Hi there, I'm Abin On 14th of August some Customer care executive called me with a plan to change my prepaid to postpaid connection. And I was happy with that plan. On that day itself one guy came and collected my documents along with 300 RS(Nemesis Solutions). And he said it will be activated in 48 hours. On sunday someone asked me to sent a message to 121 and I got a message with RID[protected] from Docomo. Today I called 121 and asked about the status. He said they need 72 hours more to change this prepaid connection to postpaid connection and he said to call [protected]. When I called on that number he asked me to call another number [protected]. Now I'm feed up with this. Your Customer care service is absolutely HOPELESS. You guys called me a several times to take the connection. Now there is no any response from any one. Now I'm planing to go with number portability and change the service provider. So I need my money back. Please don't tell me to go somewhere and collect the money. And please do the necessary things.

    Dear Sir, My name is : Deepak Lamba and my number is [protected]. I ported my number my number from Vodaphone to Docomo a week ago. The agents at docomo told me that the new sim card will be delivered to my house on Friday, but it has not been delivered to me yet. Now, my previous number has been blocked for few days and I have not received the new sim card from Docomo Office Chandigarh. I called the customer service numbers many times, but I couldn’t get any help. The agents at the customer service gave me some numbers but those numbers belonged to the owners of some other retail offices. I tried calling them many times and no one is willing to respond. Moreover, when I ask about the personal information about the agent at the other, they directly hang up. I am highly furious and dissappointed. I would like to say that agents at docomo office do not have any sense and they violate all the customer rules.I am highly disappointed by the poor service by the company.       Dear Sir, Please be informed that I have WIFI COMBO 1.4 [protected]@1250 plan (10240MB with the package) and in a month I have not downloaded anything from the net just using for Whatup application and skype for video calling so please let me know how my account usage will be 19422MB? and also bill has counted not as per regulation and as per my plan taken above if I used 19422MB so remaining[protected]=9182MB=1,120 Rs only additional but TATA DOCOMO bill showing 11,738 Rs which is totally wrong calculated by company and even I have not used internet for upload or download purpose just using only Whatup application and skype for video calling alternate day for limited times only. I would appreciate if you will informed to this company and file case against TATA DOCOMO. I am herewith attaching detail bill for your review and further action against with TATA DOCOMO.         hello my .name is akshay shah,from Surat.... I was done the recharge of 95rs on 10Aug 2013 for internet pack,but today at morning I got charged by the Tata Docomo company.... they cut my full balance of approximately 70rs.... then . I call at customer care of that company but the customer care employee . say me that my internet pack mb had been finished but sir how can be finished the one gb of data in just 10 days...?!! so please sir help me and get my whole money....

        Hello, I am Rajnish Bhaskar from Bangalore, i had booked one CDMA Phone via online on 5th Jan 2012. My Application Form No is : ET00414235 and My Transaction Id is : MSBI[protected]. Before Booked CDMA Phone tata customer care executive told me i will receive my CDMA Phone within three days after online booking. 11 days is over but still i did not get my CDMA Handset. i called tata customer care so many times when i asked him about status order of my CDMA Phone he start telling about TATA DOCOMO OUTLET.yesterday i called again to tata customer care but his executive given to me other tata customer care executive number and told call him when i call another tata customer care executive he given to me another tata customer care executive number ..and so on ..still i didn't get my phone and he didn't refund my money...21 days is over but still tata docomo is sleeping.. worst company worst services....

