number.

Now am getting constant demand letters and harrasment msgs for the payment for bills for both[protected] and ([protected]) which i don't owe to them.
These are totally because of bad service and cheating from TATA, I cant bear this and need someone to act on this to stop the harassment.Please can someone help me on this.

    Dear sir I was given wrong. Overcharge bill last time I aslo had 500 rs wave off of overcharge bill this time also it Is more overcharge in feb 2500 rs so how can it be. 5100 rs till may .plz stop my service so that next time no additional rent should be there.

      My name is Promise Francis with a Tata DOCOMO cutomer with mobile number [protected] past 2 years. I was a prepaid customer who used to recharge all times along with using internet as per the packs(Rs48/per month) available. One of the Tata DOCOMO customer care executive has called me from the number [protected] and given an offer to transfer my connection from prepaid to post paid with the below offer.
      1) Per month Rs.190 will be charged
      2) 400 local minutes free
      3) 500 STD tata docomo mins free.
      4) And assured me that the internet pack will continue with deducting per month Rs.50 with 2GB internet per month, And I need to pay only Rs50 in the month end bill.

      I got transferred to post paid plan with the given promises as I will not have the trouble of recharging all time for internet and calls. After one week(April 30) I got a message saying to pay Rs.3001. Followed by another SMS to submit a payment of Rs.2192.

      When I checked with a customer care executive, they have explained that, it is because o[censored]sing intenet which was changed per KB one paisa. I was shocked since the promise for post paid transfer was violated as the Docomo initial agreement by word was Rs.50 pack for 2GB usage. I have logged a complaint with id[protected]. Docomo assured that, resolution will be there by May 7.

      On May 2nd my outgoing and internet was cancelled without any prior notice. I had a huge lose as I am using mobile internet applications for share transactions, which was blocked.

      I was only able to called the customer care within two days and reestablished my connection as docmo will not answer query if we have called them prior and they are not fine with the customer or request. But on Saturday 5th May again my outgoing and internet was blocked. I called the customer care and reestablished my connection on May 7th. During the call customer care executive has updated that the due date for resolution for my ticket is on May 10th. I got a message again today May 8th saying my that ticket was updated. But when I called 121 and checked, there was no update on ticket and the customer care executive has updated that the due date of ticket is May 17.

      I need a resolution for my case and a need a compensation of five lakhs for cheating by words and for all troubles and financial lose due to cancelling internet and outgoing without any notification.

        Worst service provided by Tata Docomo. Please stop your advertisement on television, you are fooling people.

        Two weeks back, I have taken below 2 Tata Docomo post-paid connection in Bangalore Whitefield.
        I have submitted all the required documents to your executive but from last week my outgoing calls/Message are blocked by Tata Docomo.

        Now, how would I proceed as your executive to whom I have submitted documents is not responding.
        I had called to the customer care they are unable to give any information as my numbers are not yet registered.

        Sir, I am waiting to receive your reply

        Please let me know the meaning of “resolved soon” in the Tata Docomo dictionary.
        Everyday I'm calling to your executive/customer care and received the same response “resolved soon”, you had taken my complaint but not yet been solved

        Everytime I call your executive and his response is “your complaint will be solved within 10 minutes” but the 10 mins never come from last 2 weeks.

        I do believe my only option is to throw away the Tata Docomo sim cards and choose other service provider.

        I would never recommend the Tata Docomo to anyone.
        I kindly request you to take a serious action against your executive, as he will give only false promises

          Dear sir,
          My name - wasim raja contact no-[protected] i did a top up recharge on 5th may and transaction id is [protected] within 2 days my balance is in nil regarding this i called to your customer care they said it because of G P R S activation but i already using 7 days net pack every week. And am sure that i didn't made that much call. The same thing happen even before of this recharge and your people said it because of technical problem and they apologies even i agree but again and again i cant. I want my balance after deducting the calls what i made. If not no problem i like to quit some other network Complaint no is EMS [protected]

          My tatadocomo prepaid mobile no.[protected] I got my mobile recharge with rs.30/- on 27/05/10 at about 7 pm at that time balance was rs 5(approx) after recharge balance should be approx rs 30/ but it was showing rs. 25 / I ignore that.. in the morning i made a call for 7 minutes then balance become 0.0 my plan in 1paisa/sec . again on 28/05/10 i got recharge rs. 30/ again deducted rs. 20/ a message received thank you for down loading java game which is wrong this problem from last 2 days previously there was no problem. I talked to customer care three times they are telling you are using internet . I never activated internet as it is not atall required by me. can you help to short out my problem
          I have been deducted 30 rs for the second time in two weeks and the company says that have activated some service so have been deducted rs. 30.i dont know which service and what is NGC. The msg that i received was from 52250 and it was " your subsribptibtion to NGC on Tata Docomo Dive in Wap has been auto renewed youve been charged Rs 30/-"

          I believe this is where they are adjusting there cost of second billing.they are first in everything and i believe they want to be first movers in terms of cheating the customers.Iam bound to change my number just waiting for the number portability to take place.

