I AM A CUSTOMER OF TATA DOCOMO GSM SERVICE. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected]. THEY DEDUCT PER DAY 60 PAISE SINCE LAST TWO YEARS WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I WILL NOT ACTIVATE ANY VAS PROVIDE BY THEM SO WHY THEY DEDUCT 60 PAISE PER DAY AS A RENTAL CHARGES. I[censored] HEAR ME THEN STOP THIS NONSENSE RENTAL CHARGES ASAP.

Dear Sir,
I am using Tata Docomo GSM prepaid card with having phone number [protected].
My complaint is that since last more than 2 months every week Rs.10/- is being deducted as unauthorised charges. No service gets active in the mobile but when i call to customer care of the service provider there appears some services to be active which i have never authorised for. Though I get refund of the same every time except in few cases, the problem is not being solved permenantly which i am being told every time. This has been limit now so i want the problem to be solved as soon as possible or else need to take strict steps to complain to TRAI.

I hope you understand my problem, please oblige me for the same as soon as possible.

Tata Docomo — Unauthorised charges

Dear Sir,

I Mr. Mohammed Aslam customer of TATA DOCOMO telecom, my mobile No. is [protected]. I have been charged 90 rupess every month for the past 5 months for unrequested services which they will activate.

When I call customer service to de-activate the service and refund my amount, they will speak rudely and keep my call on hold for half an hour. I am very upset about this situation. This case is not only with me even my friends also facing the same problem. I want serious action to be taken against TATA DOCOMO.

Tatadocomo — unauthorised charges

I donot subscribe to any of the extra services provided by the mobile companies. On 23-04-11 the co debited my a/c by Rs 30/- stating that you have been successfully subscribed to National news. My attempts to contact the MSP on my mobile were futile.
Again when I recharged my mobile on 20-05-11, the company debited the entire balance towards this service. I want file a complaint against this company. Can any friend guide me with the address of TRAI.

    Respected Sir,

    My self Mahavirsinh Raj and I am first class chemical engineer from GTU,
    I want compensation from DOCOMO because I had exam for GET in IFFCO yesterday.
    It was online preliminary exam & time was 1:30 pm. time duration for this exam was 45 min. I am paying 255 Rs per month to DOCOMO for 3G service.my docomo number is [protected]
    the connection was frequently lossed during this exam that I couldnt completed the exam and This was life long opportunity comes once in life And its missed. I felt completely ruined by Docomo. I dont know Where and How to complaint?.
    PLEASE HELP....

      Respected Sir,

      This is my third complaint for Tata Docomo. My no is [protected], and my complaint is that a amount of around Rs 70 is deducted on 26-27 july 2013 from my balance for unknown reasons.and my balance kept fluctuating , some times it showed Rs 37 and some times it showed rs 42. And when I contacted customer care on 26 july , She asked me to call after 4 hours and when i contacted after in morning next day , they asked me to contact after an hour and when i contacted after an hour, they first said to contact after an hour and when i got angry on phone they first told me that some amount was deducted for my miss call alerts and rs 37 for data charges.

      Now the things is that my miss call alerts was updated on 12-13 july of this month and there is no way that the amount is deducted before 1 month, and regarding data charge ,(which i dont used) , when i checked my last 3 data usage ( by sending DATA to 121) the reply was and i quote " Dear customer there is no data usage till date"

      I also checked my last 3 deduction which were right . and going by my last 3 deduction my balance should be around 70 which is nil now.
      .
      Can you please help me in this. Because this is now become general thing . every time now and then they siphon off my balance.

        My name is Rizwan Sayyed, My Tata Docomo mobile no is [protected].
        Today ( 25/7/2013 ) my balance of Rs 23 was deducted from main account for browsing internet. I have an active internet pack which had 5.60MB data left and also validity of it was left. But still today the amount of Rs 23 was deducted from my account for browsing 2723KB of data.
        I called up customer care and also did email to docomo care but they are unable to provide me proper answer for the deduction and nor they are providing my refund back. They mentioned it was for browsing 2723KB of data, whereas i had 5.60MB of data left. This is the second time i am facing such problem. And its not really tolerable.
        I request the authority to go through the matter and provide me my refund.

        Tata Docomo — about browsing

        I have been activated monthly internet mobile service on december first week Taata Docomo network.First one week it was working weel and thereafter it was disconnected.I have been contacted call centre persons so many times in last week and the response from them was not satisfactory.Still the problem is not solved and my internet package was being wasted.Please do needful as early as possible.