          i am using no of tata docomo in up west circle since eight months. My address is multan nagar ,near maliyana phatak ,meerut ,state -up ,pin code 250002 . landmark is near bapu chhatrawas or near check post .It was told that speed of 2g internet will be 30-42 kbps but i am getting 2-4 kbps mostly 10 am to 6 pm at day time regulary . i spoke to customer care regarding this many times, they also registered complaint and call me after 2 days that your complaint is resolved but the speed i am getting is still 2-4 kbps. Now if i call customer care they do not register any complaint and say that restart your phone and clear cookies will improve internet speed. And internet doesn't connect when we are in most need . i am facing this problem since four months , the speed is such slow that i can't use even 200 mb in one month. please short out problem

          from last three days iam trying for the setting of internet on my mobile, for that iam sending sms INTERNET to 121 and 52270, every time they reply - "we have received your request you will get the setting shorthly on your mobile", and after that one more msg from 52270 says "the request cannot be proceed, try again later". pls solve my problem and send the setting on my mobile, i have samsung champ duos handset and it have internet facility.

          Tatadocomo — slow internet

          From some days tatadocomo internet is working slow when asked to customer care they replied their is now problem. After few days when asked again they replied yes server is down and it will take 4hour to star well but after 4hour no change again slow. Then next day asked again in reply yes server is down and after 24hour it will work but the same problem no change slow slow...... whenever asked customer care about the problem they use to say no problem and they just send new setting or new dial up number . Next when I told I have give complain they just don't write and use to solve problem by sending new setting aur use to tell refresh your setting. Nothing works and customer care knows nothing always use to tell lies.
          Please help and take action immediately.

            Dear All, I have been using TATA PHOTON postpaid connection ([protected]) and made an email request to TATA Docomo on 02/08/13 to change my connection in to prepaid. I have received an email from them on 03/08/13 advising me to visit the near by outlet and based on their suggestion, I visited several TATA Docomo outlets in various part of city but none of them accepted my request and simply advised me to contact customer care again. After so much difficulty, I called customer service from TATA Docomo AVADI-Chennai outlet on 07/08/13 but this time too they call center executive did not accepted my request and finally provide me a reference number after a staff member of the outlet intervened. Since then I have been in touch with their customer service team every alternative day but response was very very poor and got the stereo type of response only. Initially, I was told that the request would be actioned within 24 hours but nothing had happened and whenever I call the call center, the executives who attended my calls drastically increased the deadline from 24 hours to three days, from three days to Seven days and finally to ten days. Finally I have received a call from TATA Docomo after 18 days from my initial request and asked me submit an application form to their office which is located in other part of the city and I am really wondering why they took so much of time just to say this.                 TATA DOCOMO Product [protected].Your temporary reference number is 315398,315401,315399 I purhchased one postpaid number from Mcity,Infosys campus and the same number has been given to other customer. So at that there was problem with network and when i check with customer care they said the same number had been issued to other customer too so they could not resolve the problem. Now they are torturing me to pay that bill, actually i am going to file a case with all the details that i have. Thanks, Rajesh

                  I'm really frustrated with TaTa Docomo... Im facing problems after problem and till now nothing is solved inspite of my complaints to Customer Care and Nodal officer . my problems.
                  1. Speed is very slow (2-10 kb/ps), and sometimes the page does'nt open at all. Maximum days at night is shows "Packet data:Authentication failed" or "Service not available" and when i call CC they dont receive the call or say its a temporary error. 2. You give so less speed in that there is frequent internet disconnection. It disconnects every 5 minutes and you DNS server gets timed out also.

                  I recently bought a tata docomo 3g data card. They told that the speed is 3.6 mbps but actually i'm getting somewhere b/w 25kbps to 100kbps. The upload speed most of the times is less than 10 kbps. Recently, when i tried to connect to internet i got a msg as connect failed when i enquired abt the reason for this error msg i found that my background verification failed. The reason its mentioned is that I'm a bacheolar and might leave the house anytime. This is for the first time i'm hearing this reason for rejection of connection from any company. If they had told me this thing earlier i probably would have gone for some other internet service provider. Now, i want to return back the data card but these guys are not taking it. The outlet is near kamakya theatre in bangalore. I've paid 2000 Rs for data card and the plan is unlimited usage (10 GB) and the monthly rental is 1200. I just want to return it back as the service is too poor and the speed is very less. The kamakya outlet guys have not given the printed bill till now saying their server is slow and they couldn't print the bill. However, i've a handwritten bill. I've used very less and not even used 1GB till now. Its been 20 days. Can some tell me how to get my money back or settling the things out.

