Tata is guilty of crime! to spread bad virus FOR FREEEE!!!
Tata through EpyValley cd driver moden to istall the connection spread in your laptop 2 virus Heuristic.Win32.Dialer > folder/Program Files.
All report and confirm come from antivirus, and antispy like ewido- antispyware, antivir antivirus and more...
!!!Maybe the connection work so slowly because some else suck from
your line and your bill recharge come up!!! Than...if you tray to delete these virus …you have to istall again the driver epivalley if you want to be connect.
TATA CHEAT CONSUMER AND THIS IS WORST THEY CAN DO FOR WHO WORK HARD WITH PC/LAPTOP.

    I have a Tata Docomo post paid sim connection ([protected]). Since April 2013 till date there is no network being provided. The provider has been sending me monthly bills even without providing the service and despite repetitive complaints they seem to turn a blind eye. I have lost a few business deals accounting to a financial loss due to their bad service. Please help.

      I've recharged my Tata docomo 3G SIM with STV 255 via online webportal [http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx] on 27-Jul-2013.
      I received the desired 3G internet connection package for 30 days with 3G speeds [1.5-3 Mbps].
      Since 01-Aug-2013, I'm not able to connect with 3G speeds.
      Although my handset (HTC Wildfire) shows me that it is connected to 3G internet with an "H" displayed in connection indicator, I'm just getting 2G speeds [about 70 Kbps max].
      I still have about 600 MB + 1024 MB (offer bonus) left unused in my account and a voice balance of 14 INR.

      I tried using my Docomo SIM with a USB internet connector with my PC and found the issue still persists.

      Last week I contacted your customer care executive over phone and he suggested clearing the phone cache and steps that didn't help.

      The customer care executive (dialing 121) I've mentioned also told me that he can't register complaints from customers (like me) from Kerala as it belongs to the Karnataka zone and he's helpless.

      Then to avoid me, he told me that a customer service guy would call me within the next 24 hours.
      I waited for a call which never came. Later on I thought he told that to avoid any further complaints from me.

      During my call, I asked him why a customer care executive is speaking in such a manner that he can't accept complaints. Because I called in the customer care number that came preloaded along with my SIM card.
      He replied to me that if I'm not satisfied with the services, then I can remove the number from the SIM card (in more of an angry tone).
      (I'm wondering if you are running your services with people with such low motivation).

      Anothe issue I've noticed with Tata DOCOMO customer call is that it allows a subscriber to call them only one time in a day (eventhough the call is charged at 0.5 INR).
      For subsequent calls, the automated response would put the caller on hold (informing that other subscribers are on call) indefinitely.
      Hence it is not possible to get an issue resolution by calling customer representative of Tata Docomo.

      Tata Docomo — Speed related issue using 3g services

      This is with reference to my previous complaint as per which a complaint was raised in my account vide complaint no. NWK[protected]. I was assured of a resolution to my problem by 25th of April. But I have not received any resolution yet. (26th April 2011, 20:00 hrs)
      I am now totally fed up of raising any more complaints. It has now been 2 months that I have been facing the same problem and have raised as many as 5 complaints till date hoping to get my problem resolved. But Tata docomo has not paid any attention to my raised complaints and now I intend to file a legal lawsuit against the company on the charges of fraud, mental torture and misleading information. Please guide me through the procedure to be followed.

        I recharged through online portal of TATA DOCOMO with the tariff for Plan Voucher 152. The tariff offered was 0.78p/min for local & 0.90p/min for STD calls.
        But they charged me 78p/min & 90p/min. (It is 100 times what they offered) I made a complaint by calling customer care and they were not willing to lodge a complaint for this. I sent them the screen shot of the tariff offered while recharging and they were keep on saying whatever charged was correct.And now they have updated their online portal with new tariff.
        I asked them to revert the topup and they were not ready for that. I don't understand how come a company coming uder TATA group can cheat customers like this? its really disgusting.

          my no is [protected]. last month in july i had ported to tata docomo, but now i am realizing that it is the biggest mistake of my life. i am living in mohali and my working area is chandigarh.