        Docomo — WRONG DEDUCTION

        I HAD USED DOCOMO NET ON 13.5.10 AND I HAD ONLY USED FACE BOOK,GMAIL,ORKUT.NO PAY SITE AT BETWEEN 5.30 TO 6.30PM THEY HAD DEDUCTED 14.20 RUPEES FROM MY MAIN BALANCE.I HAD CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND ENQUIRED ABOUT IT THAT TIME THEY ONLY SAID THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO UPDATE YOU INFO SO CALL AFTER 3 HOURS I HAD CALL 5 TIMES A DAY BUT SAME REPLY.ON 17.5.10 WHILE USING NET THEY HAD DEDUCTED 18 RUPEES FROM MY BALANCE WHILE USING FACEBOOK NEAR ABOUT 10.30PM.THEY ARE UNABLE TO ANSWER TO HOW MY BALANCE IS DEDUCTING AND THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY BALANCE.SIR PLEASE HELP ME

          Hello,

          I've purchased a tata Docomo Postpaid Sim card 4 weeks back on 4 July 2013 from a local dealer named Basha (Mob No : [protected]).. I've submitted all the proofs requested by him

          along with Rs 850/- as a deposit for my postpaid scheme (899/- month unlimited plan). But still my Sim is not activated..He was supposed to give the receipt slip of the amount

          to me the next day. But he never turned up.

          I'm from Chennai and my sim number is[protected].The mobile number allotted to me was [protected]. Till a week back I used to call the same local agent, all he says is

          it will get activated by EOD..But it never did. Then he started dodging my calls and now he won't pick up my call at all even if he does he'd cut it immediately. I called the

          escalation number present on the pamphlet given by Mr Basha. He was some Mr Udhaya (Mob [protected]). The same story repeated again and not answers from him either. Ultimately I

          was forwarded to their manager Mr Yuvraj ([protected]) who assured me that the matter will be resolved in two days. Its been more than three days now and he doesn't pick up my

          call either.

          Meanwhile I tried writing to customer care of docomo. But they said they won't take an action unless I send them a scanned copy of receipt I never got. ([protected]~~M14725530

          I'm stuck and have no clue how to proceed further. Such irresponsible behaviour/system is higly unexpected by a brand like TATA.

          Had I known the process took so long I would never have chose Docomo. I was better off with my vodafone connection. I just want my sim activated right away or get my refund back. I'm too fed up of spending my money and energy in this month long yet such a trivial proceedure.

            am using tata docomo from last few months.. the service is so pathetic that i cant even word it..
            - internet goes down multiple times.
            - speed goes too slow multiple times..
            - My account link doesnt work..
            - i asked to change my plan to 10Mbps.. got confirmation that they changed it from this billing cycle.... but the speed is still 2Mbps.. when i called 20 days back.. they registered complaint.. but no action or call back even after reminding 3 times..

            - had a password issue sometime back.. ppl did not even know how their own website works.. tool 2 months to resolve.. i wrote emails to every single escalation mailer.. but folks were just useless..

            - even now.. my plan (as they say is changed) is 10 mbps.. and i get 2 mbps... :( ..

            I have written a warning to them saying that i will not pay my bill according to new bill.. but am sure it will fall to deaf years and bill will be according to new plan.. if thats the case.. i will close the connection and live on my airtel 3G instead ..

            worst connection.. take anything.. but tata ..

            Tata Docomo — Worst service

            Worst service from tata docomo. Today i called to customer care and asked quires they even dont know to answer and cut my call. And I am unable to call for the second time. Poor service from docomo you can call to customer care only once per day and they cut the call when you try to connect to customer care. this is so worst.

              Tata docomo company is a cheater company,they send message of 7 days extra validity by special recharge 17 but the validity ended with 28 days only instead of 35 days, if they are not able to extend validity so why they send fake message. i am really dissapponited. pls help me....

                Hi Sir,
                I would like to bring to your notice that I was facing issue with Tata Docomo Internet Service regarding which I have called up their customer care in month of june (around 6th June 2013) and registered my complaint.That issue was closed within two days without resolution and without informing me.When I followed up with customer care regarding my complaint they kept saying that you have already a complaint open under the false assurance that it is problem with your phone connection.I checked with BSNL and they said that everything is fine at their end.No one from Tata Docomo actioned my complaint even after repeated calls to customer care.I withheld the payment for month of June because I was not getting any service at my premise and these people gave false assurance that issue has been resolved and asked my to pay the bill so service can be tested.I did so but service was still not resolved.Finally I was provided an email id by their customer care and was asked to drop an email to register new complaint in July and finally the issue was resolved after one month on 6th July 2013.Now when I have requested to waiver for 1 month amound along with late payment charges,I was first told that 1st complaint registered in 6th June was resolved & closed on 8th June and hence you can not get waiver for entire month.On escalating the matter,now I am being told that there was no complaint made on 6th June 2013.I would like to bring this matter to your notice for resolution.

