[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Suddenly stopped services without return of deposits

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am a user of prepaid internet connection form PHOTON + by Tata Docomo from 2008 continuously. The no. is [protected]. I am staying at the same address from the starting of my life, also I am doing recharge my net device timely.
The device was working properly from the beginnings.
Now from last few days I was facing problem of network connectivity, For this I have make complaints to the representatives by Email as well as by telephonic. The representatives of Tata Docomo ( Mr. Ashutosh and Ms. Neha from Kolkata) told me that the services of your area had been stopped and it will never start. Now my problem is that the device of worth Rs. 2400.00 and balance in my account 13GB of worth Rs 2600.00 being lapsed. Tata Docomo never inform me that they are going to stopped their services in my area.
If Tata Docomo is stopping their services then they has to reimburse my amount. If there was any problem in my then they should not allow me for the connection in my area from the beginning.

Tata Docomo — deposit return

I was planning to covert my prepaid connection to prepaid connection.The tatadocomo executive came to my place to collect the documents and deposit for the same.But due to some reason they could not activate my postpaid connection. I went to docomo dive in to collect the money i had given as the deposit.They said it will be returned to you in 48 hours.Its been a month now.I have been regularly calling the tatadocomo executive to do the needful but he has been delaying ever since.And from last few days he even has been avoiding the calls.
The name of the person in charge is Mr.Charan.

Tata Docomo — service stopped

My No [protected] As I ported to tata from Airtel in fab11, Now Airtell harassing me disconnected my number twice without any reason. I went to there Airtel gallery. They said Tata Docomo will start. But at tatadocomo gallery manager says go to Airtel & Airtel says we are sorry gave you a letter of clearance that nothing is balance and said it was a back office mistake their Airtel manager spoke to Tata Docomo gallery manage to start my number at earliest but still nothing happened.I tried sending mail and launching complaints but nobody is responding.. yesterday received mail from Tatadocomo that my number is canceled. Writing you with a hope that you will take action or Guide me what to do. As mobile today is very essential it is my 10years old number, I am suffering a big way without any reason. Hope you understands my issue any query please ask i need help taking legal action against Airtel as well Tata. Sir my case is genuine i have all the proof against them. Thanks

Tata Docomo — Harasment

My No [protected] as I ported to tata Docomo from Airtel in fab11, Now Airtell harassing me disconnected my number twice without any reason.
Details:
Fab23 Airtel disconnected for a weak then started, then again on 4th April earlier morning disconnected again this time its Inactive sim (no incoming or outgoing) both time without informing just disconnected.

Tata Docomo said Airtel blocked my sim due to bill pending, I went to Airtel gallery manager says we are sorry it is a back office mistake then he spoke to Tata Docomo gallery manage to start my number at earliest but still nothing happened. I went docomo so many times & tried sending mails, launching complaints but there nodal & appellate nobody responding... yesterday received mail from Tata docomo that my number is canceled. Without reason.... Writing you with a hope that you will take action or Guide me what to do. As mobile today is very essential it is my 12years old number, I am suffering a big way without any reason. Hope you understands my issue, any query please asks I need help taking legal action against Airtel as well Tata Docomo. Sir my case is genuine I have all the proof against them.

Sir my number is stopped since 4th April11, Suffering and its harassment. How many more days needed for action. Why so slow action..?
Its been 11 days my no is disconnected Airtel n Tata both are . wish to break there head basteds. Suffering all due to MNP. govt started but no regularty to check even when we try sending mails no body responces
sir today in the morning for the purpose of surffing net in my mobile i just recharged for rs 48 and later when i started surffing the i found my balance is still getting deducted ... so i called up the customer care dept o[censored]rs and they said that is because i was using in tata docomo divein and suggested me to make few changes and i made it but still it was not working so i called up once more and one o[censored]r executives suggested me to delete the previous link and he will be sending the tata docomo internet settings...but the settings never came and after that when i tried to call once more they are just disconnecting my call telling that all executives are busy ... so sir tell me is this is how ur response is towards ur customers . i feel very shame to say that i m a customer of docomo from past 3 yrs and if this is how the scene works i m sorry to tell u that i will switch on my no to other network... i feel very harassed abt this incident.. for the whole day i tried to call and talk to any one o[censored] and u say they all have no time to pick up a phone and speak...i m really embarased to use this service any more i will be changing my sim to other network as soon as possible and will suggest all my friends not to go for tata docomo...