          1. but the network coverage of tata in chanigarh pgi, socities of 49 and roads is zero. it is saying in our circle that the person who do not wish to work, should get tata docomo, because you will not get any call because of its network coverage.

          2. i had been told that in my plan i am getting 50 caller tones for 1 year. but this is not like that. i asked customer care, they say it will activate in 4 hours, i had called 10 times but in vain.
          i wrote a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com, but in vain. then i registered a complaint at 198. after 4 days they called me and assure me to rectify the problem but 1 more week has been gone, but no results.

          3. when i connect my cell phone to my laptop through data cable, an instruction came on monitor that i am in roaming status, while i am at home.

          4. worst thing is their local boys one is Sudir in chandigarh, who for sale purpose make fool of customers on the name of C.U.G. and after sale of connection always denies.

          5. their customer care executives are like fools, that they did not know anything. they always told you they are getting technical problems, system is slow or call after 4 hours.

          whoever is reading this mail, if you have any plans to buy or to port to tata docomo, kindly read it 10 more times. i had my 2 connections in tata and also ported 2 friends to tata, now look because of tata docomo, i will be considered immature in my group.

              I applied to migrate from docomo prepaid ([protected]) to vodafone postpaid and my form was submitted on 5th oct 2011. I received a call of verification from vodafone on 6th oct but no-one came for address verification. I received my vodafone sim card thru courier on 7th oct 2011. Now vodafone tells me that docomo is not porting out my number and delaying the process. I cannot connect to docomo's customer care num (111). It is this harrassment that led me to migrate to vodafone but they're not letting me do that as well.

When I called the customer care they say that they have not received my application and asked me to contact nearest TATA DOCOMO STORE. From 21-Sep-12 I have raised my issue with the below CUSTOMER SERVICE POINTS,

                i did a 2g pack of Rs.26 yesterday using coupon. But, due to some technical error i suppose, the 2g pack was activated for 2 more times, 3 times in total. As a result of the same, Rs.52 (Rs.26*2) was unfairly deducted from my balance. I contacted the customercare several times, but they were least helping.

                Dial Up Connection — Dial Up contection not starts till date

                I applied for a Dial Up conntection. Two months has been passed Air Tel instal the set and after so many complaints internet conection is not working which I had applied for.                 Company has deducted 89 Rs from my account by stating that i have downloaded a game while i haven't done so.The customer care executive didn't responded well and was just not giving satisfactory answers.They just wanted to ensure me that i have done the fault while i havenot.As such there is nothing left for me to complain else loosing my money or throwing my sim card.
                yesterday i was sleeping i have not activated cricket alerts tata docomo customer care deduct balance frn my card.

I can't cnt. to custoner care.

                this is the 3 rd time i am posting a complaint about [censored]g TATA DOCOMO.
                i think those [censored]s are taking revenge on me for my previous posts.
                for the past 3-4 days, my cell phone balance is deducted(5 rs. each day) without any reason.
                Earlier i used to get messages about balance being deducted (even though it was unfair).
                this time , there was no message , no intimation .

                Docomo charrged Rs.99 for an internet purchase that i've never made.When i asked the customer executive he told me he cant help refund the money and if i want the details of purchase i need to visit an outlet and apply for a bill!!!                 This is regarding TATA DOCOMO Account Number:[protected].

                When i took the connection they promised me that i will be given the speed of 3MBPS, based on that i took an high-end (Unlimited) Plan with initial payment of Rs1500 for the dongle.
                but when start using the connection the speed was way bellow what was promised arount 50KBPS (the speed which is not good enough to open a google page).

                When i contacted to the customer care they told that the speed will improve after first payment.based on that i payed my first bill of around Rs600+.
                when even after there was no improvement of my speed when i again contacted to the customer care they told there are some signal issue in my area and they are working on installing new tower, so they told me to wait for 15 days and the things will be improved.

                even after 15 days also things does not improved, after that i contacted the costumer care 3-4 times and every time i got the same responce give us some 15 days, 1 month and so so ...

                then after being disappointed and frustrated i disconnect the connection and go for another broad band connection.