                  What was the action taken for the internet disconnectivity issue in TATA DOCOMO Internet Service
                  I am also facing the same issue for a long time...
                  The internet service from the TATA Docomo is untrustable.
                  Cant even able to do any transaction like train ticket booking and some crucial internet application like online banking, attending onlline meeting etc. What was the solution for all these from the Tata Docomo?. Will it continues to do the same??.
                  Either subscribers of Tata Docomo have to switch to some other Network???

                  I have been facing problem in accessing 2g/3g data in my tata docomo for the past 7-8 months. I tried contacting the customer care but all in vein. The data is shown available when my data is switched off but as soon as I switch my data on the connection disappears. The apn pin and other settings are also correct. I have to keep switching the data on and off for like 10 times and maybe then i get the connection which disappears with 10 minutes. Its highly frustrating .

                    Dear sir/Madam,

                    I took tata docomo 3G connection before 9 months,
                    Product No:-[protected]

                    It worked fine for first 3 months after that speed is very poor. Then raised a compliant request, but there is no response from their end again and again I raised compliant request in tata docomo, Finally they called me, they done speed test on my system it shown only 0.47 kbps and they said they will send the person to my place they usually calls me on week days before 6 PM, so I asked them to come on week end or after 6 PM they said Ok but they haven’t come, Many times I asked customer care to come on weekend, but they never came and never resolved my complaint.
                    So I called to TaTa photon customer care how to disconnect my connection through online, they said cannot disconnect your connection through online. So I informed customer care to disconnect the service.
                    I didn’t pay that month rent so TaTa photon customer care request to pay the rent then only we disconnect the service so I paid the amount through online on 24 Jan 2013, then next month tata photon customer care called me to pay the rent I said, “already I asked you to disconnect the connection that’s why I paid last month rent also as you said, then only you can disconnect the connection, now again why I want to pay the rent”, They told still your connection active please pay the rent, after long time arguments I asked them any internet usage is marked with my connection, as I already asked to disconnect I haven’t used data card at all and and again I harshly told to customer care to close my account, after some month one advocate sivakumar send the notice for payment tata docomo account. I didn’t use even few minutes, without any usage they are asking me to pay that too I raised a request to close the account, very worst service. Please help me and take serious action against them for not giving proper service.

I didn't use your service after raised 2 times closer request then how to pay?.. I paid already one month bill with out using the internet.. with out internet usage how come to pay for your service? again and again. please check any internet usage is there for my account. please let me know what details do you want. please double check at your side.

                      i am using tata docomo for a long time, i mainly use it for gprs but nowadays when i connecting using nokia c2 03 it shows network error. after that trouble i have used it on many gadgets but it shows same error.....wtf....please fix this error otherwise i will port my sim to another network provider...shame on you ratan tata your docomo is worthless...hehehehe

                          Hi Iam Manmohan And my no [protected]. i recharge my account with 29 on 16/08/2013 (STD calls 30 paise) anf after 2 mint i recharge with Rs 250. But when i call to any STD no docomo charge 1 paisa per second (my default pack). So i recharge again with 29 on 17 August. But on 17/August my call rates are 30 paise but on 18/ August my call rates again converted to 1 paisa per second. Not Plz refund my 29 Rs and convert my call rates to 30 paisa.
                          All other thing is that on 250 pack i get 1GB 3G data and After that unlimited 2G data but by mistake my dealer recharge with 26 at the place of 29 and i get 256MB 2G data and docomo deactivate my 3G pack on that pack i have 1GB 3G data. Plz deactive my 26 pack and get 3G data