                TATA — Internet connection

                Respected inspector,
                We are an offshore based IT company hexapartners in bopal and we have been cheated by Tata. They took 6000 Rs advance from us and they are not proving internet on regular basis.
                They installed modem an all but it never works
                Every day i have to call customer service and they give me 6 hours for solving problem, But this is on daily basis, So i am very annoyed by Tata company
                Please do the need full, because our business depends on internet.
                We have no escape as we have paid and they are denying to refund.
                Internet Downtime cost me Rs 23000/hour.

                I have provided the details on online chat on the link provided above and have had telephonic discussion with one of your customer care executive and have been assured that this has been escalated to senior management but haven't received any confirmation yet on adjustment.
                Further to the complaint above I would like to add the further happenings after constant follow up with Customer Care on this issue:

                I was assured that my request has been forwarded to senior management and will be properly evaluated.But after few days when I called to check the status the customer care representative is repeating the same story.The complaint made in month of June has been either deleted or not being disclosed and now as they would be required to adjust 1 month charges.Further to that my connection has been suspended on 25th July without even informing me or sending any reminders as I have refused to make the payment until this issue is addressed.
                I have mailed number of times informing the same that I will not be making any further payment as they have suspended my connection without informing me and my day to day work was hampered and I had to face inconvenience for about more than month because of this.

                I have now opted for new service provider and have clearly mentioned that I will NOT be making any further payment on name of settlement.They have now sent an email saying that connection will be suspended within 7 days and billing will happen till that date.
                I am not receiving any internet service as my connection has already been suspended but still they are billing the charges.

                Request your urgent attention in this matter as they are taking customer for granted and cheating them for their hard earned money.

                    I have been making fool by Vodafone and tata docomo.As per the TRAI policy i have done MNP and Vodafone is my old operator and docomo is my current operator.On 27th sep 2011 docomo barred my outgoing services due to non payment of old dues of past operator i.e. Vodafone.I have made the payment on the same day and got the receipt.After that when i call the customer care of Vodafone they said that docmo will activate your number and when i called on docomo customer care earlier said that Vodafone will activate your number and later said that you have to visit the docomo store.

                    After visiting the docomo store and submitting the receipt they told me that the number will be activated within 3 hours and now 14 hours have already past and my number is still barred because of which i am suffering heavy losses in monetary terms every hour.

                    Kindly consider it as very urgent and help me in the best way you can.

                      My name is Mohammed Yousuff Amir and I had opted for Tata Docomo 3G services (dongle) that was pathetic after the usage of the first month. The TATA DOCOMO Service No [protected] is my Service Number. I have completely stopped using the dongle after the payment of the first bill, they have stilled forced me to pay Rs. 2000/- and I am repeatedly making requests to disconnect it, but Tata Docomo instead of disconnecting and relieving me from this headache they are continuously sending the bills and harassing me to pay them. I have to keep going to their center and keep waiting for my turn and have to repeatedly ask them to cancel my connection. Please take necessary action against these looters and thieves so that they do not repeat the same with others.

                        Airtel — Wrong Information processing

                        The services provided by airtel is absolutely a headache. There was a message in my inbox claimingh that all the tariff rate of STD calls have been droped down to Rs 1.5/-. But in Friendz card the scheme is not applicable this is not mentioned. Why the hell do u send messages when the scheme is not applicable? After making a STD call I found that my Rs 149 has simply drowmned away i.e. tariff of Rs 3.4 is active to me.
                        Why do you outsource a wrong information? On contacting customer care they say you will have to check by yourself. Moreover the range of airtel is so weak that hardly a message is reached even when cell is out of coverage area.

