Dear Sir/Madam,

I took TATA Docomo 3G connection an year back, I was given a demo service by the TATA DOCOMO salesman before I bought the 3G connection. At the time of DEMO I got a very good speed and as I was promised I will get the same service when I buy the 3G connection. So I bought the connection but from day 1 I never got that speed, in-fact speed was much less than promised (My mobile internet connection was faster than 3G). I called customer care to raise an complaints for this issue and everytime I was given a different number by TATA DOCOMO guys and when I called on those numbers I was again given a different number. Frustrated with their poor service, I sent an email for the cancellation of my 3G connection and again there was no reply for my email. I finally managed to get a guy on phone who listened to my problem and after doing an investigation he suggested that in your area we can't provide you 3G speed and not sure why someone would offer you 3G service there and when I said I am paying 750 for this service, he said please call customer care and ask them to change the price or if you want we can cancel the service as we can't give 3G service at your location. And with all this I again sent an email for the cancellation of my services and this was within 2 months of my services for which I had paid Rs. 750 per month in advanced. Now since they didn't responded to my cancellation email ASAP that doesn't mean I would pay for their laziness (If they don't respond to my email in 1 year then it doesn't mean I would pay the rent for that 1 year).
Now after almost an year I got email from TATA DOCOMO that 1 month rent is pending to be paid by me, failure of that would result in CIVIL case against me. I forwarded all the email chains which I had with TATA for cancellation of my services to VANI (From Tata Docomo) and again she didn't responded to my email then and now again after 2 months I got another email from some advocate on behalf or VANI that a case has been filed again me. It's really frustrating and irritating to see such kind of emails when they are not ready to accept their fault. I had already wasted my Rs 1500 which I didn't ask back considering the pain it would take to get those 1500 and now they are instead asking me to pay more for the service which I didn't use and I didn't requested.
Please help me and take serious action against them for not giving proper service for which they promised and charged. Please find the email chain which I had with them.

I have long back requested for the cancellation of this service because of the poor service which I got from Tata Docomo. And I did got a reply from Tata Docomo that my request has been processed and my connection has been cancelled.
I paid 750 per month for the service but it was a complete waste for me since I wasn't hardly getting good speed, my mobile internet connection was faster than your Tata Docomo when I was promised by your sales man that I will get 3G speed. And when I complained many times about your services, I hardly got a response everytime I called your customer care, I got the answer that sorry it's a postpaid service please call on this number and when I called on that given number, I was given new number.
I was so frustrated with your services and response to my issue, and then finally I had sent email for which I got no response. It's not my problem if you guys don't respond to emails, don't have a proper customer care to take customer's complaint/feedback then not sure why I have to pay this charge of 750 when I hadn't used it all.

If you can check your email details, I had requested for the cancellation of your services on 8th September on email, and til then I had already paid 1500 for 2 months advance so now because you guys didn't responded to my request of cancellation at that time, not sure why do I have pay for that. I have already wasted 1500 because of the poor service I got from Tata Docomo.

Sorry but If you respond to emails after a month then that doesn't mean that customer has to suffer for your laziness and bad service, first email which I had sent regarding cancellation of my account was on 08/09/2012 (see the below email chain) and when there was no response to my email I had again forwarded that same email on 14/09/2012.
And I had to sent this email since I was frustrated calling you guys on the customer care number given to me, where I spent so much of my time waiting for someone to answer my call and then hear the sentence "Sir you have dialed the wrong number, for corporate postpaid connection, please dial different number". When I wanted to buy the connection, I was getting continuous calls "Sir please buy this connection, we will give the best service and blah blah" but after I got the connection, I had to run after you guys to get service for which I had paid Rs 750 per month. Can anyone of you pay Rs 750 per month for a service where opening a normal site would take 3-4 minutes? And I reported this issue as soon as I bought the connection but there was no response to my request.

I am happy for you to file a case for this, I have all email proof with me where I had requested for the cancellation of your poor service. And if you respond to my emails after a month then that doesn't mean that I will have to pay for that 1 month.

Can any body please reply to the below email, I am really frustrated now using Tata Docomo services. Everytime I call customer care, I am giving different numbers to call and finally I end up getting no solution and no one to respond also.