                            I have recently on dated[protected] purchased a Tataphoton Plus EC 165 HSIA modem internet device. from the dealer of Tata teliservices at Lucknow.The company in its performance dis-closer browsers assured as Dawn load speed up to 3.1 mbs and upload speed up to 1-6mbs.The device was activated by the company concerned on dated-11.08.13 observing compliance procedures provided by the govt. When the complainant started the use of device after activation a very poor performance of connectivity related to speed of device was encountered. The complainant when online checked the connectivity speed of device it was measured only up to .250 /mbs-with a variation of 10% plus/ minus which was was about 800% below the committed speed by the company. The complainant tried to lodge the complaint with help line of tata teliservice but could not properly responded and at the last lodged a complaint through E-mail dated-14.08.13. In the response the representable of the company intimated that the speed you are receiving is maximum practically viable speed of our product the quoted speeds are only to attract custmars and can not be achieved.He also refused of providing solution of the problem at there end.This is a clear voilatoin of cited regulatory guide lines and Indian criminal & civil laws. You are requested to take appropriate action against fraudulent act of the company at your end with a reference to the complaint.

                              And who's gonna pay for the hours i spent talking so many times for ur useless service?

                              Also even after complaining about this so many times i was told tat there is no complaint registered.

                              Now who's fault is this?

                              Even after informing i am not available during working hours, i am being called during my working hours only.

                              At Rajiv Gandhi centre of nashik,i have already informed the issue to ur Official,Mr. Chavan two months ago,and since then,he has been assuring me that something would surely be done in a day or so...

                              In the month of june i had purchased a Tata Photon device and the device purchase date is 06th june 2011. After buy the device the device is not worked properly and I had complaint to Tata care. After complaint Tata team send a executive at my mailing address and he confirm me that it is the unresolavable problem due to network and he also suggest me to do the device back to tata and the payment is fully byback and I had back device to tata on 21st June 2011 and also clear my all dues said by company. Tata Team said that the payment might be come in next 45 days to my address. When I don't recived any payment I went to Tata outlet they said that it takes more time.

                              I don't recived any payment till date and I went to tata store more than 15-20 times. Request you to please help me and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                I am using Tata Photon device for internet access for last several month.
                                I have tried to convert the plan from postpaid to prepaid several times, but everytime they are making excuses and giving options of other schemes and claiming false claims about cancellation of my documents which are same to those submitted during purchase.

                                Now, I have submitted again my documents at their outlet at putlighar, amritsar on 29th July, 2013. But they have deliberately delayed the conversion to enter the next billing cycle in august and have not yet converted even after several online complaints as well as telephonic conversations with their customer executives. Everytime they are giving me a new complaint number and time duration of 24-48 days for resolving the problem.

                                Kindly identify the person responsible for this delay and charge the rental of this new billing cycle from them because i have already made the request for conversion , more than 15 days in advance.

                                Never ever go for TATA PHOTON- they cheat. When their agent comes to me- he gave me different plan. I was asked to pay for some partial pro rate based amount- I paid that. After all- there were bills coming in emails of wrong plan. When I reported- they issued a complaint number which after 10 days has not been solved.[protected] is my complaint number. They have barred my number- while they have not find any solution for the wrong doing.

                                I paid latest bill which was correct but still they stopped service knowing very well that I am not a bad paymaster- had I been- I would have not paid them.

                                They have even deliberately blocked My Account ID and changed settings...so now i cant check my usage..it wasnot resolved even after several complaints...

                                they have increased the data usage in last 4 days, when the speed is automatically reduced and i couldnot used it in daytime except at night and that too after 11 PM...i am waiting for the bill...

                                  The network does not connect. Keeps giving stupid errors like "sim card not detected" "sim card registration failed" "please insert your sim card" !! I have recharged withRs.365/- on[protected] but from[protected] company has disconnected internet connection of the said number. Company not attending complaints on mobile or on their website. Please inform them and necessary action may please be taken against them.
