Sir,

I am from surathkal, Mangalore. I had applied for passport before few weeks. I am a female student staying away from home and living in hostel. I recently got a phone call from my native police station to come for verification of the permanent address. After I finished police verification there I used to get missed calls from this number [protected].

One fine day the person gave long ring and to my surprise it was from police station. His job is to verify the documents of the persons who applies for passport. I don't know why the hell he used to give missed calls, I couldn't gather my daring to ask him why he did so. On[protected] ie., yesterday my police verification got over, but still I am getting missed calls!!

The thing is how to give complaint while the person itself is calling from a police station??!! Please Help me!!

    I have tried to reach TATA DoCoMo dozens of times - unsuccessfully !!!! And am now determined to escalate this as I have saturated all my frustration levels....

    Quote -

    I am trying EVERY way to reach you guys.

    I have entered my complain details 3 times and each time, I get an error message after submitting.

    I think your program is made to discard ALL COMPLAINTS.

    Anyway, I shall try everywhere and however - which includes through the press - duly citing all these experiences ....

    Here is my complaint - will appreciate if it is forwarded to the concerned as I am NOT going to give up.

    btw, this is my THIRD attempt at registering the complaint !!!!!

    After entering the info the first time, I lost connection !!!!

    The second time, I was told that there was some error and that I have to RESUBMIT !!!!

    So, I re-keyed !!!!!!

    I guess I am getting desperate enough.

    So, here is the next text -

    Are you REALLY a TATA company ?

    Your service SUCKS.

    Am SHOCKED with my experience.

    Pls read through to know why I am convinced that someone has hacked into the TATA name as far as your DoCoMO services are concerned.

    For starters, right from when I took your service, I had problems with your connectivity...for weeks !

    Then I get a call with a completely faulty billing and not on the terms I was sold the connection.

    After all that mess and test of my tolerance, I have frequent breaks of my internet..... !!!!

    I have complained several times and always been told that the problem has been totally fixed.and will NOT repeat. But, it happens ALL OVER AGAIN - and then I complain and I am again told the same story !!!!!!!!!!!

    You JUST DONT have a clue on what internet connectivity is and its importance. At random you break the service MINDLESS of what is happening at the subscribers end.

    UTTERLY SHAMELESS !!!!!!!!!

    Needless to say that your call center deserves the award for the WORST customer care and service. The operators DONT even speak anywhere near decent English - dont have a clue of what to do besides reading from a template script.

    Sir/Madam, please tell me that this is NOT a TATA company. I have great deal of respect for the TATA brand and am at a loss of losing ALL OF THAT with your DoCoMO service standards.

    I just called your customer care for help in filling up some options to send this note. She merely said this was a Photon Pro. When I told her that the website did NOT cite that as one of the options, she hung up !!!!!

    I expect a NOT pre-formatted and template note and fix immediately. In any case, I am forwarding a copy of this note to Mr Tata and Mr Mistry = let Mr Mistry solve the mystery - whether TATA DoCoMo is truly a TATA product or some fake impersonator.

    Hi support Team,

    I need information regarding my balance, suddenly my balance got deducted around 250 Rupees on 16th OCT 2012 early morning,
    I reached the customer care people there are not responding properly, they said as per there database there is nothing has been deducted,
    sometimes I am asking about my balance they were simple forwarded to their seniors then after none pick the call (nearly I am waiting more than 20 mines) from past few days it happed 3 times for me.

    I have recharged with Rs 200 two times in this month 1St OCT 2012.

      I have ported my number [protected] from airtel to tata docomo. While porting the same I have submitted my address proof and ID proof to the retailer at the local level ie my town chiplun dist ratnagiri maharashtra. Before about 15 days my number was suuccessfully ported to tata docomo. On 28th of april 2012 my outgoing calls are barred by the company showing reason that my identification documents are not received by them.
      I have submitted my documents to my nearest retaier ie in chiplun on the same date ie 28/04/2012. And also I have resubmitted my documents at pune address- tata docomo service centre near fergusson college, fergusson college road pune.
      After almost 48 hrs of the submittion of document by me still my outgoing calls are barred. I request you to resolve my query on urgent basis.

        Tata Postpaid connection — Not disconnecting the connection

        Hello,
        I have a telephone number [protected] which despite of being told several times still not disconnected and now after 4 months they are telling me that we should have submitted a written letter. The company did not recorded our request also in there system so we are not able to prove that we have asked to disconnect it. But for last 4 months I am not using this connection. I was told by the customer care executive that my security deposit of Rs 500 will be adjusted with the bill at the time of disconnecting , but they did not disconnect it and keep on sending bills added with the late fine.