Tata Docomo — poor service by tata docomo

whenever i called tatadocomo customer care about problem in internet, they start with download settings,what handset you ae using ( even if your internet was working few seconds back) .yesterday i got poor connectivity ,called customer service .after lot of discussions he agreed that there is system problem and no one can do anything. and at last he registered my complaint.

tonight i was having gprs nightpack of around 303002kb as balance.
it expired at 00:00 hrs .
i sent many many messages(GPRS) at121 activating new pack. your request recieved message i got.
but no pack ativated even after two more sms.i called customer care, the same stories again.after all they accepted system problem.
any how i surfed internet.could not get any balance even fter sending many BAL sMS to 121.

at 7 am i got sms and i found my balance has eroded by 192rs.
i called customer care and repoted my problem.
he gave me very good reply that this is your charges for downloads .details is as under. which shows 0.30 min.Rs.192.89. acccording to them i visitd paid site that i am not aware of.

hii...i have taken the new sim of tata docomo with buddynet offer,but,many time when someone calls it says switched off ,i have tried it from my another no. also,and when i check my balance it says result unknown aftr some time..not even showing my current balance.

Tata Docomo — Not giving proper service

I am Prasad Patil using a Tata Docomo number from last 1 year. From 12th Aug 2010 onwords the card is showing full coverage but not able to send or receive any call as well as messages for that I registered around 5 to 6 complaints but Company didn't resolved my complaint and due to this I lost my very important calls.

i have been trying to contact the customer care for unsubscribing a service,but there has been absolutely no response from them.Each time i recharge,the money is deducted and i try to unsubscribe that service and there is no reply.I have also tried using DND which has not worked.I am totally not happy with a response like this.I hope some strict action is taken on this issue.

Tata Docomo — Poor 3G service

I have recently on[protected] bought Tata Docomo 3G plan 1000Rs 5 GB data at 3.6Mbps valid for 30 days. First two days I get good speeds and was able to download 1.5GB, but from 3rd day I don't get any speed, I still have 3.5GB balance and I cannot spend it, I cannot do even normal browsing.

I tried several ways of communicating my problem to customer care, but all in vain, I have registered this complaint even in their official complaints website, but I have received no response.

The validity of 3G pack that I have purchased expires on[protected].Please address my issue asap, either solve the problem or reimburse my money(or at least part of my money).

PS:I have not changed the data card,settings, or geographic location for internet access, everything is same from when I was getting good speed and even now, In fact my data card shows perfect signal for 3G.

Tata Docomo — Automatic started a paid service and now no solution

I am suffering for 12 days to deactivate one service which was not activated by me.

12 days ago I was on call and after that call I had received a notification message about activation of dance clib service. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? HOW THIS COULD POSSIBLE IF I WAS ON CALL. I was charged 10rs. for that. After that I called customer care executive and he gave me trust about deactivation of this service but on Saturday I got a message about auto renewal of that service and once again I charged 10rs. Then after I called customer care once again and they suggested me several foolish ways to deactivate this service which are listed below.

1. Call 155223 and deactivate ur service. OK I did that but the answer was “You do not have any subscription”
2. Go to dive-in via gprs and unsubscribe this service. OK I did that but the answer was the same “You do not have any subscription”.
3. Finally I dialed to customer care in just 20mins ago and that customer care executive told me to go in “dive-in” menu in your device and do deactivate. OK I did that but there is no option to deactivate any service.
Now tell me what to do!!!

I did MNP and transferred from IDEA to DOCOMO but DOCOMO is also wasting my money and time.

Tata Docomo — Service issue

I use a Tata Docomo 3G Estick with the number [protected]. It's a prepaid account i got in Bangalore Karnataka. I have sincem shifted to Cochin and i was told i could continue using the above connection. I usually recharge for INR 1250/- rhis should give me: 1, 10 GB of data transfer (on a connection misleadingly called "unlimited") 2, 30 DAYS of CONNECTIVITY. the 10 GB happens and then the speed promptly reduces to (supposedly) 128Kbps. i usually get 1kbps or at the most 3kbps!! there are at least 10 days of down time every month. Tata DOES NOT compensate me for the days i don't have a net connection? why is it that we, the customers are being swindled in this manner? why doesn't Tata provide extra days of connectivity for the days of their supposed "network Congestion"??
The call center is useless! all the agents, TLs and managers together don't even have half a brain! Just yesterday, i'd asked an agent to transfer me to a TL and he put me on a dead ringer! 99% of the agents are uncooperative and rude! i hope tata takes some note of this and act! I have tried mailing the company's nodal officers in the past, they are equally impotent if not more!