                        I am using tata docomo from 3 months. once my brother called me and he said he lost his mobile and asked me to call tata docomo customer care and he asked me to block his no. which he lost (to avoid misuse of his no.) So, then i called customer care and informed the situation. But the customer care guy he blocked my no. That guy don't have common sense, as if we lose the mobile how come we can call from that no. only.....? Now to unblock i have to resubmit the id proof which i gave and i have to pay 75/- for unblocked. Then again i called customer care and said about the problem happened by the customer care executive. This is really bad about this customer care ! I have to see what will go on next but still my no. is blocked.
                        I was recharge wrongly the number [protected] on 10.10.2009 at 9.52 pm.But Imy mobile number is [protected]. and my complain number is 795858.please take the action quickly as soon as possible

                            Getting calls from the below numbers:

                            [protected](Got this call at 01:40pm on 16th July, 2013)

                            [protected](Got this call at 04:45pm on 20th July, 2013)

                            You can see that the mobile number is not registered there.

                            I have called DoCoMo atleast 15 times, and they are still repeating the same.
                            I am forced to cancel this number, because of this issue.

                            Please do something, as I may not be the only customer forced to accept these calls.

                            I have been using Tata's mobile service for the last 12 years(starting from Tata Indicom, and finally forced to end with Tata DoCoMo). I have Tata's mobile connections in my name(used by my sister, my wife and myself) in Kerala, Hyderabad and Pune, and I will cancel all these connections in a month!!!

                            So irresponsible support from Tata DoCoMo!!!

                              When i started using 3G internet services, many times the company TATA DOCOMO has deducted my balance. Last time i recharged with 250 rs voucher in which company says that it will provide 250 rs talktime and 1 GB 3g data and 2g unlimited data for one month, of which i have got only 222 rs balance and after 1 week under the perod of voucher the company TATA DOCOMO has deducted my full balance in my main account that is 221 rs and also the internet service has stopped. when this happened i called to the customer service of the company TATA DOCOMO the executive said to me that "the company systems are not updated yet so we can not provide you information so call after 4 hours". The date and time of calling and stopage of the service is 22 JULY 2013 at 1:15AM. So, I want to ask and claim the company for this issue and its a very big issue for me and I also want to ask the company TATA DOCOMO that i am a common man and 250 rs and also many recharge vouchers which the company has deducted and that are not very small amount for me and my work which i have lost today only because of the TATA DOCOMO company, so the company TATA DOCOMO has to pay all the my lost money and the lost business amount and the value of my time.                                   I have lost my Tata Photon device whose number is [protected] while travelling in the month of june 2013. i have called customer care of Tata Photon on [protected] to stop my service and stop the billing as well. The customer care person said he stopped my connection and i have to pay for the current bill on Prorata Basis. Then again after paying my bill of Rs 843 on 2nd july i have called customer care to confirm if my billing has been stopped. Again the custoer care person assured that it has been stopped and there wont be any billing. On 20th July Tata Photon service people called me to check if my services are fine. They told me that my services are still active. I have called again to Customer care and spoke to Hatender who was very rude which is very disappointing.He did not give me his Managers Name as well. I have asked him to disconned my number and stop the billing. I want TATA to take some serious steps to record or make notes of the calls of customer. I want to know where is the call notes for my call which i did on 2nd july 2013 where the customer care person assured me that my services and billing are stopped. I hope i will get a reply soon from TATA.

                                    my mobile number [protected], today morning(20.7.2013 & at 11 am), I made a mobile recharge of Rs 50 but since then i made a call, for around 2 mins and I lost all the money, The balance becomes insufficient to make any calls, please take care of the issue and give me a valid reply

                                      I was having a POST PAID Tata Docomo Broad Band connection, I got an email that they are stopping post paid service from North Bengal Region w.e.f 1st Aprail 2013, accordingly I stopped using their service, Today Morning I got a call from MR. Mansingh Khurana Mob. no. [protected] , he threatened me to put me behind bars and I should talk to Mr,. Rohit Sharma Advocate Tis Hazari Court- Mobile no. [protected] and my case number is NW504. Mr Sharma told us that an amount of Rs. 1775/- is due and I should pay immediately to avoid penalty.
                                      I have paid the bill till Aprail and their is no outstanding against me.
                                      I am feeling very scared as vell as furious, this is complete unethical..

                                        before 4 months at april, i have purchased TATA 3g donlge (internaet connection), as they having coverage issue they give me in written that they are not able to provide me coverage so i have give it back to them now i took that 3G usb stick in 5000 rs unlimited plan, retailer from whom i purchased this he given me 1500 rs of stick back to me and told me that remain amount will be paid by TATA by checq whitin 15 days, so now i am waiting since 3.5 months but still they are not returning my remain amount even if they are not contacting me , as i have talked its customer care number [protected], they said that they have not received DATA now i have all the required proof like (its bill , complaint form in which they admittted that they are not able to provide coverage)
