sir, i got my docomo sim 7 days back . The sim activation had not yet done, i request you to please activate my number .

i got a sim card 3 days back and its still not activated, my sim number is [protected].my name is samuel

i bought new sim [protected] its been 25 to 30 days, however it is not activated yet, i called customer care using alternate number however customer care unable to resolve the problem.