I'm ttried to reach them so many times , they always says they all r busy with other customer , or if they receive the call , they just give the wrong information and hang up the phone. after that they are not available for the entier day

Sir I have been tata dockomo MNP customer recently, but as I wanted to start miss call alert facility the service is very poor. The company starts miss call alert facility immediately and latest by 24 hours but till now my service has been not started and when I call to customer care they have no knowledge to guide the customer and solve easy problems.

Even the Nodal care peoples are not able to solve the queries.Please check with other networks how nodal officers treats and satisfy a customer.A simply query is not able to get clarified.How will a normal class customer send a mail for some emergency instance like loss of sim card.Customer care will never get connected and asking to send a mail.I hope there must be any actions to be taken for these queries as south india especially cochin is not like uk to do these formalities.Day by day peoples are cancelling their connections.

Tata Docomo — Not getting promised service

I received a sms saying with recharge of rs 90, I will get 200 MB of 3G internet usage and after 48 hours I will.get 924 MB. I recharged on.same day and got 200MB. But even after waiting for 3 days I did not get remaining. I contacted customer care via customer chat support. The person registered my complain and said it will be resolved in 24 hour. That did not happen. on 9-may-2012 I called cust. care, the person said that I have received sms and I was told that I will get remaining mbs that day... neither that happened. On 10-may I called again and the lady there says I have never received an sms on 5th may..
what shall I do now...

Tata Docomo — Service is poor

I have purchased TATA DOCOMO 3G E stick data card with the help of just dial.The person contacted me the same day with in half an hour.He gave me the card with in couple of days after.Later he told that it will be activated in the same day , but still it has not been activated.Im calling the person he picking the call & telling that it wil b rectified in a day.But it has not yet been activated.The worst experience from the TATA DOCOMO people.Still the person has not yet activated.

It's quite amazing to see how seriously you guys look customer comments to resolve a problem. I clearly told you that I am not in India at the moment so if you have to call, call me on [protected].
And the problem I want to bring in to your notice is that, I have been asked to pay a month rent for the service which I didn't use at all. I didn't use TATA DOCOMO service because of the frustration I had in the first 2 months o[censored]sing TATA DOCOMO. I paid 1500 for the first 2 months which was a complete waste for me. And after wasting so much of my time and efforts I had asked to cancel the service. Now you guys responded to my cancellation email after a month and you want me to pay for that 1 month rent, since you didn't took my email the same day and you didn't processed the request.

What if you don't process a request for an year, does that mean customer should pay for that 1 year. I don't mind paying 750 but I would definitely not pay 750 to you guys for the worst service I had.

Under the instructions from my client M/s. Tata Teleservices Limited having its principal place of business 10th Floor, Tower-1, Jeevan Bharti, 124 Connaught Circus, New Delhi 110001, who have been appointed by Tata Teleservices Limited (hereinafter referred as “Company”), having its Circle Office located at Tamil Nadu to provide service for recovery of their outstanding dues from subscribers on account o[censored]sage of their services, I do hereby serve you with the following
Legal Notice:-



1. That you had subscribed to telecom services provided by Company on the terms & conditions as laid down in Customer Application Form (CAF) or Subscribed Enrolment Form (SEF) which were duly read, acknowledged & signed by you in acceptance thereof.

2. That on the basis of information/statement furnished by you in the CAF/SEF, the Company allotted you the captioned Mobile No. (s) Under the captioned Account No.

3. That you were duly serviced upon with the monthly bill(s) against usage of services, requiring you to make payment of charges mentioned therein, by a certain date, followed by repeated verbal telephonic request coupled with reminders through SMS, however, to no avail.