          I was charged 15 for some services,while browsing internet,I called Customer care, but dint get any satisfacotry answer. they told i have been charged for some chargeable site but i didnt do the same.i am very disappointed with your services.

          Same was the case with me..Rs 44 approximately was deducted saying GPRS usage on 30 Nov 2010 early morning.. which i did not use.
          I have launched a complaint. Did not find the customer care executives response convincing.

          After every recharge of full talktime.Docomo activates some pack on my mobile no.[protected] every month.After calling c.c. They give useless coment.this month they activate TIME PASS GAME pack.so plz take serious action on docomo.
          Your reaponce is good to first complaint. I have another complaint regarding my another no[protected]. Firstly I have activated 51 rupee plan on my number.but I have to cancel that plan and want to active new plan of 94.so I me trying to recharge with special recharge of11 rupees.but everytime when I am recharges then the retailer got message"recharge is not available for your no".Till I tried 4 retailer this is suggested by your customer care.and they also give me complaint no.PER [protected] which would be solved on 7/8/2011 at 1.30pm. Then also I am trying to recharge but same problem persist. Every time after calling c.c.reaponce was bad.so please take action on this complaint as early as possible.

          Tata Docomo — Wrongly debit charges for games,internet etc.

          my account got debited for an amount of Rs 84 whereas it should actually get debited for Rs 21 only.when i called customer care they have credited my account with Rs 42 whereas i should be refunded Rs 63.this is due to multiple debits in my account.kindly refund the amount

          Tata Docomo has activated CallerTune without my consent on[protected]. They have deducted 45 rupees and I got a message that more balance could not be deducted due to insufficient balance. I was having 68Rs. in the account in the morning and barely used my cell for calling.(Though I got few Promotional calls from Tata Docomo which I rejected.)
          Tata Docomo is charging liking anything as I use this number as a DATA CARD for specific internet uses. I recharged my number with 246 Rs. Recharge which was giving 600MB data free with 150Rs. calling value. I didn't got the data usage as per TATA DOCOMO USSD. I am being charged for 3G Internet as per their regular plan instead.

          TATA DOCOMO is looting its customer like anything. They are using unfair techniques/methods to snatch hard earned money of poor customers.
          My rs deducted of 52, just bcoz i send 52 sms as i have subscrbed sms pack for 1 month for rs of 22 in that case i can send 100 sms per day. Reason given by docomo was i sent mms, but i sent more than 160 character at a time, even i have saved that message which shows sms not mms

          I am using Tele services of Tata docomo. my compliant is they are starting any value added services on my no that they feel like. whenever I call to customer care that I have not started all that services they simply say "sir our servers are down you please call after 4 hours " however after 4 hours the same answer. By chance if they agree that they will give information than they say it is you who has started those services so we are not able to refund it but after arguing too much they provide refund saying you Are our valuable customer so we are refunding you. and while talking with senior executive I have noted that she said that you get refund for the servicerservices which are started by the company. But the point is I have opted for DND then why they are starting services now and than. I have also taken help of CGSI Mumbai but they didnt even replied to them which shows clear carelessness towards customers. moreover I am getting charged for internet browsing even though I have mobile internet pack activated on my mobile and the reason they provide is you use chargeable sites but. I am sure that I browse only free sites.

          so kindly look into the matter on priority basis because my observation says many of the Tata docomo customers are facing this problem.

          was charged rs 15 on 22nov for download of podcast while i was on a phone call i did not understand how this happend .
          This is very bad on their part.I TRIED to contact firstly they didnt helped and but the call and when i again tried the call answered all costumes care executives are busy , i tried for about an hour same answer now i am here posting complaint.
          What i want is to refund my money to my account.

(26/0613) .when i call customer care than they tell me you click on chargable link.but i am not new internet user.i understand everything.i am 100%sure i not click on any that type of link.i check my whole brower history 7 times and there is no record of that type of link
          This is not first time when they charge me wrong.they charge me wrong when i have more blance




          They tell me blance charge at 4pm
          But blance deduction popup appear 7.30pm