        Please help what should I do since they cheated us despite we used the phone for last 2 years and paid each bill on time.

            my sel[censored]sing tata docomo gsm mobile service bearing number [protected] .sir now a days this company is deducting un necessaryly ur balance amount by activating the unwanted services which are of no use to any business class persons.when we call the customer care we get the answer that this service will be deactivate immediately.but the next morning again the same problem is faced by me.again we go for repeated procedure but of no use.at last i decided to complain u.they use to activate magic sms service and deduct Rs.30/-p.m and also some unwanted srvices automaticaaly without our consent and deduct Re.1/- per day.we request u to kindly take action in this regard,

                    Hello Team, I made a recharge of rs. 36 on my tata docomo no. [protected] through www.tatadocomo.com on 26/04/2012. This website shows the information that i will get 15000 sec (250 min) free to any local/std tata docomo no but after recharging i found that it is a false information. I only got 100 local free mins. So i talked to customer care representative about this and they are saying that this recharge is not available anymore but still it is shown on the site to misguide the customer and to cheat with them. Now i am asking them to refund my money but they are refusing to do so. So now please help me and all other customers and teach Tata a lesson not to cheat with customers. I have attached the site's page which shows this recharge information.
                    I am hoping for your best help. Thank you so much for supporting helpless customers.

                      I have purchased the new Docomo prepaid card having offer of 1GB internet free for 2 months. but internet doesn't work at all for new cards (connection time out error) I have checked it with 5 mobiles, but no luck also checked with other friends (who having same plan) and same thing happened to them as well. Tried calling 121 but no luck. Is docomo trying to cheat customers? They offer 1GB internet free for new cards but actually they do not provide the same. I request to all of you (who wants to buy a new docomo simcard) that PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY DOCOMO SIM as they are bigger cheater in the market and all services are very bad including customer care. Dont be tempted to docomos internet plans. Other operators are bit costly but they provide good service ( like Airtel..at least in my area). I am about to throw my Docomo sim..what do you think?

                      tata docomo internet is not working.i called up customer care but no use.
                      so please DONT USE docomo.waste of money!!!

                      Right now I am in poland (Europe)for official work and my SIM is not working as my colleagues network are working (they are having other than DOCOMO network).

                      this is really pathetic, I am unable to do my banking transaction due to unavailability of network.

                        I P.K.SINHA from jamshedpur am customer of Tata docomo , i am suffering from a problem .there is a daily deduction of . Rs.5 from my account balance for any unwanted services which is not activeted by me.this service
                        is really not actived by me but the company blaming me that u have activeted your self.
                        i had complained to deactivate for service on25/04/2012( request no GBL[protected]) at 11:50hrs. which was resolved for two days
                        but again after two days mean on 28/04/2012 same problem is repated and rs. 5 is deducted. again i have complained on this date

                        Dear Tata Docomo Customer Care executive,

                        My name is Allwin K Joy, I am based in Mumbai, and my mobile phone number is [protected].
                        I have been disturbed with frequent network messages offering unwanted
                        services. Accidentally, I pressed OK for one of the services. Money from my balance is now being deducted every day.
                        I tried calling the customer care, but they put me on hold for 7 mins
                        and charged me 50ps for nothing. Then tried to find out last three
                        deductions on 121, but no use. Also tried the activation/deactivation
                        portal, but not helpful.
                        Please let me know if there are any services active on my
                        account, and if yes, kindly stop the services as I am not interested in
                        any of your VAS. If not, kindly let me know the last three deductions
                        on my number and justify the balance. If this situation is not resolved
                        at the earliest, I will be forced to port out this number to a better
                        telecom service provider.

                          I am a docomo user (+91)[protected] ....from kolkata circle
                          Please unsubscribe me from WAP services like TOM,Models Club,Romance tips,etc other internet based services.(I am often shown the message "Try highly rated apps for free...i always press no but still a browser automatically starts and i get a message that some or the other service has been activated")
                          I did not subscribe for any of those services and have called the customer care many times....i fail to have their cooperation because every one or two day my balance is reduced by Rs 5 to Rs 10 .... which is very inconvinient ... kindly do not subscribe me to any WAP/Internet based packs as mentioned above henceforth and deactivate all current ones in my number

                            I would like to bring it to your notice on the issue of two debits for one service

                            I made an recharge of Rs 246 online at Tata docomo website which is an 3G pack activation, since the last authentication page said transaction not completed I had to try the same again, and ended up with same error message again. In a while the recharge i got an recharge successful SMS om my mobile for one pack on Rs 246. I was surprised to see I was charged twice on my credit card.

                            Eventually I raise an complaint for reversal of one charges which goes in loop back to back and after 20 days of follow up i was told that the charges are corerct nothing can be reverted. please see below the charges with reference number.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I recharged for 199 rupees tariff on my mobile number with [protected] as per your web portal on dated 8th February 2013.in the website clearly mentioned that 30000 STD/ Local secs. (500 mins.) . Validity : 28 Days for 199 rupees.After the recharging also the amount is deducting from my main balance.For that i called customer care (121) they informed me that its a different plan (Tata to Tata unlimited free).

                            As per the information what you given in the portal http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx i recharged for that amount.

                            i had recharge my docomo number with Rs28 on 21/04/2014 through online, but i don't get the benefit of this recharge so far, Always customer care number is very busy.please take it as a compliant against TATA DOCOMO.