4. That in accordance with the terms and conditions of CAF/SEF, you were required to make timely payments in respect of the services availed by you, which you’ve failed to make despite repeated remainders and requests. After adjusting the refundable security deposit, if any, against the outstanding dues, a sum of Rs.734/- is still due and payable by you, which you have willfully and intentionally neglected to pay off. In addition to above, you are required to make payment of penal interest @2.5% per month on account of delayed payment from the date when it accrued.

5. That it is evidentially clear that you with malafide intentions applied for the connection(s) and availed the services of the Company and subsequently, willfully and intentionally evaded and refused to make the payment of dues to the company which is blatant disregard of your acceptance of terms of CAF, duly executed by you.

6. That in order to facilitate and enable you to avail the services of the Company, you had been entrusted with the services by the Company with express instruction of timely payment as on essence governing usage of the services. However, you deliberately and without any authority have not paid your outstanding bills due to the Company, which amounts to Cheating under section 420 of Indian Penal Code and also Criminal Breach of Trust punishable under section 406 of Indian Penal Code.

7. That through this notice we hereby call upon you to make the payment of the outstanding sum of Rs.734/- along with penal interest @2.5%per month to the Company from the date of notice till actual realization of the said amount, together with notice fee of Rs.500/- within seven(7) days from the receipt of this notice, failing which the Company shall be constrained to file civil, criminal, suit for recovery and other miscellaneous proceedings against you in the competent court of law and in that event you shall be fully responsible for the same.

8. Furthermore, the Company shall be free and well within its rights to share the information regarding the default on your part with other telecom operators or credit verification agencies, upon demand.

Such a stupid logic, its a good way of making money, don't process cancellation emails on the same day but keep it with yourself for an year and then threaten customer to pay for that 1 year...

    Generation of bill even after cancelling the service

    I had taken the Tata Docomo net setter postpaid connection(Account No.[protected] in jan 2013 by paying 2 months bill in advance and used it very happily for 3 months. When i got 3rd month's bill on April 3rd (saying March 13th BIll) i couldn’t pay it because of some net banking issue. And since the service got disconnected by itself in a few days. The bill amount was Rs. 571. Again May 9th (saying April 13th bill) I got my next bill....

          I have been using the services of Tata Photon Plus for past 3 months. 3 months back when I and my colleague Mr Sukant wanted to take the Tata Photon Plus plan one of the Tata Tele service agent / employee (Mr. Nishant Bhatia Contact No. [protected]) showed us the schemes of the Tata Photon plus service. We informed him that we are maximum time in office where internet facility is available and Our data consumption is very less in home .So we showed our interest to take prepaid scheme. However Mr. Nishant advised and convinced me to take the unlimited plan for two months and after that change it to prepaid scheme having a trust on the Tata group company I paid him Rs.1500 in the month of May-2013 for getting the Tata Photon service . After this event following events took place

          1) As advised by your agent while taking the plan, On[protected], I called the customer care and requested him to change the service from postpaid to prepaid. But he suggested if your data consumption is less , you can take Rs. 250/ month plan and he informed that my plan has been changed to Rs 250 p/m with effect from[protected].

          2)But on[protected] i received a bill of Rs.843 from Tata Docomo . I have contacted the local office of Tata Photon and enquired, now they informed that i can't change the plan upto on 6 months which was locking period.

          I would like to inform that this 6 months locking period was imposed upon me without my knowlegde by your agent. I have again requested your customer care to change this scheme from postpaid to prepaid, but no help received from your customer care .

          Myself and my colleague Mr Sukant is feeling cheated & harassed from the services of a trusted brand of Tata group, and now I have decided to discard the Tata Photon plus services right now. No company can impose a locking period on any customer binding them to pay even if they don't use their services.

          My Only mistake was that I trusted your representative who cheated in return and now I have lost my faith in your company and advise you to block my modem as I will not be using your services from right now. Please stop the billing against this modem immediately as I will not be paying any further.