                Now this Tata Docomo people are calling me harassing and asking me to make the payment of some pending amount.

                I wanted to know why i need to make payments for UN-promissed commitment.
                I had no issue with the payment, if they would have even given 512 KBPS speed also i would have keep continuing the connection.

                30 rs from my balance is deducted. i contacted customer care. what a service man, my call was attended by a Tamil lady who don't know any other language.
                anyway she managed to say that Tata Docomo is not responsible for the balance deduction and she don't have the authority to refund my lost balance.

                First I got the msg from 5333300 on 12 Dec 2012 and 5 Rs got deducted. The moment I got the message, I called CC and asked for the refund but they denied so I asked its ok, take 5 Rs, bt please deactivate this crap from my number.
                Then again today, 26 Dec 2012, 8 Rs got deducted from my account. What the hell is this Tata Docomo???
                Thy say this is for the internet charge, but for your kind info, I already have a net pack activated on my number so what is this deduction all about???
                This is really pathetic.
                Tata Docomo left me with no option but to switch to some other network provider.

                I am really tired of posting complaints against tata docomo. This time they looted 50 rupees from me.i had a internet connection in a phone.i had a data balance of around 10 mb.i remember a balance of 50 rs. Then for half an hour or so i left the phone while i went for a bath. When i came back, i was shocked to see the balance of 6 paise.suddenly i checked the data balance. It showed a balance of 1mb.Fair enough, i guess. Then i contacted the customer care and enquired them about this. The fellow from customercare said the balance was deducted because of the internet usage. But there was still some unused data of 1 mb.i argued with him for sometim, but no use.

                This is a complaint for my prepaid mobile number [protected]. I am using this tata docomo mobile service from last 4 years.                   This is Anagh Chatterjee, docomo no-[protected], orissa cycle. On 3rd August around 10pm, tata docomo deducted rs 8.30 from my account surreptitiously, without informing me anything by message despite having a valid data pack. Luckily I noticed the discrepancy and called up their customer care. The guy gave me their usual defense, that it was deducted for visiting a chargable site. When I asked him to identify the chargable site he said "vuclip". When I vehemently protested that I was only surfing facebook and indiatimes he backed off and started blabbering but refused to refund the balance. Then, he forwarded my call ostensibly to his superior but in reality to another call centre guy called Upendra Kumar who was equally unhelpful. I just want to enlighten other customers about these kinds of blatant violations of customer confidence by docomo which is nothing but petty theft. And this despite the recent regulation by TRAI that the provider has to explicitly take the customer's consent before charging him.Just the fact that rs 8.30 was deducted without sending me any indication via a message betrays their intention. Under the circumstances I want docomo to either refund the rs8.30 and apologise for this episode or to tell me what is the chargable site for which my balance has been deducted, because if facebook and indiatimes have become chargable sites I will have to switch operators. This is my 3rd complaint against docomo for unfair deduction in less than a year and one can only take so much.

                    Tata Docomo — Taking my balance without my concern

                    I, have given a complained on 5th April , 2011 telling that I want to activate a DND service but still now its not bean activated . yesterday that’s is 17th April , 2011 I lost my 10 rs and when ever I call Custo mer Care they are hanging my call and I think that its on 5th of april I lost like 10 rs and they told they will give it back but I got only 6rs

                      I have made a recharge of Rs.222 to my Mother's Tata Docomo number [protected] today. As per the details of this plan on the official website of Tata Docomo, it has Full talktime and rate cutter benifits but no condition for the validity of talktime amount of Rs.222. So, I opted this plan and made a recharge on [protected]. Later on, I received a message of confirmation stating validity of talktime for 30 days. This is really Crap thing of all Telecommunication company that they don't make the things transparent. Why they play with the customers who trust them and have alliance with them. This is really bad and I deny to accept this. So, please take a severe action on this and do the needful at the earliest.

