MY NAME IS DR.DHARMENDRA SINGH.I HEREBY INFORMING YOU THAT TODAY MORNING MY BALANCE WAS 104RS.ON MY NO. [protected].BETWEEN 11TO 12.30PM IN MORNING SUDDENLY MY BALANCE GOT DEDUCTED AND WHEN I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE,THEY TOLD THAT ON YOUR NO.ANY GAME VALUE PACK GOT ACTIVATED AND FOR THAT 99RS BALANCE GOT DEDUCTED FROM YOUR BALANCE.,FOR THAT I TOLD THEM THAT I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE THIS TYPE OF ANY PACK.BEFORE THIS COMPLAIN ALSO THIS PACK GOT ACTIVATED AND AGAIN I CALLED THEM TO DE ACTIVATE THIS SERVICE.THEN WHY ALWAYS THIS IS HAPPENING WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR WITHOUT ANY PRE INFORMATION?IF LIKE THIS ANY SERVICE WILL ACTIVATE ON MY NO.WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION THEN TELL ME THE PROCEDURE TO CHANGE THIS SERVICE THROUGH MOBILE NO.PORTABILITY...

Dear Sir,
My Cell no. Is [protected], this is to inform you that my balance has automatically been deducted by tata docomo prepaid for subscription of my talkies of amount rs 100 /- Early morning . When i made an enquiry about this at the customer care centre, an Amit kumar told me that the balance would be reversed within 2 hours ...and still no response ...

Please see to it that my balance is reversed and the my talkies pack is deactivated.

Dear Sir,

My mobile number is [protected], and this is to inform you that my balance has been deducted automatically by tata docomo prepaid. About total Rs. 114was deducted in EARLEY MORNING ..
When I made enquiry about this in nearest Tata Docomo service center, they told me that AUTOMATICALLY SENDING MMS TO NUMBERS.
I

Kindly refund Rs. 114 and also deactivate that value pack.