          Hi,

          I was a user of Tata Docomo. My mobile number was "[protected]" and relationship number "[protected]". I stopped using my docomo number because of network issue. I settled my account dues on 16-Jan-10. After two days I called customer care to disconnect my number but they disconnected my number on 12-Feb-10 (after almost a month). Now in this month (April) every day I am getting call to make the payment for bill which has been generated for the month of Jan-Feb and Feb-March. If the number has disconnected on 12-Feb-10 then why are they generating the bill. I am ready to pay the bill from Jan-10 to 12-Feb-10 but I want to know why they have generated the bill for march month if the number has been disconnected on 12th-Feb-10. Every day I am getting call from customer care and when I am asking the reason they are not giving the proper response. Even they are saying that the number has been disconnected but they also do not know why the bill has generated. They are harassing me every day.

          I want revised bill till 12th Feb 2010 (date of disconnection).

          I received a SMS from the service providers reading "TA-Pack 444 ... Ab Full Talk Time se bhi zyada! paiye 444 rupaiye ke special recharge se poore 475 rupaiye ka Talk Time aur sabhi local calls 1p/2sec ke rate par" on Jan 16, 2011 at 9.45 am and I got my prepaid mobile connection [protected] recharged under the said offer on Jan 17, 2011. I am being charged at the rae 1p/sec instead of the offer made. This tnds to cheating and inspite of repeated complaints, the povders are not heeding to my requests and getting the Billing system corrcted and refund the excess charged amount .. mustan

              Tata Photon Plus — Bill and service

              I have taken connection of Tata Photon Plus wirless Broad Band Service which speed is 3.2 Mbps . Rightnow I feel too much problem which is complained to tata indicom ,but they have not taken any action. I have complained few days ago regarding spped , they send some engeener to cheeck the speed . But engeener cheecked & send the report to the Tata Indicom that speed is not good too much slow.Engeener told to me that problem in tata photn cyber. Right now automaticlly getting disconnect & too much slow. Few times web side is not opened as well as server is down. Customer care told me that we have no problem , your system has problem. Then I have send to customer care where allready I chhecke it has no problem in my system. I have cheecked with another laptop where same problem.

              Tata photon is the very expenssive in the indian market now days. But service is very bad & I am very very disappointed.

              After complained they send the unlimited bill which is I did not use. It is happen every month. Tata has not taken any actuion regarding that.

              They provide customer care no & mail id which is not help full for public.
              Oh God Please help TATA Photon customer . Tata are doing good buseness with people. TATA has given mail ID regarding my complain which one I had used for same purpose. But I did not get any positive attitude from TATA.

              Plase can you help me how I will return my money from TATA. I have spoken with customer care center who has no interested to return my money as well no improve the speed .

              When I have called tata customer care, they keep on hold & transfer to their executive. No one have interest to solve the problem..

                Sir,

                I would like to inform you that i had recharged my tatadocomo number [protected] with 95 rs. at 11:00 PM Dt. 11/08/2013 for 1 GB Data 2G Pack by using internet banking & at that time, i had 1024 MB data & my main balance is 0.07 rs. I had not used the internet service at that time.

                In the morning time, approx. 8 AM Dt 12/08/2013, I checked my balance by dial *111*1# & I had 1024 MB Data for using internet when trying to connect to internet but its failed to connect, then after, i dialed *141# & by using one time activation for 3G Data plan & requested to activate 50 MB Data that was for 1 day but due to insufficient balance in my main account which was 0.07 rs. i could not be activated this service & i got the same reply from your side which was "your request can not be proceed due to insufficient balance"".

                After that, I recharged my main account with 30 rs. & that time, i had 23 rs. & something paisa in my main account. After all that happened, I have connected the internet & that time internet was connected successfully & i was used internet service approx. 1 hr. after that i have connected again but failed to connect then i removed the sim from broardband & checked the balance. i have only 5.16 MB instead of 1024 MB & 0.07 rs. remaining balance instead of 23.6 rs. & i had lost my both balance.

                After all, I called to ur customer care 198 service & talked to your executive. He was unable to resolved this issue.

                Now, I am requesting you to please refund my balance of 1GB 2G data & 23.6 rs. main balance.

                Please take necessary action immediately basis.

                sir,
                this is to inform you that i recharged my docomo no [protected] with net pack on 16-aug-2011. They deducted my whole balance of 156 rupees for using net even when the data usage of 1.95MB was left. I complained them many times but they are not ready to refund the money. i still have the message from customer care with all the details.
                On 13th jan 2012 i subscribed Rs 2 sms pack on my no [protected] but they deducted Rs.10 instead of Rs.2 and now they are not ready to refund it back. There are many other such incidents. Now i want to register a complaint against them in consumer court.

