Dear Sir,
I am using Tata Photon device for internet access for last several month.
I have tried to convert the plan from postpaid to prepaid several times, but everytime they are making excuses and giving options of other schemes and claiming false claims about cancellation of my documents which are same to those submitted during purchase.
Now, I have submitted again my documents at their outlet at putlighar, amritsar on 29th July, 2013. But they have deliberately delayed the conversion to enter the next billing cycle in august and have not yet converted even after several online complaints as well as telephonic conversations with their customer executives. Everytime they are giving me a new complaint number and time duration of 24-48 days for resolving the problem.
Kindly identify the person responsible for this delay and charge the rental of this new billing cycle from them because i have already made the request for conversion , more than 15 days in advance.

for the extra bill because some body is deliberately delaying it in your
