Tata Docomo — regarding roaming free

i have rechaged my mobile no-[protected] of bihar number of Rs 46 plan to get roaming free in tatadocomo. i got confermation also. but when i am recieving the call it cuts the money from my main account. incoming call is not free.

So, please help me in this regard.

Hi,

Today I've called Tata Docomo customer care and inquired about Free Roaming Plan, but they told me that no plan is available right now and you will be charged 1rupee/min.But I've heard about plan 46 for free roaming.Can any one tell me whether the plan is there or not?