                        I have been using tata docomo post paid number for more than six months now.[[protected]]. Somebody have used my number to divert all his calls to me . i have called docomo customer care[twice] to complaint about this all they are saying is we cannot do anything on this.

                        Everyday i am getting atleast 5 calls from that diverted number. I dono who or were he is from but this is a big torture for me and i am fed up with this. Please help!

                        When anybody can use anybody's no to divert a call then service providers should help the customers in this case?

                          I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
                          Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
                          Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
                          Every time I have facing this problem.
                          How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

                          I was offered a TATA DOCOMO postpaid Corporate connection with nearly 75 SIMS distributed for Key resources in my organization.

                          An agent had come for verification and took my signature in a form. He mentioned that the verification is positive and would report the same to the Customer Care. Inspite of that my services got disconnected from Sunday 6th and still my services are not activated.

                          I am facing severe problems because I had terminated the services from my previous mobile service provider (This being a Corporate Connection). Called the customer care several times but to no avail (The IVR message says that My services are barred due to high usage which again is a contradictory statement). The executives
                          / Supervisors (They dont have the patience to listen to the customers issues just bluntly say that the documents were fake so the services are barred How can this happen for a corporate connection ?) mention about negative verification as the verification agent has not provided any details regarding my number. but why should I suffer due to problems /mistakes from these guys. I am in a petrified mood since I am working at my Clients location without any alternative number.

                          If anyone could help me/others facing this issue it would be helpful. Its 3 days without Incoming and Outgoing and the brand they claim to be the best in their field for customer satisfaction and services forget about the 'Worse' n/w they have. In areas where they have their own network people get the network of their partners or counter parts during Roaming

                          Sir/Madam,

                          I live in Islampur (Dist- Sangli) and study at Warananagar(Dist-Kolhapur).
                          I bought this SIM TATA DOCOMO from a retailer in Warananagar (Dist- Kolhapur) nearly a month ago. At that time I submitted all required documents. After few days they sent back my documents. The retailer informed me that IT COULD BE PROBLEM of faint PHOTOCOPY of the document. The message that I received on my mobile phone asked submit those documents to reatiler or nearest TATA DOCOMO office. As I was in Islampur then, I submitted the same in their office at Islampur.
                          Even then I continued to receive those messages. I was told to ignore those messages as I had submitted them.
                          On 9th Oct 2009, they stopped my outgoing calls. I can receive incoming calls only. On lodging a complaint about it they say that my documents cannot be verified and I have to resubmit my documents.
                          Because of this I am facing a lot of inconvenience. I hope you can help me to resolve this problem.

                          Even I agree with the same. I got one docomo prepaid connection. If i insert the sim card, the mobile throws an error saying "insert SIM", but not with other sim card, it is only with that particular card.

                          On 30th of November 2009, I sent nearly 40-50 sms to many people. Tata DOCOMO offers 100 SMS pe rday charging only 60 paise for first SMS and rest 99 SMS (national and local) are free. But nearly some Rs. 20 of talktime is deducted after sending these SMS. To check on this, I called customer service...(around 1:30 pm) lodged the complaint Ref no:[protected]. Executive confirmed that someone from the comapny will get back on this with in two hours...after 3 hours...nobody called me from Tata Docomo. Around 6:30 pm again I called the customer care/service...the person could open corresponding file from the computer... even after quoting ref. number. Later she took complaint again and gave one more ref. no.[protected] she confirmed that, incase of wrong deduction in talk time...there will be refund with in 24 hours...

                          Nothing happened till now...no refund...no call/confirmation from customer service.

                          My Dear Sisters and Brothers of India,
                          I had a bitter experience which I wud like to share. I had a balance of approx. Rs.140/- in my pre-paid DOCOMO account. The next time while I tried to make a call, it showed ZERO balance i.e., Rs.0/- or NIL balance. The Customer Care people couldn’t provide me with any valid reason and I landed to the DOCOMO Store situated on 100 Ft. Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore. Twice I had visited there (wasting my time & petrol) & they had noted down the issue & provided me a Complaint number. They couldn’t trace out the exact problem as my account details was showing blank, which I personally checked.