                Iam sudheer, i'm using a samsung galaxy s mobile with tata-docomo as service provider.Unnecessarily they are deducting the balance saying that i'm using GPRS.I called and told them regarding my problem but coudn't get proper responce.I have disabled my data network mode and even deleted the APN corresponding to the network provider and sent a request to disable the GPRS as they told,still they are deducting the balance.I'm making calls to the customer care to tell my issue but they are not connecting the call.

                Tata Docomo — unnecessary deducting balance

                my name is azad and i am using mobile service -tata docomo and my no is [protected](mumbai circle).
                today 12/06/12 i deducted my prepaid balance rupees180 from last night of 11/06/12.
                when i tried to get answer from customer care they cut the phone line. i tried to contact them from last 4-5 hours but failed to get any answer.
                this is not first time for me.i suffered it 2-3 times in last 4-5 months.but that time i ignored.
                but this time i decide to raise the complaint against them.
                please help me for getting my money back.

                  i ported to tata docomo from airtel and got the plan of rs 250.
                  this network is and i call the coustomer care daily but thy can not solve my problem.help me please
                  there is no internet connection.
                  neither 2g or 3g
                  and the boast about awsm newtork and services but this network is very very bad..
                  i will leave the network as 3 months to my previous port is completed.

                    my account no is[protected] i got tata photon in my company plan and some terms that card is free and also i will use service for 6 months .but after 15 days o[censored]sage i was having spped of 4-10 kbps.i am getting the bill even i am already not using tata photon from last 3-4 months when customer care told me that in my area i will get 4 kbps speed even they promised for 3.1 mbps that time i told him to disconnect me now after 3-4 months what is the logic of bill when i paid for 2 months advance and used 1.5 months.now they are asking for 4600 .so overall they are asking me to pay 1800+4600 = 6400 for 1.5 moth with 4 kbps speed.this is and and now they are giving me justification that according to my plan i can not opt out before 6 moths even if they provide me worse service. .
                    i need answer why you are following the policy of 6 moths plan when you can not follow your policy for 3.1 mbps speed.
                    why did not you disconnect at that time when i told them.
                    how can you charge people when you forced them to move out.

                    I Have Tata photon bought just 1 month ago.I live in Hyderabad.Believe me just do not buy this device.They told that 1st 1 month was free but they charged me an extra bill of Rs 500 and the speed does not exceed 70 or 80 kbps,nextly when i called tollfree no and asked me for unsubscribing the service ,I was even charged for calling tollfree number.Oh my God I couldn't believe this one of the worst telecom service of my lifetime.Is this how Tata company meets their customer needs.

                    Tata Photon — Delay in Service

                    I have a Tata Photon no. [protected]. Tata Photon service center assured me that it will work on ROAMING also, but my device is not working on roaming. In order to get it corrected I raised a complaint on March 30th and these guys have not rectified the problem till now.
                    And in response, whenever I call the service center they say that they will correct it soon without any end-date.

                    Tata Photon's speed is very slow in NCR also and service center is of no use.

                        STD/Local – calling on net unlimited free (in roaming also)
                        SMS – unlimited free in on net network (in roaming also)
                        Internet – unlimited free in on net network (in roaming also)

                        *there are no any hidden charges apart from this. Only service charged will be levied.

                        This offered introduced to me while taking this service by Tata Docomo office.
                        I took my Tata Docomo Postpad connection from Mangalore (Karnataka)

                        Note: Naveen was the person (working in Tata Docomo office), who introduced to me about the above mentioned plan. Mobile No. ([protected])

                        Description of the issue:

                        Currently I am in roaming but I am under the Tata Docomo network. Whenever I using my service, it will be under the on-net network.
                        Two days back I just got the message that you exceeded your credit limit. Hence you service can be disconnected. And I got the message my bill amount is Rs 2600 apx. My due date is 24 Aug but now itself my service is discontinued.
                        When I am using this service in on-net network so you shouldn't charged to me any extra amount. This month I got Rs 1200 extra in my bill amount. Also my number is disconnected no. currently I lost my contacts and facing the lots of trouble.