            On May 07, 2012 after making a phone call I realise that my balance has come down to Rs 8/- when only two days ago I had recharged Rs 50/-. The Customer Care Service guy kept insisting in that it was me who had started a VAs service on the previous day through internet. When I tell him that I do not even know what the service is ... he tells me it is some Dispensary service (I could not understand due to his North Indian accent: no insult intended to my North Indian brothers). When I asked him for a supervisor or senior person he tells me that "today none of them have reported for work". When I refuse to believe that BS and insist on somebody who can say more than "I am sorry but you have started the service yourself" he transfers me to the Marathi division where no body picks up but the "Waiting messages" are in Marathi. I would like my money back. I could not work that day due to the stress this caused. I would like compensation for that too please. At the same time could some authority penalize telecom companies that train the executives of customer care to keep on insisting that the customer is at fault instead of actually assisting so that we guys just keep the phone down due to exhaustion. It has become customer 'scare' rather than care. Repeated attempts to contact the customer services after that came up with "All customer care service personnel are busy please call later" messages.             I got this message from 54321
            "Hi! you have been successfully subscribed in Hasya Kavita in Hindi alerts. You have been charged Rs. 30 and Your service will be activated in 24 hrs"

            PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE ALL VAS services immediately. I DO NOT NEED
            ANY OF THESE. and restore my 30 Rs.

            I tried to register the complaint on the website, the website allows entry but does NOT send the complaint. (the SUBMIT button) does not work!
            4 times i got msg like " Your subscription for B-Town Rockstars has been auto renewed. you have been charged with Rs.10"...
            All the time i called customer care to unsubscribe and return money but still i didn't get unsubscribed and didn't get money also...
            And sometime the CC people are not responding properly..They r telling to wait for few secs and it is going for more than 5mins...
            I am really much disappointed with your VAS...

              Dear Sir,

              I would like to inform you that I am using Tata Docomo GSM connection in my mobile . My no.[protected]. I recharged Rs. 46/- std booster pack for 1p/3sec to tata to tata only for 25 days only. I recharged last 24.04.12 and it valid till 25.05.12. However yesterday I made a call to tata docomo no. and spoke near to half an hour (1914 sec) and for that they deduct Rs. near to 29/- instead of Rs. 6.5/. I am using this booster pack last 5-6 month, but this time only I faced problem. It is almost 5 times more charged than booster pack rate. After That I tried to spoke with Cust. care but it is all time in waiting mode.

              I request you to kindly escalate this to the higher authority and get it resolved at the earliest.

                This is to inform you that the amount has been debited from my account without my knowledge, when asked customer care, in respond I got the answer stating that I asked them to active the service, but the fact is they activated the service without my knowledge.

                Let me tell you in brief, I have recharged my mobile ( [protected] ) on 2nd May 2012 for Rs. 150 and got a talk-time of Rs. 140. The very next day I got a call from Tata DOCOMO, the Customer rep. was talking, talking and talking, he never bothered whether the customer is listening or not and suddenly the call got disconnected. Couple of minutes later I was shocked to see that Rs. 95 was debited from my balance. When asked customer care about it, they replied that you have activated the 3G Data service for Rs. 95.

                I asked him without any confirmation from the customer how can you debit the amount, he just gave me the lame answer that it has been activated from your end and nothing can be done now. when I screwed him up, he at last raised it as a complaint and assure me that the amount will get riembursed within 48 hrs. I waited two days and again rang them up asking why the amount not credited till yet. that fellow answered that no complaint has been raised as such. I was shocked to hear that, I just wondered what kind of service been given to the customer, worst customer service I have seen in my entire life. I asked him the connect to his team lead, I was ON HOLD for more than half an hour and at last the call got connected to the floor supervisor name Shekhar. He assured me to wait another 48 hours, nothing has happened.

                I request you to kindly escalate this to the higher authority and get it resolved at the earliest.

                    I had purchased Tata photon 2 months back and had a really bnad experience with it. My photon would work only for 1-2 days in a week and for rest of the days it would give me an error message " remote computer did not respond". I had complained to the customer care but no action was taken. In the meanwhile, they kept mailing me the bill charging me for the entire month. I spoke to the sales person with whom I had purchased the Photon and surprisingly instead of sorting out the issue with his billing team, he adviced me to not pay the bill. Now, due to non-payment of bills my Photon is again disabled.

                    I was so frustated that i wanted to switch to another operator but unfortunately I have paid an upfront fee of INR 1000 for purchasing the Photon. This is extremely unethical from a Tata group company, locking in a customer by making him pay an upfront fee and then not providing the right service.

                      Please note that I Smt Malabika Biswas during June 2011 ported my Vodafone postpaid number [protected] to TATA DOCOMO Service under IDBI CUG Postpaid plan having rental Rs. 45.

                      Since, July 2011 till April 2012, I have cleared all outstanding / billed amounts in time without fail.

                      During the tenure of 9 months when I was using TATA DOCOMO connection, I faced the biggest problem o[censored]navailability of network in the rural places of Bengal (specially in South 24 parganas, Medinipur, Malda, etc.)

                      My company reimburses me the bill amount and this connection is only for my official use. But most of the time when I am out of town for official visits in the rural Bengal, no body from my head/regional office could get in touch with me and hence I am facing a great problem in the office.

