[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Prepaid recharge benefit not done

I am using tata indicom (now docomo) since 2007, just converted postpaid to prepaid. After migrating to prepaid, i am facing several issues and unprofessional dealing by your customer care executives. I have recharged 49 rupees International pack two times from your own tata docomo website with reference number [protected] and [protected] respectively on different dates but i have not received benefits of the pack and isd call was still charging me 14.20 rupees per minute for usa and canada. I have recharged these packs only after getting information on your website and also recharged online through your website only. When i haven't got said benefit in my account, i called customer care for complaint but they told me that there is no pack of 49 rite now, i urged that it's still visible on tata docomo website and even tata docomo charged me 49 rupees on its website. Sumit and vijay named executives handled the call and kept me waiting for half an hour.
Is that customers duty to verify your website and customer care service both before an recharge, if an pack is no more applicable then why tata docomo is showing that pack on its website and even why they are charging money from customers for that specific pack. this is completely customers harassment and loss of money and we never expect this from your company.
I request you that please look to the matter, kindly provide the said benefits in my account ( as mentioned in your website )or reverse the amount of the packs and wrong international calls charges back into my account. Hope to hear from you soon, thanks.