                          Later, I was told that u have been charged towards the GPRS usage. I have an Airtel Broadband connection and had never logged on to any GPRS/ INTERNET connection from DOCOMO. This could be due to SOME SOFTWARE ERROR or HUMAN ERROR & the common man should not be the GUINEA PIG. I expect some sort of justice to be done, if at all it’s possible. It cannot be expected from a pioneer & I presume many people must be the victim knowingly or un-knowingly, who generally do not keep a track on their usage.

                          ata docomo network is very bad in sholinganalur TCS, no signal or even if signal is there you cannot hear what your conter part speaks over the phone.
                          Almost all telecom companies are charging for services not subscribed by a customer.

                          When you ask for proof, they say 'our system shows you have subscribed for the services' but they are not ready to show the details.

                          In such case the consumers are getting cheated. Recently a court passed a judgement asking customers to file complaints under P&T Act and not to Consumer Court.

                          It is a very poor judgement on part of the court and the government must change it. So long as the sword doesn't hangs on the telecom operators neck, they won't change and continue to charge absurd amount. With telecom companies under pressure for revenue profits, such act can increase to cover revenue.

                          i got an info from docomo saying send GPRS to 121 and get 10mb for rs 5, i send this sms and got a confirmation from them and after using the gprs i was charged rs 70 for the download of 7mb which was inside the limit, i called the customer care and asked him to refund my money but amazingly even after 25 min of discussion he dont know nothing he was telling various resons non of which seem to be true and saying we are sorry and we cant do anything and money cant be refunded......result... i close that number and 3 more numbers which i have from docomo...i feel brad tata is loosing its name and credibility...

On contacting the customer care several times they use to keep me on the darker side by giving excuses like "we are unable to get your updated profile" or "call us at some other time, we are unable to process your request". The same case happened on 13th march, 2010 (Rs.7.26 was deducted) and then again on 16th March, 2010 (rs.9.07 was deducted).

                          I hope you will take strict and prompt action in this matter which caused me problems at many times.

                          We had bought the tata photon three weeks back. We had got the hardware and also the address verification was duly done. But the hardware has not been activated till date. This is really frustrating after the Company refers in the website and ads about the product as "Tata Photon+ being a wire-free (Mobile) service can be installed & activated very quickly to give you unmatched hi speed internet acess."
                          This is grossly incorrect as the activation does not happen very quickly...the definition of very quickly needs to be changed.

                          This service is neither expected or warranted of a TATA brand / product. Some thing is seriously wrong....I have seen various websites and there are numerous complaints. Funny, but the company also does not seem to be doing anything about it....Consumer should definately revolt and then only will be heard.

                          This is to inform that, I have taken TATA docomo connection in the month of july and from then their network services and othe features ar every bad. I have given more complaints, instead of resolving the issues, issues are getting worst. Finally i informed them that i won't make payment unless and untill issues resolves. Their after the connection terminated from TATA docomo. But they keep on billing.
                          Their executive aggreed for Rs 500 settlement, no one had come to collect the payment( as per the executive). They don't have any facility to make payment. They have sent Lok Adalat letter also, and even i attended and shown to Judge all my communication to them and Judge warned TATA docomo to resolve this issue. Inspite of Docomo never bother to resolve and still insisiting on payment of full amount.

                          I have clearly said, i can make only the amount which we have used and settled earlier.

Either they are not bothered for their business or they are not in a position to rectify the diffectives with their so called qualified engineers (which they hire with very low salary).                           Tata Photon — The are cheating in Bill

                          They are big cheater. I paid approx 3400 rs for intial purchase of the device which is of approx 2400 rs. 1000 rs they took extra for the package I selected. But after 1 month billing they can not find the transaction in their system. I have given all the proof of that payment -credit card statement , screen shot of the transaction but still they are not able to track it. moreover they are billing of the internet usage is also absurd. In my place connection speed is like 10 to 20 kbps while downloading even from multiple source but according to their bill my transaction is more the 10 GB. I had a night 10 GB free plan. It has exceeded that also. Now I don't have any option just disconnect the service and loose the whole amount. I lost the device also because it is not going to work with other service provider. That is the weakness they are taking advantage of. I have called and emailed several time but everytime I had to start from the begining and no solution what so ever
                          the tata docomo has got the award of best telecommunication operator.
                          but i dont know how because ur service is so much bad in our area SHAHPURKANDI TOWNSHIP