                            i have buy a new tata docomo sim card after a day simcard is getting started after that i have recharged my no [protected]rechage my no with rs 214 to get 2.5gb internet balance but my from retailers first rechage was not done.. after a day retailer recharged my no with 63 due to this my 2.5gb is getting collaps and it show 200mb balance so i want my 214 balance back to my number
                            I recharged my photon plus by 1200 through net banking option in your website on 30 dec 2014. amount has been deducted from my account but recharge was not successful

                              i am not able to receive any call in roaming and this will become headache when you are in roaming. worst service by tata docomo.
                              and this not the first time i am facing this problem...i want to do MNP but due to absence of myself in bangalore i cannot do that one.

                              so its a humble request to TATA DOCOMO please rectify with my issue ASAP...just making good advertisment wont help..
                              and 1 more thing is that you cannot make your call to a customer care twice in a day...so i want ask a tata docomo that is this your service..??

                                    without any tariff my call rate charged 60/p
                                    and with tariff voucher you charges 30/p
                                    BUT YOU CHARGED CALL RATE @ 72 p/s


                                    i told you so that cut my balance excess than the call duration
                                    i am very angry you you don't cut my balance.

                                    YOU Told that you will contact me soon but you could not do this

                                    i am using tata docomo number [protected]. the number is no network coverage in naguneri taluka to 30km longest ramakrishnapuram . i am tata docomo customer is complaints it is no response

                                    Tata Docomo gsm prepaid — Robbed off money from my account

                                    My DOCOMO Number is: [protected]

                                    I have a prepaid acccount of TATA DOCOMO in Maharashtra circle. I also subscribed for "Do not disturb me". However my inbox continues to receive from TATA DOCOMO's various wild business plans. I did never reply a single message.

                                    However in Nov, I received a peculier mail from TATA DOCOMO saying that I am a special person to them and choose me to fill my inbox by delivering every day bogus messages.They will charge Rs 50 from my account. And my account diminished by Rs 50.

                                    The odacity of the message is that:- "If you don't want contact.". But no number was given.

                                    Since then, I became busy in deleting innumerous messages from 54321 of TATA DOCOMO without bothering to read these.

                                    My sincere request to them : I'm not asking back my money what they had deducted from my account. Keep it and may go on deducting everymonth. But please dont send any more messages further. I am fed up by deleting messages.

                                    P.S. Is there any Noble Prize for such an uninnovative business plan?

                                    when i activeted my day pack internet with out completing 50mb they will deducting ammount from my balance even ther is no any information directly deducted, its repeating evey time if i call customer care its reponce is not good and disconneting the call after that when i try to call again directly disconnecting my call i could not able to connect my call again sir i[censored] r not slove this my problem i will complain to consumer forme and i will port from docomo to airtel after complaining sir, starting 2 years ur service very good after that u will not care about exiting customer right means will not give importants to exiting customer

                                      I had recharged mobile no: [protected] online but I did not receive any msg on [protected] as well as its not reflecting in my balance.
                                      I had recharge four times, first time I had recharged of Rs 34 on 11th April around 21:30 and second time of Rs 23 on 14th April around 23:05 and 26 two times. Then I had contacted customer care center who told me to email the details on listen.[protected]@tatadocomo.com. I had done as requested.

                                      I had raised the request on 15th April and I have been told that the request will be resolved by 19th April around 16:00 with the docket no. PRRG09685042 and Now I am getting another docket number i.e. PRRG09688299 which will be resolved by 24th April. Does it mean whenver the resolution SLA is over you assign another docket number and keep the customer looping. and again 24th has been passed and there is no response.

                                      I would like to know Whats goiing on?

                                      I had recharged tatadocomo prepaid mobile Rs 65 from the tatadocomo online recharge website through my axis bank account.That much of amount deducted from my account but still amount was not credited to my mobile no. again that website given a tranasaction id.can any bodytell me about the online tatadocomo service is fake or not ?(i had also talkred with the customer care but there is no result)
                                      I did an online recharge of Rs. 50 yesterday, twice, through my debit card, the passbook entry shows that much amount is deducted from my account(Rs. 100) but only Rs. 50 got crdited in my mobile account.
                                      Today also i did a recharge or Rs.140 (special recharge) and 20 (top up), now the amount is not shown in my mobile but money is deducted from my bank account.
                                      can any one help me, is that site a fraud?
                                      the middlemen are billdesk right?
                                      on 29th May 2011 I recharged Tata Docomo Online for mobile no. [protected] Rs. 140 and Rs. 1010 both special recharges the Rs. 140 recharge was successful but the Rs. 1010 failed, please Tata Docomo do the needful
                                      note that money was payed from the bank for both the recharges, also after these 2 recharge attempts many consecutive recharges also failed, i tried paying via netbanking and debit card
                                      On 30-May-2011, i recharged my Tata Docomo Mobile No.[protected] of Rs.55 from www.freecharge.in website through SBI online Banking, My Order No.2735449 and My recharge didnt took place properly,

                                      Please do me the favor to get my money back

                                        i got my photon disconnected in oct 11 but in feb 12 they had send me a bill
                                        i tried to contact the people at but none answered to my problem they all took a complaint gave me a complaint number and said that the team would call me, but i had i didn't receive any call when i recalled i had the same answer .
                                        after many times finally i had a word with an executive who again deactivated my number .
                                        but now again they are sending me a bill for the month of march and April 2012