                        Escalation:

                        When I ask today from customer center, they told me message and internet will be charged in the roaming hence we charged to you.
                        But why your people are not giving this information while taking the connection. Simply they are making fool to the customer and making trouble to them. I am so much afraid from your service now.

                        Kindly request to you please do some needful and take some action against this.

                        Tata Docomo — Messages being charged

                        Dear Sir,
                        I've Been a Tata Docomo User for over an year..
                        I recently heard about Docomo's 3g trial.
                        I activated 3G trial for seven days by sending 3G LIFE to 53333 about 10 days back.
                        I had 200 free messages per day before activating 3G trial.
                        Now, after it has got over, i'm being charged Rs. 0.60 per sms i send.
                        This is highly unfair as i've not changed any plan in 2G so far.
                        I request the officials of Tata Docomo to look into this complaint and restore the free messaging service to my mobile:

                        I have inform the costumer care center several time to stop the caller tune and other call center message and stop. But still they are not taken any step aginst this. Customer care people tell me to send a START DND to 1909 to stop all call center massages. I have send it but still not stop yet. My caller tone also i told them to stop but they are not yet stop it. please tell what do now.

                          AT FIRST I WAS IN TATA DOCOMO(PREPAID) . CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES CALLED ME AND INFORMED ME A WRONG PLAN THAT IS 950 PLAN WITH UNLIMITED CALLS AND UNLIMITED 3X SERVICE. EVEN THOUGH I ASKED THEM SEVERAL TIMES THEY CONFIRMED ME THROUGH HIS MANAGER VIA CALL. HE ALSO CONFIRMED ME SUCH A PLAN IS THERE AFTER THAT I PAID 1350 AND I GOT THE SIM WHEN THE SIM IS ACTIVATED SUCH A PLAN IS NOT ALL ACTIVATED AND I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY REVERTED ME THERE IS NO SUCH A PLAN TILL NOW NO STEPS HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER TILL NOW I AM SUFFERING A LOT REGARDS THIS ISSUE

                          Tata Docomo — Wrong information regarding the Plan

                          Hi,

                          I switched my number using number portability system from BSNL to Tata Docomo.As per the initial offer,Tata Docomo representative told me that i will get 100 MB of free data pack every month on 3G network.

                          I applied for the portability on around 24 Dec 2011.However the number portability took around a week's time and i got my Tata Docomo on 3rd January.

                          Now after i switched to Tata Docomo(4th jan) and confirmed about the 100 MB data plan.They confirmed the plan and offered me 100 MB free for 6 months.

                          However after 1 month o[censored]sage i am not getting any free data usage.I compalined the same to customer care but now they are saying the offer was till 31st December only.

                          Now my questions which they haven;t answered:

                          1.Why i was offered 100 MB free in first month also if the sceheme has expired by that time.
                          2.I applied for it before the scheme actually got expired so I should be entitled for the plan existing at that time.
                          3.Why the customer care representative told me the same when i got my number switched on Jan 04.

                          Now they are not taking care of my concerns.I would like to raise this issue through your form.My Tata Docomo number is [protected](M).

                          I had choose one number[protected] on 3rd of May, a person from Tata docomo DSR Dombivli branch name ghanshyam had come to collect the document for mobile number activation, along with the Document same time I had paid him Rs. 400/- to their for my new connection for which he has given a received note of Rs. 400/- On the Tata docomo new form, after insisting him.

                          But till date no verification done for my new number on 5th May, I had called on[protected] / 75950 and[protected] one Miss Jayshree had picked up the phone and told me that your form get rejected due to failed in address verification, so I replied her that about cancellation of my form and refund my money, but she had refused to do same, from that time to till date no one picked up my phone (number mention above) if the phone picked up from their end after hearing my name they directly disconnected the phone.

                          Kindly help me in this matter to resolve this matter my mobile no. is [protected]

                          If any of the company customer care executives or marketing executives told you about a purticular product, In my openion everybody should take a conformation from their customer service as a mail from their official Id or valid signed papers by hand. There are many as same as people being cheated as such frauds. Beware of it and act together.