                          Tata DoCoMo — TATA photon bill fraud also lier sales guy

                          3 points

                          1) I had taken a tata photon card on 12th April 2010 with providing all the docs and money
                          sales guy assured acct will get activated in 1 hour
                          I have his sms as proof
                          till 18 April I made 81 calls to him ,no activation


                          I filed online complaint



                          He activated on 19 th









                          2) for that month bill they started billing from 12 th only
                          many times I raised request even mailed to nodal officer ,no +ve reply ,but anybody can clearly see when account is activated






                          3) I had plan of 10 gb night download and 5 gb day download


                          When I was taking acct ,sales guy did not told me I have to dis connect and again re-connect
                          so they had excessive billing of 5000+ on me









                          conclusion

                          1) There is no co-ordination in sales team and billing team for tata photon
                          2) sales guy are unethical
                          3) They are only after money not service
                          4) may be they take revenge on customer for defamation,just a possibility


                          I have seen tons of complaint already for tata photon excessive billing


                          Money is no matter but mental harassment ,negligence of duty

                          I unless some be pro-active enough to fetch them in consumer court they will keep going
                          how can we make India powerful than America unless such people are there?

                            Tata docomo is running fraud business. what they mention about recharges on their portal is different from what they actually provide.
                            I checked out and recharged with rs. 23 pack and it never was mentioned on their portal that some high call rate will be charged for first 2 minutes(as you can see in photo attached) but when it happened then I raised complain which was not heard and then I did the same at this portal then they called me to tell about high charges. When I said its not mentioned on website they told to send the screenshots and when I did that they just gave statement that you are being charged as per the tarrif. No explanation at all!! Its all crooked...!

                                The device was working properly from the beginnings.
                                Now from last few days I was facing problem of network connectivity, For this I have make complaints to the representatives by Email as well as by telephonic. The representatives of Tata Docomo ( Mr. Ashutosh and Ms. Neha from Kolkata) told me that the services of your area had been stopped and it will never start. Now my problem is that the device of worth Rs. 2400.00 and balance in my account 13GB of worth Rs 2600.00 being lapsed. Tata Docomo never inform me that they are going to stopped their services in my area.
                                If Tata Docomo is stopping their services then they has to reimburse my amount. If there was any problem in my then they should not allow me for the connection in my area from the beginning.

                                Tata Docomo — deposit return

                                I was planning to covert my prepaid connection to prepaid connection.The tatadocomo executive came to my place to collect the documents and deposit for the same.But due to some reason they could not activate my postpaid connection. I went to docomo dive in to collect the money i had given as the deposit.They said it will be returned to you in 48 hours.Its been a month now.I have been regularly calling the tatadocomo executive to do the needful but he has been delaying ever since.And from last few days he even has been avoiding the calls.
                                The name of the person in charge is Mr.Charan.

                                My No [protected] as I ported to tata Docomo from Airtel in fab11, Now Airtell harassing me disconnected my number twice without any reason.
                                Details:
                                Fab23 Airtel disconnected for a weak then started, then again on 4th April earlier morning disconnected again this time its Inactive sim (no incoming or outgoing) both time without informing just disconnected.

                                Tata Docomo said Airtel blocked my sim due to bill pending, I went to Airtel gallery manager says we are sorry it is a back office mistake then he spoke to Tata Docomo gallery manage to start my number at earliest but still nothing happened. I went docomo so many times & tried sending mails, launching complaints but there nodal & appellate nobody responding... yesterday received mail from Tata docomo that my number is canceled. Without reason.... Writing you with a hope that you will take action or Guide me what to do. As mobile today is very essential it is my 12years old number, I am suffering a big way without any reason.                                   Ofcourse it looks very very very chip - 0.78 Paisa Per Minute. But its not true. After rechage when i have made call to my friend then i have found that actually it costing 0.78Rs/min not paisa.