                      Hence, during the month of March 2012, I decided to port my number back to vodafone. After contacting the vodafone officials, a UPN was generated and sent and a lady called me for knowing the reason and I quoted the reason as mentioned above already. When the verfication process was completed & I saw it was already 1 week and there was no response from both the telecom companies, I contacted the Vodafone people & I was communicated by them that it has been communicated by the DOCOMO Official that "My number does not belong to Docomo at all & hence my number could not be ported".
                      I got in touch with the DOCOMO officials and they requested to do the exercise all over again and there would be no problem. But they again quoted the same reason that "My number does not belong to Docomo at all & hence my number could not be ported".

                      This is really ridiculous and insulting that even after paying the bills all well in time and without any overdue, a company generating revenue in lieu of mu mobile number, discard it just saying thet the number do not belong to TATA DOCOMO. Then the company is frauding by sending the bills and ackowledging the payments.

                      I would require an explanation from DOCOMO that on what basis such a rejection reason has been quoted and if my job is being hampered for such silly reasons then I would like DOCOMO to give a justification for the same at the earliest.

                          Hi,

                          I have two problems:

                          1. My mobile no is [protected]. My name is Manoj M K. Daily I get a message from NETWAP stating the Cineone alert of the day with some hyperlink. I have not subscribed for the service. Daily 1 or 2 Rs is being deducted for it.

                          2. My wife's mobile no is [protected]. She gets daily horoscope submissions without ever subscribing for it. Balance is deducted every week. For this reason, we do not charge her phone. We use another phone for outgoing calls and just use this for incoming.

                          When I try to call customer care on 121 my call get disconnected automatically. When it gets connected, the Customer Support executives don't have a clue what's going on. I don't understand the reason for the same. When I call 155233, it says that I am not subscribed to any service. Unsubscribe the services and refund me the balance.

                          The issue is so irritating that I am thinking of changing my service provider to AirTel after waiting for a couple of more weeks. Hopeful things will be better there.

                              Dear Sir,

                              This is to bring to your kind notice of a malpractice by tata docomo services, they have been sending me regular bills for my numbers [protected] & [protected] under account #[protected]
                              which were surrendered more than 18months back. I had personally visited the tatdocomo/taaindicom outlet and surrendered the sim as well as other documents as required by them for both the numbers.

                              The best part is I received bill for the other numbers in the same account number and this number use to show 0.00 usage hence it proved that it has been disconnected.
                              I requested them to delete it from my account but they said it is not required as it is being billed zero already now.

                              But to my surprise the very next month on-wards they started billing me again and when I complained they did nothing and the same has been happening for this whole period now.
                              I have to make the payments as there are other numbers being used in the same account and they disconnect all the numbers if I don't make the payment.

                              I humbly request you to please help me out of this situation as this is daylight robbery.

                                  I have opted the number of Tata Docomo which is now being used by my sister. I have recharged my account with Rs. 50 but on the very next day the company has debited my account with Rs. 30. When i have confirmed from the company they told that you have activated some services on your mobile phone.

                                  It surprised me that without attending any call or sending any services an amount of Rs. 30 has been debited from my account. On that day nobody was in the house and my sister was alone at the home whole night. On that night she need some sudden help but due to unnecessary deduction of balance she was not ale to call any one for which she has to suffer with that all he night.

                                    I have taken TATA DOCOMO postpaid connection([protected]) in Hyderabad(A.P) in the month of JAN-2012 and I am paying the BILL amount on-time.
                                    From FEB-2012 i'm staying in Bangalore(K.N) ,so I have requested the DOCOMO people to activate FEATURE SAFE CUSTODY to my number by going in-person to DOCOMO outlet in Koramangala,opp. to star bazar,bangalore and they have directed me to INDIRA NAGAR DOCOMO (MAIN BRANCH) ,even then they are saying that it's not possible to activate by us (it is possible for them to take payments from us anywhere in INDIA but NOT POSSIBLE to actiuvate a SERVICE requested by a CUSTOMER) and I even sent mails regarding this to [protected]@docomo.com , I got a reply stating that your request has been forwarded to the concerned team but till now(MAY-2012) that service is not activated for my number([protected]).
                                    I am paying the mobile BILL from past 3 months MOSTLY without using it, so I DEMAND to pay them (DOCOMO) my whole payments made with-in this 3 months of time to me and activate the service requested

                                      hi im Afreen khan. i have been using this photon plus since long back. but in an emergency case i have being to (u.p) uttar pradesh 7 km far from banaras . and than there is no network showing after connecting device. have faced lot of problem.

                                      humble request to photon plus services to improve the network availability.customer are using photon service for their network only if its not working in their commitment than whats the use to have photon service??