                            I'm a Tata Docomo GSM postpaid customer, I've
                            activated caller tune for a monthly rental of
                            Rs.30/- and song selection charge of Rs.15/-
                            I've activated this service for hearing my favorite
                            songs to my callers, but now the complaint is the
                            service provider are playing their Advertisement
                            before my Caller Tune.
                            Its (promo) approximate length is 7 secs. I want
                            to stop this promo before my caller tune. I've
                            complained regarding this in the customer care
                            (121) but the are saying that its the rule of TRAI.
                            As a customer am paying the rent for hearing the
                            song, not to hear the promo of the service
                            provider. So please help me to deactivate this
                            promo from my caller tune.

                              I am somesh Kailas Patil, i have 3g docomo connection with number [protected]. It around one month that i have start with new connection.
                              I am suffering from very bad experience from your DOCOMO 3G service. Verification team has submitted negative verification against my account and the reason they told that the house is like a shade.
                              but as i specified my address is:
                              C/O SMT JAGADE KALPNA SUBHASH SN-48/56/1, NARHE NR SANAL FACTORY, PUNE - 411041.

                              There is 4 floor building standing on same address.
                              Verification team member has came at the time of verification and he had tea with us. Still he found a shaded house instead of 4 floor building.

                              I have 850/- rupees per month rental and i hasn't used more than a 4 days in the month.

                              I have paid 3 months advanced bill and I want refund my full money back to me.

                              on their account page bottom line indicate u can call to 121 for changes . i called to 121 but thr representative told me she cant do anything .

                                  This is Santhosh
                                  I use a Tata docomo post paid connection with number [protected],I received my second bill this month and i am having a trouble in understanding the charged amount,
                                  The bill is also attached below,
                                  Can you check the Itemized view>>Local charges>>
                                  How that amount comes to 462.60 when you are not charging for 000117?
                                  For all other service provider number to which i made calls is coming to around Total:53.40
                                  And if i include this AT&T number the amount coming closure Or exceeding 463/-
                                  Please let me understand what is logic here? Or am i wrongly calculating the charges?
                                  Also the total Duration says 24 hours(Including all Airtel,Vodafone,AT&T etc...) but when i don't include the AT&T then it wont cross 2 hours.
                                  How is this correct? when u say you wont charge for 000117...then why u calculate the hours?

                                  I am still waiting for a resolution on the concern registered on my above complaint and the ref number is[protected]...
                                  The concern is registered on 8th of Aug with Docomo but still no solution...I am even contacting customer care every alternate day...but the answer i get is "You concern is being handled by our team" but until when this will be in In progress status...?
                                  Today Docomo customer care agent says:
                                  They tried to contact me on an alternate number-I even dont know that alternate number which they say they tried...And i don't understand when complaint is on [protected], why they try to call alternate number?
                                  When i asked for the Status(As they said they tried to reach me)they say the same answer that"Complaint is being worked by concern team"
                                  My incoming is barred last week because i did not pay my last billed amount which is 642/- Because the same problem i noticed on my previous bill and Docomo team asked me to pay the amount and the amount will be adjusted if toll free is charged but nothing happened so this time i want the resolution first then i pay the bill...
                                  A new bill generated with an amount of 923/- and i feel again 000117 is included on charges...
                                  I am really unhappy the way this is treated...
                                  Now i just want Docomo to show/prove me that 000117 is not charged on my bill, Then its an hour work for me to pay the amount and raise a request for permanent deactivation...

                                    This is Anurag Savarnya,Tata Docomo User. I have recharged Rs 26, Mobile Internet Pack and later I was said that Tata Docomo Internet is not available in the area while it is mentioned on your website. When I called customer care he talked rudely and when I asked for refund he did ask me to talk to Custome Care Executive who didn't attend me for almost 6 minutes. I demand my Rs 26 to be refunded or to be added to my balance because if no service is there how can you mention it on your website and don't give us any information. I am using Tata Docomo for almost 3 years and this is first time I am facing such problems. My belief has been hurt and now I am thinking of changing my sim. How can you not refund when service is not available.How can you fool a customer and I am thinking of writing to National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and RTI on how my Rs 26 was used when no service was provided and when I am trying to send mail , its not being sent.
