I am getting advertisement calls everyday, and DoCoMo is telling, my number is registered in the National DND Registry.
Getting calls from the below numbers:

[protected](Got this call at 04:45pm on 20th July, 2013)

You can see that the mobile number is not registered there.
I have called DoCoMo atleast 15 times, and they are still repeating the same.
I am forced to cancel this number, because of this issue.
Please do something, as I may not be the only customer forced to accept these calls.
I have been using Tata's mobile service for the last 12 years(starting from Tata Indicom, and finally forced to end with Tata DoCoMo). I have Tata's mobile connections in my name(used by my sister, my wife and myself) in Kerala, Hyderabad and Pune, and I will cancel all these connections in a month!!!
So irresponsible support from Tata DoCoMo!!!

Tatadocomo — Activation/Billing
I have been using the Docomo sim for past 2 and half years. And recently changed from prepaid to post paid. From the Day 1 of my postpaid usage, I'm facing problems with Docomo regarding the1. Postpaid activation date
2. Activation of the plan properly
3. Incorrect information provided by the customer care representatives from both voice and online chat support guys
4. Long waiting to connect to the customer care from 121
5. Keep track of the complaint numbers, resolution times and the interaction ids.
6. Check the complain resolution times and call the customer care again to know why the complaint was not resolved and its been closed.

And every time i have explain in detail regarding the problem to that customer care who even doesn't understand what the issue is. And more over they wont provide the interaction id's. This interaction id is used as a proof that I had talked to the customer care representative and keep on long holds. And they cut the calls abruptly and some of the time they don't even respond and I have to cut the call.
Am fed up with this record of the complaints and daily talking to the customer care representatives regarding the issues. If some one from the Docomo handle all of this that would be a great help for me. But have no expectations that some one from Docomo even reply for this. But just mentioning over here so that some one will take a look at this.