                                    I had Tata Photon 2G connection and I sent a deactivation request for the same in Oct/Nov 2012. I have cleared all the due payments for the same too. In return, I was informed that the 2G connection has been deactivated. Still, I am receiving tooooo many calls, mails and messages reminding me about and overdue payment for this connection.

                                    Multiple times I have talked to their customer care executives for this problem. But, all in vain.

                                    Please help me to get rid of this people not deactivating my connection and harassing me by making calls and messages for overdue payments.

                                    I have bought a New Tata Indicom connection but the service got deactivated soon. In spite of calling customer care and visiting their helpdesk offices, it is of no use. my hard earned Rs 2000/- is gone in drain.

                                    mai near about 4 month se tata photan ( 660 plan) use karta hu. hamari service 08/09/10 ko de-activate kar di gyi cutomercare baat ki tab pta chala k mujhe 1532/- Rs. paid karna hai tab service activate hogi. maine 09/09/10 ko hi apne dealer k yahan 1532/- Rs paid kar diye. par hamari service activate nhi hui maine complaints bhi ki. tab jakar 10/09/10 ko night me 20:00 par hamari service activate hui. par aj date 11/10/10 ko phir se service de-activate kar di gyi hai. bolte hai 510/-Rs aur paid karo.
                                    jab maine 1532/- Rs paid kar diye tab hamari srvice de-activate kyu ki gyi aur phir hamare paas 660 wala plan hai jisme 1 GB free hai jisme maine na hi koi downloading ki hai only surfing /chatting with friends.

                                    to kya sirf 2 ghante me chatting karne se hi 1 GB use ho gya.

                                        Hi,
                                        I took tata docomo connect on June 2013 and the plan is unlimited local and STD calls for 899.
                                        I have asked for 3G service activation to the customer care and they asked me to drop a mail to tatadocomo for the activation. I have sent a mail to them by asking to activate 149 3G plan but i didn't received any reply from them.
                                        Latter few days they disabled my out going calls by telling the reason that i have crossed the limit. I am surprised with this and called the customer care(To connect to the customer care is a big deal in tatadocomo even for postpaid customers) and they told me that this is because of my internet usage.

                                        My credit limit is 1300RS and today i have received the bill of 3500RS. I am not sure what is wrong with tatadocomo, it's very bad that they have not responded to my mail and also didn't call and asked about my queries if there was any wrong in my mail for 3G plan and no they are sending the bill amount of 3500.
                                        Also my credit limit is 1300RS and how it can become 3500RS. That is tatadocomo responsibility to check my credit limit instead they waited till 3500RS and now coming back with bill. If that is the case why there is a credit limit.
                                        Pls helkp me on this.

                                        Tatadocomo — Activation/Billing

                                        I have been using the Docomo sim for past 2 and half years. And recently changed from prepaid to post paid. From the Day 1 of my postpaid usage, I'm facing problems with Docomo regarding the
                                        1. Postpaid activation date
                                        2. Activation of the plan properly
                                        3. Incorrect information provided by the customer care representatives from both voice and online chat support guys
                                        4. Long waiting to connect to the customer care from 121
                                        5. Keep track of the complaint numbers, resolution times and the interaction ids.
                                        6. Check the complain resolution times and call the customer care again to know why the complaint was not resolved and its been closed.

                                        And every time i have explain in detail regarding the problem to that customer care who even doesn't understand what the issue is. And more over they wont provide the interaction id's. This interaction id is used as a proof that I had talked to the customer care representative and keep on long holds. And they cut the calls abruptly and some of the time they don't even respond and I have to cut the call.

                                        Am fed up with this record of the complaints and daily talking to the customer care representatives regarding the issues. If some one from the Docomo handle all of this that would be a great help for me. But have no expectations that some one from Docomo even reply for this. But just mentioning over here so that some one will take a look at this.
